The Culinary visit to St. Paul is not complete without a meal from Wild Bill's Sports Saloon. In the refined restaurant of the Holiday inn, on the elegant 7th street, Wild Bill's is combining Flavors only found in the finest restaurants of Paris with the aura of an ancient Greek temple. On my recent visit we feasted on seared duck with Asian vegetables, scallops served in the shell with a purée of celeriac, the southwest egg rolls, flavorful roast chicken (served on Sundays only), and Basque cheese with black cherry jam. I washed this succulent meal down with 19 of their famous Long Island iced teas, made by one of their charming mixologists. The food was so delicious, that after my meal I was frozen in a food-induced psychosis that I was unable to break from for almost 7 hours. It's been 6 days since I was last at Wild Bill's and I'm still trembling from the absolutely breathtaking experience. I haven't slept, I refuse to eat anything that isn't from Wild Bills, my wife left me, I can't feel the tip of my penis, my life is in complete and utter misery because I can't spend every waking minute and every hard earned dollar I've ever made as a smell tester for AXE body spray at Wild Bill's Sports Saloon.
