How Hawaiʻi Farms Are Bringing Local Food to Diners’ Plates | Eater

"Started in a lava cave on Hawaiʻi Island in 2015, this producer grew from humble cave-based cultivation into a brand that markets mushroom-based superfood products widely in health food stores across regions from Vancouver to Puerto Rico, showcasing the scalability and commercial potential of Hawaiʻi-grown fungi." - Viola Gaskell

I'm was walking by & saw this shop. I love everything mushroom related, so I was so excited to discover it. The first thing to catch my eye was the beautiful mushroom mural & giant mushroom on the wall. It was so adorable! They carry so many awesome mushroom products: teas, coffee, baked goods, dried mushrooms that can be rehydrated for cooking, tinctures, decor, cookbooks, mushroom gifts...& more! The owner, Max, was very helpful & friendly, explaining everything to me & answering questions. I tried an oyster mushroom leek bread & a cordycep cookie & both were delicious. I bought several dried mushrooms, tea & and coffee. I forgot to buy reishi, so I will have to order online since I'm not from the area. Mushroom have so many health benefits & this is a great shop!

A true hidden gem! I have been around the world and have yet to encounter a mushroom cafe like this. They sell lots of mushroom themed jewelry and accessories. They also have delicious quiches, lasagna you can make at home, and more. I ordered the lions mane matcha latte and loved it.

Met WCM at the Aguadilla Farmer’s Market and finally visited their café shop. Love love loved this space, it’s ethos, holistic offerings, and curation. They also have the friendliest, knowledgeable staff. We have all of their various tinctures at home ~ highly recommend ~ plus the granola is ultra delicious … wish I could buy a larger bag! Ordered Reishi-Taro and Cordy-Thai-Tea micro-lattes from the Shroom Bar before heading off to the beach, and regrettably forgot to take a photo, distracted because they were so delicious!

I totally LOVE this place! So many cool products and the coffee drinks are great. I am excited to visit their new location in San Juan. I started using different mushrooms for medicinal purposes and it's really changed my life. They have high quality mushrooms here and a good variety.

I loved this shop. The store smelled amazing because they had brownies cooking in back. They sold mushrooms fresh, dried, powdered, tincture, merch, literature, and products made in house and out of house. The employee we chatted with was passionate, knowledgeable, interesting, and kind. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Loved this cafe! The reishi brownies were delicious, and I loved their taro latte. They also sell dried mushrooms and mushroom extracts like turkey tail and lions mane. They also have super cute, affordable mushroom-themed trinkets like bucket hats and jewelry. The staff is very friendly about explaining what the different mushrooms are good for. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area. (note these are not magic or psychedelic mushrooms)

Yelp
Hi. I just visited the store and the woman who attended us (brown straight hair) was very sarcastic making me repeat myself over and over and then mocking us (in front of a child) her behaviour was very unacceptable. Her behavior made us uncomfortable. i wonder if she did it with us she will do it with other people and it's not good to have a person with such attitude be a host / cashier in a store growing business. Didn't buy anything my review is based by the behavior of one of the two employee. I might return again hopefully nicer with a genuine greeting.
