Absolutely fantastic customer service! I had an issue with the website, filled out the contact us page after opening hours on a Friday and expected to get an email response after the weekend, the owner called me within 20 minutes, sorted out my issue and sorted my order for collection!! Not only that the lady who works weekends is so friendly and welcoming every time I’ve gone in there she’s always happy to help

I visited Wild Dogs today to ask for some advice on changing my dog from Butternut Box to Raw. I spoke to Kristian who was so knowledgeable on the products they sell and gave me some great advice on how to transition from one to the other. I can’t thank you enough for your help and looking forward to shopping with you guys again in a few weeks! Amazing new shop in Witham up on the industrial estate. Me and my partner popped in and grabbed a few bits for our staffy Rosie and the owners were very friendly, informative and helpful. And the lady even found an empty box for us to carry our purchases home in. 🐾

My puppy is raw fed and loves natural treats so I was excited to find this little gem of a place. The owner was really welcoming and I left with a few treats for my pooch-the turmeric yak bar is a winner- I cannot recommend this place enough and wish them all the best for the future. 💜

Christian and his darling wife are so knowledgeable and patient. With their help, I have a natural food that my bull terrier lucky can eat without breaking out in hives. Bless you both. Jackie and lucky.

Visits wild dogs a few times now and every trip I’ve have walked away thinking genuinely nice and friendly the owner Shelly is. Not only that the shop always has something new try and is fully stocked, with help and advice from Shelly I’ve always left with something my puppy has loved. The quality of the treats are top tier, my pup loves the fish braids and they have really helped maintain her glossy coat!

Thank you so much for you assistance today. The range of food was amazing. Price was very reasonable. My Luna loves her duck feet! We will be back for more treats and food next month! Amazing service and a very happy staff! Highly recommend this company for raw food!
