Led by executive chef Emiliano Sotelo (Karl Strauss Brewing Company, Hard Rock Hotel, Sur Real Latin American Restaurant in Tucson, Arizona), the menu will feature dishes like al pastor glazed wings, pan-fried chicken paillard with poblano butter, and Imperial Beach churros.
