Terrible experience, the owner communicates rudely. And they don’t take new costumers, which wasn’t mentioned on their website! So I just waisted my time going there

I took a suit jacket to get tailored. The owner knew I was coming in but left early. An employee of hers took pictures of me in the jacket to send to the owner. She told me this would be no problem and that the owner would know exactly what to do. Unfortunately a week later 3 days before the wedding I went back on my scheduled date to pick up the jacket which she "did on a rush". I put the jacket on and realized it was actually worse than before. She had steamed the lapel and called it a day. She said "this jacket won't fit you. Your chest is too large. You should have ordered a bigger size". She could have told me that from the pictures. She could have told me that earlier in the week. No suit jacket for me at the wedding. I will be the only groomsman without a suit jacket. Thanks Wild Lotus.

I've used KARINA for 8+ years. She does excellent work and stands behind it. A real passion for the craft, and care for how YOU look. Fair prices and respects schedules. I can see why red carpet and shoot stylists love her. This is how I met her, and will never go elsewhere.

I called this morning to see if I could get my husband pants taken in, was told yes. That If u brought them in now (9am) they would be done by 3pm today. My husband and I went, I stayed in the car while he went up stairs. To my surprise the lady told him she didnt want to do it and it was a $100. After she gave the price she must have just flat out made up her mind she didnt, gave back the pants and told him no. He obviously came down and told me what happen, we were in a rush so I didnt have time to go up and talk to her. What she did was so unprofessional and unethical. How are they still in business ?

Karina is amazing! So talented and a sweetheart! She can make something out of nothing. ... she's not just your average tailor. . She's a real artist!!! She also works on movie sets and works for lots of celebs. .I constantly heart about her from her clients. . They rave on how great she is so go see her and you'll thank me!:)

the best. she is a craftsman and master and she is fun and cool on top of it. she will do a better job than you could even think up beforehand.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The communication here is terrible! This place doesn't care if your clothing fits you after paying a good deal of money. I had two expensive items that needed altering and I was willing to pay the extra $ to get it done right. Initially, I dealt with Karina who was very helpful. I paid $ 120.00 for the alterations. I had to pick the pieces up in a rush without trying them on and realized they didn't fit when I got them home. I called Karina and asked if I could bring them back to be tweaked and she said absolutely. When I came in Karina was out of town and her seamstress was running things. She could hardly speak any English(which she admitted) and things were very confusing but she acted familiar with my pieces since I literally had just picked them up, and I assumed the policy was that I didn't have to pay additionally for items that didn't fit. When I came to pick them up they charged me an additional $70.00!! When I argued that I didn't think I should have to pay again for the same pieces I'd already paid to be altered, she said I'd gotten additional things done to the garments. I told her that all I came in for was to get the pieces to fit me properly and whatever was done to achieve that goal wasn't communicated clearly as costing additional money. I told her the language barrier made things really confusing and that it was not made clear to me that I'd be paying again! She said that they already did the work and I had to pay! I didn't even want to get into the fact that both of the pieces still didn't fit and one of them looks puckered and cuts into my underarm because I didn't want to get any deeper into this money pit! I don't feel like this business takes pride in its work or satisfaction of their costumers. The person that referred me deals with a lot of high profile clientele and I will most definitely be letting her know she might think twice before referring anyone else. I feel really taken advantage of!! I'm sorry I ever came here! For that price I could have gone to the creme of the crop in Beverly Hills! I now have to find another tailor and pay them to do the alterations. At this rate I could have bought another size in the clothes I altered to avoid them looking worse then when I took them in. I'm out $200.00 with items that don't fit! You should care more that your costumers that pay good money for alterations have clothes that fit them!

Did a pretty great job on husband's suit, but was quite expensive. You get what you pay for! Plus one star for being Ozzy Osbourne's tailor.

I am a wardrobe stylist and met Karina many years ago on a music video shoot. I have been bringing all my personal clothing and my clients clothing to her to be altered from many years. The work is always really well done and I enjoy working with her. I almost don't want to tell people how good she is for fear that then everyone will then know my secret gem of how everything always fits so well.

I took 14 pants to White Lotus to get hemmed and I could not be more thrilled with their work! Karina is so sweet and didn't mind that I was super picky. She really cares about the finished product and I will be using her for all of my tailoring needs!

Karina is amazing at her work because she takes pride in her service. She's always pleasant and welcoming. She does a very clean job and very efficient. I'm also very picky and particular with my wardrobe. Karina is the first and only person that I will take advice regarding alterations. I also get free nutritional advice regarding my diet and motivation to continue my healthy lifestyle. Who wouldn't mind that..

Wild Lotus is the best tailor I've ever been to. I was referred to them by a friend, who was referred to them by Monique Lhuillier (for a gown that she bought at a sample sale). Their tailors are amazing and get it right every time. I recently took an evening dress there that was too big, and after the alterations, it looked like a custom made gown. They are excellent for elaborate and complicated alterations, as well as basic hems. They also do great alteration on leather. Karina is truly talented at what she does. This is the only place I will take pricey or designer clothing and they are definitely worth the price and drive. You will not be disappointed!

The Wild Lotus altered my wedding dress for me shortly before my ceremony. On the big day I wore the dress for pictures and then (carefully) removed it for the ride over to the ceremony location. I put it on once more upon arrival and before I even walked down the aisle the hem fell completely out. Our wedding coordinator got down on her hands and knees with a sewing kit and tape to fix it herself. When I called to explain what had happened and ask for a refund, the woman that had done the work became very angry and defensive and insinuated I had been rough with the dress and refused to refund any of my money. It was shocking.
