Wild Rose Northern Thai Eats

The best Thai or Asian food I’ve ever had. We eat here every time we visit Bend. The food is amazing and service is super quick and never had a bad experience. Wish they still had the kids wide noodles and chicken but other than that, hands down one of my favorite restaurants!

YUM! 😋 food here was phenomenal. Place gets busy and isn’t real big so make a reservation if you can. Crazy how fast the food came out and was piping hot. Everything tasted fresh and absolutely delicious. Lots of flavor. Good level of spice. Great for date night!

Excellent service and very willing to discuss the food and culture. The Butterflies (sort of a crab rangoon) had very little filling so it was mostly crunchy fried shell with a really good dipping sauce. We also ordered the See Klong Moo Tod (spareribs) and they were a little dry. The other dish was a special and I don't know the name bit they were enjoyed. It seemed fresh and appealing but we just didn't order the right things to really see the chef and the great table condiments shine.

This is undoubtedly one of the top-rated spots in Bend and a must-visit. The food feels authentically Thai, with vibrant, well-balanced flavors. The Som Tum Tod (fried papaya salad) is a standout—crispy, tangy, and perfectly sweet and sour, making it a must-try. The glass noodles (Sukiyaki) and Kao Sui were also excellent, full of flavor (We ordered spice level 3, which was just right for us). Service was outstanding, with our server Willis being exceptionally friendly and courteous.

We got the laksa with chicken, green Thai curry with tofu, and the papaya salad. The portions were quite small, and everything was oddly super sweet? For example, the green curry was very sweet and unfortunately did not work so well with the rice as a result. The laksa broth was also oddly sweet and there really wasn’t much broth at all to begin with, which made it difficult to enjoy (again). The papaya salad was tiny and super duper salty and had a super strong fish sauce/soy sauce flavor instead of the nutty, roasty toasty peanuts and fresh, crunchy green papaya flavors that I had expected.

This is the BEST Thai restaurant I have EVER been to. Service was QUICK. My server Ryan was awesome!!! My drink amazing. They made it extra strong too👏🏻 My food …. SOOOO GOOD I’m still eating it but had to stop to give this review THANK YOU

We went here for lunch and tried a couple of items. Both dish was flavorful and delish. The staff were really friendly and recommended the items we ordered. Plenty of seating. Street parking. Kids friendly. Efficient service and reasonable prices.

If I could rate this place 6 stars I would! Came here on a Friday night with my partner; the place was packed but we got lucky and were able to get seats at the bar. I thought for sure we’d have to wait a while for our food to get here but the service was so fast. We got our food within 10 minutes of ordering and it was absolutely delicious. Perfect spice level, exquisite flavours across the board, well crafted cocktails, super friendly staff and extremely reasonable pricing! We shared two dishes with a cocktail each and the cheque came to 66$ (before tip) also the atmosphere and decor is lovely, which really enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re in town!

A restaurant where getting an early reservation for dinner is recommended even though they have plenty of seating, so it can get busy and loud. Located in the downtown and known for serving delicious food consistently, Wild rose has not disappointed so far when it comes to Thai food in Bend. Their service is great and so are the portions. What I also liked were the different options on the menu and all of them were unique and quite flavorful. I would love to see more herbal tea options, otherwise a great spot for Thai food.

Loved the food - were a group of four and, as usual, pooled the plates and tried everything! We got in by being there at 4.45 (who really eats dinner at that time?) and got one of the two tables they keep open for walk-ins - what a bonus as every time after 5pm was booked out until 7.30! Our waiter was excellent, informative and charming - traits I personally value without being over-friendly. The food was very good, plenty of heat in the right dishes, good vegetables (though the broccolini was a little 'wilted') and the food was plentiful - warning... the small plates are anything but SMALL!! Thoroughly recommended!!

Food: 10/10. Food is really flavorful! And they all came in big portion. I ordered a Pad Thai and the curry is really good! Service: 9/10. The staff is really friendly, a small business with a very nice bartender! Ambiance: 8/10. Generally, it is really nice and clean. Cute decorations that made me feel like I am in Thailand. Also, we sat at the bar and it was kind of crowded and tight, but it was a good experience!!

Been a couple years since we visited this place. Food and service is still great. We had a 6:15 reservation that was ready when we got there. Ordered a beer that they have collaborated with boneyard brewery. Very good lager. My wife got the basil noodles with chicken. She ordered mild spice and enjoyed. I ordered the holy eggplant with a number four spice. The heat was perfect and the flavors good. Place was very cozy on a cold Bend night.

High 4 stars. Lovely authentic thai food and tasty cocktails. RESERVATIONS Reservations open 4 weeks in advance. I meant to book 4 months before our visit on the dot, but was late by a few days, but I was still able to make a reservation for 8 people on Thursday, 7/4, at 5pm (the other option was 8pm). COCKTAILS * Pressed for Thai'm ($12) - 4 stars. Good, a nice mix of tart and sweet, refreshing. * Thai Gimlet ($12) - 4 stars. Spicy, refreshing, well balanced. THE FOOD * Grandfather's Tom Kha ($16, with chicken, mild spice) - 4 stars. Nice sour flavor. My friends liked this dish the best. We got a 2 out of 5 spice, but it might as well have been a 1. Chicken was very dry and tasted out of place. * See Klong Moo Tod ($16, deep fried crispy pork spareribs) - 3.5 stars. Tasty, crispy, on the dry side. * Street Noodles ($20, with pork) - 3.5 stars. Good, but not very diverse in flavors. * Khao Soi Curry ($22, with stewed beef brisket) - 4 stars. My favorite, we got 3 (medium) spice, but was a LOT more spicy than the Tom Kha which we got a 2 (mild) spice. Nice crunchy noodles on top. I liked the curry flavor. My friend noted that she has liked other versions better that have more pickled veggies for contrast.

The place was "rosie" beautiful tho the flowers looked pretty dried up. Still very cute. Food was okay. Our Tom yum soup is a little bit too sour for my taste and I usually put more lime into my Tom yum soup. I walked in with no reservation at 5.45 and they told me if I want a table I have to wait until 7.30 but if I wanted to seat at the bar, the wait would be 30 minutes, and I chose the bar. At sharp 30 minutes, no bar seats were available, they still sat me down to a table, which was very professional and great service.

Definitely had better Thai food...but if you're looking for a great cool,hip, modern feel this is a great place to be. Decorated with quirky bright colored walls and tablecloths along with dried roses hanging from the ceiling, it is a very aesthetically cute while creating an intimate dining experience. We've only tried 3 dishes that were highly recommended. Sorry couldn't remember the names.. -The green curry with beef and 2 level spice. We were told level 4 is "Thai spicy" and the spice level is out of 5. It was barely spicy ( all 3 of us concurred).It makes me wonder how spicy is level 3. And the beef was so dry and hard. -beef satay with sticky rice: it came with a fish sauce sour dipping sauce with cabbage and 3 beef skewers. The beef was very chewy... -pork basil rice: I'm used to it being a little sweet ( hoisin/oyster sauce). It just tasted very salty and barely any basil aroma. It might be that the basil leaves were still kind of fresh looking and the fragrance wasn't sautéed out. Left feeling a little disappointed. I guess if you're feeling Thai and there was nothing else it would be alright.

This place exceeds are expectations every time... it is SO good!! Plan ahead and get reservations as it's usually booked up. 10/10 - highly recommend. In regards to dished everything we've had has been excpetional!!

We chose to get takeout here. Located in Downtown Bend, right next to Patagonia. We placed the order on their website and scheduled our pickup. It was efficient. The inside looks super cute and charming. The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the food. It was really salty. Like ... chugging water salty. Not sure if it is all the dishes or just the ones we ordered. We got 2 noodle dishes. Also, my husband thought the noodles were really mushy. Therefore, not the worst but not the best I've tried ... I think it's more average.

We went to this place for dinner. The place has a very cozy vibe with earthy ambiance. Food: I ordered pad woon sen: Glass noodles, it was amazing with lot of vegetables. We ordered some tum Tod, it was delicious. Portion sizes are pretty huge. Drinks: couple of cocktail drinks and they were pretty good. The service is amazing. Overall, I would recommend this place when you are in bend. You ll not be disappointed at all.

I came here on a visit to bend and boy was I surprised to find such a great Thai spot here! The restaurant was bustling when I got here but despite that they were able to make room quickly from my partner and I. We ordered the basil chicken curry noodles and Tom kha. The curry noodles were DELICIOUS. I'm still thinking about them. Perfect balance of flavors and they definitely did not skimp on the veggies and chicken either. The Tom kha was a little sweeter than I would have liked but I still enjoyed. They served it over a little stove which kept it nice and warm. Generous portions with both!

There was no Pad Thai, but the street noodles were pretty good. It's an interesting place to look at as well.

Simply put, Wild Rose is the best Thai eats in Bend. Highly recommend making a reservation. Delicious food, friendly staff, street parking. Spice levels go from 1-5. 1-2 is very mild and safe. I recommend starting at 3 and if you want true taste of Thai cuisine push it to 4-5. Take a look around at the decor. Enjoy! UPDATE: This place was so good that we came back the next day. Luckily they had walk-in seating. The best thing on the menu is the KHAO SOI CURRY

Smells great and busy! So many people recommended this place in Facebook and they were not wrong. I ordered the Moo Gratiem because my neighbors at the bar had it and it was perfection! Would definitely come back if I lived here. Had a wonderful experience making friends at the bar. Service was good although dirty items weren't bussed right away . Food was great! There was a guy bartender who went out of his way to check on me which I greatly appreciated! Didn't catch his name.

Service, ambiance and most important, the food were all excellent!! Will definitely come back next time we are in Bend! So popular with the locals and visitors as well! Now I see why!

This place was recommended to us by a local worker at a cocktail bar in Bend. We asked, and he provided us with a place within walking distance. It did not disappoint. It was packed full, but we were able to be seated at the bar almost immediately. Low lighting, nice full high top chairs at the bar. It was backlit and clean. Very nice. My wife and I both ordered the Thai Me Up (a kind of Thai margarita with a plum salt) which was amazing. The bartender told us all about it and gave us some ideas on what to order. We ended up ordering the Curry Basil Noodles with vegetables and a spice level 2. Perfect spice level for my wife who is not big on spicy things. He offered me a "spice tray" with some pickled spices and fresh Thai chili spices. It was the perfect way for us to both get what we wanted. We shared this meal and it was just right for 2 people. Great prices, great size plates, great employees, great food and a great time. 8.8/10 will definitely try again.

Did a walk-in at 6pm on 8.20.2024 The kid running the hostess stand is not happy! This 4 top that checked in was standing around like do we follow him... he doesn't communicate well. Then we asked for a walk in for 6 people and he can't accommodate us until 8pm. Seems a bit much, however maybe they don't care to accommodate walk-ins. Oh well... we walked out and headed to SPORK!

Stayed in Bend for a night and saw that this place was one of the most popular restaurants, so naturally had to give it a try! This place is different from other Thai restaurants, and you probably won't find most of the classics that you order at others like pad thai, drunken noodles, or chicken satay. This, however, lets you try new things and we were blown away! - KHANA FAI DANG (broccolini) - this was my favorite, as the stems were crunchy and it was sautéed in a delicious sauce! - YUM KHAO TOD (fried rice croquettes) - this was a unique dish, and although enjoyable, it was a bit too crunchy and sour for my taste. - KHAO SOI CURRY - this was exactly as expected, with some lovely yellow curry and noodles, VERY filling! We also got a lychee drink, that was similar to a mojito (Pressed for Thai'm). This was also super refreshing. Overall, this is a great spot to drop by if you're in Bend. I'd recommend making a reservation as it was packed with people when we came on a Thursday evening (and our server said that was "slow"). Give it a try :-)

When we arrived at Wild Rose Thai, we already had high expectations from a dinner there on a former trip to Bend. We had truly enjoyed it before. This time around, we were once again wholly enamored. To drink, we had the "basil smash" and the "Thai me up"--the former was not too sweet and had an herbal flavor with a pleasant medicinal effect (it cured a stomach ache). The Thai me up was a little sweet in a way that complemented the zing from the citrus. To eat, we shared the butterflies, gang om, and pad woon sen, the latter two with tofu & spice level 3 (which was appropriate for spice-tolerant folk -- any more spice could potentially obscure the delicate and complex flavors). The butterflies were light and crunchy with a buttery crab and cream cheese filling. They were served with a sweet chili dipping sauce, that was reminiscent of a classic duck sauce. The gang om was a share-sized soup served over a flame, which had a similar flavor profile to Tom yum, albeit more umami than the classic sweet and sour soup. This was presented with rice, and it had a very nice balance of spices--of which we picked out lemongrass, lime leaves, cilantro, Thai basil, and galangal. It was familiar-tasting and novel all at once. We also shared the pad woon sen, which had delicate glass noodles accompanying stir-fried egg and veggies that maintained their integrity, while being tender at the same time. Tonight the chef's veggies included a seasonal variety of snow peas, cabbage, carrots, onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts. There was a subtle char blanketed by the overall umami tones. This dish was very filling, while being satisfyingly fresh. The service was excruciatingly quick--we almost wish we could have waited longer! Be prepared for all your food to come out whenever it is ready (which may be just a couple minutes after ordering!) The ambiance was casual, yet classy. The restaurant prioritized the quality of the food over the superficial presentation that fine dining restaurants typically embellish. We particularly loved all the dried roses draped above us. It felt homey and authentic, reflected by the suggestion of family-style dining. The food was also very affordable, considering the quality and quantity of the food served. Cannot wait to return next time we are in Bend! C'est la vie!

If you don't have a reservation, don't want to risk a long wait or not get a table at all, eat when we did-at 3:00pm! The menu is the same and there is no wait. The food came out before my husband came back from washing his hands in the restroom after ordering! We got the popular Khao Soi Curry, with both boiled and crispy noodles, and paid $2 more for the beef brisket. Wow! So full of flavor and a huge bowl we couldn't finish because we also ordered the green curry with chicken. Lemongrass really shines out in this dish, that features eggplant, green beans and some other veggies, along with the protein of your choice. The service is great-attentive and fast! The decor is homey with colorful flowered plastic coated table clothes, like you might see in Chaing Mai. This food is based on family recipes of the owner. My husband & I spent a month traveling in Thailand, including Chaing Mai, and we didn't taste food this good! I think it's the best Thai food I've ever eaten!

Some of the best Thai food I've ever eaten! We ate here during a family trip to Bend and absolutely loved it! The service, food, and drinks were so good. I will be dreaming about the curry basil noodles and kow pad boo until we return next time!

We made a big group order when we were in town for a ski trip. It was a Friday night and the restaurant sounded pretty busy when we called. They directed us to their online ordering system, which was super easy to use and honestly pretty convenient for the number of people we had. Everyone got Thai iced teas and various dinner combos. I got khao soi and highly recommend it! Especially for the cold weather in Bend. The order was ready relatively quickly for pickup and they packaged everything up for us in a big box. Plus no sales tax in Oregon! I'll definitely be back the next time we're in Bend!

A word of caution about this place: The food is so ridiculously good that it will set the standard for what Thai food is supposed to taste like from here on. We were visiting Bend and lucked upon this restaurant. We had plans to visit another Thai place down the road but they closed early because of the weather. We split the Khao Soi curry, Grandpa's Tom Kha, and the Street noodles. To say everything was spectacular is an understatement. We went back to our hotel, canceled all other plans for the next night and made it a point to eat there again. The second night, we had Curry Basil noodles, Tom Saap, Khana Fai Dang, and the Sukiyaki. The Tom Saap was the only thing we didn't like. Everything else was just as good as the previous day's dishes. Everything came so quickly both nights, I didn't think the cart was meant for us. We'll definitely be returning here again when we're in town next.

We came to this restaurant for lunch on a bit of a whim. It blew me away. I have had A LOT of Thai food in my life (it's one of my favorite types of food) and dare I say this may be the best I've ever had?!? Everything was FANTASTIC. Very fresh ingredients, expertly prepared, delicious tasting, HUGE portions. I tried the golden triangle cocktail, which to me tasted like a cross between a pina colada and a margarita. It was not two sweet though. It was refreshing, well balanced, and not skimpy on the tequila. They definitely have an excellent bartender. My husband and I tried the Khana Fai Dang (broccolini) and butterflies to share. Broccolini was cooked perfectly, not mushy, crisp, tons of garlic and spices (we got a 3/5). Butterflies also were very good, loved the dipping sauce! My husband had the kabocha curry which I tried and it was so good! He got a 4/5 (we could have done a 5/5 but we really can handle the heat) but the 4/5 was well balanced with the coconut and other flavors. I had the curry basil noodles with chicken. Both of these entrees were for sharing (technically lol) so portions were plentiful. This dish was outstanding! I got a 3/5 which was perfect because it had a very good kick without being so much that you sweat. The noodles were clearly homemade. The flavors of this dish were perfection and something I will crave. Service was very good, no complaints! If I lived in Bend I would eat here all the time, it's that good. Definitely will remember this for next time and can't wait to come back!

Stayed nearby for skiing and chose to come here after hearing it recommended by the ski community. Great spot to fuel up. Portions are large, everything is recommended to be shared family-style (rice and noodles are especially generous, feeds 2-3). The curry basil noodles and the beef satay skewers were the highlight - very flavorful and incorporated tasting notes not found in your corner Thai restaurant. Would skip the pork spareribs (if anything, they're actually baby back ribs, not spareribs). They were deep fried and were a bit too oily for our liking and paled in comparison to the rest of the standout dishes. Demographic skewed families with children so expect a somewhat jovial and lively atmosphere (not a place for something intimate). Would come back the next time we decide to ski at Mt. Bachelor.

Such an amazing place to stop for lunch. It's cozy and filled with an old Asian world flair (I can only imagine, lol). The servers are nice and friendly. Even caught on when we didn't know how to eat the papaya salad. Khao Soi Curry was absolutely out of this world. It was so flavorful, rich and creamy. The Kow Gai Todd was very refreshing. The salty garlic flavor really brought it. I wish we had more days here to come back and enjoy more items on the menu.

Best Thai food I've ever had hands down! Since the opening of Wild Rose I've heard it's some of the best food people have ever eaten. I'm going to have to agree. The quality & freshness of ingredients is perfection, but the flavors!!! I can't even begin to describe the happy and intricate dances that were happening in my mouth as I ate each dish, the food was so impossibly delicious. We ordered the Yellow Curry, Green Curry and PAD WOON SEN with chicken. I think I could eat the Pad Woon Sen every day in my life and never become tired of it. The spice level is on the slightly more spicy side than some restaurants. With Asian food I typically need a 3-4 out of a 5 level spice... here the 3 was perfect. There are multiple side pots to choose from if you want to add a bit more spice and kick it up a notch.

Everything we wanted and more. Service was excellent, the atmosphere was sophisticated but laid back as well. Food came out very quick and was delicious. Quality ingredients and traditional dishes you don't normally see, will definitely be stopping by again next time we're in Bend!

This is my favorite restaurant in Bend because of the food! No matter what we order, it's always so delicious with the best flavors. Tonight, in addition to our family favorites we ordered the pad woon sen noodles (glass noodles) with tofu (5+/5) and an appetizer neau yang, the boneless short ribs on a skewer (5+/5). Fantastic. We also ordered our favorites: the broccolini, Tom kah soup with chicken and the street noodles with beef. Every single bite is fantastic! Kudos to their chefs. It's always a pleasure to dine at Wild Rose!

Updating my review based on my last visit. I was excited to bring my vegan friends here, but two of our dishes ended up with egg and fish sauce in them. Our server insisted he'd written vegan on the order, and said he'd mention it to the kitchen, but didn't apologize or offer to comp the dishes. We ate them anyway and otherwise enjoyed the meal, but I wouldn't recommend Wild Rose for vegans or anyone with allergies.

We have always liked Wild Rose and spend a good amount of money each time we dine here. We went today for lunch and my wife ordered a drink that came out and tasted like chemicals. She told the waitress and she seemed put off that we were sending the drink back. Then when it was time to leave we looked at the check and the waitress was trying to charge us for the drink. We told her we sent it back and she said " I know that but you ordered it" . Not sure where she was trained or where she got the balls to try and charge us but we were appalled. If you want to treat regulars like this in a small town it is sure to get around that your customer service is extremely lacking. Will not be going back...

Let me start by saying this is by far one of my favorite Thai places EVER. Their Khao Soi.. to DIE FOR. These chicken wings, I could eat them all day. That Thai tea and limeade... amazing. I've been here a couple times and each time I have made a reservation (which I highly recommend). Service and food are great. Price is about $20 a dish but big enough to share. Ambiance is casual. It gets pretty crowded so if you're coming for a date, be prepared to shout or sit side by side. I wish I lived in Bend so that I could come here all the time!

One of our favorite places in town - we always make sure to go when we visit. Super bright and complex flavors. Our favorites are the Tom kha soup and crispy rice croquettes. It's probably the best Thai food we've had, anywhere.

Wild Rose Northern Thai restaurant is fantastic. I am so happy I found it. Later when I posted about it I learned a lot of my friends also like to stop there for dinner when they visit Bend. Know that you will need a reservation. The atmosphere is upbeat, and buzzing, with a comfy vibe. Our server was very helpful and patient. Everything felt personal and like we were being well cared for even though it was jam-packed busy. The food was amazing.

Busy spot. The food can get spicy, proceed with caution. Random colorful decor and picnic type table covers. The prices were decent and the drinks tasted great. I would come back if and when I visit Bend.

The service was very quick and kind. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and were sat right away. The atmosphere was amazing! It was comfortable and cute. We ordered Thai iced tea, which the taste was not what I expected, I'm not a huge coffee, tea fan, but it tasted like ice cream! It is a must if you go to Wild Rose Thai. Our food tasted so good! I recommend the avocado and prawns. Overall, absolutely recommend Wild Rose Thai!

Came here a few weeks ago and I'm still thinking about it. This place came highly recommended to us and we were excited to try. We were seated almost immediately on a Saturday night. The server recommended the broccoli, Curry noodles and short ribs. They were spectacular. This restaurant serves family style so it is nice to try a bunch of things. Will definitely be coming back to try more things but this place sits up there on some of the best Thai food i've had in a long long time. Fair warning they do not have a lot of the "normal" thai dishes you are used to because it is Northern Thai, but I'm positive there's something everyone will like.

Lordy Lordy! I think this is by far one of the tastiest Thai restaurants of my lifetime. Believe me I've been to quite a few. From the moment I walked in to the immediate top notch service I am extremely impressed. I ordered the Green Curry with Brown rice to go. Absolutely delish!! I can't wait to come back and try more. Definitely 5 stars

Great Northern Thai cuisine. Best Thai restaurant in central Oregon. The restaurant itself is very relaxed and eclectic. The staff are clean, professional and light hearted! This is the local favorite!!!

My husband, daughter and I just left Wild Rose about 20 minutes ago. We sat in the corner table by the window that leads to the restrooms. While reflecting on our delicious meal, unfortunately, the last 5 minutes left a bad taste in our mouth. When we first got seated, we received both a lunch special menu and a dinner menu. At first we were confused on whether or not we could order from the dinner menu as it said "dinner" and the waiter said yes we could. Great news. When it came time to order, because we did order some items off the dinner menu like the Nam Prik Ong and Street noodles, we also ordered the Khaoi Soi and Moo Gratiem. No one informed us that because I pointed the last two items on the "dinner menu", that the portion sizes are different than the lunch (also the lunch menu doesn't call out a difference in portion size) and most surprisedly, we were charged the dinner prices for the Khao Soi and Moo Gratiem. When I asked our waiter when the bill came why we were charged 2x $18 v 2x $12 he said because I pointed the two items off the dinner menu and the portions are bigger ‍. Again, no one told or gave a courtesy heads up that there would be a difference in price when ordering something that is also listed on the lunch menu. We were handed both menus and assumed we'd have liberty to order items off the dinner menu that wasn't on the lunch menu but items that were already on the lunch menu we would be paying for those prices. We didn't make a scene or raise any fuss and we paid the full amount charged. Because up to that point he was a good waiter and the food was amazing. But we did feel misguided.

Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but the real bummer this time was the experience, which makes us not want to come back here again. Ordered the Butterflies as an appetizer (crab & cream cheese wonton), almost no filling, just ate friend wonton dough. Don't order these. Ordered both our entrees as a spice level "4" which we've both had here before. One had no spice, the other was way way too spicy.. The worst part? No one checked in on our meal the entire night. They were quick to refill our drinks, but did not ask about the meal we had, even when we tried. Some of the worst service we've ever had. We are very disappointed. Every meal here has been great, but this was such a poor experience that we may reconsider coming here again.

This may be one of the best Thai restaurants in the states, coming from pdx we have a lot of good Thai, but this is second only to maybe lotus of Siam in Vegas. I am impartial to northern/chang mai dishes but wow, couldn't have asked for a more unexpected and amazing eating experience staying a night in bend. The Green Curry Eggplant was delicious. I added extra veggies. I would up the spice level next time. I was cautious not having eaten there before but would not hesitate to take it to level 2 or even higher. Takeout order was ready when I arrived.

To go ordering here is really wonky and not well set up. Website makes you put in a time but the food is prepared well before then. Website makes you accept their tracking cookies. Got my food early which is why I did 2 stars, but the flavors and amount of seafood was not it. Two clams, 2 shrimp, 2 squid, 2 scallops, and maybe 4 super chewy underwhelming octopus in the seafood bowl. Also got the beef skewers, very tough 3 pieces of meat and the sauce smelled absolutely abhorrent, but at least they threw in 1/4 of an iceberg lettuce head for some reason. What upset me most is the front desk service guy. Super attitudey when asked a simple request about getting an itemized receipt as necessary for work. Great name, which brought me in, but I reckon there are better thai places. Also no pad thai on the menu:/

Genuinely the best Thai food I've ever had. Our server was awesome - we relied on him to recommend his four favorite entrees that didn't contain shellfish. He crushed it on all four. The food came out minutes after we ordered despite a packed restaurant and the portions were perfecting for four adults to share. The decor was cute and our table was well lit, which made it easier for my parents to see the menus. We'll be back next time we're in Bend. Would give 6/5 stars if I could.
