We tried the frozen chocolate tofu with strawberry, and it was delicious! A perfect alternative for people who are lactose intolerant but still enjoy the creaminess of ice cream. One of our favourite spots in Pointe-Claire Village!

Came here for the first time with my family, and overall, the service was decent. I get that it was a busy weekend and the staff was probably running around all day, so no hard feelings there. The ice cream, though, was absolutely delicious— no complaints at all on that front :)

Google
Stopped by after dinner for some soft ice cream and had their Pilatika swirl cream and it was delicious. Service friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back again.

Google
Good ice cream with unique flavors and friendly staff. Cute theming. Portions are smaller than pictured, but still a go-to for locals and visitors.

Google
Nice ice cream place with many vegan options. The place has a few dining tables outside and is conveniently located at a walking distance from the water. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Their ice cream is delicious, but I would not recommend their apple spice caramel drink (taste like hot apple juice, no coffee in it). The ice cream sandwiche is made with very hard cookies (like The Decadent cookies from President's Choice if you see what I mean) and hard ice cream, making it a difficult experience for your teeth. However, their selection of regular ice cream is very good.

Google
I had a little issue with my go-to flavor of zany zebra today (it was clumpy and not as smooth as it usually is). When I told the staff they were super nice and helpful about it. One of them smiled and said « I just want you to leave happy and with a smile » and offered to fix it or even refund me. I told her it wasn’t a big deal, but honestly, little things like that truly make a difference and are exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Aside from the problem with my ice cream, I had a really nice visit. Thanks again!

Google
Big selection of hard, soft, Belgian and vegan ice creams. Good selection of slush flavours. Great service. Nice area to sit in. Although it was not busy when we went, they appear to be set up for lineups. Definitely worth the visit.

Google
A Montreal must-do! Feels like stepping into the 60s, straight out of American Graffiti, and the ice cream? Absolute perfection.

Yelp
So, we went out to @wild_willys in Pointe-Claire where we were not surprised at all to find a giant line up on a beautiful Saturday afternoon by the river. We saw many people choosing from many interesting options but we needed to try the limited time flavour. We were not dissapointed at all.

Yelp
I was searching for a place with homemade ice cream and fun flavors and this name popped up. The location is in pointe claire village, it's a cute little shed with no indoor seating area, but lots of tables and park nearby to eat at. After reading about the long lines, we arrived just a few minutes before opening (noon) on a Sunday and were amongst the first to be served. The line just kept on getting longer by the minute, so I would suggest arriving early if you don't want to wait. Because there are so many flavors to choose from, it can take a while to make a decision if it's your first time. We opted for a bowl with 4 scoops, the peanut butter and jam, brownie batter, cotton candy and rum raisin. The scoops were generous and this ended up costing around $11. My favorite was the cotton candy and my partner loved the PB & J combo. The flavors were true to their names, the texture was creamy and appealing but some of the scoops we got had small ice particles. Not sure if this is due to the actual way the ice cream is blended, or perhaps how long the ice cream is stored in the freezer, but the texture wasn't as smooth as it could have been. Our friend also got a large sundae type "parfait" dessert which is served in a tall skinny cup - unfortunately the syrups and fudge toppings were so generous that they ended up melting and dripping all over the cup as soon as it was handed to us...This was messy and sloppy - since you cannot eat on site, this can be tricky to clean up if you are walking or planning on eating in the car. I would ask for an extra bowl and make sure you have enough napkins around! In all, it's what I was hoping, there are lots of flavors to choose from if you want hard ice cream, but you can still get traditional soft serve or frozen yogourt as well. Since this is out of my way, not sure I'll come back and the long lines can be a bit of a deterrent.

Yelp
Point Clair village is known for many things but wild Willy's has got to be up there. They started their journey 27 years ago with only a few flavours on hand. Now they make over 45 delicious flavours ! I have always loved the cherry and a scoop of the cheesecake, it's the perfect combo. Coming here in the summer as a kid was magical you would always bump in to someone you know and get to spend hours catching up right on the side walk. I haven't been back in so many years but I'm glad I returned I missed it. Today was super busy and they still managed to keep the line moving and people were leaving smiling as per the regular.

Yelp
I really love this place for ice cream. It's a great location near the water and the choices are abundant. I've tried the floater which was great and the zigamazoo which was my favourite. It's a scoop of hard ice cream and the soft serve on top which is so unique and fun and the ice cream is very good! Wish it wasn't so far!!

Yelp
I looovvvvvvveeeeee this place. One of the best ice cream shops around. They have all different sorts of flavors of ice cream and delicious arrangements. The last time I was here I was with my mom and we were ordering an ice cream cake for that night. The ladies were a little hesitant to serve us the cake which was a little different. We wanted something small but winded up with a huge cake. The ladies were shocked that we didn't want anything written on the cake or any candies put on the top. I would suggest that smaller cakes always be an option and when you run out of them make any effort possible to make another one or have one or a few saved in the back. This was definitely a weird situation. But it will not discourage us from returning. Keep up the good work and keep making delicious flavors. Maybe have a signature flavor during the summer months so people can keep coming back again and again to try the new flavor and stock up before y'all are closed for the winter months.

Yelp
It was our first visit to Wild Willy's of the Summer, and the first one ever for my toddler. The service was fast and the ice cream was delicious. My Stepson has Mint Oreo, my toddler had banana chocolate, my SO had one scoop beer and one scoop play dough (side note: it was a bad combo but I could've told him that). I wanted cookie dough, but they had just run out. I was disappointed, but the server recommended chocolate chip instead since they taste so similar and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted delicious and was a great alternative. They have 3-4 picnic benches to sit at while you enjoy your treat. They also have a large container which supplies you with rain water that you can use to rinse your hands, and containers so you can place them in the recycling. I love how environmentally friendly that is and I wish we saw it in more places. Overall a great experience.

Yelp
Out of the many times I've been there, once has there been a hair in the ice cream, and once after had I gotten incredibly rude service. Every other time I've gone, I wasn't disappointed and the frozen yogurts taste pretty much perfect. So the place itself deserves all the stars, but if there's a complication (like asking them nicely just to be careful as last time they got hair in your treat) be weary of who is serving you. Of course, that's not the food or owner's fault, so only 1 star off because that experience left me shaken up.

Yelp
Great people great ice cream a great time all aroundI recommend wild willies to everybody it won't disappoint

Yelp
Wild Willy's is a cute ice cream place in the Saint-Anne village. It's located near the water and there are plenty of fields and a big park where people can hang out. They offer a variety of ice creams, including vegan ice cream. I came here with a friend who's lactose and soy intolerant. We thought the vegan ice cream was plant milk based, but unfortunately it was soy based. She ended up getting a frozen banana dipped in dark chocolate (the amount of lactose in that was tolerable). I got a 4 berry frozen yogurt, which was delish! I'll def come back. I just wish they had plant milk ice cream choices as well.

Yelp
Good ice cream place. Line was long but it was fast. I got nutella, one of my fave. Will definitely come back to try more. They have vegan options too and ice cream for the fur babies.

Yelp
Great selection of unique ice cream flavors. The banana ice cream tasted like real bananas. Nothing like fame banana flavoring. A must visit if you're in the area.

Yelp
One of the few (VERY few) good things about the West Island. If it's summer and you're on the highway and craving something cool, take a small detour off the 20 and go to either location in Dorval village or Pointe-Claire village for some great home-made ice cream. With some creative flavors like Elephantastic (Choco-Peanut Butter), Guiness ice cream, and the creamiest Green Tea ice cream I've ever come across in Montreal, Wild Willy's is the rest stop of choice for the summer months. When I used to live in Pointe-Claire, many a summer's afternoon was spent with a waffle cone of Green tea ice cream in one hand while strolling along the Lakeshore and taking in the lake and the sunshine.

Yelp
A very popular ice cream spot in the summer. It's in a small, yellow building whose front is open to the outdoors, with picnic tables located off to the side. Be prepared to wait up to 25 minutes to be served on a busy summer afternoon (as I did last week - there were only two people working and probably 30 customers waiting in line!) Evenings are busy, too, but they usually have many more people working and the line seems to move faster. There are a few dozen flavours of ice cream to choose from, and it's all homemade and delicious. A "mini" or kid-sized cone is still pretty generous and will satisfy any sweet tooth for $2.25 including tax. You can also buy soft or dipped ice cream, blizzards, sundaes, and even a "King Kong", which I gather is a huge mega-sized banana split with the works. They also have a frequent buyer card where, after 7 purchases, you receive your 8th purchase free. (Note that you receive a stamp for a small scoop, but for mini-scoops you need to purchase two to receive a stamp). Definitely try this place out on a hot summer's day. They also have a sister store in Dorval called Crème Glacée Safari, which is also great.

Yelp
This is definitely a go-to place in the West Island to eat ice cream! It's always an scrumptious treat for the family! I've been going to Wild Willy's since the age of 8. The first time I went was a few years ago. There was one kind gentlemen who recommended playdough ice cream and actually ended up paying for my ice cream that day! Since then, I go to Wild Willy's with my friends every weekend. None of them have ever paid for my ice cream, but I still go since it's the cow's moo.

Yelp
Wild Willie's is a convenient popular ice cream hot spot in the west Island. Best in Montreal? I don't know. Best in the West Island? For sure. Prices are decent. It's more than your average McDonald's ice cream but the difference in quality is not comparable. Quick service, never had to wait in line, decent selection, etc. I'm guessing people that went through a line up went there on a Saturday evening at 5pm but I've never seen one. The most I've waited is in a line of two customers long. Prices: 3.5/5, they're not AMAZING but the store has to survive somehow. Food: 4.5/5 I like :3 Set-up: 4/5 Little interior isle, tables outside, easily accessible, etc. Nice little ice cream store. Service: 5/5 Quick and responsive. Helpful and bilingual. Always worth a stop if you're in the sector :)!

Yelp
Really nice spot in Point-Clair to have ice cream! It's close to the water so it's a really fun place to stop by. There's usually a lot of people but you get serve pretty fast. The ice cream is delicious and they have a loooot of different flavors.

Yelp
I had frozen burry yoghurt and it was beautiful not too sweet very healthy. The chocolate brownie ice cream also was very nice. If you come to West Island try this ice cream shop it's very good

Yelp
Wild Willy's is the best ice cream place in the world. FACT. Now that I live in Europe, I really miss this place. This is the place that any kid growing up in the West-Island goes to. Your first visit here in the year is the perfect start to summer. How many other places can you meet up with old friends and run into people from around the neighbourhood? Ice cream brings people together!! They have all sorts of ice cream here, and its all delicious. I especially like the banana ice cream and cherry cheesecake. They have so many though, so it always hard to choose. They even have ice cream for dogs! It's a local gem, and a perfect place to go on a summers evening. I love to grab a cone and stroll the shores of lac st. louis.

Yelp
For homemade ice cream, this is one of the best spot in the west island. I had their frozen mango yogourt and it's excellent. It's made fresh with actual pieces of mango. Location is also great to have a walk on the waterfront which is not far from wild willy's

Yelp
Wild Willy's is your typical summer outdoors ice cream place in the heart of a small town on the water. All their ice cream is homemade, which is where the appeal comes from, but be ready to pay higher prices for ice cream because of it. The flavours are fun and they all have silly names, which at times can make for a funny order. Despite all this, Wild Willy's comes off as pretentious, with terrible customer service. The lines can go 10 people deep on any given night, but its mostly because they take 2-5 minutes on average to serve one customer. Its not that I am impatient but terrible customer service and lack of management are not suitable reasons for making me wait 20 minutes to get some ice cream. Last time I was there in May 2014, I ordered the brownie sunday. The girl asked me if I wanted cherries, whipped cream, and peanuts on my sunday. I told her that I didn't want any of it, all I really wanted was brownies with ice cream and chocolate sauce on top. So I get my sunday and can't believe that the brownies in my sunday firstly have nuts (what if I had an allergy), and they are the cheapest ones you buy from a grocery store. For a place that boasts about its homemade ice cream, you'd think they wouldn't be cheap with their brownies. To summarize, this place simply is over priced and due to their popularity, don't care much about their customer's experience. I suggest McDonalds mcflurry or go to Dairy Queen.

Yelp
So if you don't eat dairy you probably wouldn't usually go to an ice cream parlor... I was hopeful that they would at least have a sorbet that I could eat. Turns out they have a "tofu" ice cream which is tart like frozen yogurt and they will blend it up with the frozen fruits of your choice. I chose blueberries and strawberries, was super delish! I might have to get in another visit before I go back to California...

Yelp
We've been going to Willy's for years now. Opens around Easter and closes usually on the Thanksgiving weekend. All the ice cream is homemade on the premises. Lots of flavours. Long lineups in evening but totally worth it. I miss it when it's closed.
