Where to Eat in London This Weekend | Restaurant Recommendations | Eater London

"A cosy Kensal Rise café with navy interiors, murals, gluten-free cakes and solid coffee that attracts freelancers, parents and post-gym crowds. The menu includes playful toasties (goats cheese and beetroot), inventive cakes (lemon-pistachio-rose), craft ales and excellent latte art, making it a dependable neighbourhood spot for both work and relaxed socialising." - James Hansen

This cozy cafe on Chamberlayne Road near Kensal Rise is conveniently located just a 10-min walk from the underground station. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed outing. We tried a delicious chocolate danish, along with a rich matcha latte and a refreshing iced latte. All the food and drinks were well-made and tasty. It would be even better if they had a few more pastry options. Overall, this cafe is a lovely spot to enjoy a good treat and unwind. Definitely worth a visit:)

Wildcard is a wonderful independent café with excellent coffee and a great selection of teas. I have used it primarily for working as they have some great countertops on which you can put a laptop. The baristas are really friendly and make it such a nice place to be.

A lovely gem in the neighbourhood. Coffee and matcha blow me away with the consistent excellence. The staff are warm, honest and kind! I've come here weekly for over a year and I love it!

Great little Cafe close to the gym on Chamberlayne Road. Just had a quick coffee but liked how they automatically served it with a glass of water. Clean modern decor, would definitely Recommend 😊

Great little coffee shop at reasonable prices. Selection of hot and cold drinks and cakes and pastries. Very busy on the weekend with families with children. The seats are a bit uncomfortable as the are low to start with and have sunk so need replacement. Service good but takes a while for drinks to be made.

A great cafe with a relaxed vibe. We had the oat milk flat white (pictured) and they were excellent. There is a decent amount of seating available. We didn't try the food or cakes but they looked good.

Ordered a matcha latte, they had no syrups available and the matcha was clearly not prepared properly as i could still taste powder bits. The young lady who made it whisked if for a few seconds which is probably why. They have one size cup which for £4 is absolutely not worth it.

Popped in and had a couple of delicious coffees - a latte and a machiato. Strong and not bitter! There were lots of little cakes, croissants and other baked goods in offer. Room for buggies as you come in which is brilliant for grandparents!
