Words cannot express what a great time i had on my visit. I could write an entire book, but I'll keep it short! I booked a tasting tour to celebrate 1 year of being cancer-free and man, was it a celebration! Tait and Tori were amazing!!! I learned so much about the history of the distillery and rum in general! It was a really great experience! Something I'll never forget!

Wildcat Brothers is a Harvest Host location that we stayed at for an overnight. For their guests they have a 4 pm rum tasting to feature their selection of craft rum which is distilled on site. It was a great location and the rum was exquisite. We purchased the Fifolet, spiced rum after having it mixed in a Pina Colada. We also tried the Dark & Stormy cocktail mixed with their Noire rum. All the cocktails were delicious and had delicious flavor profiles. Tait, one of the owners was very welcoming and chatted with us for a bit about the rum, the business and the area. We highly recommend Wildcat Brothers Distilling and would stop in again when we’re in the area.

Google
One of the best distilleries I've ever been to throughout the country. Their French style Rums are Phenomenal!! Tait was amazing on our tasting adventure. As a founder of the company, he really took the time to explain the science behind their product. Some of the most unique Rums I've ever tasted. Dog Friendly. Can't recommend this place enough. Harvest Host as well. Yall keep on keepin on!!! Will definitely be back🤟🤟

Today (11-3-23) we stayed as a Harvest Host member and we were the only couple here as an overnight guest. We arrived around 2:30 pm and went to check in. I was greeted by 3 beautiful ladies. I asked where I should park our rig and after setting up we were invited to come in around 4 pm to sample there rums that they make on-site. We had several samples and I lost count but they all were very different from what you would find in a rum purchased in a liquor store. Hand crafted and a very interesting history of how the place came to be! After the samples we ordered a couple of cocktails and I will say they were fantastic! The experience was the best and we thank you very much for the vip treatment! We did make a purchase walking out with 2 bottles and a t shirt and also a few free stickers! Thanks for a great ending to a long drive and for being a Harvest Host Member! Steve & Lori C.

Google
Came to Lafayette for a wedding and stumbled across this gem. If you’re a rum fan this is the spot to be! You will not be disappointed with anything about this place. The rums themselves are top notch quality, the cocktails are delicious, and the people serving them to you are the best part. If you can, take the spiced rum making class with the president. It will be equal parts fun and educational. Guaranteed to be a highlight of your trip you’ll be remembering for months to come with your own personalized bottles you get to take home with you. Best souvenir ever👌

Google
I have loved this company for years, but unfortunately, they run their business and treat their employees so poorly that I have no choice but to not support them anymore. I hope they realize ignoring an issue doesn’t solve it, it just makes more people aware and see your character which seriously needs some improvement. I do NOT recommend supporting this company in any capacity due to people who own it.

We got to attend their maple festival. Such a fun experience. The owner visited with us for a while and shared their story. We enjoyed hearing how they do everything they can with local farmers and suppliers. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I'm So happy we came back here after they've moved the bar into the front distillery building! It's a small quaint vibe with AWESOME live music! Carnelian entertained the crowd with popular tunes! Everyone looked like they were having fun! Don't let the outside fool you because the inside is super clean! Tait the owner is the person to order your drinks from since he makes them perfectly! He's friendly and welcoming! They had fresh jambalaya for sale and it was delicious! They do a tour of the distillery for those who want to experience a tasting! Yes, I recommend this pla

Yelp
We stopped here on a food tour. I'm not a big alcohol fan, but their rum was very smooth and sippable. They prepared some rum sauce bread pudding for us and it was exceptional. The owner and staff were very personable and entertaining.

Yelp
Wow what a cool place and story. Tate martin one of the owners was our tour guide as well. Amazing personality and exactly what a tour person and owner should be like! Excellent products and he said we could drink as much as we wanted on tour and gave us all a free rum daiquiri! The guy from parish brewery should come take this tour and learn how to be on a tour. I mean this in the most constructive way.

Yelp
We attended the President's Distillery Tour and Rum School. Tait, the president, is very knowledgeable about the distillery, the process they are using and the unique ways they are developing rum from their flag ship Sweet Crude Rum to their innovative Rum flavors unique to their French style processing. We learned a lot during tour including the use of local ingredients and recycling of their byproducts. The school taught your about the properties of each rum (smell, taste, color) and their use in cocktails. You will not get this type of teaching other than at Wildcat Brothers distillery. This is a don't miss opportunity.

Yelp
Back in January of 2023 i was hired to do some electrical work to get them ready for their grand opening. It was requested that the entire job be completed in 3 days. I met with the CEO of the time (Darick Brown) and was directed as to what they wanted upgraded and additional circuits added for band stand, run tasting bar and exterior lighting. Upon finishing the job, i submitted invoicing for payment and was dodged by him for months. I tried to reach out to them on their website, also with no rezones. I finally contacted them one last time and them i would be filing a civil suit. I was then contacted by the new CEO (Doug Miller) and was told that they intended on being paying in full. That was in April of 2024. No response since. They take advantage of small business to benefit themselves. I do not will not support them in any way nor recommend any small business doing work for them unless paid upfront in full

Yelp
Terrific tour and learned a lot about the rum distilling process. All of the rums we tasted were terrific. Tait, David, Andy, and Doug were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!

Yelp
We found Wildcat Brothers through Harvest Hosts, and what a treat! Wonderful southern hospitality here. We felt so welcomed, learned a lot about rum, and met some amazing people. And they have peacocks! Thank you, Tiffany! We enjoyed our short time there, and will definitely be back.

Yelp
Had such a great experience tasting their selection of rums at their Rum School! We learned a lot, and it was a lot of fun. I never would have considered myself a fan of rum before, but we left with more than one bottle and look forward to going back for their events! I highly recommend the Rum School or just visiting for a happy hour, since it's a really cool location.
