I lived here for about two and a half years. In the beginning, I really enjoyed it—great management, a strong sense of community, and staff who felt personable and genuinely caring. It wasn’t perfect, but overall it was a good place to live. About halfway through my second lease term, new management took over, and unfortunately things went downhill. Communication became poor, the gates rarely worked, predatory towing practices were introduced, and the pool was out of service for about eight months yet we were still required to pay full amenity fees. The management started to feel less like a community and more like a cookie-cutter, “you’re just a number” corporate setup. When it came time to renew, I asked if they were offering any concessions or discounts, especially since my rent was being raised. Having been a reliable tenant for a few years, I thought they might want to keep me on. At first, they offered nothing, even though I found the exact same floor plan listed for less on their own website. Only the day before my lease was up did they finally offer a rate that kept my rent flat but by then it felt like too little, too late. That experience, along with the red flags from their management style, ultimately pushed me to move out. I genuinely wanted to stay, but I didn’t see things trending in a positive direction. I do wish them the best, but sadly I can’t recommend it the way I once could.
