Wilderton Non-Alcoholic Botanical Spirits

What a delight! Friendly and knowledgeable woman toured me through the tasting flight (3 neat pours, 3 with mix-ins = N/A cocktails). All delicious, unique, and had a kick of heat from the peppercorn! Great mouthfeel, sophisticated, magical blends. I bought two sample packs of all 3 spirits which came with recipe cards. Can't wait to impress my girlfriends with these genius concoctions!

I was skeptical of the concept of distilled NA spirits, but am glad I gave it a try. After talking with the bartender and sampling their 3 option, we got a bottle of bittersweet apertivo. The flavors are really good and complex. At home, we mixed it with fresh squeezed orange, lime, and tonic. It made a delicious mocktail. Great for folks who don't want hard drinks or as an addition to other cocktails.

Tasty N/A aperitifs. Good depth of flavor. $10 tasting flight, which they waive if you end up buying 2 bottles (around $30 each). Flight was 4 samples - 2 "on the rocks", 2 spritz style with soda water. They did only have two aperitifs to try which I thought was odd, but I guess that's all they make currently. I liked both so ended up with a bottle of each for mocktails at home.

Update: they've changed their products, probably to make them cheaper to produce. They're now full of garbage like "natural flavors" which can be anything from tree bark to bugs. Boo Wilderton, you had a great product and downgraded to be just like all the rest. Was able to do a tasting at our local supermarket Zupans and am very impressed with the flavors, especially when mixed. I walked away with a bottle of Lustre and will probably go back for the Earthen. It's nice to have a grown up non-alcoholic drink instead of a sugar bomb or meh flavored water. And unlike the Ritual, these aren't made with Xanthan Gum and the always mysterious "natural flavors" which can be derived from anything naturally occurring, even things you wouldn't consider to be food.

I was so impressed by Wilderton's prompt and personal customer service. James went above and beyond at each step of the way in helping me resolve an order issue. We are excited to try the product!

Although I love this product line I am VERY disappointed in their customer service. I have had a monthly subscription for several months and the last shipment I was charged for both bottles and only received one. I’ve emailed multiple times with not ONE response. Very bad for confidence.

While a whiskey drinker myself, it's nice to find something for dry nights, weeks or an alternative for people that do not partake. I found the server to friendly and knowledgeable. Worth a return trip.

They made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had! The atmosphere was really warm and the view is wonderful. Definitely hit the spot!
