Awesome looking casino it’s 4:53pm and it’s Thursday the 13th . I been waiting 30 / 40 minutes for a drink and have not been greeted I wasn’t sure if it was because I’m black are look like a person that doesn’t tip , the bartender needs a little more training awful service

This is a very small casino.Mostly locals gamble here. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have. Sports betting there. I believe that the cocktails coming around more frequently than they do at a lot of casinos. I haven't won a whole lot of money there but it seems like the machines pay out on the average basis if you can find a game that you're comfortable with.

Clean place. A variety of games. Not very busy. I went during the graveyard shift. The bartender / waitress was on top of her game, making sure that we didn't need a drink or anything. The cashier , Kelsie was super sweet. Nicole the boss was also amazing when trying to find a solution to an issue I was having not seeming bothered at all and more than willing to help. Good vibes for sure. Also, IHOP is connected to it! Neat place for sure.

I actually went to IHOP here at 3: 00am in the morning nobody was really there as far as customers at the casino security walking around ..stepped inside IHOP I waited at least 5 minutes to get somebody's attention I saw that inside the restaurant nobody there . I decided to eat at the restaurant food came out great! The server very nice and attentive 😀. Love coming to this IHOP since it's close to my house !.

We were taken here when we visited with some local friends. For us it was a great experience- we kept winning and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The seats at the slot machines were so comfortable and the casino is very clean. We hope to return again the next time we visit Vegas.

This is a great local casino! Both restaurants are very good as well. They have several craft cocktails which were excellent.

Was my first time visiting here. (President status). It was clean, bright, not smokey so that was a plus. I was here for hours spent over $1000. One of the employees who runs the drawings personally told me to come back later for the drawing because obviously I had a good chance of winning due to the amount spent. Anyway I had to bring my kids along simply because I had no other option. I was going to activate my entries then wait off wherever (IHOP is literally part of the casino with it's entrance being an open wall. Now I didn't see the problem with this being as how I've done it before at Rampart numerous times without incidence. Upon entering here they acted like I was trying to rob the place and as I was trying to activate my entries (somehow the 159 I had when I left this morning were no longer on my account to activate) and the guy that originally told me to come back was kicking me out. This place is a joke and I will never visit here again.

last Sunday I was at wildfire. when I left I went into the parking lot and found that my scooter was stolen. It was brand new. I told security. Although they have a team and cameras they did absolutely nothing for me. They could care less.They told me to call the cops. The cops could not help me and they couldn't go in person to ask for the footage. No one made any effort to help me at all. They wouldn't even help me get a cab. I am 63 years old and had to walk home in the heat. Now it's 2 weeks later and they still won't even show me the footage. They do not care 1 bit for their customers. Why have cameras and officers if they will not help you at all??

I placed a bet here on NFL last week. I'm here now trying to cash the ticket but they say that they are unable to cash it and I have to drive to Palace casino to cash it. This is after the person in front of me had his sports bet paid. Some kind of scam going on here with the cashier in the cage.

Everything went well with the service will go back again. Food was good. Friendly ambiance terrific place will tell friends.

I feel the need to bring up an issue that needs to be addressed In regards to not being treated properly by an employee when I visited WILDFIRE CASINO the new location off of Fremont. A friend of mine whom I brought to wildfire a few months prior for the first time. While receiving her club card we noticed a sign that was posted stating after earning 25 points you received $20 free play. Picture provided at the bottom of this review. "KEISHA" was appointed to address my situation. I proceeded to inform her of the issue. Informing her that my friend never received the bonus that was offered. "I HAVE BEEN WORKING HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN A SIGN LIKE THAT!!" KEISHA states. Basically calling me a liar! I replied... you are incorrect. At that very moment she became a different person. Her behavior was unfair and yet unreasonable. Smart mouth comments were thrown my way as she walks toward the door to enter the cashier cage area.Consequences should be applied for such unprofessionalism. especially when the results from such encounter causes the establishment to lose money! GOOD MONEY! The negativity that exudes from "KEISHA" left me shell shocked! If this behavior is encouraged by an higher anarchy within the staff. Then you obviously do not care to have more than a handful of players at this location. She lacks discipline and needs to be retaught etiquette values. I lack the reassurance that this behavior and customer service from "KEISHA" will not happen again. Because it seems so natural to her. Her facial expressions, rolling of the neck and eyes! Revealing a feeling of "control" displayed when after saying some smart a?? Comments to me. hoping that I would indulge in the childish, uncalled for..... let alone unprofessional, unprevoked encounter.so that in return she could try to cause more problems and a possibility of me being removed from the premises. Who wants to feel like that after playing their hard earned money and in return being addressed in any form or fashion that an employee seems to give? NOT ME!!!! After returning with the players club card with a printed out document everything but the explanation of what the initial issue was about. "KEISHA"proceeds to explain printed document which has nothing to do with what was asked. After saying three words within a sentence "KEISHA" cuts me off by saying I'M TALKING TO THE CARD HOLDER! bullshi????? her mentioning the $15 had expired. WHO WAS ASKING ABOUT THEIR WEEKLY FREE PLAY? NOBODY THAT'S WHO! The bottom line is if she spent more time listening to a customer and looking into the situation. And less time acting like we are two enemies about to fight on the streets. No longer will be seen visiting the WILDFIRE CASINO located on Fremont Charleston boulevard being the cross street.

Came to the bar and mai was amazing she was Sweet and nice and overall an amazing bartender!!

This place is amazing! All the staff is wonderful!I want to put a special shout out to Keisha. She is amazing always helping me with anything I need she is like family to me and I love her. I would recommend wildfire to anyone. Always so friendly. Come visit you won't be disappointed.

Been waiting 45 minutes to cash a wining sports ticket. Went to the cage and they said they don't cash them and the guy at the sports book is on lunch. Other people at the sports book said that it happens all the time. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!?!?!?

My husband and I absolutely love Wildfire. Everyone there are amazing and friendly. Keisha and Ray are wonderful and always there to answer our questions. Amazing Amazing.

This place is awesome. Great customer service. I live in Henderson. I feel comfortable here. Other places I've been to. They don't acknowledge you. They don't even come around for drinks. Here the waitress constantly checks on you. Make sure that you're ok. Security checks on customers to make sure there safe. Thank you.

Gambling is Terrible there your not going to win let's just get that out of the way but the customer service and the employees they have working there are really good, they actually engage in conversation with you, they smile and it looks like there having a good time working together. And security is on point

No matter if you're betting a nickel or you're betting four nickels you get treated like a high roller no matter what time you walk in. I don't dream but I know I could count on a good cup of coffee. And seeing the service to other guests is great to see

Tacos where delicious! The gaming area and restroom very clean. Service was good. Staff was walking around and where pleasant. Will return .
