Yelp
When others come and go Wild Fire Grill is a main stay in the Montgomery area. We were a table of five, the servers name if I remember correctly was Lucy gave us a few moments to settle in came over and asked in anyone cared for tap water or Pellegrino and if anyone wanted something from the Bar. Lucy remembered who GOT what, no auctioning off a sign of professionalism that is becoming harder and harder to find in this post Covid world. After the drinks arrived Lucy pointed out some items on the menu and specials that she recommended. At that point we ordered some appetizers to share for the table, she put them in and they arrived in short order, the accommodations requested were done without any hesitation. In some establishments special requests are frond upon, not at the Wild fire Grill. After we finished the appetizers our server cleared the appetizers, reset the flatware and took our order. When the Entrees came out again each person was served what they ordered no auctioning Great!!!! Lucy checked on us with in the first five minutes to insure we were all enjoying our meals.
Lets now talk about the food the calamari were cooked well, nice even batter with two dipping sauces, I personally would have preferred the rings to be a bit larger but it works. The Bacon wrapped Scallops were good not over cooked and well presented. As for the entrees The Shrimp Tortellini my daughter really enjoyed. My wife enjoyed the Sweet potato ravioli the Whole walnuts were a nice touch. The Pork Chop was good not over cooked but it could have been a little thicker. The Sirloin was done to a perfect medium and rested. The potatoes were well done, crispy on the outside and seasoned well. I had the Burger, the mushroom topping was well prepared, bun was fresh, the fries were crispy and well seasoned. As for dessert. Lucy was right the Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake was really good, we also had a crème Brule and a cheese cake they were all made on premise!!! I finished off with a double Espresso and Lucy even Made it Macchiato. Before tax and tip it was $49.00 per person a bargain in todays economy. Wild Fire Grill has out door dining as well, the outdoor dining is out back in a cortile setting not street facing it makes for a pleasurable al fresco dining experience.
For a special occasion or date night out its a great place to frequent, its laid back with a relaxed vibe but still delivers true steps of service a balancing act few manage to do well!
