This is my 3rd time here. First time I booked a couples massage but when i arrived i was told they only had 1 couple room and it wasn't available and if i wanted to wait 3 hours. So we had to be in separate rooms. And we still had to wait 20 mins to start. The 2nd time I came it wasn't bad. Did a 90 min massage, no wait. The only thing was the massage hurt at moments because the girl kept using her elbow. I had to stop her twice and 1 time even grab her arm off of me. Anyway today I came back to bring my daughter as a gift for her 18th birthday. I was paying cash, NOT GROUPON. Booked my appt in advance. But yet when I arrived they made us sit down and wait 20 mins before even being asked what we were here for. Then they said there was no rooms available and it would be a 1.5 hr wait. I was furious. I booked it for a specific time because I had other plans. Then we come back and still had to wait 20 mins to start. At this time there are 9 other ppl waiting for massages even though they all have appointments. They even starting sending ppl home and said they can come back another day or contact groupon for a refund. How unprofessional, irresponsible and just rude. They are overbooked constantly and wasting people's time. Some of the workers are understanding and sweet but others are rude and get annoyed with customers for being rightfully upset. My daughter went in 2 hours AFTER her appt time. And now the waiting area is FULL and there's more ppl arriving and they're telling them to go outside and walk around and they will call them when they're ready. This is insane. I tried being a loyal customer but I won't be coming back anymore. This is sad.

Absolutely outstanding experience! Jack delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever had — highly skilled, attentive, and perfectly tailored to what my body needed. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The service at the reception desk was equally impressive. Ray was warm, professional, and made the entire check-in and check-out process smooth and welcoming. Top-tier service from start to finish — highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I came here on a Tuesday night. I had requested Miya when scheduling, and they ended up pushing me back half an hour to accommodate her taking on other clients. They sent me a text letting me know they were pushing me back 15 min. I booked a full body lymphatic drainage massage for 60 minutes. I used a groupon. The massage was so relaxing and pressure was just enough. The receptionist Ray was very warm and accommodating. Overall a great experience and am excited to use my second massage Groupon

Google
Loved it. Do recommend. My body feels so much better after just 1 massage. Jerry was wonderful. He was so firm, very professional, very helpful, and communicated how i prefer: asking a few times if the pressure was ok to reassure me that it's ok to give feedback (im not very talkative). I work 6 days a week, normally lifting heavy animals or objects and i have sciatica and this really helped with all that. All the staff was very nice and courteous and professional. The only thing i was confused about was: i bought a groupon that said "60 min, any massage you want, (etc, etc), optional hot stones" which i didnt know meant Hot stones was an optional, additional add on ($10) Still i had a wonderful time and think it's worth full price. If i wasnt a student and had more money, i would do this every month. I look forward to coming back next year 😁

Google
I can’t wait to come back, at least quarterly. Jack was great, a silent force if you will. The place is teeming with chaotic energy to cater to everyone. Once inside the room, peace befalls you. I will be back, with more people. Happy I came and was able to treat my friend to some birthday massage add ons. Thanks Jack!!!

Google
Had a great lymphatic drainage massage today with Lisa. She was thorough and had just the right pressure. Also huge shoutout to the manager, Diana - there was some delay due to staff callouts and she handled the situation professionally. Very poised and polite. I work at a clinic where often experiences same issues when staffs call out and I know how hectic it can get. Her management skill and attitude deserve a praise! Will definitely return for other services too.

Miya was amazing!!!! One of the best massages I’ve gotten!!! Relaxing and thorough! Highly recommend getting the ginger oil! Can’t wish to come back!

Google
Truly life changing! Got the lymphatic drainage massage and also went back for the whole body massage with Jack and my life was changed! Will be going back consistently from now on. Highly recommend here as your new go to! Service is great, employees are beyond nice/kind, and I feel so great after every appointment. This is your sign!

Yelp
Went here for my first lymphatic massage after finding them on Groupon and it was $60 for 60 minutes which was a pretty good deal. The woman that did my massage was great, the massage was everything I expected except that she put the oil all over my face. I didn't realize the face was included and if i did I would've washed off my makeup prior so that was a tad annoying. It felt amazing and released so much tension in my jaw so I cant complain too much. Other wise 10/10 and I will be added lymphatic massages to my monthly maintenance routine. It is a very much you get what you pay for experience so don't go in expecting fancy spa experience but great for what it cost for sure.

Yelp
My husband and I booked a 90-minute couples massage here after purchasing a Groupon and let me just say...you get what you pay for. Our experience wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good. Just blah. First of all, they texted my husband telling us that our appointment time had changed from 6:15pm to 6pm without asking! He didn't see the notification until it was too late as we were traveling into the city from Astoria. So that put a bad taste in our mouths to start, however we tried not to let it bother us too much. The massage itself was just blah. I prefer a deeper pressure than what was provided, especially since my legs have been sore from running lately, so it was actually a bit disappointing. Plus, she did a lot of the massage with a towel in between my skin and her hands... This is not something I've experienced before and it wasn't the most pleasant. The first 60 minutes of our massage was done on the table in a room. The remaining 30 minutes was strictly a foot massage that was done out in the lobby... I, personally, did not like having people everywhere around us while we were getting our feet massaged. Felt weird. Additionally, the "30-minute foot massage" only lasted for 20 minutes. Because we were sitting in chairs in the lobby, we had our phones so I know for a fact that they stopped 10 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. This was upsetting but because there were people everywhere, I didn't confront them...although looking back I wish I would have. Lastly, when leaving we had a cash tip ready and the receptionist asked us how much we were giving them VERY loudly in front of everyone in the lobby... This was just uncomfortable and awkward. Overall, I was not a fan of the lack of professionalism at this place. I don't think I'll be returning. Not worth it.

Yelp
I came here for a full body lymphatic drainage massage that I found on Groupon for $60. It's a "no frills" place but very clean. The massage was great and my masseuse, Jennifer, always asked me how the pressure was. I added an extra 30 min for an extra $45. When I did, she told me that she would use the time for the back of my body. I wonder why it wasn't included in the full body massage and I didn't want to ask. My friend had gotten the same massage at this location last month and didn't have to pay extra for her back to be done. When I told her what I did, she was shocked. This is when I figured out that I had been robbed. I should have asked questions and I'm mad that I didn't. While the massage was really good and definitely worth it, being upcharged for something that should have been included left a bad taste in my mouth and it's a shame on her. She also kept trying to sell me on different packages/ promos and saying that my next visit will be automatically $75 so that I don't have to bother with the hassle of purchasing a Groupon... even though their Groupon deals are cheaper than $75. FYI: There is a sign at the front desk that says that there is a minimum $15 tip per hour.

Yelp
Clean establishment, friendly staff. Massage itself was fine -- did not blow me away but it was nice overall.

Yelp
One of the best foot massages I've ever received. Mia was excellent. I loved the deep pressure. A wonderful place to come.

Yelp
Got a 90 min combo massage (60 min full body, 30 minute foot) and it was literalllyyyyy so good. The spa is so clean and nice! Amanda was incredible omg. Yeah you can hear some noise outside idk what you people are expecting it's in the middle of K Town. As long as it's a quality massage (which it was) I do not care. I will be coming back undoubtedly

Yelp
This review is for a massage with Tony at the 33rd St location. This is a no frills spa, however it was very clean. It's on the 2nd floor of a walk-up in K-town where you can hear traffic from the street and you can hear every other person getting a massage, since the rooms are not enclosed at the top. That being said, you will be able to ignore all that, because having a massage with Tony is a religious experience. I came at the recommendation of a friend and boy was she right. I've been to the best spas in New York, from The Ritz Carlton to The Well. Tony is one of the best masseuses I've ever had! The first 10 minutes involves some stretching and kneading over a towel. But once he moves the towel down and gets into the work, the amazing part begins. I don't want to give too much away - you just have to go. I appreciated that I asked to refrain from the banging they do at the end (which to me cancels out any of the relaxation the massage gave you over the last hour) and he obliged. My only feedback is I wish he spent more time on my feet! Highly recommend coming here and requesting Tony. Thank me later. :)

Yelp
The spa is very no frills but still comfortable. Had a lymphatic drainage massage from Lisa. She was great!

Yelp
I decided to book my appointment over the phone. Seemed to go well. Called back an hour later to say I wanted a female massage therapist, and receptionist said it was entered. Ended my downtown excursion early to make sure I got to my appointment on time only to find out they had no record of my appointment despite having a confirmation text of my appointment. Others have complained about this so be forewarned! Find a more reliable place.

Yelp
I never leave reviews, but this experience left me genuinely shaking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spa due to the front desk woman's behavior alone. I had a noon appointment on a Sunday. They checked me in, took payment, and said nothing about any delays. After waiting 25 minutes, while everyone else in the lobby was taken back, I was told the room would be ready "soon." Another 20 minutes passed, and now I'd been waiting 45 minutes for what was supposed to be a 60-minute massage. When I politely went up to the desk to ask if she knew how much longer it would be, the front desk woman blew up and yelled at me, threatening me and telling me to leave. This was incredibly distressing, especially in a space that is supposed to be centered on wellness and relaxation. To be clear, the lymphatic drainage massage itself was nice, and the masseuse was both knowledgeable and kind (just note the treatment is naturally more intimate than a standard massage). But the hostility and unprofessionalism I experienced at the front desk completely ruined what should have been a relaxing visit. I left feeling upset rather than relaxed, which is the opposite of what a spa should provide and therefore I wouldn't recommend anyone get treatment here because of this behavior by the front desk woman... it was just not worth it.

Yelp
Great place. Great atmosphere Would come again. Massage and foot massage. Got oil and hot stone too. Only problem is that I didn't stay longer

Yelp
HORRIBLE !!! Do not go here. I booked a Groupon for 4 people massage. Reservation was done and confirmed then when we went there The guy took my phone and quickly pressed REDEEMED on the Groupon then called people to come work. they didn't have enough people to treat us. So they said to come back or cancel so I respectfully asked for a refund and they'll approve it on Groupon. Currently trying to get a refund still and they DID NOT approve it Sketchy place af , there's prostitutes standing in front

Yelp
They started off on a bad note. Saying hot stone is an extra $10 and then lavender oil is another $10. I said no to both. I never like Hot stone. Anyway, I said no to both. The masseuse rubbed oil on me anyway, I didn't smell any lavender so I assume I'm "safe". at the end the guy put hot stone on me I said no. They tried to charge me $10 for the oil. I'm like I said no to lavender oil. She said he put special oil on u which is ginger. I'm like I told u I'm not opting in to pay $10 lavender oil, how does that imply I want to pay $10 ginger oil. They kept trying to make me pay and I stood my ground. The masseuse was actually really good. I would have returned since it's right by my job. But I do not appreciate dishonest business. I paid for luxury services much more than this but I need to know what I'm signing up for. And no means no. PS: I booked with a "Karen wang" but they give me a guy. I don't care and go with it. If this is something that u would have a problem with, call and tell them. I asked why it said I scheduled with Karen and they said oh that's our boss. So the info is totally not accurate.

Yelp
First time come here, after massage and facial,I feel like a new person. Amazing service. Would come back again.

Yelp
Horrible after waiting an hour to be taken in while the front desk let appts that were after me in before me I finally got taken into a room. The massage was horrible she hurt me, burnt me with the hot stones , and rubbed cold wet towels (supposed to be hot) on me. She kept moving the bed so she could get behind it so the whole time I was trying to relax I kept getting disturbed. The place is dirty i don't know how this place has good reviews on google. Don't waste your money

Brooke

Yelp
Do NOT come here. Oh my....I usually get my lymphatic massages elsewhere in the city but my girl is out on vacation and I saw this groupon so thought to give it a shot. I made an appointment over the phone, went in at my scheduled time, and 25 minutes of waiting later - offered to come back because they were seriously overbooked. The receptionist thanked me and we scheduled a rain check. I went back for the SECOND time, same thing happened. When I called asking for a refund the manager insisted I come back for a third time to try again. Noooo way Jose. I'm now out $50, hours of my time, and no massage. Do not recommend. They can't handle the volume of their clientele.

Rosa M.

Yelp
The first time I came here was about 8 months ago. I had an amazing experience. Jake performed my massage and he was a true professional, knowing the human body. I guess it's a hit or miss with this place. I went again today and it was the complete opposite. I had someone named Kim. It was probably the worst massage I've ever had. She did not know what she was doing. Not only was she trying to take off my skin with the hot stones. She does not know the body, my massage ended in a full Nelson and I wanted to fight by the time it was over. I still tipped her because maybe she thought she was doing something. A service is a service. The place smelled moldy this time around. I left disappointed and holding myself back from giving honest feedback. I don't think I'll return. 2 stars for honoring the Groupon. Not worth it tho.

Soni H.

Yelp
Came in for a 60 min lymphatic massage. The place was clean and friendly and receptionist honored a Groupon discount. But the masseuse completely exposed my breasts and started massaging them. No warning or consent was given. Feel violated and when I informed the front desk they glossed over it. Do not recommend.
google avatar

Sara K.

Yelp
A woman on TikTok raved about her full body lymphatic massage here so I booked one. The place is clean enough and the face/neck massage started out nice. About 25 minutes into my session, she uncovered my chest and starting massaging my breasts. I understand that breast massage is a thing but at no point in advance of my session was there a discussion about breast massage being a part of THIS thing. It felt inappropriately intimate without clear consent having been given and I laid there confused, trying to remember if there were lymph nodes in the breast area and trying to be chill about the whole thing. After my session, I asked the woman at the front desk if it's normal for the masseuse to massage a client's breasts and, when she explained that it was just the armpit and side breast area, I physically showed her how the woman had kneaded all around my breast tissue. She was like no that's not a part of it. It went on from there but just be forewarned if you get the full body, you may or may not get some non-consensual breast action.

Yelp
I was surprised how tidy the place was, especially the room that I entered smelled so good and before letting me in Amy turned the heater. The stuff is really helpful and kind. I liked how my facial went. She was telling each product that she was using and what does it to my skin. I loved that! I like when they guide me through their process. Before even applying it to my skin. After that a day I got amazing skin. I lived my skin was clean and hydrated. Thank you guys!

Gem S.

Yelp
Don't book a massage here. I booked an aromatherapy massage here with my husband. We arrived early and were asked to leave and comeback because the overbooked. We waited more than an hour. Then they made us pay extra for the aromatherapy oil. Then when we were leaving they yelled at us in a group of customers for a tip. My husband and I were mortified. I don't know what type of establishment they are running so I gave the tip but the receptionist service was horriable .

Liz T.

Yelp
Got a massage from Groupon and naturally it's understood that you're not paying "regular" price for any service when using a promotion or discount. My $50 service warranted a 20% tip which I gave in cash. However to be harassed at the front desk upon leaving about tipping an amount commiserate with the regular price was absurd. And while it was suggested, it was the begging and belligerence associated with the stern request. Why would anyone be required to tip 30-35%?? We can all agree that implied tipping / gratuity in USA let alone NYC is out of control but the way they treated me, handled the entire thing reduces this review to 3 stars. Not to mention, it's noisy. Room walls are fabricated by sliding doors and you can hear everything around you. People talking at the desk, the service happening next to you, etc. - If the premise is, you get what you pay for then 20% tip was more than generous. Also there's a $10 up charge for ginger massage oil which isn't worth it. I've been to plenty of spas where a small variety of oils are part of the service. Overall, 3 out of 5 is more than fair even for no frills.

Yelp
I booked a couples massage for my husband and I as a little pre-wedding relaxation (or so I thought it would be) activity. I found a 2 for $79 deal on pulsd, but it was NOT worth it. For one, the massage tables were not side by side, but facing each other on opposite sides of the room. There was no soothing spa music, no aroma therapy, and you could hear not only the loud ass street traffic, but other massages from neighboring rooms. My masseuse was super aggressive and barely spoke English. I had to tell her SEVERAL times to be more gentle as she used all of her might to press into my skin. A spa should be tranquil and relaxing, but this was NOT the case at Wildflower. It was my husband's first spa experience, so he didn't really know any better, but I know how things should be. They won't be seeing me again.

Yelp
I went here the first time about a month ago and had a lovely massage. Today and it is a holiday Valentine's Day. It was pretty crowded and the woman who gave me my massage barely listened to me. I asked her to do some hand massage, and she never came near my hands. Also her use of stones in the stone massage was not how to give a stone massage as you are supposed to let the heat penetrate where you were just worked on.

Wendy Z.

Yelp
great facial I did with my friend. 100% recomment. I was book two facial services, my friend have acne on here facial. After the facial she looks totally different

Yelp
Absolutely amazing experience!! Hedy was stellar! She was so kind and efficient! She made my skin feel soft and hydrated! I highly recommend visiting!

Yelp
I love this place. The people are wonderful, the massage therapy is amazing. I have been twice and was so grateful for such a soothing, thoughtful experience and talented healers. Thank you!

Jackie C.

Yelp
I went in for a full body massage, expecting to leave relaxed. Instead it was the worse massage, I had ever gotten and two days later, I'm feeling sore. I was never turned over, the room was hot and had little to no ventilation. The towels weren't soft at all and they were dingy white. I will never go there again!!!!

Yelp
False Advertising on Groupon and deceptive offers. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I purchased a couples massage via Groupon and called to make an appointment. I mention my voucher and say that I would like to book an appointment this Sunday at 8pm. What the agent repeated back to me was appointment for Sunday at 8pm for two people. I said it was a couples massage so I wanted to make sure that we were in the same room. I was told that a couple's room is available on a first come first serve basis and that I had to pay $20 if I wanted to guarantee one. I explained that I did not understand how this was possible as I had already paid for a couple's massage and making an appointment should guarantee the room being available for that appointment without having to pay extra. After multiple phone calls I was then told that there is no availability this weekend as they are very busy and that I cannot use the voucher over a weekend. I explained that none of this was included in the fine print when purchasing the voucher. I also found it convenient that they initially had no problem with taking a voucher for a weekend appointment and had availability on Sunday and then changed their tune when I started to question their policies. I have screenshots of the entire groupon voucher to make sure I was not going crazy.

Yelp
It was beautiful spa I have visited. The products was great, the staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. It was wonderful facial experience . Definitely I will go again.
