I write a loooooot of reviews. While I've never been to this location, I wanted to make sure they got the credit they deserve. I ordered one case of cider imperial gold on their website, which I'd another story all together. They stopped selling honey cider, which AT THE TIME was my favorite, around my house. So, on a whim, I wondered if they sold online aaaaaaaand I have to try one of everything. (Just a little advertising for their online sales if you're interested) Back to why they deserve 5*s... Even without the mess up, they always send you a little handwritten pick-me-up and stickers even coasters. It makes me feel as a customer that they never forget where they came from (something truly Texan, one of the only places left that pull over for funerals.). I hope they always keep this trend because as someone barely scraping the surface of what this company truly is. It grew my loyalty instantly. Obviously, it's designed that way, but it's part of the charm and very great marketing to make you feel a little like a family friend. I ordered one of the imperial gold cases because when I test drive a new product, I only order one. Having liked it, I was back for round to as it was my, now, new, favorite. I love fruit punch and pumpkin flavors. Two things I have to try anything in those flavors. In my haste to order one of each flavor either the system or personal error only ordered 2x fruit punch. Having been a few days late to ship my and having wanted my friend to try this amazing product in Oklahoma, I was a little distressed his package had arrived before mine. I contacted support and told them I had only order one of each flavor and it was late. They more than made up for it by sending an apology in the handwritten message I mentioned earlier. They also sent 2x both flavors more than making up for it. I honestly felt a little guilty, so I suppose I've got to order some more cider later. I will DEFINITELY be advocating for these guys and gals at Austin Eastciders. Not JUST because they have "Chick-fil-A service". Their products are wonderful, and Texas made with passion you can taste! to Austin Eastciders! You have my expressed consent to use this anywhere you wish.

Attn Drivers: when arriving park along the street FIRST and check in with dock. Only one dock to load/unload kinda tight but manageable, must back in from street. Earliest time to arrive is 8am. Super friendly staff with quick loading/unloading. Restrooms also available. ✌️

These people suck the big one. They have a horrible dirty manufacturing plant. The product they produce is dangerous to consume. Please refrain from doing business from them

We decided to stop in Austin solely to try Austin Eastciders! We tried the pineapple cider for the first time on tap in Topeka, Kansas. We initially started with Halee and ended the night with Kat. Both were great and friendly. Kat was exceptional and suggested blueberry/honey combo as well as blood orange/pineapple. We loved every cider we tried! Next time, we will be back with our pups! 10/10 recommend!
