Will Leather Goods

I recently visited this shop and was impressed by their wide range of leather goods. From belts, wallets, and purses to bags, shoes, and pouches, they have it all. The quality of the products is top notch. What stood out most, though, was their exceptional selection of belts. If you're in the market for high-quality leather items, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Was window shopping and stumbled upon this beautiful store. Josue helped me with my shopping experience and was the highlight of the trip! I really appreciate that he asked me what I was looking for and showed me so many cool options including new alternatives!

We came in after having poked around Portland Leather Goods. PLG is okay but Will Leather Goods is another level. The designs are thoughtful, the leather feels high quality and everything felt like a "buy it for life" kind of item. Speaking of which, everything in the store has a lifetime warranty. That convinced me ultimately to purchase something although I typically may have gravitated to something cheaper online. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they expertly embossed my initials on the bag which was a nice touch, followed by cleaning/moisturizing the leather before handing it off. Not sure what the negative reviews are talking about regarding the owner or the state of the shop. This place was clean, well-staffed with friendly people and has great products.

Home office helped me find a discontinued piece in one of the locations - Portland. Received it and would have rated the product and delivery a 5 however the packaging was a little less than desirable for a $1,295 piece BUT - the individual service, quality of the piece and overall experience were amazing and one I will repeat again! Well done Violet (home office) and Calista (Eugene) and thank you!

This place is run by Jared, someone who should not be in management. Sales associates frequently just leave the store and also leave it unattended, the store was filthy and Jared would frequently just ignore customers after just giving them a simple hello. The store is frequently stolen from but you wouldn’t be able tell with how disastrous the store is. The quality of these haphazardly made bags are also concerning. They’re thrown around in piles in the storage. The quality of these bags are not good.

Over the weekend, witnessed the owner go next door to Creo Chocolate Shop and proceeded to grab giant handfuls of sample chocolate truffles and run out. Leaving a trail of truffles on the ground as you fled. Forcing the poor workers to put their sample tray away after you just decimated it. Not a good look for you and very uncouth.

This is a very cool new shop! They really do great work here; I found the coolest leather belt for a really solid price!

Expensive but good quality.

Very friendly, although somewhat more expensive than other places. I purchased a belt for my college aged son and they did a custom cut and put his initials on it. Overall, I would definitely be back if I don't have budget constraints. Good quality products
