I have arrived after terrible journey from Osaka to Tokyo. Never experienced such bad seat design in a bus. The company must have paid a fortune to designer to have these seat most uncomfortable. In height its quite close to ground. Seating area quite small, even a skinny guy like me could not fit. Not place for streching your legs either horizontol or vertical. Could not sleep for 8 hours, now my day is messed up in Tokyo. I am budget friendly traveller but I'd have chosen the shinkansen with paying double of the price. The experience was terrible. The person reading this comment, do not book on these guys. The seats are not approproite for humans. DO NOT!

Used these guys for a tour that didn't even involve busses. Communication was terrible and confusing. All the tours they sell are available on other sites that no doubt have much better customer service.

Je recommande seulement si vous êtes une personne de petite taille. Ou alors si vous êtes grands, prenez les places toute devant afin d’avoir de la place pour vos jambes ! Personnel sympathique et aidant. Font souvent des poses donc c’est sympa pour aller marcher un peu, s’acheter un truc à boire et/ou à manger. Un autre soucis est la place disponible en largeur. Faisant du sport, je suis assez costaud et j’ai l’épaule écrasé contre la planche séparant les sièges alors heureusement que je suis côté couloir et que je peux me décaler un petit peu de ce côté. Arrivé à l’heure et même en avance je crois.

関西へ行くのによく利用します 乗り心地良し、乗務員の対応も良くて、バスも目立つ色でわかりやすいから普通に乗って移動するには文句はない しかし外国人利用者のマナーが悪くそこはマイナス 外国人利用者にうるさいくらいに先に注意喚起でもしてくれるといいんだが

10/31 4:35頃 名神高速下り(瀬田東～大津)にて3858の車両で岡山行き(多分) とてもマナーのいい運転をされてました。 観光バス、夜行バスは車線変更時に譲ってくれないと偏見がありましたが、そちらの車両は変更時に減速し、尚且つライトまで消して頂きとても安全に車線変更が出来ました。気持ちよかったです。

このお値段で楽〜に東京、大阪へ頻繁に何年も利用させて頂いてます。最近はガソリンも高いですからね。ガソリン代より安く名古屋から東京へ行くんですもの。寝てる間に着くなんて、本当にありがたい。新幹線のシートより快適なので、私はいつも最後尾の席を陣取ってフラットに近いくらいにして寝てます。これは女性の特権？もちろん、新幹線や電車と違って渋滞が起こる事は車を運転した事があれば想定内です。なので早めに動きます。時間通りに到着したいなら新幹線を使った方がいいでしょう。時間はあるけど、お金はケチりたい私には無くてはならないです笑 ありがとうございます😊
