I have arrived after terrible journey from Osaka to Tokyo. Never experienced such bad seat design in a bus. The company must have paid a fortune to designer to have these seat most uncomfortable. In height its quite close to ground. Seating area quite small, even a skinny guy like me could not fit. Not place for streching your legs either horizontol or vertical. Could not sleep for 8 hours, now my day is messed up in Tokyo. I am budget friendly traveller but I'd have chosen the shinkansen with paying double of the price. The experience was terrible. The person reading this comment, do not book on these guys. The seats are not approproite for humans. DO NOT!

Used these guys for a tour that didn't even involve busses. Communication was terrible and confusing. All the tours they sell are available on other sites that no doubt have much better customer service.

違反を助長するドライバーが在籍しています。 目撃と体験ですが高速道路で追い越し車線を 走行車線が空いているのに車線変更しない オービスの手間で車線変更をして後続車の 速度超過を助長するような行為を目撃しました。 このバスが起因した違反の取締りを目撃したので 書き込みさせて頂きました。

休憩地に早く着いた場合、予定の時間まで休憩を取ることは出来ないのか？ 大体予定時刻の15分前くらいに目覚ましをかけ眠るのだが、起きたら休憩地を出発するところみたいなことがたまにある。 トイレが付いていない車両なのだから、トイレ休憩くらいまともにさせて欲しい。
