I recently went to cash over $10K on 5 tickets. I was handed a W9, and FORCED to fill it out, they were telling me, that the tickets were now their property, and if I didn't fill it out, or if I left, I would not get paid off. I told them it was my understanding, that the bet had to pay off at 150 to 1 or better, they said it was their policy, that tickets over $10K were report to the IRS. I asked for some of them back, and I would cash $9k or so, but they said it was too late, and wouldn't do it. Last week I collected tickets for over $19K, and did not go thru all this trouble, though it took almost 90 minutes for them to get me the money. The week before, I was sent to another casino, because they had closed down the book at the Nugget in Pahrump. I handed an older lady several tickets, and when she checked them, she said the were for too much money, that she couldn't cash tickets for more than $500 (I was sent there because the other William Hill book said $1,000, but to try to cash the other ones, because it was out of the cage, and they just might do it for me.) Since she appeared to be really old, like about 70 (I'm 72), I just took the tickets from her, placed them back in my left front pocket, where I always carry them, came back to the Nugget in the morning, and was shocked that an $800, and $1,500 tickets were missing, which was bad enough, but the tickets I produced were cashed in The Circus in Vegas, the night before. It took a few hours to clear the later up, but I never got the 2 tickets back. They wouldn't let me view the video of that night, but I am sure the old bat stole them. The week before, I misplaced a winning parlay, with an over $13K payoff. Admittedly, my memory at times suck, and they told me to reconstruct the ticket, I really couldn't then or now, but I am KNOWN to them, and am sure they know what the ticket was. I wouldn't bet with this group again with your money. This is a crooked outfit for sure! Just look at the rats from this outfit on YouTube in Britain, and you will see video, that couldn't be used in court there, because a person has to consent to their voice being recorded, so the weasels came over to the states years ago, and we let them open sports books all over this country! As you well know, money can buy anything here!
