The park was extremely clean and very spacious and very breath-taking. The views were extremely nice and the people around were extremely respectful of my space. I had a really great time here with my family. I was able to picnic and walk my dogs all around the park. And across the lakes and over the bridge is because the park is so spacious and so nice. I had a great time in the air. Was extremely fresh and I will definitely come back here again even though you have to pay for parking. But that ISO k because parking is extremely cheap. I definitely recommend anyone who is just even passing by 2 just drop by here. Just even for 1 hour or 2 because this is. A great place and a great place to relax and take a breath from all the hard work.

We absolutely loved this park! We were in the area for a show and stopped here beforehand. It was a beautiful day to walk around, enjoying the lake and nature. Perfect place for taking pictures, having a picnic, playing outdoor games, going for a walk/jog, or just napping in the grass. There are loads of turtle, geese, ducks, and also some frogs. (Please be mindful not to feed them or leave trash, it really isn't good for them.) There is a small entry fee. The park is wonderfully maintained and we spent a good few hours there, just enjoying the afternoon. I do recommend wearing sunscreen or a hat on sunny days.

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Perfect for Families – Mason Regional Park is a Gem! Mason Regional Park is one of our favorite spots in Irvine. It’s incredibly well-maintained, peaceful, and spacious—perfect for relaxing walks, family gatherings, or just letting the kid run free. The large lake with ducks and geese adds such a calming atmosphere, and the wide, shady walking paths make it enjoyable even on warm days. There are plenty of open grassy areas for picnics, flying kites, or just lounging under the trees. The playgrounds are clean and fun, with equipment suitable for different age groups. It’s also a great place to bring a bike or scooter—lots of flat, open paths that are safe for kids. Parking is easy and convenient, and the restrooms are usually clean (which is a huge plus when visiting with little ones). Whether you’re looking for a quiet solo walk or a fun family outing, Mason Park is a perfect escape in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful parks in Irvine! This park is always clean —perfect for walks, picnics, or just enjoying nature. Just a quick heads-up for fellow pet owners: I’ve seen a coyote here a few times, so keep an eye on your dog.

Google
Beautiful park i have visited in a while. Very nice to do a picnic and walk around. It has a nice lake, geese, ducks, turtles, birds etc :)

Google
Nice park with plenty of walking paths to enjoy.

Google
Had a really lovely walk around this park with my mom and dog. Geese and ducks and turtles abound. Clean restrooms and lots of spaces to spread out a blanket for a picnic or to linger and watch the fountain. If you’re bringing a car, there’s a small fee park; but I’m happy to pay it if it means maintaining such a nice green space in Irvine.

Yelp
This is a small, 123 acre park featuring a pond and fountain in the center. There are numerous walkways, some trails and numerous activities available including: Bike Trails Picnic Areas Picnic Tables Fitness Course Volleyball Horseshoes It seems to be very well maintained, and it's a pleasant spot for a short stroll or picnic lunch. These are the hours listed, but they could certainly change. Note that they charge for parking! Fall - Winter Hours, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. PDT Spring - Summer Hours, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Yelp
Actually a pretty decent park in the sense that there is quite a few options to do things. You could have picnic/bbqs/play games or take the trails. The trails we like are across the main part where you park. I like this park because it isn't overly crowded and nearby Huntington Beach (20mins.) Been here 3X!

Annie J.

Yelp
This beautiful park is mere steps from my doorstep. I walk here daily and enjoy the beauty of the water, the various birds, and especially the butterfly habitat. It's a joy in my life to see how the wildlife and butterfly varieties change with the seasons. It feels safe and peaceful. In summer and on weekends, the park is alive with family barbecues and company picnics and get-togethers. Those people who like to race their boats in the pond lounge in lawn chairs and I imagine they're having a great day in nature too! It's really gratifying to see people enjoying this beautiful park. In the early mornings, it's quiet and serene, with just the soundtrack of birdsong and water splashing from turtles and ducks and geese. Squirrels and rabbits are about, as are western bluebirds, all of which scamper away as you approach their little hangouts. The Canadian geese are blissfully aloof. If one hisses at you as you walk by, it's good luck! This is what I've determined. Seeing butterflies in the butterfly habitat is also good luck. I get 5 luck points for the day per butterfly, but that's just for me, and you'll have to derive your own Mason Park superstitions and nonsensical games.

Yelp
We were looking for a park to walk our 2 year old dog and visited this park yesterday. It was so busy as it's Memorial Day weekend. The line of cars getting in was long and wait time to pay parking of $7 was pretty long. After we paid, we looked for parking and there was little to no space for parking. Spaces for parking is not great. The park is huge with ducks and turtles on the pond. There is a bridge to where you can cross that circles arround the pond. There are only a handful of park tables so if you are planning on visiting or panning a party, I suggest bringing your own table and chairs as well as a tent. We tried looking for the Butterfly Garden but we were not able to find it as there were no signs to where it was located. There are a couple of restrooms in the park. The guests visiting the park have brought their own bbq grilles. There were also people bringing their bikes. The walk for our dog was enjoyable since it was our first time here. But not coming back.

James V.

Yelp
Simply FANTASTIC! We had a lovely Memorial Day here. Yes, there's a small entrance fee ($3 on weekdays, $5 on weekends, and $7 holidays (but it's well worth it). I like to think of it as a cost for easy parking, clean restrooms, and fewer crowds. Whether it's cooking out, walking the trails, or simply laying next to the lake, you can't go wrong at William R. Mason Regional Park in Irvine.

Heather V.

Yelp
clean, flat areas and plenty of beautiful natural grass! The restrooms are impressive and smell good too. Hey even the geese seem happier around here! Great walking path and a big lake. Parking is a few bucks on the weekdays. Warning-Nowruz(persian new years) in March is super busy and parking is very expensive.

Ning L.

Yelp
Yesterday the weather was hot so I wanted to go for a walk at the park. This park is very interesting. There is a big lake, there is natural grass, very wide, there are many barbecue places, there is a bathroom, very convenient, but the entrance fee is $3 on weekdays, $5 on weekends, but It's worth coming to use the service.

Nick P.

Yelp
My entire family loves this park. It's honestly one of the best parks out in the OC. Admission is $3 for weekdays, $5 for weekends. Worth every penny. Pros: Clean and spacious Spaced out picnic areas Lots of restrooms Ample parking Scenic views of the lake Cons: Ducks and geese - avoid stepping on their poop Some areas offer little to no shade Overall amazing park. Hubby and I are here with our little dog twice a week because we love it here so much!

Mila S.

Yelp
W. R. Mason Regional Park is a great place to hold family gatherings and friends get-together events/reunions. Office staffs doing reservations are very helpful and friendly, so with the Park Rangers and Gate Guards. Just abide by Park Rules and Regulations and everything will be fine, peaceful, and clean.

Yelp
I have lived next to William R Mason park for over 30 years!! It never stops amazing me just how beautiful this park is in just the space of a few blocks! There are always various cultural events during the spring and summer months. One of my favorite things to do is to watch movies in the park during the summer and lately the city of Irvine has been also programming live music events. Mason park has just about everything you could want to spend quality time with your family and friends. There are playsets and swings for kids, exercise stations for adults and teens. The various water fowel and animals bring a very calming and peaceful energy to this wonderful outdoor space. If you're driving in from outside the local area there is plenty of parking for the small fee of $3. This goes towards keeping the park maintained properly. Plenty of restrooms, barbeques, tables, covered areas etc. If you're just looking for a good place to sit and watch the sunset, I highly recommend enjoying William R Mason park.

Doreen T.

Yelp
This is such a cute park with so many different animals such as pelicans, Canadian geese, glossy ibis, turtles and ducks! It's $5 for parking per vehicle on weekends but it's so worth it. I saw there are 6 shaded picnic areas that you can reserve beforehand, however many people bring in their own tents and BBQs as well. Many visitors brought their remote control model boat for sailing at the giant pond, there are also running and bike trails.  We ended up jogging around the park and it did not feel crowded at all due to the size. Great backdrops for photoshoots, just watch out for duck/goose poop everywhere and bring wipes for your fur baby's paws.

Lizelle P.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday morning. It was surprisingly not busy or maybe it felt that way because of the size of this park! Plenty of walking/jogging lanes. There's a large duck pond and we found different species of birds hanging out by the water. The kids loved spotting some turtles in the water too. There are a couple of little bridges and large rocks along the path. Very scenic. Makes for great photos! As is expected with parks with ducks, there was a reasonable amount of duck poop on the grass and path. There is a weekend parking fee of $5 and $3 for weekdays.

Mei Y.

Yelp
Such a great and well maintained park! There's a small entrance fee of $5 on the weekends but we come here so much, we got the annual pass (~$50). The park is pretty expansive with tons of areas where you can host an event. You'll often see these events if you come on the weekends. You can tell that the grass is well maintained and most areas are super clean. As you get closer to the lake area, you'll see more duck poop but that's pretty unavoidable given the large population of ducks the park has. I think they add to the charm of the area however. Theres plenty of parking throughout the park. The bathrooms are also surprisingly clean for a public park. That's one of the biggest pros of this place for me! Definitely a great place to spend your weekend with a nice walk or picnic during nicer days, which in the OC is a majority of the year!

Chris H.

Yelp
Very nice park with walkways and benches throughout. The pond and the bridge make for great views. Some do use this park as a backdrop to their photoshoots. There is an entrance fee to access this park ($5 on weekends, $3 on weekdays) - best to check the website for the latest fee info prior to visiting! If you enjoy seeing geese, then this is the perfect park to catch many, many glimpses of them. However, this also means that geese excrement abounds! Tip: Tread carefully to avoid geese excrement.

Bailey A.

Yelp
Clean, pretty, well kept park. Entrance only cost 3 dollars and there is plenty of parking with lake, wildlife, play structures, and fields

Nedal A.

Yelp
Park is beautiful but for those who are having festivals and parties, my recommendation is to go somewhere else, there was a arabic festival and the park rangers wouldn't let singers perform in the park because it's loud which made the event boring as for those who came to dance which wasted a drive, my options for those is to go somewhere else where they allow music,

Jennifer H.

Yelp
I think this park is $5 to get into on the weekends, but you pay for what you get - a nice park that is well-kept and with clean bathrooms. During this time of Covid I was a little worried about the bathrooms but when I opened the door I was really surprised to see that it was pretty dang clean! Also, despite all of the birds, the walk paths are pretty clear of droppings (though maybe because it rained the weekend before?) but whatever, it was pretty clear of bird droppings, so I was happy. The only thing about this park is I wouldn't lay out a blanket and lay down on it. There's probably fresh bird droppings on the other side lol. Maybe I'd do that closer to the street... There's a lot of parking area's, tall trees, and benches. There's also a bridge you can cross! What impressed me the most are the huge willow looking trees by the water. They just looked beautiful at sunset with the lake behind them. I also saw a wedding taking place! I think I'd be back if someone wanted to do a birthday party here, but I don't think this is a place I would go out of my way to visit again. Too much poop for my liking.

Quinn N.

Yelp
tl,dr: Just found my new free Spartan training ground. }:D Likes: + Tranquil. The cheap parking is a clever design to deter miserly visitors and keep the park idyllic. Or, just don't mind the walk. ;) + Better than Abalone Park, Mason Park parking is cheap. That's how it's done! No need to make parking expensive. If you wanna keep the ambience serene yet the accessibility reasonable, just make parking cheap. + Pretty large park. Running around the park, including along both the interior and exterior sides of the perimeter, can get you up to 10mi. :D + Very spacious grass. Never too crowded for a picnic. + Better than Fairview Park, Mason Park restroom sinks have soap. :D + Monkey bars! Like Mile Square Park, Mason Park has many workout stations. But even better than MSP, MP has a monkey bar set! No more sharing with pre-teens in the playground lol. }:D + Very idyllic too. You got that long narrow bridge, duck ponds, a waterspout fountain, a butterfly garden, some grassy hills, an aesthetic auditorium, a couple sewage tunnel entrances, and a scarcity of visitors. :D Non-likes: - Like Mile Square Park, Mason Park has loads of duck poo! You can find a lump every square foot of the place.

Yelp
William R Mason Regional Park is a wonderful place to come and relax. It's located in the city of Irvine, just off of the 405 freeway at the intersection of Culver and University Drive. You'll see plenty of greenery as you drive by as well as a large sign indicating the name of the park. Be prepared to pay a small entry fee to park your vehicle. Plenty of parking is available and it didn't seem like there were any issues finding a spot. One thing that you'll notice is how spacious the property is. The grass is well-maintained, always freshly cut and very green. Geese call this park home and often walk past guests or can be caught chasing after people who get too close. A nice lake is the focal point as you gaze around the park. The park is very clean, which explains why people choose to host events here. We came for the Basset Hound Spring Games, which is held here on an annual basis. Other people hosted parties and small gatherings. With the neighborhood being one of the safest cities in California, you can see why it's such an ideal place to people to come and enjoy some quality time. I look forward to bringing our dogs back to this location to frolic around in the grass.

Yonnie C.

Yelp
Fun time today at this park, it was Memorial Day so they charged us the holiday rate of $7 for parking. We hung out at the large play ground area with slides & swings and climbing platforms. Then wandered over to the large pond with plenty of geese. Restrooms were clean, thank goodness!

Sarah J.

Yelp
Not sure why I had to pay to get into this park... there was goose poop all over the sidewalks, bird poop all over the benches, construction, no dog poop bags...would have been acceptable if there was no charge but I definitely won't be paying to come back here

Carlos A.

Yelp
This is a beautiful little park with a nice lake. There are geese everywhere which the kids love. It has tons of parking. My only complaints are the parking is $7 and that there is goose s*** everywhere. Beautiful park though.

Yuleen C.

Yelp
Love this park with one exception...all the duck poop unfortunately. There are areas of the park that are entirely covered with duck poop, however the park itself is really nice and a great place to have a picnic or relax. I take my dogs here frequently for a stroll and they really enjoy it. The park requires a $5 entrance fee on weekends but it is worth it to visit as the park is covered with really nice grass and the area is well-kept. Irvine offers a lot of great parks but this is one you should definitely visit!

Randy L.

Yelp
Mason Regional Park is a very large & well-kept park. It costs $3 to drive in & park (as of today). There is ample parking around the park. It is patrolled by Park staff to make sure everything stays pristine. The park is never full, but does get crowded on the weekends. That's how big this place is. Mason is so big, 5K events are held here on a regular basis. What does it look like? The grass is well manicured while the walk paths are great for running or cycling, as there are no cracks or imperfections (like bumps from trees). The only thing is the water in the lake is green and murky, so don't fall in (& if someone does, make sure their eyes are closed). Located near UCIrvine, the entrance is on University near Culver (across from Rancho San Joaquin residence). It's just minutes off 405 freeway. Recommend this place if you want to relax, run, ride a bike, walk around, or just sit around and ppl watch. Happy Park Visit and Fight On!

Jasmine C.

Yelp
I went to UCI for 4 years and passed this park almost every day yet today was my first time here. I wasn't aware that you have to pay for parking. It's $3 on the weekdays and $5 on weekends. There's no reentry either. This park is huge!! There are tons of trees, sitting areas and ponds. It was great weather for a picnic. With the whole Covid thing, everyone was pretty spaced out and it wasn't packed. There are public restrooms and it's pretty clean. There are gooses hanging around the pond too. It's a pretty spacious park. Good for hanging out, walks and other activities.

Josh N.

Yelp
Geese poo galore. Unless you love potentially sitting/stepping on Geese poo on the grass, do not come here. We had to pay $7 to get in to what looks like a lovely park. While walking around to find a nice spot to set up our picnic, we could not find an area that was free of geese poop on the grass. Avoid this park due to the geese poop bio hazard.

Kelley U.

Yelp
I am so pleased that this park is the host to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network's Purple Stride Orange County walk every year. The staff is courteous and friendly and keep this park in pristine condition. There are plenty of bathrooms here that are clean, also, that is very much appreciated. There is a beautiful lake here that pathways wrap around to take walks. It is a peaceful place to be. I will be walking again this year in Purple Stride OC 2019 in memory of my dear friend, Lupe, who passed way from pancreatic cancer in February of this year. https://secure.pancan.org/site/Donation2?idb=1421306069&df_id=2340&FR_ID=1830&mfc_pref=T&PROXY_ID=1134463&PROXY_TYPE=20&2340.donation=form1 Thank you, William R Mason Regional Park for providing a local area to me to take a beautiful walk, meet up for a picnic or take youngins to a nice playground.

Melanie P.

Yelp
Gorgeous and huge park with lots of rolling hills of grass and man made lakes and ponds which are frequented with ducks, geese, and turtles. You do have to pay for parking but it's a nice park to relax, play volleyball or have a nice walk exploring all the nooks and crannies.

Alejandro C.

Yelp
Best park and very different in each side. Will cost money, but not much, worth every Pennie. Kids will l

Laura K.

Yelp
Grass is so green here that it's shocking. Quite clean here with the exception of all the duck/geese poop everywhere. My sister used one of the restrooms and commented that it was clean. Not very many people here when we went on the weekend, so that was nice too. Downside was the $5 parking, but it's understandable seeing how the park is. Would return here again.

Amanda J.

Yelp
Beautiful, well maintained park. Lots of grassy areas. Many covered gazebos and BBQs to use. They charge $15 to park for a special event but that's ok. It's worth it. They have many restrooms and bring in portable restrooms. The park rangers are pleasant and helpful. They also have mounted police patrolling. As you come in they give you a trash bag. Great idea ! 57/100

Jen R.

Yelp
This was the second pancan event I have volunteered with at this location. There is ample space, a great playground and lots of trees. I gave four stars for lack of parking and the distance too walk to the bathroom.

Lizzy N.

Yelp
Super beautiful park! It was a great place to see the sunset and I love how sprawling it is. I just wanted to alert people with kids or dogs that there's a ton of poison oak around the border of the park! I was busy taking a photo and turned around to see my dog peeing on some, and now he has a big swollen foot. It was totally my bad for not paying attention, so just an FYI to people out there... leaves of three, let it be!

Anonymous P.

Yelp
Wow... blown away by this impressive park/outdoor space to walk/run/sit/meditate/picnic! In this year of covid, I appreciate large outdoor spaces such as this. There is a parking fee of $3 for weekdays which I think is a great deal because it costs less than a cup of coffee from Starbucks. Plus, this place is well-maintained with staff working around the park at all times! I dislike crowds so I come here on a weekday. I have had many epiphanies sitting and walking around this area. Fun fact: the ducks/swans/geese are not scared of humans. In fact, I got nervous because a duck was approaching me so closely when I was eating my lunch. I thought 'Please be afraid of me more so that you'll go away..." Orange County and Irvine in particular is a suburban haven which reeks of privilege, comfort, and money.

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Goose poop literally everywhere!!! So hard to find a clean place to set up a blanket or tent which is ridiculous since there's an entrance fee.

Cas R.

Yelp
Huge beautiful park with ponds, playground, and volleyball net. Would give 5 stars but there's no free parking

Jesse L.

Yelp
I love this spot! My fiance and I love to take our pup here for walks.. It's also perfect for parties and picnics! $5 parking during the weekends and $3 weekdays. The park is well maintained, large, and gorgeous!

Tati V.

Yelp
Felt like taking my son to a new park and decided to check this one out. It's grandeur reminds me of a golf course. They do charge $3 for parking on weekdays so if you live closeby I'd suggest walking over. I deducted one star only because I felt like some of the equipment like seesaws could be upgraded. But other than that, it's very well maintained and clean. Highly recommend stopping by.

Jessica J.

Yelp
Have to pay for parking, but besides that, it's a beautiful, huge, clean park. I love the large pond and chilling with the animals there, like birds and turtles. Good park to go to during this pandemic.

Jade L.

Yelp
This is a great park. It was so quiet and peaceful (you could hear the birds chirp) There was a nice, smooth cement pathway through the park, which is perfect for dog walking. The only downside to the park is there are loads of bird poop on the grass and some on the pathway. I had to carry my dog sometimes so he wouldn't accidentally step in the poop. However, the park is so beautiful that I did not mind that minor inconvenience.

Brandon M.

Yelp
Thanks to OC Parks and the kind rangers at Mason Regional for hosting the Purple Stride walk this morning and for the past handful of years. My family and I had a blast here celebrating the life of our Uncle Phil, walking a 5k, and sharing stories with others affected by Pancreatic Cancer. The views of the lakes, and paved trails, are just perfect at this Irvine park. It was our first Purple Stride but we really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait for next year. The playgrounds were perfect for our 2 year old and he would appreciate the other after giving him some time to grow.

Lisa M.

Yelp
From far it looks like a lovely and quaint little park. However, as you walk closer you cannot avoid stepping on duck poo which is literally everywhere. I feel really sad for the city cleaning crew that has to keep up with the birds.

Crystal L.

Yelp
There's a lot to love about William R Mason Regional Park! It has lots of paved biking and walking paths, with a good supply of water fountains and bathrooms. Additionally, it's got a sand volleyball court, some really nice play structures, open spaces for playing, nd lots of nice spots to sit and commune with nature. WRM is dog friendly, and empty most of the time, with the exception of holidays and warm weekend afternoons. There are usually several employees patrolling the park, and the grounds are well maintained.

Chris A.

Yelp
Well the little secret is out with my review :D, this place rocks during the Pandemic. Picture perfect park, manicured, a bit of orange caution mesh though (i'll live). Not crowded even on a holiday (shock). A nice lake, relaxing birds and ducks (Gaggles of Geese). Just what the doc ordered. Try it.

James A.

Yelp
So happy I found this park. Lots of space. Super nice for a bike ride. Ring the entire family~ you'll love it.

Jane W.

Yelp
Lovely place for a picnic, a walk, or just to sit. I've come here multiple times with family and friends, but most recently visited to feed the ducks. They have a few walking trails by the lake, picnic tables, grills, as well as "workout" courses (really simple and I doubt anybody uses them, but a nice touch!) The birds are definitely used to human interaction, and will literally flock to you in swarms when they know you have food. I had to use my handbag to ward off some aggressive Canadian geese. So... if you don't like birds, then you might want to avoid this place if you have food. Parking is $3. Dogs are allowed.

Mark V.

Yelp
One of the more impressive parks that I've ever been to. We visited William R. Mason Park as part of an event organized by the Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California. The group was hosting its annual Spring Games (a competition among hounds featuring awesome events such as Tail Canvas Painting, a Hound Talent Show, and a "Longest Hound" Competition). In my opinion, we couldn't have asked for a better setting to spend a day frolicking amongst our four-legged hound friends: _____________ + This park has it all - lush green hills, plenty of picnic areas/BBQ grills, a well-maintained lake teeming with ducks & turtles, and multiple playground areas for kids to rampage through. The abundance of picturesque scenery, which is particularly impressive on a beautiful clear day, lends itself equally well to a romantic stroll or a day out with the family. In fact, as we walked across one of the bridges positioned over the lake, my GF asked me "How many wedding photos do you think have been taken on this bridge?" (Needless to say, I sped up the pace of my walk considerably.) + One minor detail that I really appreciated were the exceptionally clean public restrooms. I generally dread taking a bathroom break at public parks/beaches, as cleanliness generally seems to get sacrificed in the name of practicality. Thankfully, that's not the case here - as the facilities I used at William R. Mason might have been the cleanest of their kind that I've ever come across. A huge plus! I am told that parking here comes at an additional cost, but this fee was waived for us as special event attendees. Even with that cost factored in, I would gladly pay $5 (the weekend daily flat rate) to kick back and relax at this gigantic, beautiful park.

Kristin Leigh M.

Yelp
Lovely park to jog around! It reminds me of jogging around Hyde Park in London, so very fond memories. If you are looking to have a corporate event or a birthday party, this park is also convenient for those occasions. Plenty of picnic tables and ample grass for games. There is a parking fee ($3), which I did find kind of annoying. On weekdays, you can park across the street in the residential area (though to be respectful, I wouldn't do it with a large grouo). On weekends, it's prohibited.

Yelp
This place is about a 10min walk from my apartment, and it's so serene here. I've been here three times throughout the year and finally took the time to really experience the park. There are a lot of park benches around the perimeter of the lake that are mostly unoccupied during off days where you can sit and just listen to the ducks and other birds. No feeding them though! There are also turtles on rocks that like to bask in the sun - today when I went I saw what looked to be a family of turtles (2 larger ones and a small one!). There was also a baby pelican and a stork that were relaxing in the lake. The birds there are pretty mellow and don't seem to mind if you come within a couple of feet from them, as long as you do it slowly! This place is just a great place to take a relaxing walk, be introspective, or even jog. Great body of water, mixed with wonderful trees and animals makes for a great trip! The water is green around the edges and there's the occasional trash - I wish people would clean up after themselves to make the park cleaner.

Yelp
Came here for a party, and it's a large, beautiful park that's been well-kept for decades. Easy access, tons of parking, lush fields of grass to play on. They also have plenty of picnic areas and playgrounds for the kids.
