Williams Fried Chicken #01

I went to this Williams walked ask for a 5 tender dinner I requested for tenders to be fresh the cashier she ok I said mam how long she said 1 min im like 1 min ? How can fresh tenders be ready in 1min I said mam I want fresh tenders not Re dropped tenders she then yelled to the cook in the back fresh fresh she then said ok sir 5 mins im like ok just make sure they fresh because I will know the difference she call me back up 5 mins later sir they ready I got my opened in front of her and they was Re dropped not fresh so i requested a refund went to the corporate office got the store owner number called him left a message not returned call and I called him on 7/2/24 and today is 7/4/24 no call back

Even at 430am the livers were fresh, juicy, crispy, and delicious! Very satisfied any time I visit this location I'm not sure what the difference is between me and 50% of the other comments on this page, but I'm not mad at it! Lol

I purchased a Chicken fried Chicken meal no spice and this is what they gave me in the first picture. I went back and complain and the Hispanic manager on duty had a whole attitude because I complained about my food. He wanted me to pay for a whole new meal they messed up. I refused to pay for a whole new meal and ask can they make me a new chicken fried chicken. The second picture is what I got. I will not ever go back to that Williams chicken. On top of that someone else came while I was waiting and had a burnt chicken sandwich they was bringing. back, smh.. He is not manager material and need to be fired or put in a regular employee position. Waste of my money..

I really didn't want to wait but the young lady said 15 minutes, cool, they Didn't disappoint, it only took 9 mins then she thought about ketchup and run back and hooked it up thanks Great service

We live near 2 Williams Chickens and neither of them match to this one. Chicken is always hot and on point. People are clean, place is clean, chicken is fresh, and service is much appreciated 👏🏽 Thank you 😊

We had the pleasure of visiting Williams Fried Chicken and had a pleasant experience. After speaking with the owners directly we placed an order for 120 pieces of chicken. Our order was ready in 38 minutes. We also received napkins and rolls. While waiting to pick up our chicken order we spoke with staff who were very professional and enjoyed working at Williams Chicken. Everyone who ate the chicken stated they enjoyed it. We would recommend Williams Fried Chicken. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"
