Williams Fried Chicken #01

These guys were amazing, I came in with a big order and nobody complained, my order done right and the manager was Even nice enough to box it and bring it to the car. These guys deserve a raise. Its very refreshing to have great hospitality. Def will spend my money with them again. Thanks ☺️

Good Morning. I wanted to leave a comment today because I think that this restaurant owner how good that the staff is working so hard to satisfy like myself and others. I really not a Williams Chicken customer like in the past not that I never gave them a try but the location that I lived in it wasn't so good to me but since I relocated in this community I have a change heart. Honestly this is the number one Williams Chicken that I know. The food great, The service Excellent, The wait time not long at all, The Atmosphere Perfect. What makes me come back to spend our money is the friendliness and the food fresh I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm just letting other customers and also the owner of Williams Chicken that the hard-working people making a difference in the community. Keep up the good work and God Bless You All 🙏.

I purchased a Chicken fried Chicken meal no spice and this is what they gave me in the first picture. I went back and complain and the Hispanic manager on duty had a whole attitude because I complained about my food. He wanted me to pay for a whole new meal they messed up. I refused to pay for a whole new meal and ask can they make me a new chicken fried chicken. The second picture is what I got. I will not ever go back to that Williams chicken. On top of that someone else came while I was waiting and had a burnt chicken sandwich they was bringing. back, smh.. He is not manager material and need to be fired or put in a regular employee position. Waste of my money..

Absolutely absurd to have as much business as you do to serve people cold food. You should NEVER have cold, unfresh stale food coming out of your establishment.

Good food however the drive thru always has a homeless person or tow begging.

Friendly service. I even had a free 2 PC coupon.got fries and a larges strawberry drink. The Mexican and black lady who served me where very nice. Some other Williams workers be rude or won't let you add to your order. Sometimes we be making sure we have enough before we add something. So the heffas at the south Dallas store should stop being so mean. After all we spending our money with you. And that's what pays you. Give us a break at the window. Plus I been going to the second avenue Williams since they been there. Have more respect for an old OG that's a true customer to the end,💯😆🤷🏿. BUT YES I LOVE ME SOME WILLIAMS LATE NIGHTS ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON MLK TOO. ALL 3 LOCATIONS IS WHERE I GO ON THE REGULAR..OH AND STOP RUNNING OUT OF KETCHUP AT NIGHT 😂. STAY UP AND STAY FRESH..I GOT NOTHING BUT LOVE 😘

I haven't tried any of these locations in years. I now remember why. The food quality is poor. Service is lacking.

There is a woman that wear extensive lashes and a red shirt. The advisement says 8 pieces of chicken per customer and each customer must be present not 1 8 piece per car. The level of customer service is an all time low we drive to the location on Lancaster road and they served us 3 boxes cause they're were 3 people in the car why would one location loose money for the other location to gain it. It shows alot about management. They will lose a sell to have a clear drive thru.
