A shady summer edition of the Saturday Morning Market, this downtown park fills with produce, bakers, and makers June–August. Regularly highlighted by local media, it’s a gentler, tree-lined spin on the city’s biggest market tradition.
Thought this might be a nice place to stop and take a stroll after a museum outing.
A lot of homeless and people under the influence midday.
Not a park I want to go to with my child.
Looks pretty….if anyone has some better insights, happy to hear about them.
Also, there is a $1/hour parking fee. You can use ParkMobile to pay (plus whatever their service fee is $0.50).

A neighborhood square in downtown St. Pete. Stopped by after dinner at the Red Thread. Part of it vicid green and part of it is a bit dilapidated - common character of a city park.

Overall a decent public park. It was fairly dirty, but had some cool history displays and monuments. As well as a nice amphitheater.

Restrooms were terrible. There are no locks on the stalls and the toilets don't have seats. Lots of homeless people living on mats in the grass. At least the tp was stocked this morning.

Great park that continually hosts different events. In the summer they host a Saturday market in the shade of the trees. They also host movies, bands, theater. Love that there is a place like this in St Pete, where people from the different communities can come together and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
