Look at the quality of their West Elm brand’s furniture. This is what you can expect from a WS company. $2,400 bed and it doesn’t even come with enough screws. Their white glove service people just left with my bed against the wall and the bed unfinished.

Google
Still the best kitchen store that I know of. We were searching for induction pans and the staff person here was super helpful. They had a great selection of electric kettles as well.

Google
Horrible service, do not patronize! We have signed up for their pizza making presentation on Sunday morning at 11am. When we showed up, after paying for parking, we were told that demonstration was canceled because no one signed up. We showed the salesperson a reminder email from the day before. She said it was a computer glitch, and in any case, the chef called in sick. No apology, no offer of coupon, nothing. She did not even point us in the direction of pizza dough section. But she demeaned us, pointing out couple of times that the point of the demonstration is to sell product, as if we are some sort of moochers. Absolutely horrible service. Obviously, we are not coming back to WS. Please, do not shop there!

Google
A shame that multiple, unengaged employees couldn’t be bothered to help us at any point. We were looked at or walked past several times as they continued conversations with each other. I would have understood if everyone was with other clients, but they weren’t. When we approached and enquired about the cookware and any Black Friday deals, we were answered with a curt, “no deals,” and left to continue exploring the attributes on our own. A shame since we ended up buying our Hestan pan online, for $50 cheaper, and will avoid this location in the future.

Google
Krista was wonderful helping me with a return before picking up a different alternative to the product I was looking at. Honestly, nothing like personal interactions with kind people that want to be helpful! Thank you, Krista - Cherry Creek Mall store.

Google
I like the items here I would love to purchase on next trip.

Google
Outstanding example of the brand. Very helpful staff. Excellent selection of kitchen related items. High quality means that the prices aren't the lowest however, the cookware you buy will last a lifetime. Highly recommended!!

Google
Customer service was poor, walked around for 10 minutes without being asked if we needed help and decided to talk about how many credit cards they had. I ordered online in spite of this because I enjoy Williams Sonoma but will not be shipping in store again. They could automate this store or under staff it and it would still be successful... Or they could find better staff and actually "take care" of their customers.

Yelp
I ordered a kitchen aid mixer during Christmas and it just wasn't showing up. When I when to my confirmation email and went to track the order, it showed that it was canceled. W-S had not sent me any sort of email saying it was canceled, I literally had to track my order to see that it was. When I called, they said it was because the phone number I provided didn't match the billing info. When I asked if I could re-order it and put in the correct info, they said yes, but that they could no longer honor the Christmas sale price, and I would have to pay $140 more now. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from them or their affiliated stores again now and will urge friends and family not to either.

Yelp
I am use to the Union Square behemoth flagship WS.....which is awesome but sort of hard to shop. This location is on the second floor and really easy to shop...sure they do not have the La Cornue stove display, the massive cooking live classes, the amazing selection of La Creuset ( I could have my remains buried in one....slow cook please). Butttt....the selection here is nicely curated with lots of goodies and a very friendly staff. I needed a lovely bottle of evoo for a Thanksgiving dinner host gift. This location had a lovely selection.

David L.

Yelp
I ordered a Creuset pot on- line as a Christmas gift on 11/29/24. I received various tracking orders that notified me it would be delivered on 12/13/24. Then I received another saying it would be delivered on 12/16/24. Finally, I received the last notification on 12/16/24 that the order was canceled because it was out of stock. I called customer service who was not helpful and couldn't explain why the company waited so long to notify me of the product being out of stock. I could have purchased this from a different store. I waited 3 weeks from the time of purchase on- line only to be told on the day of delivery it was out of stock. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER order or purchase a product from Williams and Sonoma again. There are plenty of other upscale kitchen stores to shop. If I could rate this company a 0, I would. Unfortunately, the scale doesn't allow for such a low value.

Yelp
This WS is a smaller store . I find that non mall Stores are always larger. Columbus Ohio has huge WS stores. I was greeted immediately with such a welcoming feel. I browsed kitchen tools and a few baking dishes. They have their own brand of items as well as All Clad and Le Cruste. I inquired about the Halloween items but currently you can only buy them online. September 2020 those items will be in store. I can't wait to come and spruce up my kitchen even more.

Yelp
Rude, Rude, Rude. I have been on crutches for 9 weeks, and I was so excited to do something, anything out away from my house. I needed some new kitchen utensils , dish cloths, and possibly a stand mixer, so I went to WS in the Cherry Creek Mall. It was 66 degrees outside, so I left my coat in the car thinking it would be warm in stores. Wrong it was freezing, and commented on it when I walked through the door. The sales clerk, a female, said "you should have worn a coat". I thought, rude and weird, but oh well. Then I started looking around. I kept having to find someone to help me carry items to the counter, and every now and again, the same sales clerk would give a half hearted attempt to offer up some kind of suggestion for an item I was looking for. But by no means was it good customer service, from her or the other clerk in the store. And they were not busy. The clerk who spoke to me at the door continued to be snarky and aloof. I was having a difficult time finding dish cloths, so I asked repeatedly for help finding some. I was told multiple times to look around the store-they are in bins all over. I kept thinking I was at the "Dollar Store" . Finally I insisted on help, and the Her Head Snarkyness found a pack for me that I didn't care for. She commented something to the effect "well its a good thing I took the time to find these for you!". At that point I nearly walked out of the store without purchasing anything. Based on conversations I overheard from other people in the store I wasn't the only customer they were being treated badly. Geez huh? Especially at their prices. Unfortunately I needed the two items I did purchase, and refused to get anything else. I shop at the Cherry Creek Mall fairly often, and the WS store consistently offers poor customer service. Today was the worst, and the last. I also reported the experience to WS headquarters.

Yelp
Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix That's all you need to now. The Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix always comes out circa October through December. It is simply amazing! Grab a bag or two and thank me later. I love Williams-Sonoma stores. You can find all of the fancy, high-end kitchen bling you want here. It's pricey as all get-out, however. I would give this place 5 stars, but that exclusivity takes it down just a bit.

Yelp
WS, I ordered an online order which we call order #1 (in store with Debra associates # 953874) this was $4949), I also ordered in store products to be shipped to my house which we will call order # 2, (ref# 198156). Order #1 was cancelled due to a wrong address, no one called to rectify, I called store manager he was supposed to look into order #2 iand he called UpS and confirmed they were dropped off , (2 of 3 boxes were not received) he never followed up with me on any of his discoveries, I spoke with another lady at corporate to no resolve, I talked to a manager and they mentioned this was a fraud issue because 2 different addresses were recorded. I currently have ordered $8800 worth of product and received about $600 worth, been charged for $3900 worth of product , and placed a full order of $8800 and spent 3 hrs in-store choosing product and 2 hrs on phone with reps. I will never shop here again- Brad

Yelp
Had a lovely conversation with Pelar and one other lovely person about Brooklyn NY and air fryers, she gave me insight on convection ovens and sold me something I didn't even know was an option. I'm glad I came in, it was a pleasant experience where I felt welcomed.

Yelp
I had a very, very strange experience here yesterday July 3rd. I went to WS to get a refill of my dish soap and counter spray. I go to the register and my total was ~$36. I went to pay with a $100 bill to break my change, and the cashier (who was kind, but apathetic), asked his supervisor for the bill marked to test its authenticity (no problem!). The supervisor then made this a whole show. I even offered a different, newer $100 bill and even card because he seemed like it was the biggest ask to get a bill marker, which again, I understand, but why not just supply your cashiers with them? He proceeded to make these slight comments about my bill when I even offered to pay with a different bill or card. He basically made this a whole issue when I even used two different methods to mitigate his attitude. Finally, I said after 4 times I can pay with card and all he said was "well it's ONLY $36, maybe buy something else or use your card." WHAT?! Likeeeeee please. Lose the ego. It's Williams Sonoma. Not the Met Gala, sir. He rolls his eyes after he's done saying this, then turns away and proceeds to talk to the woman supervisor that was standing there giving me side eye the whole time. That woman supervisor then said "sorry about that" and laughs with a side eye at me. Like do you Not want me to buy your products? Because this has really been quite a terrible experience and I wish I just had walked out. Literally being treated like trash after offering two other forms of payment to help out the situation as a customer? What is this? This was around 2pm. Whoever that male manager was needs to be retrained in his customer relations. And possibly even go back to grammar school to actually have full sentence comprehension.

Yelp
Ordered 3 pizzas on feb 8th to be shipped to Arlington, Tx. I was very careful of making this clear. They sent them to me instead. When I called to clear this up the lady had a chip on her shoulder. After TRYING to communicate with the lady she hung up on me. the purchase was $172 and want a refund and or shipped to correct address.

Yelp
Went in to make a return and the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. No wonder brick and mortar is a dying trend. Teach your staff some customer service!

Yelp
Gordon was awesome during my recent trip to the store! He was attentive and answered all of the questions that I had and helped me find exactly what I needed for my new home :) will be back to visit thanks again Gordon!

Yelp
I would do zero stars if possible. Customer is not something the care about. They care more about loosing $30 dollar sale than a customer. I had a credit card that I just canceled. I will never go back to the store. And the guy with tattoos is the worse! He could be a manager or just another sales person.

Yelp
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DISORGANIZED. POOR SERVICE HOURS WASTED!!!!!!!!!! Ordered outdoor table from WS (more expensive than other sites) after searching online because agent said item was in stock. (see below). I got confirmation email-just moved, getting tons of deliveries so trying to time to be on site. Called customer service to confirm twice. On day supposed to receive didn't show up. Called customer service and Kyle told me the item was discontinued and would never arrive!!! I cancelled after over a week of waiting!!! Would never have been told had i not called repeatedly. Called corporate headquarters and they told me it is NOT discontinued and they would send me gift certificate for my HOURS wasted and inconvenience. Erin never sent promised email follow up or gift certificate. i have spent THOUSANDS with West Elm, Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn in last months. I called 3 more customer service reps and spent more HOURS trying to get answers WASTE OF TIME. NO ONE KNOWS A THING ADVICE: GO ELSEWHERE -FALSE PROMISES DISORGANIZED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T DO WHAT IS PROMISED Edit

Yelp
We received an online order of 2 gravy jars. One was damaged and the other was fine. I took the damaged jar to the Cherry Creek store. Matt, the manager on duty, assisted us. The store was sold out of the gravy with more possibly coming on at some point this week. With thanksgiving on Thursday I was running short on time. Matt went to the back and offered us the jar he bought stating that he was working all week and would grab one of the ones when it came in. He was so kind and generous he deserves a big fat raise. I was shocked he offered us the jar he purchased for himself. What an outstanding employee. I sure hope he gets to see this!

Yelp
My partner purchased a pasta maker for me at the Cherry Creek mall location. It was damaged, and when I returned it, I was told that they didn't have any more in stock. I wanted it, so they offered to place an order for a new one for me, on their website. They returned the damaged item, ISSUED A MERCHANDISE CREDIT (this is important!), and ordered a new one for me. They told me it WOULD BE BETTER for me to have it shipped to my home, rather than picking it up from the store, because they "didn't trust that their stock people wouldn't put it out on display when it came in" (it has apparently happened many times). They told me it would be shipped in three days, and I should expect it in about 5 days after it shipped. Oh, and they told me I would *have* to create an account with them to place the order. AND that I would receive text messages as to the status of the order, if I opted in. Not only is the pasta machine backordered through the end of April, but since they issued the Merch Credit to place the new order, we can't even get a refund! They NEVER informed me of the backorder, either in person, by email, or by text. I had to learn of it by going to their Track Your Order page on their website. I receive nearly daily emails from their marketing department, though. Oh, you bet I get the marketing emails. Whatever you do: DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Unless, of course, you like being dicked around by a national retailer, and getting no merchandise for your money.

Yelp
I shopped at this store on Friday, November 28, 2016. I like the store and always find some gifts there. Unfortunately this time just as I was checking out their credit card system went down in the middle of the transaction. I was told they would have to do it manually so gave them my card. When I checked my account today my purchased was charged twice. When I called the store they said there was absolutely nothing they could do and that I would have to go through the dispute process with my bank - and it was my debit card so the money is gone. Very poor customer service because I'm sure they could do something if they wanted to.

Reagan T.

Yelp
Where do I even start - last weekend I wanted some items that couldn't ship due to limited quantity and I wanted to check out the store to see if they had the items. I'm a frequent WS online shopper and have been spending a lot the last few weeks especially with the Le Creuset Sale, Wüsthof Sale, etc. so I ended up buying in the store ~$200 of merchandise and some of it was shipped to me since the store didn't have it. Well, the store salesperson never logged out of my WS account after checking me out so this whole week I've been getting other customers personal information and spent hours when not in clinic (I'm a dental student) trying to figure out the issue with customer service. Well, we figured it out today and when I called the manager did not apologized for the error nor offer some kind of coupon/store credit since me receiving people's personal information is a security breach plus my own personal information could've been stolen. Anyways, my last part of the order that was shipped today and what do you know, my ice cream scoop came broken. Since I was gifted with a cookie silpat from my parents the one I had ordered that came with the scoop I decided to also return so I could get another size. I went into the store and never once even mentioned the previous issue because I truly wanted to just enjoy shopping with my boyfriend. Well, that was quickly ruined by a saleswoman - Krista - who was rude from the start. Whenever my boyfriend was trying to find something she acted like we were an inconvenience and wasting her time. I obviously was there to shop quite a bit - I wanted to buy a few different silpats but they only had one I wanted plus I was going to buy a cephalon sauté pan since I had ordered a cephalon saucepan today and wanted a matching saucepan. Well, Krista was extremely rude to my boyfriend and I when we were trying to find cooking trays and pans that would work with our new Breville Smart Air Oven THAT WE BOUGHT FEOM WS. We also a few weeks ago added another Le Creuset Dutch oven to our collection and wanted to look at the Le Creuset items at the store as well as the Wüsthof knives but no one could be bothered. Instead of assisting us Krista rudely told me not to pull out/touch one of the silpats I was buying(I wanted to see the size for our oven) - this was not cause of covid, Krista was very warm to another couple in the store when they were wanting to touch and try out the knive sets on sale. Instead, after being blatantly rude Krista then followed my boyfriend and I around the store to make sure we weren't shoplifting - apparently my boyfriend and I didn't seem to be "paying customers" even though the other couple besides being older was dressed the same. If Krista hadn't been rude multiple times then started acting like we were gonna steal I probably would've spent 1k in the store that day cause I went there to buy gifts and the other items I was interested in. The cherry on top was the saleswoman who checked us out when processing my return for my coookie silpat and the broken ice cream scoop didn't actually refund me for the silpat - if I hadn't noticed when looking down at the receipt I highly doubt Krista would believe me when I returned since her attitude was so poor. After multiple errors and horrible customer experiences I will no longer be shopping at this specific store and will be driving the extra distance to the once in park meadows. I've included pictures showing how people's info keeps being sent to me, which I'm still so confused by how that happened

Yelp
Probably some of the best customer service I have experienced last night working with Laura at Cherry Creek. Not only did she help me select and carry a bunch of items but she gave me a thorough breakdown on the espresso makers. The time spent was something seemingly rare these days and I appreciate it a lot. Good enough to get me on here to write a review on an incredibly busy schedule. :)

Yelp
I have considered opening up a card here for the incentives they give. The peppermint bark is wonderful. Vita-Mix blenders and Le Creuset galore. I like all of the cooking gadgets when you can find them on sale. They have great Black Friday sales.

Yelp
I haven't done much shopping at this store yet, so this is just a review of their customer service because holy smokes - they really went above and beyond! I brought in a busted Kitchen Aid hoping that they'd be able to facilitate the return to Kitchen Aid since they have a lifetime warranty. Alas, W-S doesn't do that anymore, but the guy that helped me was willing to take apart their store model to see how it was all put together to see if we could fix mine and avoid sending it back to Kitchen Aid. Not only did I come in with my Kitchen Aid in pieces (came apart in the car due to some loose screws), but he was able to put it back together and fix the original problem! I very much expected just to have to send it back to Kitchen Aid, so I was thrilled and really impressed when the customer service rep said he was willing to tinker with it and see if he could help me out. I've always loved Williams-Sonoma, but this really went above and beyond. I totally expected them just to ship it off (or give me warranty information once they said they didn't do that anymore). Never in a million years did I think W-S could fix it for me on the spot! Hip hip hooray!

Yelp
Every time I walk into Williams-Sonoma, I feel like I am doing something very naughty that I shouldn't be. Maybe it's because this place is, at least in my book, pure decadence. It's like going to your neighbor's immaculate and tastefully perfect house and walking through it in muddy shoes, but then your neighbor is so incredibly pleasant and asks you if there's anything you need and then offers you free food. God, I love Williams-Sonoma food samples. This is always my first stop in the Cherry Creek Mall. The rest of the stores are pretty much useless to me, so I usually park and make a beeline for WS. Of course, this isn't where I BUY stuff...that would be silly. For that I go to Sur la Table and their MUCH cheaper prices. Still, WS is so much fun to shop in. They have lovely displays and their store is very soothing. Every time I go in to the store I find dozens of things I want...and "need." Like a filled-pancake-pan and a $500 coffee maker and a truffle shaver. This is definitely where I will register for my wedding. Just in case anyone wanted to know ahead of time...

Yelp
Had a very expensive coffee maker break after 13 months and the warranty was for 12. Tried getting the manufacturer to repair but they're in Italy and after trying some local spots to get it repaired I wrote Williams- Sonoma and they agreed to replace it with a brand new model. Unbelievable! They really are great at customer service there. It's so nice to see a company stand behind a product even when it's not their fault. We're customers for life.
google avatar

Yelp
Williams-Sonoma is one of those places you indulge in from time to time if you love cooking and fun kitchen appliances. Don't hate the prices, you're in Cherry Creek and you're paying for quality goods. They have everything from special spices, olive oils, balsamic, food processors, blenders, utensils, place settings, and so much more. This could potentially be your one stop shop for everything you want or need in your kitchen, if you have the budget for it, and if you have the budget we should be best friends, LOL! Until were best friends I'll continue to come in and just splurge on occasion with smaller items.

Yelp
Another 5 star review So I have purchased over $1500 worth of great from At this location in the past two weeks. I forgot to to by a 7qt kitchen aid mixer on the big spend over $500 and get 20% off sale. So I came in and explained to the manager Stephanie; some grove long was involved and she gave me the 20% off! Also note you can't get this mixer for under retail. Even on eBay and Amazon! Super Super happy customer!
google avatar

Elena V.

Yelp
Awful customer service. I don't expect much since retail jobs suck, but I asked a worker if they had chemex filters in stock; he spoke over his walkie talkie and asked the backroom person if there was any... Then he notified me that someone should come out from the back soon and get me them. Boyfriend and I stood around for legit, TEN MINUTES waiting. We were staring at the guy, and an employee that kept eyeing us finally went up to us and asked is if we needed any help. I told her we were waiting for someone from the back to give us chemix filters... The dumb employee that "helped" us in the first place overheard us, turned around, smiled at me and said, "OH! THAT'S WHAT I WAS GOING TO TELL YOU!" wtf??? He kept giving us glances the whole 10 minutes we were waiting. So stupid. This store sucks, employees suck. GFY

Yelp
I seldom shop at Williams-Sonoma. It is not that I do not like their merchandise (I actually like it very much). It is just that 1/2 the stuff is considerably more high-end than what I actually need. The other 1/2 of the stuff can typically be found at Target for a lower price. When I received some gift cards to WS several years back, I went a bit crazy. Since gift cards = free money, the sky was the limit. The quality of the items I purchased was good, and I still most of them.

Yelp
God I love Williams-Sonoma. The spices and mixes and marinades make cooking so much easier for me (so I am too lazy to make my own sometimes). the saigon cinnamon is to die for and great with pancakes and cooking (I make caramel cinnamon bars). I love the tandoori spice that i use for a pasta dish i made. But just getting the catalog and reading the recipes is great. I got my All-Clad copper core there and tons of cooking supplies. thier cookie sheets are so good i bought some for my sis and she gave away her old ones.Cook books are good and diverse but hefty I think. Plates and utensils are fine, I only use thier salad bowls but my sis swears by thier crockery. I love the knick knacks and such. It is on the pricey side not gonna lie but if you can afford it indulge yourself because the quality is there.

Yelp
Kitchen stores are my happy place. I rarely have the occasion to shop at Williams-Sonoma, but I love browsing and pretending it is my kitchen while drinking free miniature cappuccinos and sampling baked goods. If you like kitchen "stuff" of any kind, they have it here. All-clad, LaCrueset, Japanese knives, beautiful dishes, a wall of cookbooks, spice mixes, linens, cappuccino makers, kitchen gadgets galore-- you name it, they have it, and if you haven't named it, you'll find something you suddenly "need." Quality is higher than most stores, but unfortunately prices are even more so (preventing them from getting a fifth star). However, some of the more expensive items (like La Crueset dishes) are outlandish everywhere, but probably worth it if you have the money to spend on it. On my last visit, a random chain of events had gotten me a gift card for over $100, and by being strategic I managed to come home with both things I needed-- a mandoline and a garlic press-- and awesome spontaneous purchases-- a cookie cookbook and a cheese-making kit. It took me an hour to decide on everything I wanted, and their staff never rushed me, let me keep items I wanted for sure on the counter so I could peruse more easily, offered helpful advice, and made me free coffee drinks. In my opinion, this is a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

Yelp
I was checking out a nespresso machine for my mom for Mother's Day, no one was around I tested it out for myself not knowing I couldn't. (No signage) several mins later a store clerk came around dusting and she said to me. Oh we usually do demos for people purchasing the machines, Starbucks is downstairs.. Oh excuse me. I will no longer be purchasing anything from you William Sonoma! 4/28/2014 430pm. She totallly ruined my day.

Yelp
Husband wanted a Breville Hot Wok 800. Other stores had the 600 but this is the only place carrying the 800. I called and Tim was nice and said it was in stock. We went in, today, Tim got someone to bring the 800 to us. We looked around and I noticed a hag handing out candy. It appeared that she was avoiding my husband but offering everyone else bark and caramel. After we made our purchase I walked up and took a piece of caramel off her platter. She snatched it away and asked if I would like some bark so she could get it for me. I said, "Why yes, I would." The store atmosphere was great because of Tim but awful because of the candy-toting hag. You'd think she was passing out Beluga caviar the way she was hovering over it. Bad attitude, especially this time of year.

Yelp
The products are great, but I only shop their sales since they are overpriced. The staff is up and down. Luis has helped me several times and he is incredible! Another time the Cherry Creek store manager "helped me" when I asked him a question. He seemed to be "above" helping customers, was impatient, arrogant, with a snotty attitude! I said, "Oh, OK thanks," and walked out. Attitude adjustment needed!!

Yelp
I had an unpleasant experience at the Aspen Grove store so when the item that they ordered online for me ended up not being the one I wanted, I went back to this Cherry Creek store instead. Based on my last experience, we called ahead to be sure they had the one we wanted. Also asked if the one they had was boxed up and he confirmed he had a new boxed up one available. So we headed out there , excited to get our *right* item. When we got there, we waited for him to look for and get the item from the back...only to our disappointment, he didn't have it! Really??? Ugh!!! When he offered to order it for us, we declined. Why should we give the store a credit for a sale that they lied about to get us in there? Also I had no real control or history of the order if *I* didn't order it. I am not sure I will ever go into a William-Sonoma store again. My memories of its greatness have now faded and are a thing of the past. It makes me so sad :(.

Yelp
Registered here for our wedding and wish I didn't bother with crate & barrel. Quality of WS products need no review. Everything is excellent. What is worth mentioning are The staff. Luiz was exceedingly helpful with some returns and exchanges. Double checked all prices and made the exchanges painless. Very sweet and friendly man! I wish I knew the other gentleman's name who had helped me also. (Younger nice looking guy). Was amazing with finding some hard to locate pieces for me! Fantastic customer service from these two people.

I have no quarrel with the retail outlets of Williams Sonoma, but their website is a nightmare! I received a gift card and since the local store is closed, I went their website. I chose an item, applied the gift card and then paid the difference with PayPal. Got a confirmation right away. Ten days later, after hearing nothing, I emailed Customer Service about my order and was promptly told it would be shipping in about 6 days. The ship date came and went with no word from them, so I emailed again. Got another email from Customer Service apologizing but saying it would ship in another week! When THAT date came and went, I reached out for the third time and someone finally told me that the item I ordered was no longer in stock!!!! Isn't the website supposed to indicate when an item is not in stock? God knows, LL Bean, Macy's and 100's of others have figured that out! So basically two CSR's lied to me from the get go about the item being ready to ship! The person who told me they were out of stock said I would receive a gift card to replace the one I had used but I have heard nothing further. I think your neighbor's 7th grader could run a website better than them. Thoroughly disgusted.

Yelp
Pricey, but well worth a look, especially if they're having a sale. We're often tempted by the specialty confections, but he held out for the top priced. After waiting months for the right moment, we finally snagged a Kitchen Aid Artisan stand mixer on sale and paid much less than we would have elsewhere. That piece of machinery is a work of art on our counter top!

Yelp
I don't normally buy anything from Williams-Sonoma because I feel like as a whole they are overpriced and that it is about buying a label - "Oh I got this from Williams-Sonoma!" I, however, wanted a yogurt maker and a chef friend referred me to W-S to purchase one. I had just dropped over a $1k on a couch at Z-Gallerie and decided that I'd stop in quickly and pick up the yogurt maker. Wrong!!! I walked around W-S three full circles looking for the yogurt makers. Why three circles? Because I thought maybe I had missed them the first few times around the store. Have you ever been in a W-S? They are packed with stuff. So, I am walking around and not finding the yogurt maker anywhere so I stop by the check out desk to ask an employee if they can please direct me. I wait for about 10 minutes while the only employee I can find in the store has a personal conversation with two of her friends. She finally decides to ask me if she can assist me and I of course ask where I can find the yogurt makers. She tells me to check up near the other electronics. I tell her I have already but I will look again. So I, being the gullible idiot go and check again; of course they aren't there!!! So I get back into the faux line that consists of me and her friends so that I can see if maybe they have any in the back. When she finally acknowledges me again I have been in the store for well over thirty minutes. She says she will go to the back and look but never moves from behind the counter. I give her about another 15 minutes as I strolled through the knife section and at the end of the knife section she still had not been able to remove herself from behind the counter so I said f' it and I left.

Yelp
I typically enjoy shopping at Williams-Sanoma, but my last visit was disappointing. If there is a sign stating that all clearance items are marked down an additional percentage, then why are some clearance items not on sale? The issue was eventually resolved, but it took over 10 minutes to check out. Hopefully, my next visit is less frustrating.

Yelp
They have many beautiful, pricey items but you get what you pay for and the quality of the few items we have purchased here last. Recently we bought a walnut muddler here as part of a mojito gift basket we were putting together for a friend - at $24 it was expensive but she is worth it! I love walking around and looking at all of the shiny items but since I am not much of a cook we mostly just purchase gifts here.

Yelp
I visited the Williams Sonoma in Cherry Creek and was helped by a very friendly staff member named Bob. They didn't have what I wanted at that store, but Bob called all around, and spent a lot of time looking through stock in various stores. He finally found exactly what I needed at Park Meadows Shopping Center and they agreed to send it to me. Thanks, Bob and thanks to Williams Sonoma for choosing such helpful staff members!

Yelp
Excellent store with excellent staff. I have discovered that Williams sonoma may sell the exact same model as other retailers but there can be a bonus offered with ones purchased at Williams sonoma..for example they sell a cuisinart ice maker that includes two bowls. I priced a second bowl on amazon and it added substantially to the price. It was worth it to buy from Williams sonoma to get the added bowl...they apparently negotiate special add ons from big manufactures.....that make your purchase there better in value, especially since they will price match and you still get the same model but with the add on. for example, There is a new cuisinart food processor just recently added to their line up that has a feature others do not have... And since the parent company has started a new money back program called THE KEY, it is a great incentive to shop retail....just be sure to add your email address on all transactions at their partner stores like pottery barn pottery bar kids, west elm etc For additional savings Cherry Creek has added a spring rewards program....every purchase at the mall and even outside at BRIOS and container store you will added up savings if 25 dollars every time you spend 250. I would give the corporate parent program called The KEY money back on purchase program 5 stars and the spring rewards program a one star because the have consistently changed the program and don't always add your purchases which then requires a lengthy process of finding receipt..taking a photo and sending to them

Yelp
Went in today to drop some big $$$. Asked about shipping to my home which the other store I shop at in California always does this for me. I was told in no uncertain terms by some large bitchy man that they don't do that. I will just call in my order to my regular store. I would rather they get the credit.
