I don't go here often, but the few times I have been prior everything has been about average. Today, however, was a different story. The place was not busy. I was surprised that they don't have any Sunday food and drink specials as their college bar competitors do. So, I paid full price for my food, which isn't terrible if it were good. Anyway, our server greeted us when we sat down and took our drink order. After that, we waited probably 20 minutes for her to return. Again, they were not busy at all and I tried to catch her attention several times. She gave this same terrible service the entire time. I wanted a wrap, which they do not have on the menu, but our server was enthusiastic about the kitchen's ability to make one. So, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. When it came out, I was bit confused. It was about the size of half of a wrap you would get elsewhere. I pulled apart all of the unused tortilla to find that probably 20% of the bread had been used to wrap chicken and cheese. That's it. When I realized I was about to pay $9 for about 2 ounces of chicken and some cheese, I wanted to talk to our server. I waited... and waited... and waited... and when my hunger overcame me, I had to eat it. In about two bites the thing was gone. I was very dissatisfied. She never asked how it was and, to be honest, I have a hard time understanding how she or, more importantly the kitchen manager who she had mentioned was currently working, allowed that out of the kitchen. Service was just so terrible that I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because I kind of like those greasy fried chicken wings.
