I had a great experience here! The chicken tenders and ranch were delicious — perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Our server, Chrissy, was fantastic! She was not only attentive but also genuinely personable, making conversation and creating a welcoming vibe rather than just doing the basics. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

Willie's is starting to become a regular spot for a quick dinner when I dont feel like cooking. I usually enjoy the food and laid back atmosphere. On this visit, I decided to try something new from their seasonal menu: the Chipotle Ribeye Nachos a plate of tortilla chips topped with queso, Chipotle grilled ribeye (similar to cheeses teak-style beef), pico de gallo, and a house made spicy crema. Unfortunately, the dish didn't live up to expectations. The Chipotle flavor was very mild, and the ribeye lacked seasoning and depth. The crema wasn't spicy either, but it did help add some flavor where the steak fell short. I had asked for Jalapeños on the side, and they ended up being the only real source of heat in the dish. In hindsight, I would've preferred the chicken or ground beef nachos I usually order. Those have always been more flavorful and satisfying. While this particular dish was a miss for me. I still enjoy the overall vibe and menu at Willie's, and I'll be back for the classics that never disappoint.

Who doesn't know what patty melt is??? Willie's grill. I thought everyone knew. I didn't even want to eat it because although I knew it came on Texas toast instead of rye, I thought it would be good. The Texas toast was VERY lightly toasted on one side only, while a REAL patty melt means the rye is grilled or toasted on both sides, and when contructed, the patty melt is lightly smashed, and the patty is flatter than a burger but oh, so juicy, and so good. Not so with Willie's patty melt: it was very lightly toasted on one side only with a thick, dry, tasteless burger. I had to take it home and re-do so it would taste like a patty melt, but the "patty" didn't taste any better. Ate half of a half patty melt and tossed the rest. Done with Willie's... you should eat elsewhere!

First time eating lunch here, and the food was delicious! We had grilled shrimp tacos with rice and steamed buttered vegetables and seafood platter. For dessert, we had a warm peach cobbler topped by vanilla ice cream! You need to order this!

I haven’t had Willie’s in a few years and it was ok. I was with a party of 5, and I was like “ehhh.” It definitely wasn’t horrible, just ok. S/o our server Maria, she was great, but there was another lady that brought out our dessert that had a slight attitude because we asked for them to-go and the front of house staff was ok, but Maria was absolutely great and attentive. We had a variety of food and it wasn’t bad, but again, just ok.

I met 3 friends for lunch, we used to eat at the Willie's on 1960 and Veterans Memorial several times a month for years and it had been at least another 5 years since I've been to a Willie's. I was so pleased to find the food and the service were still wonderful. Of course we had to have an order of the fried jalapenos as an appetizer, still nice and crispy with plenty of queso and ranch for dipping. Two of my friends ordered different salads; the servings were huge and exactly as requested. And both cleaned their bowls. The other friend and I split a catfish and shrimp combo plate, the shrimp were crispy and flavorful and not at all tough. My friend said the catfish was perfectly cooked and we both enjoyed the fries. And the iced tea was so good I drank two glasses at the table and asked for one to go. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food we received and our server was the best, checked in on us enough to make sure we were ok without being a pest! We are already making plans to meet there again soon.

Came here during Spring Break and it was crazy busy at lunchtime. Lots of families enjoying a nice day. Order taking was quick and efficient. Table service wait staff was friendly and professional. Lots of televisions with tons of option to view. For a casual, relaxing and fun experience, this is it. Food arrived quickly and both dishes were visually appealing and delicious. Drinks were cold and refreshing. Both dishes we ordered were huge portions and were quite delicious.

My family and I stopped by to grab a bite to eat and our server Savannah was amazing. She took care of all our need today. The manager even stopped to check up on us numerous times. We will be back!
