The food was really good, and the Willie Wonka dessert was absolutely delicious! The mac and cheese brisket bites were tasty, but a little inconsistent with how much brisket was in each one. The food came out quickly, and the place has a really lively and fun atmosphere. Overall, a great experience!

We had a great time at Willies! We tried the classic Willie burger and the Gouda burger — both were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The margaritas were refreshing and well-balanced, and we finished off with the warm cake and ice cream, which was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and quick. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Just shy of a perfect five stars, but we’ll definitely be coming back!

Willie’s Grill & Icehouse is a fantastic spot for great food and a laid-back atmosphere. The burgers are juicy, the seafood is fresh, and the portions are generous. The service is friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3.5/5) I recently stopped by Willie’s Ice House after not visiting for a few years. The last time I came, I remembered their burgers being really good, so I decided to give it another go. The experience started a bit rough — the guy at the register seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. He didn’t explain the menu very well; we specifically asked if the boiled shrimp came with corn, and he confirmed, but we didn’t get any. I ordered the steak, which was decent, but the upgrade charge for the mac and cheese felt steep for what seemed like boxed mac and cheese. The Caesar salad was good, though the upgrade charge there also felt a bit much. On a brighter note, our waiter Christian was absolutely amazing — super kind, attentive, and really made the dining experience better. Overall, I’d still recommend giving Willie’s another try. The food has potential, and with great service like Christian’s, it’s worth coming back. Hopefully next time the front counter experience improves and the food matches the prices a bit better.

I was just out with my son before going to Willie's we were discussing how customer service is not what is use to be. We were left absolutely floored by the great customer service we received at this location. I had my server call the Manager over, his name was Chris to tell him that in particular that shift was amazing. Her servers went above and beyond and so did the young lady Yami at the front register. I saw her passing by and asked her for something, and instead of giving attitude or saying, I'll get your server she gracefully grabbed what I needed, brought it to me, no attitude all smiles and grace! I would also like to say Kai was great as well. We will be frequenting more often, nothing like having a breathe of fresh air for dinner with great customer service! That truly makes the already delicious food taste so much better.

Food was great, but my review is really for server, Alex N. Alex was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of . He made our experience better at Willie’s and my husband and I appreciated that. I didn’t like my salad and I was nervous about asking for something else, but when I did, he was able to give good recommendations of other dishes and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. My name is Rickey Carter. I just returned home from receiving a pickup order from the hwy 6 location. I ordered through DoorDash and upon arrival I called in and was instructed to come in and get my order. I was a bit confused as to why I had to go in to retrieve this order and I purchased for pick up. I am disabled and in no way a door dash driver. When I go in I ask the cashier named Steven why do I have to come in to get my order and he says well you’re paying about 20% more through DoorDash and he started laughing I didn’t in any way see what was funny about that and regardless of what I spent I am still a customer paying into your company. Then I told him I wasn’t asking about that and asked him also not to be funny with me because I’m not concerned with the 20%. He told me that because I did not order straight through Willie’s it’s not considered take out. He then goes to get the manager who tells me the same thing about the 20%. I told them that I would contact corporate because of the way they were laughing and being rude about the situation. A young lady named yami laughed when I said that as if me contacting someone to help with this was funny. I asked her not to laugh cause she would be reported as well. Still no answer as to why I’m treated differently because I ordered through DoorDash. I still spent my money with your establishment. I asked the manager for their names and she was reluctant but gave me a card with everyone’s name and she also found it hilarious when I said I would contact someone higher up than her because they grossly mishandled the whole situation. I don’t know if corporate is a joke to them but definitely not a good look for the establishment. I frequently go to the northwest freeway location in jersey village and it has never been an issue with them bringing the order to the vehicle. Not to mention they made sure to reiterate that I overpaid on my receipt.
