Steak was delicious, penne vodka alone is worth the trip.. Wasn’t a fan of the garlic corn but the cool coconut flan was on point. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere was very nice, clean and classy. Music or tv wasn’t too loud, they had real cable TV with the game on which is a plus for me.. The bar area looked super dope just didn’t have enough time for some extra drinks. I’d go back for sure..

Beautiful ambiance in restaurant, so clean and the food was delicious. Kudos to Millie who served my brother, sis-in-law and myself...she was awesome! We will definitely be going there again! 💖🌟

Honestly I had high hopes for this spot due to the great reviews. I found out that if you didn't speak the language you were kind of put to the side and not paided attention to. The customer service was 0 to none.but I try not to let it ruin my night I'd ordered my steak well done only to be given a raw steak that was oozing with blood. I couldn't eat, and end up paying for meals that I didn't eat. Me and my spouse paid and left and when in a Mexican restaurant down the block where we felt more welcome ,order another steak that was very good.

The food was outstanding, everything was fresh and delicious. Broiled pork chops were second to none and the Mofongo was good.

Great atmosphere and authentic Spanish cuisine and culture. I went to see my music teacher from HS perform with her band. They have live music, and a dance floor. They also have TV's at the bar so you can watch sports. It's great to see people dancing salsa and having a great time. The food is amazing, I had the chicken mofongo. The sauce that it came with was incredible. Plus they have amazing cafe con leche and flan.

Great environment, family friendly, food is excellent. Live salsa band every week, owner is great. Willies steakhouse has been around many years and is definitely recommended, it’s reputation precedes itself.

The atmosphere is off the charts, a good amount of people with great music and awesome ambiance.. but the female bartenders need to be checked on and know how to deliver great customer service.. they come with an attitude and look at you with a look on their face that belongs in a mug shot

This place is an old school Puerto Rican restaurant/club in the Westchester Bronx area. As soon as I entered live band playing old time Latin music bought back memories of the songs my mom and dad would listen to. The crowd was amazing like a family environment everyone knew everyone hugs kisses familia vibes. Smiles from everyone made me feel at home -conversation going on all around-dancing all around. I ordered an appetizer (mind you I had already eaten in New Jersey ) plátano relleno with beef and one of my old time favorite alcapurias with ground beef inside. I even danced a little felt sooo good . Will be go back soon for dinner and more dancing for sure

Me and my children and I came to this restaurant trying to enjoy some drinks but, unfortunately we got yelled at by the bartenders because we accidentally used the bar side tables. But we had no clue. The bartenders had a such a rude attitude so we left ending spending 200$ at the cucharita paisa !! Please waste no time and visit this place and don't spend no money at places like this with unprofessional employees!!! Ps: foto at cucharita paisa ;)

I went back to my old stomping grounds yesterday to enjoy some salsa and good Spanish food. It's been quite a while since I've been back, but I used to party in this neighborhood including Willie's and a few other spots back in the day. Upon entering the place I was greeted so warmly it felt like I'd never left. The people were so friendly and happy to see me that I felt right at home. The crowd is a mix of young and old but the old timers enjoy themselves as much as the younger ones. They love to dance. I enjoyed some good drinks and some apps and celebrated a good friend's birthday. This place makes some great food, the steak in the platanos rellenos was so tender and flavorful I couldn't stop eating them. Parking in the Bronx is tough but I think the police know this place so well they don't bother the cars doubled parked in front of the restaurant. We found a spot right at the door and got in and out without a hitch. A great night in the Bronx.

We've been coming here for years, I actually met my husband there. The food is great, steak was very tender and the chops as well. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming, service is always good. The ambiance was great, they had a DJ which played old school salsa. Since it was Valentine's day we enjoyed ourselves. We will always returned to Willie's.

Good afternoon:I'm very disappointed Willie's I want there for dinner Saturday to eat there sat us down and the first thing there said u only have two hours to eat here but then we have to wait own food to came so what ever another person came and tell us the same thing while we eating the waitress said you have to paid $40 dollars if u want to stay there long I'm looking at her and what's going on to the waitress was so rude with the same thing we did not even finish own food because the waitress was so rude that the sandwich steak we got was I do understand is was a lot of people but there need to have more respect for the customers the people that work there should be in the same page and to stop being disrespectful that day the ladies waitresses it was not only me others people to .

After we prepaid for over 20 people for a fixed menu for a dinner after my grandma's funeral. Some extra family members joined in after and without any prior notice after we all ate they told them they had to pay with cash or use a credit card with a $40 service fee. Meanwhile they are taking cards at the bar.

I recently saw WSH on instagram and recognized this place as somewhere I have been years ago. I went there with my family on a Saturday at about 5-6pm. I was disappointed, the place was practically empty and very quiet. No ambiance, opposite of how it was portrayed on instagram. They didn't even have any music playing. DJ was setting up by the time we were finished eating and ready to go. Saturday is a day that things should be popping at anytime. Despite the disappointment the food was actually good and tasty. The portions were plenty. May return just for the food. The experience was not what I expected, nothing exciting.

they're trying to over charge my card twice which won't happen I already reached out to the bank and they're definitely pulling a scheme Because they apparently over charge you on purpose if you are uaing a credit card or debit card to pay, so I guess they saw my last review and trying to be funny. Listen, I don't know if you want war or some but I will violate if I have to so dont try that again cause you'll see me for sure.

Just to share staff is attentive and courteous food is good and music is great..the music volume should be adjusted according to the amount of patrons..DJ plays nice mix of retro salsa but the volume is too loud...will return and do recommend...

Never a wait, the food is delicious and flavorful. This was my 2nd time and the server was pleasant (again ). I plan to return and would recommend!

First off the food was good but what killed the entire vibe was how they overcharged me and still had the audacity to say it was because of the tax, when I got home and did the math it still didn't make sense. My plate was $35 my boyfriend's was $20 plus some clams were 17/18 .. that adds up to about $72 tax was apparently an additional $12 which in total was about 84, they charged me $93 and I will get my money back I did not see any gratuity added or anything plus the women there all have a stank as attitude they look at u with evil eye or weird and snatch credit cards from your hand, food was okay but definitely not worth the $93 won't be going back and def go somewhere else. (Oh yea I had also bought 2 drinks at bar 13 and 14) so I spent that on a 2 star restaurant.

The service from the female bartender was terrible- we paid drinks all night with card and when it was time to pay for food they said we had to pay cash if not it was going to be extra money. They money hungry and don't deserve your business

This place is shady and service was not great, only one bartender when we booked a party of over 29 people, and the food took very long to come out. on top of it all the wanted to add a $40 "service charge" because we were paying by card versus cash! That is unheard of!

My family and I use to eat here when it was in the original location, in the 80's through the early 2000's. We have wonderful memories of their delicious food. And out of nostalgia we wanted to have dinner here tonight while we are visiting NY. Well, to our disappointment the food left little to be desired. Everything we ordered was either dry or burnt. So sad!! Oh well, thanks for the memories!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I've grown up in NYC my whole life, and have been all over Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx for dinner. This was BY FAR the worst dining experience I've ever had. Calamari was spongey, mofongo was rock hard and tasteless, and worst of all the steak. We ordered medium and it came out burned to a crisp, sent it back and go a spongey pile of scrap meat with pink in the middle. This is a steak house, how do you advertise as a steak house and make the worst quality of meat and preparation in NYC? This isn't a cheap spot either, dinner for 2 with tip was $200. I think these other reviews are friends and family trying to support, I NEVER complain or leave reviews but this place needs some serious work it's a rip off for garbage. The facility is beautiful though, very well decorated. It has so much potential but needs a huge overhaul. Service staff was very nice and attentive.

I was expecting better, definitely. The old glory days of Willie's steak house seemed to be truly over..... I used to dine there with friends and family many years ago... To many options in the menu I think, my guests and I were expecting a known steak house, it was a surprise when the waiter had no idea what "skirt steak" meant..... Perhaps they are going through some kind of ownership change.... I would give another try because of the nostalgic feeling.... The place has history, I hope they get it together.

Parkchester was a major meeting point back in the day. It's still a hotspot and after a couple of decades, that area, paved the way for a few decent restaurants- one of them being Willie's Steak House. Under the L in Parkchester (Westchester & Thieriot Aves.- to be exact), still remains (a) the place to be seen, (b) see people you may haven't seen and (c) run into people that you may have gone to High School or hung out with eons ago. For Parkchester standards, Willie's is "fancy". The Man and I had an errand in the area and felt like having some Latin Caribbean food. Willie's was very quiet for a Thursday, but Salsa music was playing and fortunately, kicked up the mood. Our server was pleasant and brought out the menus only to notice Seafood options, outweighed the Steak- and worked to my advantage- but isn't this a Steakhouse? Mr. Man kind of questioned that, as there were all but 5 "Steak" dishes. He knew the food would be hearty and because this is a Puerto Rican restaurant, Mr. Man wanted to play it safe and ordered the Pork Chops instead- which he raved. My Camarones Enchilados (Deviled Shrimp), had the right amount of seasonings and my Tostones, were freshly fried. Full Bar but no extended cocktail menu- except for Red or White Sangria and Wine. Even though on the night we decided to visit there wasn't a live Latin Jazz band, in the end, it was all about the food- which didn't disappoint.

First time here, looks grand outside but once you pass the doors, it got so much history that locals appreciate. My friends were reminiscing on the first time and many other dates they had here. I was imagining how things changed from then and now. Dining room was a decent size, crowds of people dancing up along side a long wall. From what I was told wasn't there in the past. Dj was playing great music, he was a regular here. My friends were eating already and their plates was huge more like platters, large portions of food, and they knew just what to order. My husband ordered a steak sandwich and loved it. He stated the steak was so tender. I had to try it and it was del Service was decent no complaints, we were enjoying the salsa vibe and people dancing techniques. I'm always fascinated to watch how salsa was enjoyed back in the days. Here felt like all your problems stay at the door and it's about having a good time with friends. A True Salsero would definitely enjoy Willies. I would come back with my friends next time I'm in the area.

Funny story everyone. Today I walk into williessteakhouse at 1832 Westchester Ave, The Bronx, NY 10472 for their annual pre-Christmas party. I'm not there 5 minutes when the owner, the short Ecuadorian lady with the very serious face, pulls me aside and confronts me about the post I uploaded last week regarding the sub-par food and terrible service at that place. And I will clarify now that I still believe all of these things. I confirmed that I was the one who uploaded the post, and she asked why I didn't go to her personally to complain about the food and the service. I kindly reminded her that I did go to her on numerous occasions to complain about her waiting staff who are extremely rude, unfriendly, and dismissive. I also reminded her that she responded to my last complain by looking at me like I had ten heads and handing me a ginger ale, never apologizing for the rude service from her staff. The last time I complained because her waitresses were taking my drinks and dumping them before I even finished it. That night I had to get like 4 drinks within 1 hr because they kept taking my cup away while I danced. Another day the staff moved my coat from my table where I had my food and put it on another table because they were "setting up the table". How do you set up a table that is still being used? I don't go in there and pay for food and drinks with monopoly money. She claimed that I was the first person to ever complain about the service in her restaurant. She then told me that since I don't like the food in her restaurant and I think her staff is so bad, NOT TO COME BACK. THE LADY KICKED ME OUT OF WILLIES! SHE KICKED ME OUT FOR EXCERCISING MY 1ST AMMENDMENT RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH. I find that insane in such a liberal city like NYC. My post must have really struck a cord to her ego, to blacklist someone for rightly posting disgusting wilted tomatoes that your restaurant serves to people. We need to help her. We need to show her that she and her staff suck and they need to have better service skills. If it wasn't for the salsa events they have at Willie's no one would go there. Please help me out by commenting your Willie's Horror Stories so the owner can see that it is not just me who thinks this is the worst waste of a restaurant. So much potential but being managed by an ogre and a band of repressed, frustrated waiters. I will say however the ladies at the bar are very nice. I can't complain about them. I feel good though. The people of Bethlehem turned away the Blessed Mother and St. Joseph not knowing that they had the Messiah among them. So I am not going to sweat that angry 4"10 Ecuadorian summo wrestler. And I'm not fat shaming her because she isn't even over weight and I wouldn't fat shame anybody. But if you watch her she walks alittle like a summo wrestler preparing to trample someone. Anyway please post your Willie's Horror Stories below and just know you won't be seeing me there anymore. I wish I could say that De mejores sitios me Han botado, but this is a first. First time ever getting kicked out of a place.

Came here with my family on a Sunday night and received great food and service. Though I was initially a bit skeptical due to the yelp reviews, I had a really positive experience! We came at a time where it wasn't quite busy so the service was really friendly. Upon arriving and after being seated, you receive some warm garlic bread. It was toasty yet fluffy on the inside, so I really liked that touch. The menu was average length on the shorter side, which I personally prefer because long menus overwhelm me. For our appetizer, my parents and I ordered the stuffed plantains with shrimp. It was very delicious but lacked salt. As for our entree, my mom had the churrasco, my dad had the sirloin and I opted for the filet mignon. We all ordered it medium well and had mashed potatoes on the side. Each steak entree comes with a free side and side salad. Ordering an extra side is an addition $5. My mom ordered rice and beans on the side that was average, nothing brag worthy. We all ended up loving our food! I personally liked my filet mignon the best, but everyone's food was delicious regardless. The quality of the meat was superb and the sides were equally amazing. The only thing I had a problem with regarding my food though was that it was too small. The size of the filet mignon compared to the rest of the steaks was disproportionately smaller. Besides that, I really enjoyed my time at Willie's Steak house. I can't wait to be back again.

What can I say..Place has been around for a while..Food is ok..Nothing crazy..Seems like all the locals gather here..Friday nights they have a DJ..Its basically salsa all night..No complaints..However they have a back yard and that is where the problem starts..Its dark and no security..You can get whatever you want and basically get high all night...The amount of weed that is smoked back there is amazing..And let's not forget the coke heads that are in the corner just sniffing the night away..Mine you its a very and i mean very much older crowd...Not sure who this lady Janet is ..Some say she is the owner..Others say she manages the place..Regardless of what she is if she runs the place then DON'T act stupid / oblivious to what everyone knows is going on..Put measures in place so this doesn't continue to happen ..

Willie's Steakhouse is a very nice place to go to, especially on Fridays & Saturdays. Located in uptown Bronx under the #6 El Train amongst a variety of restaurants. The place is great not only for singles at the sports like bar but for couples dining out as well as families & large parties celebrating a special occasion. The place has ambiance good for formal dining but casual enough to drink at the bar, socialize & dance to the DJ's Latin music & disco on the weekends. The dance floor is located by the formal eating area. Willie's even has a garden in the back with tables & umbrellas where you can hang out. Willie's serves lunch & dinner, the staff is attentive & the food ranges from Latin bites to large & hearty proportioned plates to pastas & dessert with a Latin flair. The place is great to celebrate birthdays on the weekends because of the in-house DJ. You can call ahead to let them know that your celebrating but there are no reservations & seating is first come, first serve, but they'll do their best to accommodate you. You'll definitely have a good time here.

The churasco is amazing. Try it. Came here while viewing my Uncle at Thomas Montera Funeral home and we explained the rush, they delivered our food in enough time for us to eat and make it for the prayer service. If you haven't tried it yet, I say it's time.

We went there on Valentine's Day and was surprised and a little apprehensive that we were able to be seated so fast. The food was AMAZING and the staff was attentive and the salsa was blasting. I've never been there before but i will definitely be going again. Thoroughly Enjoyed

Ive had the honor and privelege of going to this establishment several times. Each and everythime Ive had an amazing time until just a week ago. Friends and I were on our way in as a female unknown subject abruptly entered bypassing security not carded nor stopped as my party were in accordance to their standard operations procedure of proper identification. A member of my party made a comment of the unrully patrient to which security neglexted and allow the behaivior. Less than an hour of having what appeared to be a good time the security subject left his post to enter the establishment to send my party home. Noone was inibreaited unrully and paud for their oredered meals/drinks. It almost appreared that the unrully patrient was not an unrully customer but some what connected to the establishment. So much for customers come first. Dont get me wrong, food music and drinks are on point except for those at point of entry and egress. Like I stated in the beiggining of my narative, Ive been here before with nothing negative but only positive bibes. Its like the saying, Dont mix business with pleasure.

It pains me to write this review because Willie's is an establishment in this area of Bronx but sadly I was very disappointed. First the positives, I ordered a porterhouse steak. It was cooked to the desired temperature and had good flavor, portion size of the strip steak was great as it should be for $40 steak (not outrageous but not cheap either). The one glaring failure is that they CUT OUT THE FILET MIGNON! This is a PORTERHOUSE STEAK, it has a filet mignon. That's why is much more expensive that a T-bone steak, you are paying for the filet mignon. Sure enough they have filet mignon on the menu. I can only theorize that they cut it out so they can sell it on its own and maximize the profit of one cut of meat. Either that or the cook cuts it out and has a succulent piece of meat on the customer's bill. I have no proof of this of course but if this is the reason then it is in very poor taste or I would dare say fraud. So if you go to Willie's and order a porterhouse, don't expect a filet mignon on the opposite side of the strip steak. If you are fine with this then I can say it's a very good steak. You have been warned!

Great restaurant with awesome staff. Definitively a place you would go if you love good food and great salsa music.

Came here early Sunday, about 1pm. This was on my boyfriend's list of places to try, so he decided try it out for lunch first instead of for dinner. When we arrived there was only one person tending to customers (should have more than one person) and luckily there was only one other family there. Nervous there for a sec, I was like oh, oh... But, thankfully the hostess was gracious, attentive and the food made up for it. Food: As an appetizer, we had Alcapurrias (fritter made of green bananas stuffed with meat). They were good. This is one thing I'm very particular about, I must taste the banana and have good filling and these did satisfy. I even ordered some to take home. My boyfriend ordered the sirloin steak with tostones, rice and beans. Sirloin was tender, tasty and cooked as desired. The beans I must say were just as good. They tasted like fresh beans and not canned beans, a definite plus! For those whose mother and grandmothers did not cook canned beans (like mine), you know what I mean. Lol I had the Mofongo with pork which was very good. Although I thought it was going to be fried pork chunks, but instead was pork chunks in its broth. No complaints, the pork was nice and tender and juicy. Mofongo was drenched in the broth making it nice and moist. The plantains had a nice garlicky flavor. As for dessert, I had the coco flan which maybe I was expecting something else and unfortunately had that, it's been too long or not covered well enough refrigerator taste to it. Overall, food was good, and prices were reasonable. It did satisfy enough to try and visit again.

This is a review based on service from the employees based on a uber eats order. Let me just say if you want to order through any delivery service just DONT! 1. I ordered 5 meals that totaled $99. Only 1 and a half of those meals were delivered. 2. Not only did the uber support have a hard time getting in to contact with them we did as well. 3. They claimed they only saw one meal on the order but when I sent them a screenshot they said they would make it. Didn't make any mention of not seeing it before. (How I knew they lied about not seeing it). Why can't people just admit to mistakes? 4. They asked us to come pick it up but we wanted to speak to a manager (which btw wasn't there and didn't plan on it until the afternoon of the following day). I asked to be compensated for having to spend money to go get the food. We're told we would get an extra side. Ok 5. We get there and the employee claims she doesn't know who we spoke too and that they wouldn't be able to compensate us. Seriously? Not the best restaurant etiquette at all. But hey look at where it's located. 6. Due to the restaurant not picking up for the uber support worker, she wasn't able to confirm anything. So now I have to wait. 7. Overall the restaurant forgot our food, had us come get it and didn't even offer any type of apology or compensation while also having a disregard for us as customers. Won't be ordering here again

Horrible from the very beginning! So sad to see this place being ran by rude and inconsiderate people, I came with a party of 10 and my bill was 700$ food took an hour 1/2 to come out and they made us pick from an arranged menu. Never coming back again. Bought 1 beer and a mixed drink and was chargers 26$ they are a rip-off and food was not was it was years ago. Then when we asked for our dessert the waitress was upset! Horrible experience!!!!

Great ambiance, delicious food. Very clean n clean bathrooms. I loved the fact that they catered to me n my dates every need. I also really enjoyed the drinks we had with our food. Will definitely be coming back n we highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place tries to sell the allusion of finer dining, but the food& staff fall short. First of all, the prices are outrageous for the quantity and quality of the food. I ordered a steak that came with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were cold and had no taste. The steak was rubbery- impossible to eat. My husband's chicken was undercooked and still pink in the center. The salad comes with a house dressing that looks grey and very unappetizing. I couldn't bring myself to try it. The only thing I liked about this place were the drinks and live music, but I definitely won't ever step foot in their again.

Okay slo from what I ordered the rice and beans and the garlic sauce for the tostones were the only good things. The steak with onions was cheap as well as the other cuts of beef. Seeing as it it s steakhouse I would assume the steak would be far better. They also forgot another order of beans and my fried chicken. I can understand if they were busy because of father's day but it's a clear online order and even the top of my kid said chicken and they gave me steak inside. I work be ordering here again, my mom and grandpa used to love this place .

Congratulations Willie's! You're the best at being mediocre. First of all, I usually enter restaurants in the neighborhood with a degree of sarcasm. It is never misplaced. First of all, it's dark as hell in there. Secondly, the busiest part about this place was the bar. Thirdly, if you're going to have the place decorated like my mom's apartment....SHE SHOULD BE IN THE BACK COOKING TOO. I never thought that Puerto Rican food could be bland and boring. Someone actually compared this place with Peter Luger's...hahahahahahahahahahhahaha!!!! Stay home, Buy yourself some 5 dollar steaks, turn off all of your lights, turn up the Salsa music and enjoy! PS. For added effect - Hide the condiments and invite all of the old people from the community center in your area ...INSTANT WILLIE'S EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

We got here and didnt even even get acknowledged for 15 mins! After that we were seated about 15 minutes later which was ok being we didn't have a reservation. When seated it took forever to get a drink! Although the waitress came over It took over 15 mins and the drinks were horrible watery with no straws which we had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get! After that we placed our order and didn't see the waitress ever again! 30 minutes passed by and still no salad no would you like another dink nothing! We were completely mortified to be ignored the entire time! We didn't even stay for our meal we just paid for the horrible drinks and left! Over all this place lacks service! Not what I'm looking for when going out! If you want to dine out and get. Ignored then this place is for you! Other then that pass!

This is a family ole faithful! We love to come here, although it's all the way across town from my mom in Riverdale, it's a great place in the Bronx. Where else in the city can you get steak with platanos (fried green plantains) or maduros (fried sweet plantains)! Granted the steak is not prime, it's still flavorful. All the food is seasoned well and tasty. We love the porterhouse steak with onions and mushrooms (the gravy/sauce is killer), the Paella is my personal favorite ( I really don't like sharing it with anyone), and I love the house dressing on the simple garden salad. Great comfort food; you feel like your eating home cooked food at a friend's house. Don't feel like an outsider if you are not Latino, they welcome everyone here (we are Jamaican & American). On Fridays and Saturdays they have live music and dancing. Only in the Bronx, never anywhere else and I love it!!!

Sad seeing a place turn from good food to bad or cooked without care. I am an occasional customer there. I always order specific dishes from the menu. The first strike that hit me 1) expired ranch dressing not only for my order but for other people on the same table. 2) lettuce seems not clean neither fresh, I would strongly recommend not eating salads there. 3) Order of shrimp and plantain came out way too salty even waitress recognized that it was salty, that wasn't the main problem, they took the dish and they didn't bring a new order less or regular salty, no they put in on the check & we must pay for it!!!!

Not as I remembered. The steak was OK! We sat down for dinner on a Saturday night 10ish. There was live music and oh laws they were bad. Too loud I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Ambiance: Latin restaurant that plays Latin music and kind of remind me of my grandma's house in DR. Service: The waitress was nice although she took a million years to bring the check even though we were practically the only ones at the restaurant. Food: We had the calamari which was okay but not the best I had. The portions were big which is nice. I had the churrasco with mashed potatoes and it was pretty good. It came with a vinaigrette type of sauce on the side which was good but nothing like the sauce at Bruckner's. My friend had the seafood asopao (which is like a Dominican version of risotto) and it was pretty tasty although a bit to watery for my taste. Overall the place is chill, nothing fancy but decent. Would I go back ? Only if I happen to be in the neighborhood which is not likely.

Today I try Blackened Salmon with yellow rice and black beans as the chef recommended, taste so delicious, the salmon skin is nice and crispy. My husband pick churacco with mashed potato also tasty. We came around 1 pm Friday the place nice and quiet. The waitress so friendly. The bathroom also clean. Good try today.

A very, very under-rated steakhouse in the Bronx. Willie's caters to fans of Latin Jazz as a few times a week a band plays while you eat some great tasting, juicy steak with some rice and beans. However, the owners of this place has changed often the last few years. The current owner isnt the friendliest. I walked out one time because of his attittude. The thing is, the owner, which is always there, doesnt keep me away. Check it out, you'll see.

Not the same as what I remembered. I frequented willies for many years. Unfortunately the owner passed away and the new owner has a staff that does not know what they are doing. A bartender that has no idea of any drink recipes try's to serve beer and simple speed rack drinks. Paid the bill at the bar sat down to eat ( 6 of us) table cloth was dirty and had gum on it. Ordered our food no silverware was set no bread until we asked no water. When food arrived an hour later it was decent. Then the bill arrives.... they tried charging us again for the drinks we had at the bar. Manager was not helpful at all she actually walked away from the situation. We asked for a split bill and they refused. I really miss the days when we could go to Willie's and really enjoy ourselves. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Terrible service. Salty food. Waitress spill soda on my mom. Cook came out and we told him the food was extremely salty. He blamed it on the sauce the establishment had changed to, but the white rice wad salty as well. We were offer dessert, then he didn't have enough to serve the 4 of us. He offer coffee n for got. One waiter serving 6 tables and one waitress in flip flops came out once in a while. She was the one spill the soda on the table and my mother.

horrible service owner came to my table with an attiude where me and my friend were sitting with our check in her hand telling us we had to get up from the table mind you we still were having drinks i never felt so humiliated never been thrown out of an establishment very unprofessional been going here for years never had a problem new management horrible....

The food is good..try to make reservation on a friday nite, but everyone that sits has to buy food...but meanwhile the people that go there every friday get a table just to have drinks and stay there all nite...thats having preference for the older generation...I will make sure I pass this information around...its not Fair Willie...we have the same method of payment and will probably spend more..very dissappointed!!! Concerned!!

This place has horrible service.. The waiter didn't speak English and was unable to fulfill us.. I asked for a Caesar salad and he told me they didn't have romaine lettuce.. My friend asked for meat lasagna and they said they don't have the meat.. My other friend ordered a drink and wanted kettle one and they didn't have vodka.. We had to go to the bar to ask the bartender for water horrible service won't go there ever
