I’ve lived here for quite some time, and I can confidently say that the new management has made a noticeable difference. Customer service has greatly improved, and the events and prizes have been fantastic. While fees have increased, that’s understandable given the upgrades and overall improvements. This is the best I’ve ever seen the property maintained. Since Mr. Lamont became manager, the community has been much cleaner, and any issues are addressed promptly. The entire team seems genuinely happy and engaged, which really shows in their work. Great job to the whole team—and if you ever decide to leave, please give me advance notice so I know where we’re all moving to! 😄

Long time resident and the convenience of the location is awesome! Several restaurants in walking distance. Construction is finally ending on the roads and improvements are looking great at the property! Tiara in the office is awesome!! Very friendly and will do what she can to assist and solve a problem if you have one!

I’ve been a resident at the Willis for 2 years now I was skeptical at first with new management because they came in changing EVERYYYTHING. The interior and exterior renovations turned out phenomenal I haven’t personally had any major issues with my unit. Tiara is everything anything I need she’s always right on top of it. My only concerns as of right now is I do think we should have a completely new set of gates and elevator system it’s literally always going out. I’m glad they made it more convenient to get into the package room when business hours are closed.

Charged for guest parking Enforced 24 Hours. Guest stays 2-3 times a week and Quickly adds up. No other Apartments in the Area charges for guest to park. It’s Ridiculous. Trash chute gets backed up and stinks up hallway. It Needs to be emptied more often. Elevator floor unclean. Dog Feces in stairwells and needs to be motioned for clean up. Freight Elevator is out of service at least twice a month.

I had an okay experience with my time here, might have just been bad timing because they were doing a lot of renovations but it does look much better now. The maintenance team was really nice and quick when it came to repairs needed. They charge for parking now for guests which wasn’t the case when I first moved in and cars would always get broken into even in the residential parking area. What bothered me the most was how thin the walls were, some of the neighbors did not care at all and would be up til 2-3am causing a disturbance on a weekly basis.

I’ve lived at the Willis for almost a year, and I honestly have to say the leasing specialist Tiarra Gartrell has made my experience so unbelievably wonderful. She consistently goes above and beyond for her tenants and does so with warmth, kindness, and compassion. If I have an issue concerning anything property related, she is the first to not only help, but always provides a solution in a timely manner. I can not express how refreshing and grateful I am to have someone like Tiarra here!

I have been a residence since before the new management and after. I have called the office four times now and left messages requesting call back re: various questions and concerns. I have yet to get a call back. Before the new management I was called back within 24 hours. I am very disappointed with the time the repairs of elevators and fabs are taking. Because of the new ownership mistakes we residents are put to work to provide them with tedious information about our fab numbers and car decals because their system went faulty. I work a lot and not in my home. I want my home to be a place I can come back to and not have to look up information, email it, make sure it’s all accurate just to be able to park and be let in my apartment. I have tried to call about their new pet policy and process. I am confused by it. I cannot get a call back. I have tried to call to see why Conservice bill goes up every month and to understand what this is exactly. ( a separate invoice we are billed monthly by the Willis on top of monthly rent. We tenant’s are Paying $20. - month for electricity in the common area. This is a new charge that to me feels like a ridiculous amount considering how many residents there are and how little the common area is used. ) I LOVED The Willis when I moved in and BJ was the manager before the new management. I plan to move as soon as my lease runs out and I look forward to it. I am saddened by the down slope this property has taken. I look forward to call back from the front office but I am not holding my breath.

Terrible experience living here !! Im so glad im moving into a better property. These leasing agents are scammers !! One of them dequaveante got fired.. i wonder why. They have roaches and its always dirty. They spent our money on reservations and yet the carpets are filthy as you can see and the trash is never picked up. They also charge your account double and add extra fees that arent supposed to be there !! Ever since RAM became new management everything went downhill !! They should have stuck with the old management !! Do not move here unless you want to be scammed and live in filth !! Oh yea be prepared to get parking tickets for no reason when you reside there !!
