El Fogon Brings Authentic Mexican Flavors to Metairie | Eater New Orleans
"At The Willow Theater this Friday I'm highlighting "Pin Ups & Po Boys", an event that pairs burlesque with sandwiches and brings together forthcoming Rich Girl Po Boys and Society of Sin to benefit Zeus' Rescues, a NOLA animal rescue organization; tickets are available online now." - Alison Baitz
I was very fortunate to be given tickets to "One Summer in Brooklyn", which I had the pleasure of seeing from the second row on its final day of performance. What a great show with very talented individuals. And high kudos to Rachel Kleinman (Rachel older) and Santiago Garza (young Julio). Both performances were over the top and the quality of Broadway actors which I had the pleasure of attending many times before moving to Florida. Rachel's performance and singing were deserving of being on Broadway and Santiago's was not far behind. Both exceled above and made this a show that I will always remember.
Thank you to all the actors for an outstanding show!

Nice theater, it seats about 300 if I remember correctly. The stage lighting and gantry is up to date, seats are a little wider than your average seats for a theater this size. Staff was nice and COVID precautions were available if desired. I enjoyed the "Young Frankenstein". The cast was diverse and inclusive. I enjoyed the show and so did the 19 others that came with us. The only thing I'd say is a detractor is the lack of concessions. The lack of a vending machine or someplace to get water left a few very parched after breathing the dry air. Tickets were $20 and a discount is offered for 10 or more tickets. After the show you can enjoy the park.

The Willow Theatre is a regional theatre. The theatre itself is nice, with comfortable seats. There is plenty of parking. It’s a small space, which makes it more intimate, like many Broadway theaters. The shows are very affordable and the variety of selections is excellent. The acting is mixed, some very good and some ok, but still very enjoyable.

Such a wonderful unsung hero for parents. Sugar Sand Park in general is amazing! The castle is so large you can keep your kids entertained for entire afternoons. The theatres have rotating themes on science and exploration for kids to enjoy free and there is a carousel outside for the kids to ride for just a buck a piece. If you are looking for a free fun way to get your little ones active this is definitely the place!

Awesome family fun. Their haunted house is creepy and scared us at almost every turn. Not too gruesome and over the top for kids but still fun for the moms and dads. Lines were a little long for some of the other things at their Shreik Fest but we mainly went for the haunted house anyway. Can't wait to see what they do next year!

We've now been to two shows here, the venue is small and seating is assigned. Yet, each time we have been here, somebody sits in the wrong seats and it's addressed during the show.
The family shows have a little meet and greet with the performers afterward. I think they do great for a small theater in Boca.
