Walked in and was greeted with a welcoming smile by manager BOBBI. She provided great service and fresh and hot food. She's very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and her service is PHENOMENAL. Her leadership that she present is a great example for her other crew member. THANKS AGAIN BOBBI FOR THE WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. I'LL definitely be back and I'll be letting everyone know about my great experience.

Flew in from Kansas City! Always looking for unfamiliar places to eat. The Food taste great! The ladies behind the counter are very friendly and hilarious. Much needed laugh. For someone who doesn’t like guacamole. Your guacamole is fireee. 10/10 will be back!

Absolutely love Willy's and the staff is awesome here! Bobbie absolutely rocks. I've been a huge fan of Willy's and wanted to buy a t-shirt. Bobbie was courteous enough to give me a couple extras of hers to wear with pride back in Michigan. Best part of our annual Atlanta trip!

I had been to quite a few restaurants, and worked at a couple with a similar setting. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and my order was made quicker than I thought. All the workers were very polite, and the manager (Tony), was very considerate and accommodated me and my aunt. Will definitely be coming back again and thanks to all the workers at Willy's. Best first experience I've had in a long time.

Deborah, Bobbie, Kmari and the entire crew are amazing. The food is always amazing. They are so accommodating and friendly, even remember my kids orders! We may come a little too much bc we love it 😅!

Their spicy chicken is incredible, the ground beef is okay and I would pass on the steak. My go to is the spicy chicken frito burrito and add grilled veggies. Service can be inconsistent, but I mean it's tough with high turn over and highschoolers for staff. Make sure to get the Willys app on your phone if you frequent this spot. Support local Atlanta business! This isn't a huge franchise chain like the others.

Been here multiple times and it's always good. This time I tried the Burrito Bowl and it was too spicy and I couldn't finish it but no complaints on previous trips.

This was the taco I ordered. Pretty much says it all. A stale taco shell with some ground beef crumbs and NO toppings. I'm disgusted.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Willys. I never had it before and was ready for it to be another chipotle knock off. But I really liked the food here it was super fresh. The topping options are phenomenal. They have so many different kinds of veggies as well as sauce says you can customize your bowl. I also like that they offer regular rice as well as seasoned, and on top of that, the staff are actually friendly. I will be back here!

Very good service. We ate inside. When i entered I knew what I wanted because of tic tok. They had a new hire who wrapped my burrito and he was great. But the main reason I was there was because of the Margarita!!!!! Which was fantastic.

For these chain restaurants, I do not have much to say except they are what you would expect. Restaurant is clean enough. They have the salsa bar. Service was always been average. Going through some the recent reviews. Surprisingly, all the recent reviews are pretty positive. There is one that takes they had to wait for 5 minutes for the person to make their dish. I highly doubt this is a case since they just add the food as you request it. Another review critiques their meat. For the price and type of food, I would not go in expecting gourmet food and top cuts of meat. Like I said a solid average location and one of the few places that remain that you may actually get a little more bang for your buck.

I stopped in for lunch. I love the self service salsa bar and that every meal comes with chips. The dining room was clean and the service was friendly. The food was fresh and the prices were reasonable. I mean, was it 10/10 authentic? Not really. but if you are hungry and want a burrito you really cant go wrong

I regularly eat at this location and and generally happy with the food and service. I think online order has ruined the customer experience. It's a no win. When I try to order online, it's never ready when it says it will be. When I go in person, it seems like online orders take precedence over people waiting in line. I ordered online when I left work so I could pick it up on my way home. When I arrived, I had to wait and watch people who arrived after me go through the line and get their food before me. AND THEN when I got home, the order was not correct. Places that cannot accurately fill both online and in person orders should either hire more people or not take orders online. At least the staff was somewhat friendly, even if overwhelmed.

DISGUSTING. No Seasoning; my meat was cold. I got chicken and steak. i was so mad because i had a taste for chipotle but there was none near me. so i tried Willy's. NEVER AGAIN.

The service was good but the food was fair. I had the chicken burrito and my husband had the quesadilla. It's the kind of food that it's good while eating than shortly after it just doesn't settle real well. The cheese dip reminded me of velvetta cheese. Chips were good but there really wasn't a mild reg salsa. One was chipotle which tasted smoked and the others were too hot. Wish I could give it a better review because the team working were super nice and attentive.

It looks like wet paper bag or wet cardboard pieces. Definitely not steak. What I'm the world? Never again This is disgusting and horrible to have to bite into. Do not go to this location. I'm waiting for a response from a manager.

When I'm in the mood for a quesadilla and some fresh lemonade, this is my go-to spot. Location and Parking Willy's is located in the Edgewood Shopping Center. Parking is plentiful and free. Venue and Atmosphere The restaurant is clear and the (free!) salsa bar greets you at the door. The flow of the restaurant, from ordering to seating, is clear and the choices of meat and toppings are laid out well. Food and Beverages I always order a grande quesadilla with spicy chicken, jalapeños, and grilled veggies. I love their freshly made lemonades, especially the mango flavor. I take full advantage of the free chips and salsa every time I go. Their guacamole is some of the best I've had at any restaurant, and I'm a guac connoisseur. Service Service is always friendly, and I've never had any problems with my order. Well... except that time I had to ask for chips because they didn't offer them to me haha! Verdict When I get another quesadilla craving, I'll be back for the 857th time.

After choosing my meat for my bowl I literally stood there for almost 5 mns while the lady cleaned and stacked pans on a cart. She even asked me if that was mine to only go back and clean. I didn't come for cold food, so I walked out. She never even noticed I did. Wow!!! Won't be back!!!

Excellent burritos, excellent salsa, excellent queso, and a friendly staff make this a great place to grab lunch when you're out.

The food was good and fresh , the service was good there were satisfied customers coming in and out some dined in , I felt like I got my money's worth so and my order in a timely manner so I'll be getting back by there soon

Shuts down early as an hour only serving bowls. I came well before closing time and half the menu wasn't even available with 5+ employees.

I'll give this location a solid 2.5 so 3 is what you get. Stopped by prior to going into the office and they had just opened. As usual I get a steak burrito. Getting to the window I start to place my order and had to ask why the steak looked so dry. The cook who was currently serving stated it does and sorta mixed it up to create some moisture. Didn't look enticing at all but hey I've waited 30 minutes so I proceed to order. All in all it wasn't bad but for $17 bucks it wasn't worth the money. Maybe it's just the location. There is plenty of parking because it's in a shopping plaza. The person at the register was very short and made it clear she didn't want to be at work. Likely not to visit this one location again.

OMG went to Willy's tonight on Moreland. Paul made the salsa including the chili de Arbol and the Chile habanero salsa? Whoever made it likes high blood pressure because it was so salty. Could not eat it. Got home. Wish I could take it back but it was late.

BEST QUESO HANDS DOWN!!! Always fresh salsa bar and staff is nice. Food is great value for the price.

Personally, I love their burrito bowls! My go-to order is a bowl with black beans, Adobe chicken, lots of cheese, pico, corn, cucumber and guacamole! I usually top it off with some of their tomatillo salsa or the salsa bar and demolish immediately! And you gotta get some queso too! Willy's is a true Atlanta chain! Quick, fresh, and cheap. I will start by saying, my family and I have eaten here since the store opened. However, today is the first time I've had a bad experience. The chips were half cooked and greasy. The lemonade was nasty. The burrito bowl was cold, the corn was stale, the rice and pinto beans were disgusting. I'm not sure what's going on today, but please fix it.

I visited your Caroline/Edgewood location on Friday, January 15, 2021 and was very shocked that the Young Man (1st person that takes the order) had his mask under his chin and was talking over the food while preparing orders. A big No No during these uncertain times/Pandemic! I asked to speak to the manager and he immediately yelled for the gentleman to put his mask over his nose and mouth. The Young Man/Employee rolled his eyes and shook his head while looking directly at me. In addition to, both the salad, tortilla and condiment areas were not clean...at all. The areas were VERY untidy, leftover food from previous orders were all over the place. Not appealing to say the least. Unbelievable! This Willy's establishment in my opinion looked very UNKEPT, DIRTY, UNTIDY and definitely UNSAFE! This is 2021! We are in the middle of a MAJOR SAD PANDEMIC. Willy's needs to have better, safer protocols for their employees in place to keep their loyal customers safe. If the non-mask Willy's Employee is not in agreement of wearing a mask during his shift...maybe he should consider working for UBER EATS and DOORDASH as they are ALWAYS hiring.

Ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes after arrival in order to get our food. Completely understand the wait at first as it was very busy in the restaurant. However, when we received the food, half of our order was missing. We only ordered a burrito and quesadilla so it wasn't a complicated order. When asked if we needed something, we stated that half our order was missing. They then made us the quesadilla but did not make it correctly or include the side items we requested in our order. They then gave it to us with the incorrect order. We then found the second half of our receipt rolled up inside our burrito.

I went to this location on my lunch break and the service was phenomenal!! I was greeted immediately upon entry. LaQuanda, the manager, was so sweet and generous! I was having an issue with my credit card having a lock on it without knowing and she kindly told me that my order was on her today! So grateful to her because I was able to get lunch! I will definitely be returning for sure!! I ordered the Frito burrito and it was delicious!!!! Thanks LaQuanda!!!!

Health department come quick! The kids working here have no sense of hygiene and no one supervising them. The guy handling the money at the checkout has no gloves on and is sticking his hands in the chip bag and the chip bin etc. Cross contamination ew gross. He's also mumbling behind a mask and you can't understand a word he says. Won't be back.

Fast service and positive staff. They recognize their regular customers and are eager to get things done the right way. Never been disappointed with the food or the welcome we receive

I was craving Mexican one day and actually looked up my closest Moe's location when an ad appeared for this place. I saw it was closest and gave it a whirl! I went on a Saturday during the pre-dinner rush. Although the line was long, it moved quickly. The employees were friendly and service was decent. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and they definitely don't skimp on ANY ingredient that you add. My bowl was overflowing to the point I didn't think a lid would fit, but it surprisingly did without issue. The free chips included were good and they gave me the perfect amount. The free salsa bar was well-stocked and the salsas were fresh. I will definitely return and to this location. Better than Moe's as you don't have to hear people yelling every time someone walks in the door!

Need to replace the people you have at the register. The girl argued back and forth with me over what the meat was called like its not written directly on the menu. Food is good, needs better service. Really embarrassing to have that as the main face that customers interact with.

Been coming to this location for years, the staff is rude now and will overcharge or forget items then customer service never responds. Be at least polite to your customers

good food everytime me&my 5 year old go head 3.23.2023 we vist this eatery.....so i took my son to get a haircut soon as we gt here he say ma lets go eat,um like son i said the bank&haircut first then food&werever else.....so we finally here and he say ma we are eating here right.....and i had cheated myself with food from across the street my son ate here this day but i still end up getting the beefy-guacamole omg so good i wish it came in bigger size cause my baby gt leftovers i do not.....smh this may be dinner stop again 2night....its just the 2 of us!!!

Stopped for dinner one evening. First time at Willy's anywhere. Food was really great. My friend and I both enjoyed SW Chicken Salad. That was very tasty and a huge serving, enough to take 1/2 of the salad home for the next day. It really hit the spot. Service was good. Place was clean. I did not check bathrooms, but dining room was OK. I really liked the taste of food, I will visit Willy's again.

Lazy, rude, and sloppy staff. Wasn't welcoming, wouldn't even speak a word to me. Every single person in there has terrible workman's ship

I would love to give 5 stars to this location that has hardworking and friendly employees but it was filthy. Floor and "sneeze glass" (barrier between customer and food) was dusty and grungy and even had a spider web. Missed quite a few evenings of cleanings. However, Marco and the 3 ladies (no name tags) who topped and rang up your food were fast, efficient and friendly.

Willy's has your standard Mexican chain fair, but I feel like it does a great job combining the ingredient quality of Chipotle with the diversity of Moe's. The chipotle pork and adobe chicken are both great choices in any format you choose to get them. A shining gem of this place is their salsa bar, which always has fresh and delicious choices. The staff here are always super friendly as well, so come in with a smile and they'll be happy to help you out!

I got sick. Had to throw it up& beyond that When they get busy they lose their mind, I had to tell the guy 4 times what my order was and on top of that they didn't even make it right. This experience has definitely made me consider becoming a Vegetarian permanently. It just not worth your hard earned money ( bad food and bad service)

Employees are so stingy here. Had to ask for a little extra on everything bc the girl gave me teaspoon scoops. Not nice either. Not a pleasant Willy's. Nothing like the Ponce City Market location!

This place has gone down hill really quickly. The staff is rude and lazy. The salsa bar was disgusting. Needed to be wiped down and restocked. See picture. There were 6 people standing behind the counter with only 2 of them working. There was no ice, no tea. When I told the staff the guy behind the counter asked f I needed any. Seriously? No, I don't need any. I just thought you should know. Corporate will know about this store!

This $12.63(Baja steak burrito with regular fountain drink and taxes) meal tasted like $20. Figuratively not literal. Everything was very fresh and when I mean everything I mean everything, from the tortillas to the tomatoes and the chips(made in house).This meal filled me up but not in a disgusting I'm not going to move for 3 hours sort of way. I was very satisfied and can't wait to come back and try something else, great alternative to chipotle.

Today I had a great experience at the Caroline Street location. The restaurant was clean and the staff were the kindest and happiest people I have met! She Simarta was working as the cashier and she had the sweetest disposition, you couldn't help but be happy when you walked away. I hope Willy's let's the staff know they are rocking it!!

This restaurant is filthy dirty. The employees were rude. My food tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The food was extremely salty. The food was cold. Will never cone to this location again.

it was not bussin bussin reasons why: - rice was more crunchy that the chips - burnt chips - they are so slow - burrito was messed up and uneven - they didn't have cup lids - workers had no common sense - workers were new and had no idea what to do

I love Willy's! This is the closest location to where I live and my wife and I go at least once a week. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh! My only complaint is that they don't have the Coke Freestyle machine at this location. Pro tip: Get queso instead of shredded cheese. It's free to substitute and takes everything to another level!

I love the steak nachos and quesadilla it's always so good and on point! Most time I order online then pick up but today I didn't and service was still fast and good.

My first visit to a Willy's. I regularly go to Moe's all over town. The Willy's is your typical Mexican fast food joint. They have a good variety and as always they are made to order. The food is exactly what you expect from a Mexican Fast Food place - no more, no less. If you crave Mexican food this is a great place to go. The particular location at Edgewood is a bit small and cramped but the food is good and the service is pretty fast even during lunch time.
