"Longtime neighborhood Santa Monica restaurant Wilshire is for sale, per marketing materials being sent around by real estate broker Elan Kermani. Eater has confirmed that staff has been notified of the public sale, and that the property is still up and running for dinner service and weekend brunch. It’s unclear if Wilshire will continue to operate as it has before once a sale goes through, or if a new tenant will come in and take over the somewhat iconic space, with its long back patio. For now, chef Brendan Collins is still on property as he has been since 2017." - Farley Elliott
