Quick and friendly service with a mix and variety of delicious drinks! Their holiday drink menu is bomb hehe. Some drinks had an unexpected surprise in them that made them extra special ✨ I came to eat at the food lab and enjoyed a drink with friends before we left. thank you again for a great experience :)

My favorite place to get a good cocktail, watch the game, or just hangout. Their bar manager, Sam, is one of the best drink makers in downtown! Rest of the staff is always super friendly as well. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good drink and great service. Always good vibes!

About tonight. Cleaners were sprayed near the ice. Also, we had only two drinks and found something red frozen in my second drinks' ice. To clarify, we did ask the man cleaning, as politely as you can in this instance, if he meant to spray that area where it also landed on the ice and he got very defensive and claimed that, "I didn't. I saw what I did." followed by a second person, a shorter lady, who then took it upon herself to be suddenly VERY involved with what we were doing or saying, even from the other side of the bar. A third person, a woman as well, deescalated everything and kept it professional. By that time, we were done. I get dealing with rude customers or drunk and disorderly people on a normal, but there has to be some common sense used. Especially when dealing with health concerns from customers while they really are concerned and not causing some sort of scene. This could be my villain origin story 🤷‍♀️

Existing inside the food lab, this place offers incredibly overpriced and underwhelming cocktails accompanied by mediocre service. I visited Wilson’s and ordered a seasonal cocktail served in a 9oz plastic clear cup for $15 (before tip.) Quite the price tag. Considering the location and look of the place I expected so much more. Save your time and spend your money elsewhere 👎🏼

The bartenders seem more interested in themselves than tending to anyone at the bar. You really have to go out of your way to get a drink here. I kid you not the bar tenders stood in a circle taking photos of themselves the entire time. The two girls that work here are horrendous at customer service. The guys aren’t as bad.

I asked for their well drink and the bartender offered Tito’s. I did not know their well drink would be $24 a serving so I was extremely disappointed when the bill came to be $96 for our group of 4. When I asked for help, the two bartender women screamed at me and became agitated. They knew what they were doing. They had no desire to resolve my complaint.

Really used to like coming here for a martini.. the gentleman who helped me today was very kind but made a pretty crappy martini. It tasted like water... I'm still not sure if there was actually alcohol in it.

My go-to spot when I am downtown. Perfectly located in the Riverside Food Lab (lots of different food choices inside the Food Lab to eat. Yelp them too lol). Wilson's is now "Brass Monkey Social" & I love the concept. They have hands-down the best, most creative craft cocktails I have ever had. There seasonal craft cocktails are so creative and cute!! & even cooler knowing they are created by the bar tending staff themselves. There service is the cherry on top of every visit. The manager, Sam, is so involved with the staff, working behind the bar and promoting the events they frequently have. I consider the bar tenders real friends & real conversations. (S/o to Kat during morning shift and Dez and Meriah during the night shift. & all the boys on the crew!) Definitely a must try when you are in the downtown area!! Also, s/o to them for being reals ones and always creating an awesome Mocktail for me, since I am no longer drinking. All pictures attached are non-alcoholic mocktails.

Stumbled upon Wilson's because my partner and I were looking for a post-indoor climbing place to go--- happy to have stumbled across Wilson's, located in the Riverside market place (food hall). The bar is part of the food hall and by the door--- could get cold if you sit by that during the winter time. The bartender definitely hooked it up and my double shot mango marg was SOLID. I mean, I think I really only had that drink and was good to go for the rest of the night. Maybe I'm the lightweight, so IDK but it really was that good. I *wished* I had more, but I think my $18 fruity marg was enough. Haha! I'm thinking of trying maybe one of the holiday speciality drinks next time? Anyway, also they were super nice about letting me eat dinner at the counter, so long as I cleaned up after myself (aka bring the trash with me). I thought that was reasonable and really nice of them. Overall, happy with Wilson's!

Haven't been to the Food Lab in a while and I'm glad to see Wilson's is a good spot to start Friday lunch for the ROMEOs. From our perch and gin, beer and some drink that had Gran Marnier. We set up the tag team to keep our spots at the bar and go order our food. We dispersed to different stations from Creole, to Mexican to Japanese. We brought our pagers back to the bar like we were 80s pharmaceutical salesman. Had a second round and went to find comfortable quarters on the patio near the Box at the Fox. Thank you Janis Joplin the pours, service and conversation was the best. Sorry I didn't remember your name. After I got done screaming at my cousin I forgot. ;-( Service 5 Drinks 5 Value 5 Retired Old Men Eating Out.

Just went for a few drinks. Prices are good but the service can definitely use some improvement. They are not attentive at all.

So as other reviews have stated, this place has a blond bartender (I know that's vague- so to be fair it might not be the same person)- that is very unpleasant to deal with. The BF and I came to Riverside Food Lab to get some dinner last weekend and he likes sitting at bars and watching the TVs so he ordered a drink and was told we can eat there with food from other vendors as long as we clean up after ourselves. However we did not feel this way. I originally wasn't going to drink, but ended up ordering a drink anyways because I felt bad for taking up space at the bar without ordering anything. A couple sat next to us and ordered a bloody mary. The blonde bartender made it for them but made them feel guilty because it was a day drink and not typically ordered at night but wanted them to know she was going out of her way to make it for them. When the girl complained about her drink (made by a different bartender)- instead of remaking it, blonde bartender very loudly exclaimed to the bartender who made it that she'll just add agave and reshake it- don't worry. When I asked for napkins to clean up after ourselves, I was told I had to go back to the food vendors I got food from. Overall I'm not a fan, we felt uncomfortable sitting a the bar eating even after we were told it was okay. The couple next to us felt uncomfortable for making the bartender go out of her way to make them a drink. It was just all not a great experience.

Awesome selection of drinks! They have seasonal drinks like the merry mule which was a delicious twist on a classic drink! They do have happy hour specials even on the weekends! Seating is limited but they offer a walk up area where they can provide a plastic cup for you to walk around.

Tony made us great perfectly balanced drinks. Laurie offered her magician skills to make us the perfect cocktails off the menu. We will be back to see Laurie

Since they're located inside the Riverside Food Lab, I order my food first and then sit there to grab a cocktail. They change their drinks seasonally, so I always like to see what new options they have. Great drinks and great service - what more can you ask for? I highly recommend!

Seriously, Ido NOT understand the great reviews for this place. $13 for barely an ounce of Kettle One in a 16 oz cup with club soda. Bartenders were not attentive at all. Even people with bank loads of money should avoid this place. Go to the Presidential Lounge at the Mission Inn. $9.50 for the same drink and you will at least taste what you're paying for. I can count on one hand the times I've left a tip less than 20%, but today was the day. I will NEVER go back to Wilson's.

I Stopped By Foodlab for a Yelp Elite Event and while leaving I spotted this place WILSONS-Riverside Oh my heavens I am so happy I saw this on the way out ! I met a lovely LOVELY Young bartender named Jenna! She was funny, personable, and attentive. I think I even talked her ear off at one point, lol. Here's what I ordered: a "Peachy Keen" in a carafe for $45- this drink is made with vodka, peach liquor, honey simple syrup,fresh lemon, basil and fresh peaches. YUMMY! Btw: the carafe is reusable, I love a reusable container! Definitely worth it. Jenna even made my drink with my ice separate so it didn't water down by the time I got home, (I live about an hour away) . Just think about that, a bartender who cared enough to separate my ice just so that I would Be able to get the full experience when I got home. That must be the standard at Wilson's, yeah anyone can make a drink and chat you up. But to be considerate enough to make it separate?? Idk I might be over reacting but that made me feel like she cared and it wasn't just about a check . - stuff like that keeps me coming back to an establishment. *insert heart eyes emoji* Once I got home, I got the full experience, and it was worth the wait! Although I live an hour away, I will definitely be back and soon!! 10/10 I loved the customer service, menu, and price point! You all will see more of me ;)

I went to grab a drink at Wilson's yesterday after a very stressful day and wow am I thankful I went! Thank you Sam & Erick for really making me feel welcomed and just overall the exceptional service! Both so attentive and personal that I almost forgot I was at a bar. Thank you both! I always have an amazing experience when I come here ! The bartenders mix a great drink and put the effort to make sure everyone's safe and having a good time . I work near Tyler mall and this is always where I recommend and take my clients for a drink. 10/10 would recommend !

Ok cocktails. Happy hour not the best and ends quite early at 5 PM. Carding policy is ridiculous for peeps over 40. What is this, Utah? Beerfarm next door doesn't give a rip as long as you have gray hair. Management meetings apparently occur at the bar and not behind the scenes.

Courtney is literally our favorite bartender ever. She's hilarious and her hand mixed cocktails are to DIE FOR! My husband and I come to Wilson's every Wednesday and Courtney makes our outings so much more fun.

Great place to grab drinks with friends or by yourself. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. There's always something new on the menu so if you like to try new things, this is the place for you. I'm definitely a fan favorite of the pink drink!

Brass Monkey in the food lab is the place to go for a quick drink or a long one aha. All the bartenders here are really good and creative- living in the area is definitely a perk cause of here

Worst Margarita I've ever had. The bartenders need more training.I drank as much as the $15 I could take. Don't do it!!!!!!! The tajin was excellent.

I love this place! High quality cocktails and even higher quality service. I've had nothing but great experiences with Sam as my bartender. She's fast, customer friendly and makes great drinks. The location is very convenient as you can grab food from anywhere in foodlab to eat on the bar. Only thing i wish was different was the TV channel selection. It's stuck on the news and apparently can't be switched. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

Went to grab a quick drink and ended up staying for 5 more at Wilson's bar. We had the best bloody Mary, Mexican candy shots, and conversation we have had in a bar in a long time, all thanks to Courtney. Highly recommend you stop by and try each of those if she's around! We most certainly will!

We came in here last weekend for a drink but before then we only had walked by Wilson's a half dozen times. We came during the holiday season and they had a great selection of handcrafted drinks made by the mixologists themselves. Regina took our order and between all the choices, I could not make up my mind. I finally went with the concoction she invented which was a tribute to an Apple pie called Apple Pie a la Mule. It was amazing and super tasty. Regina was very friendly and professional. We ordered our pizza's from next door and enjoyed our cocktails at the bar. The only reason I would not give it 5 starts was due to price. The holiday drinks were $13 and a standard cocktail was $9. I will be back when I need a drink and have an urge to people-watch. Cheers!

Two lady bartenders looked unhappy to be working and very unwelcoming. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Place is whack, the server was rude because I asked for a cup of ice?? She seemed so bothered and honestly drinks are overpriced and made very poorly. The place is super hot and cramped, not worth the money, the ambiance isnt even worth the amount of stuff you put up with..

We came and got a couple of the happy hour "double size" margaritas that are like 14$ a piece and they just gave it to us in a small plastic cup with too much ice. Granted they tasted good thus the rating but for what you receive id say the advertisement sounds better than what you get. Maybe during non covid times they have bigger glasses.

Went to food lab great place to eat and drink. So I found Wilson's a bar in the food lab that serves mixed drinks and bottled beers I didn't notice any beers on tap, but non the less I had a berry mixed drink, tequila shot Cazadores & a bottled beer although the staff is great made me feel welcomed Antonio is awesome so are the female bartenders, but it can be very expensive I don't know why, but I notice when I order 3 drinks I'm paying about $40 sometimes before a tip. One person told me it's because they use fresh ingredients whatever that means?. I like to go there on my way out to say hi and get a few last drinks before I leave the staff is so friendly, but very expensive is the bottom line. Many other bars in the area to drop in and quench your thirst, but if you want to eat & drink in the same area and don't mind $15 tequila shots $10-15 mixed drinks then bottoms up.

Such a wonderful environment full of people who a super interactive. Everyone is having a good time and laughing and I absolutely enjoyed the bartenders there!

Came to this bar w the lads and the bartender Kayla was the sweetest person!! So interactive w us while maintaining the bar on her own! Super star bartender!!! Will be coming back :)

Stoped by food lab today to revisit had to stop by Wilson's for a drink. Was happy to see an a regular bartender working still Courtney is always so funny & nice. She always can whip up a craft cocktail for us off the menu. Happy see the bar is thriving!! We will be back soon!!

Good place to have a few drinks. We sat at the bar for a good 10 mins before being greeted. ( a simple "hello" or "I'll be with you in a minute would've been fine) I will give them another chance though because it was a busy time at the food lab. Moscow mule was refreshing and the old fashion was nice and strong

One of the bartenders was really rude, refused to give me water. Said I'd have to pay for a bottle. When my sister prior just ordered a beer, and her friends were able to get free water cups. I think he had glasses and a black T-shirt on that night, very sarcastic. Was working the night they had the red hot cholo peppers playing.

Came to Wilson's to have a drink I had a very great time the bartender Jenna was such a sweetheart. They have a great happy hour and drinks are reasonably priced definitely will be coming back. The atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a very wide selection of alcohol.

Came here to try a couple signature cocktails and was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and the drinks were amazing. I'm a fan of the tequila based drinks and if you are as well then I strongly suggest the Frida Tangerine and the Piña! Tried the Thermocline and while it was very different and good at first, it was a bit overwhelming towards mid drink. They don't have the biggest selection of tequila but they do have one of my favorites Don Julio 1942 at a VERY reasonable price! The seating is limited but a major plus is that they have purse hooks under the bar! I will definitely be returning to try some other yummy beverages!

Legit service and drinks. I recommend asking for Laurie or Tony. I was out here with my girl for a date night and couldn't ask for better service. Tony made the perfect drinks from the menu.L but Laurie is the ish. She made me and my girl custom drinks that weren't on the menu and they were bussin Fr fr. no cap. If you in the area come hit them up.

First time here. I was blown away honestly.. had the whiskey sour.. which has been a go to for a while.. the best drink I've ever had.. my mom had the Frieda Tangerine and instantly loved it.. a special thank you to Anthony... I believe that is your name.. very helpful and thanks for the tequila info !!

I've been here a couple of times. The drinks are great and for the most part the service is good. However, the blond bar-tender that is there isn't very helpful like the other ones. That's the only reason to why I would give two stars.

Came into Wilson's inside the Riverside Food Lab and wow what a place! I wasn't sure what I wanted so I asked the bartender Courtney for a Refreshing Whiskey drink and she made me this drink called a Figgy Grove which was exactly what I was looking for. Bar was very clean and inviting! Will definitely be back!

Mandy is seriously the best bartender. She is truly a mixologist- so innovative, so creative! I wish she could clone herself and work at every bar I go to!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. 2 drinks for $39 and they are poor drinks. Clueless how they will stay in business with the attitudes they have and prices of drinks.

From out of town and they were awesome...ordered my reg...then asked the bartender, Mandi, what she would suggest and she delivered...most amazing bourbon based drink I have ever tasted. The food lab is good but Wilson's is the jewel...thank you from a Midwestern boy looking for a good Cocktail
