Do NOT buy a home in this HOA community. People doing drugs in random streets where kids walk, safety is a huge concern, and Abandoned cars allowed to park in visitor parking spots. Debbie and her management team do not care about you unless you decided to do something nice to your home. Then they come and take pictures and fine you. Other than that your safety and privacy is stripped away while they do nothing to make the community safer and better. I advise any future home buyer to buy a house somewhere else. If you are willing to pay for a 400K home, I highly suggest looking at the reviews. They don’t answer calls, they only come by if they find out you did something nice to your home, and when things get bad in terms of robbery or assault then they let a police car circle around meeting house road for 1 min and leave. There’s absolutely no safety.

This is the worst HOA that I’ve ever seen in my life. They have people sneaking around in cars, taking pictures of your house instead of coming to your house or sending you a letter to address a situation. They said that I did not paint my steps in which I did so they wind up saying why you didn’t paint the risers. I’m 62 years old and I’m not getting my ass out there midwinter beginning of April when it’s still cold and I serve my country in the golf war with health problems Peyton, any damn steps, but I didand they find me $1375.00 then a switch HOA company nobody can find my file proving that I paid them in full and now they can’t find my money, they’re saying that my account is in collections for nonpayment! I just went to a Better Business Bureau and the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau and file the complain. In addition, I will be talking to my attorney!

Starting to have an issue with abandoned cars in visitor spaces. Two of them side by side on Tavern Ln. Tried to call the police but they said to go through the homeowners association. I can't get anyone to return my calls. With the amount we spend yearly I would expect at least some return on the investment.

HOA is very passive aggressive . Bought a house 3 years ago. 1st year they called town on us for not putting leaves in right place , called them - they literally tried to claim they “didn’t know how to contact us” - that’s a blatant lie. 2 nd year they claim we didn’t take care of leaves quick enough in back - they put ugly black tarp fence up - but I have to have a real fence approved by ardc and special design for yard , but that’s ok. Talk to them tell them we are happy to clean up please give a call before gets to that point, as trying to follow guidelines and can only put leaves at curb certain times. (We have a lot of trees in our front and back yard) . 3 rd year - here we are again putting tarp up. Won’t answer phone but gladly will email. Surprisingly the hoa ladies are the one who came and took tarp down last year. Bottom line is they do this about February/ March when next leaf clean up isn’t until April. They pretend they can’t contact anyone but have time to coordinate putting an ugly eye sore on our property - it’s not even on the set back. Thank god I have wonderful neighbors sometimes it makes me want to move.

When they tell you the people in the office are rude and unprofessional they are not lying. These people hire contractors on the home owners behalf and when they do a piss poor job they tell you they will address it. They don’t and when you call them out on it they act like you did something wrong. There is only 1 person in that office that treats the home owners with respect. Others act like your not entitled to be upset when the people they hire don’t do their job. This entire office needs a course in customer service and then they need to repay that course when they are done. If you are looking to buy a home, look elsewhere in Sicklerville because these people are the worst.

The association is definitely not set up to be an asset to the residents. I’ve been over 20 years and I find it hard to even talk to the office they are locked down like it’s so dictatorship and you have no voice. Disgraceful
