Google
Excellent prices, it's cheaper than the others, and they have organic and good quality products. The purified water there tastes better than some of the surrounding ones. It's open 24 hours, definitely one of my favorites. Just one thing: the staff at night aren't very friendly, and you have to be careful with the forklift driver because he drives very fast. I think in that aspect they should prioritize customers who can take their things at their leisure.

Google
Great selection of groceries including, meat seafood, great bakery items, bulk foods, and frozen foods Great prices on items compared to other grocery stores.

Google
Local hidden gem! The prices, variety, cleanliness, atmosphere, and staff are the best! I just found out this place existed locally and may never grocery shop anywhere else. They are also open 24 hours! Highly recommend, especially if you like to stock up on dry stock.

Google
One of the best grocery stores in Tulsa! Reminds me of a 24 hour SAMS/Costco! Great selection of product, cheap prices. One of my go to grocery spots!

I❤️WinCo, there is so much quality items to choose from and most can be customized to suit your needs for any small meal to, running a small food business or catering a large group. Unique food that you cannot find anywhere else. Or hard to find items are always a random surprise. Variety of meat, fruits and vegetables and canned and imported items. You have to bag your own groceries so either bring your favorite clean reusable bag or purchase one from WinCo OR use the free paper or plastic options as you bag your order. The parking lot has auxiliary lighting and security cameras in use to it should be safe 24 hrs as they operate. Oh yeah during those last minute need to run to the store in the middle of the night for a specific ingredient or grab something nfor a work event or potluck, this place is like New York and never sleeps like the wicked that may oray not frequent the place. 🤑😆. Take an adventure visit and see for yourself some night and enjoy the shopping experience. 👍👍.200 or more characters for Google reviews

Google
I love Winco foods so much. The price is very affordable. You can find a lot of good deal items. I like the section where ingredients are sold in bulk. You can find a big variety of things that are cheaper than a lot of other grocery stores.

Google
Amazing. Best deals, produce is always fresh and local, I love the bulk section. Only complaint is that they only ever staff one register and it gets BUSY, like can be up to 40 min wait to check out. I can’t go to the express self check out since it’s 15 items or less (since I shop for my whole family for the week) so I can’t avoid the register wait. Other than that I like the prices and the deals and the register people are usually chatty and nice

Yelp
I love Winco, I really do. I would love to give it more than two stars, but here's why I can't.... It's the damn process to check out. Period I am an extremely patient person. For more than 10 years but less than 15 years, I was a school nurse so, yeah, I'm pretty patient but the checkout situation at the good ol Winco just tests the gangster in me. Night and day both have their own issues. From I would say about 10 PM till about 7 AM the little self checkout area is closed and you are forced to go to the regular checkout lines, or should I say line, in the singular form? And who cares if I have 15 or less items? If there are no people using the self checkout line, who cares? I mean, if you have two baskets worth of stuff, you should not be doing self check out, but if I have closer to 20 items, who cares? And the regular lines day or night, y'all need to stop rushing me for real. I will push the button to get my groceries to move down the line when I am ready, and if you decide to "help" me then I will allow something like flower or sugar or a sticky liquid or something to get sucked down that little crack. Then we will all have to stop and wait for a cleanup because look what you did. Oh yeah, on top of all that, I'm disabled and I have to ride your little cripple carts. They are never charged. I can get halfway through my grocery run and the thing will die at the back of the store and then I'm stuck and it's not fun for any of us. { Just a little reminder, memento mori, stop to smell the roses. Don't rush me.}

Yelp
Love Winco. Great selection and you can buy spices, flours, rice, nuts, candy, etc In the size you want. Which allows you to try new recipes without breaking the bank. Clean and polite staff. We wish there was a Winco further east! It you haven't shop here, give it a try. You will save money!

Yelp
WinCo has in general the cheapest goods compared to the other supermarkets. If you are not familiar to the pricing of supermarket products, then WinCo is probably the right place for you. But if you have been doing a lot of grocery shopping, then WinCo will be one of your frequent stops. There isn't really a one stop shop for grocery goods. Due to market competition, each market will always have some products that are cheaper than others, plus pros and cons. WinCo in general has more cheaper products than others and the pro is it opens 24h with accepting only cash and debit card as the con. It gets a 4 stars due to this inconvenience.

Yelp
I welcome this alternative for grocery in Tulsa. The place is packed but everything is stocked well. I really like how tidy and well organized this place is. They do offer brand name merchandise that Aldi or Trader Joe's don't. I found out that their Turkey pastrami from deli has the lowest price and the biggest discounted items are up front when you come in. A lot of items are cheaper than other big box stores. Some of my favorites are the jerky, self serving pastas, chicken breast/thighs. The biggest drawback is that they don't take credit card. So just remember to bring your debit card and you are go to go. By the way, their parking situation can be quite hectic in busy hours or the weekends, so just be patience. It's worth it.

Yelp
I'll let these photos (taken February 2024) speak for themselves. It's been this way since at least November 2023 and it doesn't appear as if any effort is being made to keep it clean. I go elsewhere to buy milk.

Yelp
Excellent Bull Section, The food is fresh and also affordable pricing. I would go back again and again. The winco foods store is something we do not have in kansas city, so bring a Winco to Kansas City. It would make so much money!

Yelp
Prices aren't bad, a bit more than Aldi or Lidl. Selection is also OK. My problem is that they do NOT accept credit cards! I had cash, so I didn't have to walk out. They do accept debit - which I refuse to use - I demand the protections provided by credit cards. This is essentially a warehouse type grocery store.

Yelp
I described this to my friends as "if Aldi and Costco had a baby." The great prices, no frills, sack your own groceries with the huge selection, large produce and deli section of Costco. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of their fresh produce. They also have several bulk items you can buy by the oz or lb. including a variety of grains, nuts, seasonings, candy and coffee. Their meat department was a little lacking in its selection but considering I was there at 930 pm (they're open 24 hours) I'll chalk this up to being picked over from the day. Otherwise, shopping at night is the way to go as I pretty much had the store to myself. Best of all, they are not kidding about their low prices. I bought a 20-pack of Sprite for $4.98 and saw it the next day at another store for over $7.

Yelp
An excellent discount store with exceptions. A big PLUS for Winco is their SHELVES HAVE BEEN STOCKED when Reasor's & Walmart were not, such as pasta, frozen veggies, cereal, etc. They did not have to use COVID as an excuse for bad merchandising/distribution systems. Most prices are competitive & can save you money if you price shop. Even though their checkout lines can be long they move rapidly because customers do not have to wait for the cashier to bag your groceries like Reasor's. Produce is cheaper than any other supermarket. BEST SELECTION of frozen vegetables & bin/bulk in Tulsa. OPEN 24/7!! Like most TRUE discount stores, they do not take credit cards & don't bag your groceries. Their PRICE COMPARISONs ARE A JOKE. Many times the comparison is between Winco generic & name brands. Some of the cheap prices are on "DISTRESSED DATED" products about to expire. Winco does NOT COMPARE SALES PRICES because they do not have sales. PRODUCE CAN BE SUSTANDARD/SPOILED, such as onions, fresh herbs, lettuce (nasty, etc. A few prices are a LITTLE/LOT higher than other stores, especially dairy. Like Walmart, you will have to go to Reasors to get specialized or above average products. Mornings & early afternoons are the best time to shop to avoid a " low level/scary" clientele. However, their parking lot is much safer than the nearby Walmart. You can save money at WINCO if you are careful, compare prices, watch expiration dates, check freshness, & don't mind some inconveniences.

Yelp
Shopped here since they opened, but won't go in there again. A lot of the food is old, and they don't throw it out. Employees can be lazy or rude. Deli is bad because people who work there are incompetent.

Yelp
I have enjoyed shopping here during the pandemic. It is one of only two grocery stores open 24 hours a day since the pandemic started. I have been going very early in the morning when they are stocking the shelves. They carry other products that our local grocery stores do not carry. My main reason for only three stars is the payment options. They only accept debit cards and cash. They claim it is to keep their prices low. I don't totally buy that reason. Some prices are slightly lower. Most items are normal prices or a bit higher. Maybe they could cut a deal with a credit card company if they want to?

Yelp
This grocery store came to our attention because it was supposed to be a great place to buy produce. Went there for the first time yesterday, and it did have a large well stocked produce section and the produce did look good overall. Produce prices were much better than Reasor's, or Walmart, the places I usually shop, some of the produce was about the same price. The meat section had a great amount on display and the prices were fair. I did see quite a bit of product that said "not graded "on the label. I ask one of the butcher guys working nearby what that meant and he said that meat is from Mexico, nothing wrong with it. It just doesn't have any marbling because they don't graze cattle on grass . The rest of the store was no real discount over other grocery stores. The store did appear fairly clean, and all of the employees must be told to always be very polite to customers because they all said hi, very friendly staff. I would've rated the place 4 stars, mainly on the strength of its produce section, but I took off a star because they only take cash and debit cards. I much prefer to pay with a credit card to earn perks and it's the most secure form of payment.

Yelp
I should probably give this place five stars for being open 24/7, and if I could give it a 4.5, I would. It's NEARLY perfect for what it is: a huge grocery store with often discounted prices. I'm a fussy vegan eater with a huge love of energy drinks, and while they didn't have all the weird seitan-squid offerings you might find at Whole Foods or Sprouts, or every single variety of Naked juice drinks with all the soy protein, I didn't exactly go hungry or thirsty shopping here. They had plenty of non-meat Field Roast sausages, plenty of Monster energy drinks, and plenty of those frozen vegan pastrami sandwiches and pizza type deals that are really just non-spicy burritos that go heavy on the cashew cheese, but whatever, they're good. I ended up spending about $200 and I got good value out of every dollar. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5/5 is that some of the snack mixes and nuts and other dry goods for offer in their vast dry goods section, with the scales and plastic bags and the twist ties and the little pen, etc, were merely fair, not good. I'm eating some supposedly "everything bagel" flavored cashews this morning, and they taste just like barely salted cashews. Ain't no onion or poppy seed to be seen. But hey, I'm still eatin' em! I'm also still eating the almond butter I made fresh in their grinder, but it also tastes a little bland, as does their non-peanut mixed nut assortment. But their Chex Mix and other sundries were pretty decent. And the dried fruit was not bad, some if it really fine (the dried coconut chunks and chile-covered dried pineapple were in fact DELICIOUS). So maybe it really is just their nut selection that could use some work. I just didn't like how they nutted. But overall it was a VERY good experience. If I must complain further, I guess I was a little surprised that they didn't have some standard grocery-store fare, such as the soy and nut milks with the jacked-up amounts of protein that say "PROTEIN!" on them. They also didn't have the microwave Indian food meals I like to heat up for lunch when I'm working, and I couldn't find any of those Beyond Burger-type sausages that are so expensive and so damn good. But then again, I also didn't find a young Nicole Kidman riding a unicorn down a waterslide dressed in her BMX Bandits outfit--it's a 24 hour market in Oklahoma, you know? This place is FAR better than you have a right to expect. One thing's for sure--this place blows Wal-Mart's crappy grocery shopping experience out of the water. I'm kind of scared to read up on it, but I'll bet they spend a lot more time stocking up their store with well-priced goods than they do union-busting! That probably helps.

Yelp
Went to Winco for the first time today, all COVID rules are being followed. Found the store to be clean and organized. Good selection of foods, fruit and veggies looked fresh, check out was a breeze , recommend

Yelp
If you know WinCo, then you know. This one is new and big. A lovey store and tons of options. Easy parking lot and clean store. Bigger bulk section than most I've seen. To those complaining about credit cards - that's nothing new. Credit card companies charge a merchant anywhere from 1-5% of the transactions. WinCo saves themselves those fees by not allowing credit cards. Savings they pass onto the customer, if you do some research vs prices for other stores in the area. Just know going in that you need to have your debit card or cash.
google avatar

Bonnie B.

Yelp
Check the dates! Especially on the meat! I've wasted so much money on meat that expires the day I buy it. Same thing with veggies. They don't even last a week and have mold. Prices are good but check your dates!!
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
This place is wild! It's a mixture of a mini Sam's/Costo with a hint of Aldi's. Winco has so much stuff and it's all so reasonably priced as well. Their bulk section is the cheapest I've seen in a long time. Produce is super fresh and also very reasonably priced as well! Only thing I'd say about going to Winco, is this place is NEVER slow...So best of luck if you try and go on a Sunday. It's elbow to elbow in this place. Other then that, this place has great selections of food items and pretty fresh as well! Highly recommend checking this store out!

Yelp
I went there in the early afternoon of a weekday, unusual for me because I work. I loved the amazing prices, availability of products I can find at Reasor's and Walmart. It was busy, for the time of day, but I didn't have to wait in line very long--no longer than at Reasor's or Walmart. I was surprised, but not put off, at having to bag my own groceries--I've had baggers at other stores do a crap job. I was surprised that they take only cash or debit, but remembered that merchants pay large sums in fees to credit card companies. Not having to pay that and not having baggers, helps their bottom line, and allows them to pass on some of the savings. Overall, a good experience I plan to repeat. I never go to stores on the weekend because that's when everyone else goes, and I hate crowds.
google avatar

Cathy B.

Yelp
First time here and it's pretty cool. Clean store with great bargains. Prices are similar to Aldi but they have brand names, instead of all generic. Walmart is still a better option for some items like Tide and similar items like that.

Jennifer T.

Yelp
This store was our go to in Oregon so glad they are in Tulsa! Dave's is so much on produce and canned foods and spices.
google avatar

Tee Dub S.

Yelp
Good selection Mediocre pricing compared to it's competitors 2stars because...THEY DONT ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF CREDIT CARD!!!! CASH OR DEBIT ONLY?!?!?! WTH??? Lost my business immediately Good luck with that winco

K T.

Yelp
Look like store don't have a maneger employees team push customers out the door if ask for store manager to complain.
google avatar

Ron G.

Yelp
Excellent selection of foods anytime I need them.local grocery store that is stocked with name brand foods as well as cheaper brands. The kids enjoy the giant selection of candies that winco offers.

Ruth K.

Yelp
Customer service does NOT exist at the self checkout. My husband and I decided to try this store after a friend said their fried chicken was good. Nevermind ... our first trip and LAST.

Derek J.

Yelp
This winco location would be good if not for the lack of customer service by employees like Janelle. She lost her patience when the self checkout machine was malfunctioning and blew up. She acted like it was our fault that her equipment was broken and she treated us with complete disrespect and should be fired.
google avatar

Sam L.

Yelp
As usual for Winco (having shopped at both their Tulsa location and in Arlington, that is Texas not the land of the cemetary) I can tell you that they are consistent in their excllent staff along with high quality/low cost goods. Ms. Vicky C is an especially excellent cashier.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been here twice and just letting you know that this place can be a little overwhelming because it's huge and no matter what time you come in it seems that there Free at least 200 cars in the parking lot. They do a good job of marking their isles so it's easy to find the items that you are looking for. Three stars for letting sick employees work. I was in there last Thursday and it was very obvious that the male checker on isle 10 was sick. Like I really wanted to be around him let along touch my food.

HighDesert S.

Yelp
7/13/21 Today was an eye opener for many of our local non-profit agencies dealing with Winco's Apple Valley store. As we are working to provide snack bags for children going back to school in a few weeks we realized we were short on drinks to add into student bags. A group of partner agencies went into Winco's Apple Valley with a budget of $300 to purchase as many travel size drink items as possible. Mind you, we tried contacting the store to make arrangements to pick up these items for todays packing party. Mike, the original point of contact was not available to assist us. We were not asking for free items or for a donation for items from Winco's as we know Winco's policy on donations. $300 cash was raised to be used to buy at least 1000 travel size drinks for children's snack bags. Our partner agencies and student volunteers were excited and ready to PURCHASE the needed items to begin packing bags. The problem was in the way the store manager addressed the situation with regards to the amount of items we could purchase. As the store does not have a limit on the amount of items (drinks) allowed per customer ( NOT POSTED ANYWHERE ON SHELVES, REGISTERS, ANYWHERE FOR CUSTOMERS TO KNOW POLICY) Originally the Winco's employee assisting our team and they verified there was no limit on the items being purchased. However they were stopped by another employee who called the manager to the floor while we were checking out and stopped our agencies from purchasing what was in the baskets stating that we could not purchase the amount we had as that would mean other customers could not buy items. 1. Completely understand the idea behind the rule. 2. If this were the policy then there should be limits per person for purchase correct? 3. There was no limitation's for us to purchase more of the higher priced drinks. We were in fact directed to purchase the higher end drinks without limitations versus the inexpensive drinks that did not have a limitation on them but apparently we were to know there would be a limitation for purchase. We clearly stated to them the items would actually serve more clients through the distribution we provide of the snack bags, 3500+ children versus 175 customers they expected to purchase per pack. We purchased 175 boxes of drinks. The thought process behind the explanation was generic at best. With customers surrounding us willing to purchase cases on our behalf to assist our program. We are forever thankful to those that support our community. Winco's might want to consider a better store policy on floor purchases of large quantities.

Sheila G.

Yelp
Winco I love the staff it is so well organized and clean love shopping there better than Walmart never heard of winco until about 6 months ago a friend told me my husband about winco so many things to choose from

Renee N.

Yelp
They are price gouging because of the pandemic. Days apart my apple juice cost $2.28... a few days later (once quarantine began) $4.10!!! Shameful

Yucca P.

Yelp
I really like, the only thing is I wish they had other locations in and around Tulsa. My opinion, (remember it's only an opinion), is that there could and be more locations.

Kayla C.

Yelp
I would never come at night again. Cashier was rude and incompetent. Threw our food and bags down.

David L.

Yelp
The selection and pricing are absolutely impressive. HOWEVER, I found out in the checkout line that they don't accept credit cards! I didn't notice any signs anywhere saying this - I feel like this should be posted in huge letters at every entry. Not to say there weren't signs, I just didn't see any so they weren't obvious. Wasted hour and wasted trip to south Tulsa. If I had known they don't take credit cards I would have either been prepared with a check or more likely wouldn't have gone at all. 5 stars for the pricing and selection, but minus 3 stars for store policies straight out of 1970.

Angela E.

Yelp
Love this store. Great prices, always find everything you need, employees are always friendly and the store is always clean

Jan A.

Yelp
Stood in line for 20 minutes only to have cashier close his lane after customer on front of me. Light was on when I entered line. All lanes that are open are backed up into the aisles.

Alex E.

Yelp
Honestly I don't get it, all the lines are full and the self checkout is empty I go over there and I can see that it say you can only go if you have about 15 items and I had a little over that and the employee there told me to go back that I had too many items even though there was a couple in line with as much stuff as I had, last thing the employee told me was "you'll thank me later". This is why I wish there wasn't a limit on how many items I can get through in self checkout.

Alysha R.

Yelp
I have been going to Winco for years. I have always written a check or used my card. My husband and I did our Monthly shopping the other day . We have 3 teenagers so you know we were in for the big haul. Checked everything out and wrote a check for $ 643. No problem , We happily went on our way. About a week later we decided to go back and do another haul just for the hell of it . We get to the checker everything is going along wonderful my husband is keeping up on the bagging and were ready to go all I have to do is wright a check and we are on our way ........ He says 700.00 I say ok ... I pull out my checkbook and he say's your going to right a check for this ? why yes I am I did it last week for $ 600 . Oh I have to call the manager. I say ok no problem.... She comes over and say's Im sorry we cannot take a check for $700 we can only take a check for $300. Are you kidding me because I was here a week ago and the cashier behind me and the manager who ever was on that day let me spend $600 on my food Now your telling me ......ok than we will go through and only get $600 dollars worth .....No I can only except a check for $300.00. Ok now some of you are probably thinking to yourself why didn't she use a Card... I dont have one I just moved from California and getting everything switched over. There was no sweet talking this manager so we just left..........I dont think We will be shopping there any time soon.
