NYC’s Return to Indoor Dining Fails Restaurant Workers. Here’s Why. - Eater NY

"The Wind Creek casino in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, features a wonderland filled with slot machines, card tables, and pink martinis. The commercial highlights the lack of mask usage by patrons inside the restaurants, depicting a concerning norm about pandemic dining." - Ryan Sutton

Came here for first time last week for a concert. This place is great. Plenty of free parking, super clean area, comfortable seats, reasonable prices on concessions. Shout out to Susan, our Ushers - she was so friendly and helpful. Never been to a nicer venue. Will absolutely return - looking forward to our next concert!

This place is historic yet modern! First time visit for us and we were slightly disappointed, our visit was for our anniversary and when we made our reservation I even mentioned the excitement we had to utilize the hot tub, When we arrived we were told the pool and hot tubs were under renovations and we can not use them during our stay. Disappointment to the extreme as the person who took our reservation should have relayed the messages especially when I mentioned it during our interaction. We had a great time exploring the hotel, shopping mall and casino with such a wide variety of food options, entertainment and late night fun. The chairs in the casino are very comfortable, staff was helpful and personable and at check in Alexandria was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything we had questions about! No pool and hot tub was a very big disappointment but we made the best of it, def will return after the renovations!!

3.5 stars overall. Hotel is very nice and clean. Renovated rooms and floors look good. Staff is friendly. Need better check-in/check-out and more front desk staff. Casino is fun but could use a better variety of machines/games. The music in the casino is dated and a little annoying. Food court had decent food but needs a bigger variety. Only 1 upscale restaurant (Chop House). Urban Table restaurant was good but tends to get crowded. Steelworks restaurant is a buffet that gets 3.5 stats. Chopstick Chinese restaurant gets 4 stars. Good food. The retail area is medicore. The spa area is clean & nicely decorated but small and some of the amenities were out of order. There cold room has never worked, the steam room in the men's section was out of order and the sauna rooms weren't very hot. The wading pool is very small and shallow. The 2 Jacuzzis were good though similar. Only a 10° difference in heat. The massages were very good. 4 stars. Techs were great but overall too pricey for what they offer. Overall it was nice for a couple of days if you're into just relaxing or if you're into gambling. But it falls short as compared to other casino resorts in the area like Mount Airy or Mohegan Sun.

I was quite pleasantly surprised. Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Casino was fun (my sister was a big winner:) We had a wonderful dinner at Chop House. Would recommend and return. Everything under one roof. Never had to leave the property.

Absolutely perfect anniversary getaway! Wind Creek Hotel & Spa exceeded all expectations. It was the ideal escape to celebrate our anniversary. I had my very first professional massage at the spa, and it was incredible—I walked out feeling like a brand new man. The entire place is stunning, from the elegant interior to the relaxing atmosphere. Our hotel room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in luxury!

🎉 Birthday Bliss at Wind Creek! I celebrated my birthday at Wind Creek Bethlehem and had the pleasure of staying in the Chairman Suite, what an incredible experience! The suite exceeded all my expectations, adding a luxurious touch to an unforgettable day. Definitely a celebration to remember! 🌟 Chairman Suite Experience at Wind Creek To say the suite was phenomenal would be an understatement. Spanning an impressive 1,600 square feet, it featured thoughtful luxuries like a private bar, mirror TV, sensor toilets with heated seats (a surprisingly delightful touch), and a deep soaking tub. The suite also included a dedicated makeup room, a private movie entertainment space, a spacious family dining area, and a cozy living room—although the sofa felt a bit like sitting on a concrete slab. Despite that one hiccup, the overall experience was a strong 8.5 out of 10. A high-end stay worth remembering!

Besides a Casino with a Hotel and Event Center it has a Mall attached to it with a new Brewery/Pub and Indoor Golf simulator to be added for more diverse fun! Best part for me is I like to stretch my legs and take a short walk outside to get on the high line and view the steel stacks that made America Great! After refreshing walk maybe cigar too it’s nice to head back and win some more!

Rm 927. Two night stay, Very clean room. Coffee maker and refrigerator👍. Vanity area around sink a bit small but clean and no dripping water. NICE SHOWER! House cleaning never got to us, must have been busy. Probably the furthest room from the Casino but the walks were good exercise, lol. Returned home a bit lighter but will definitely visit again. RECOMMEND!

Yelp
As someone who lives near and frequently visits Atlantic City, I can confidently say that Wind Creek Casino and Hotel has set a new standard for excellence. The cleanliness of the property is immediately noticeable--everything from the casino floor to the hotel rooms feels meticulously maintained and inviting. The staff truly stand out with their professionalism and politeness. Every interaction, whether with dealers, hotel staff, or servers, is warm and accommodating, which adds to the overall luxury of the experience. While Atlantic City has its charm, Wind Creek simply outperforms it on every level. The atmosphere feels more refined, the amenities more thoughtfully curated, and the overall experience significantly more enjoyable. If you're looking for a top-tier gaming and hospitality experience, Wind Creek is in a league of its own. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Came for a work conference and enjoyed it. The Conference center is huge. Very clean facility and bathrooms are pristine. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provided great snacks all with huge smiles. The casino is cool but a basic casino. It smells of cigarettes everywhere even though only a small section is smoking. There's a cool bar in the middle of the casino floor and another bar on the side of the casino floor named Molten with a live DJ and dancing. Sports book spot too. The hotel room was wonderful. Huge room, beautiful, and very clean. I have a serious down feather allergy and the housekeeping did a fantastic job making the room hypoallergenic/ feather free for me. They even checked in to make sure I was ok and that everything was clean for me.

Yelp
I've been to Wind Creek twice; once for a wedding and once to stay, and I'm looking forward to returning for more stays. The Wind Creek resort is comprised of a hotel, restaurants, a food court, a casino, spa, and outlets. So there is a lot to do. My cousin had her wedding reception here and it was beautiful. Drinks and appetizers were great; the main course was somewhat inedible, so they can improve on that. This was on a Saturday and the place was very busy. We recently stayed here for an overnight and it was mostly great. Front desk staff were friendly, however, we did request extra pillows, and those never showed, so that could be better. Also, the tub in the suite needed cleaning, though everything else was very clean, so maybe they just forgot. But I wasn't happy about having to clean it myself. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't want to leave. And the suite itself was spacious. Drinks at The Mixx, which is their lobby bar, were great. Cindy is a fun bartender. We enjoyed some appetizers from the food court. My partner enjoys the casino. I'm looking forward to checking out the spa on my next visit, and we will probably eat at one of their full-service restaurants as well. The Wind Creek has excellent, easy parking, which is appreciated. And it's close enough to downtown Bethlehem that you could walk. And if you wanted a longer walk, you could also walk into historic Bethlehem, so the location is great. It's a nice option in the Lehigh Valley.

Yelp
Wind Creek Bethlehem is a stunning modern hotel that offers a striking contrast to the dilapidated charm of the nearby SteelStacks and surrounding buildings. We started our experience off with a convenient and easy valet vehicle drop-off. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed, with a clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere. We recently attended an event in the main ballroom, which was a truly memorable experience. The cocktail hour featured a wide array of alcoholic drinks and hors d'oeuvres, complemented by an impressive ice sculpture that added a touch of elegance. The dinner service was exceptional, beginning with a fresh and delicious salad. The main course featured a phenomenal steak and a perfectly stuffed crab cake, accompanied by roasted carrots and asparagus, all cooked to perfection. To top off the evening, we were treated to an assortment of delightful dessert pastries and chocolates. The night continued with lively dancing, thanks to the fantastic Renaissance Orchestra, making it a fun and enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in such a large facility. Overall, Wind Creek Bethlehem exceeded all expectations, providing an excellent venue, superb food, and outstanding entertainment.

Yelp
We stayed for just a quick overnight. Our room was spacious and clean. The check in reps were quick, efficient, polite, and professional. We enjoyed the casino, Yet felt it was smokier than our other favorite, Mohegan Sun. We enjoyed the casino, not nearly as many restaurant choices as Mohegan Sun in Ct. We will return.

Yelp
Decided to drive up for an hour to use my free play. And why not if they allow me to leave with gas money and a few dollars. Back home early and home before traffic. Early is not a bad time to go. Everyone at work and just about any machine you want is available. The retirees time to go. Was no smoke smell, so that always made visiting fun. Of course, I'll be back for more fun.

Yelp
I enjoyed the Wind Creek Bethlehem. The site has very good restaurants... MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE GOING..... and plenty of parking. I'm going to assume, that the parking is always free, because on the day that we went, we did not see any booths or pay stations upon exiting. We tried to eat at the Urban Table restaurant, but the wait time was close to 2 hours.  Instead, we went to the buffet. The buffet was a great decision and it did not disappoint. They had everything from salad, pizza, chicken, pasta, cod, green beans, bread, and.....ahhhh, dessert. The dessert bar had various pies, cakes, and an ice cream station, with toppings. Our server was very courteous, attentive, and quickly cleared our dishware after every round. I recommend the Wind Creek Bethlehem to either dine, stay, gamble, or people watch.

Yelp
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was last year, and there was a lot of construction going on, so it wasn't a pleasant experience. However, I went back as there was a great deal going on and found it to be a much better time. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the check-in experience wasn't that fast, but maybe it was due to the fact that there was a rush of ppl at that exact time. I wished we could've been able to stay at one of the newer rooms and the new tower. I did ask and was told that only the accessible room was available and declined it. They did give free drink vouchers for the lounge that's by the lobby. It said up to $15 per drink, which is a steal. I explored every nook and cranny of this place, I did forget to ask how to get to the gift shop. But the fitness room and the indoor pool area were both super nice. You do need the key card in order to gain access. The fitness room is opened 24/7, which is nice, and there are unlimited towels plus water bottles for guests. The hotel is connected to the casino, outlet, and food court, which is convenient. All in all. I'll probably return as there's always some event happening at the steelstacks.

Yelp
Ahmad1/5a week ago on  Google This casino was visited by people from all over America when it was Sands and it was busy all the time and every day of the week and night like day and we used to wait in line to find a machine to play but unfortunately after Wind Creek bought this casino it was completely emptied of all visitors and even locals no one goes to this place anymore because it is impossible to play on a machine and get a bonus. And when you get the bonus they pay you ten dollars after you have spent thousands of dollars. Sometimes you find that the machine has stopped for no reason while playing and you will need help. Also, many of the game keys are broken. Of course, in addition to the fat man who stops behind you while playing and he is one of the casino management. I do not know why. If you are thinking of coming to this casino, I hope you do not come because you will leave within half an hour donating your money to the Asians who enjoy special treatment in this casino. They are the ones who win the cars and win the jackpot. If you sit next to one of them, you will find that he gets the bonus every minute. So it is better not to come to this casino and pay your money to the Asians. There are also many machines out of service, so sometimes you may not find a machine to play on. Also, there is a silly old woman who has locked my account and I am no longer able to access my account. After all of that, I advise everyone not to come to this casino because you will definitely lose your money and you will receive bad treatment from the moment you enter, starting with the security man who screams at the door until you exit, bidding you farewell with his screams.

Yelp
We came here for 1 night on a whim for the 4th of July and it was a such lovely stay. We went to see the fireworks at the Steel Stacks and decided to make a night of it at Wind Creek. Keep on eye on their prices, because we got a last-minute deal paying the same price for a suite as we would for a standard room. Lucky already! The room exceeded expectations. We frequent the Venetian in Vegas so that is our baseline. The room is impeccable, and I especially liked the live plant in the bedroom. I don't think I've ever seen a live plant in a hotel room or suite. The bathroom is huge, the toiletries are luxurious, and there is another half bathroom with just a toilet and sink in the living area. The casino was slightly disappointing; by the time we got back from the Steel Stacks, all the tables were full and 2/3 of the electronic tables were down. 99% of the complaints are about this exact problem in the casino, and I hope they address it soon. This is why I'm giving 4/5 stars. The outlets are impressive and I hope they can add more shops soon. They're opening a pirate-themed escape room. The food court rivals those in Vegas and the staff is very sweet even in the dead of night. We will be back, with friends and family, as soon as possible. I find Wind Creek's current average rating unfair. This is a contemporary establishment with a lot to offer. I just hope that they can mobilize the casino to better serve the clientele, and I have faith that they will. May Lady Luck be on your side if you decide to stay at Wind Creek.

Yelp
Can't complain too much as I won some $$ but was hoping to take in some Shopping also in their outlet area. My what a waste of space ! 5/6 stores open Most high end outlet stores and one decorative store that's way overpriced I enjoyed the casino itself. Had enough open areas at the slots and enough non smoking areas to keep us happy

Yelp
Very unorganized like they just started late at night. Everything should be simple. No wait but we waited.

Yelp
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The Mixx bar at hotel was charming and the mixologist Brian was awesome. Casino was a lot of fun and the outlet mall was an added perk. Let bed our visit

Yelp
Went there in March of 2024 for my sister in law's 40th. The Chop House was ok; they would not allow an accommodation for one more guest who initially was unable to attend but was able to cut her trip short and flew in from Tennessee. They absolutely could have added one more chair but absolutely refused. They overcharged $600 and would not provide a refund but instead offered a "free" night Lol! Not exactly free! Management on the premises was absolutely USELESS not could they have cared less to help in any way. The worst was poop in the pool. Yup. Pool. You know what they did about it...? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This is a strong NO THANK YOU to ever going back.

Debbie S.

Yelp
Great customer service every time . My host MARCY alawys takes care of me . And last year she took 5 couples on a 5 day trip to Aruba to the renaissance/Marriott. Everything way great they paid for everything.airfare, shuttle rides ,even to check an extra bag on the flight . It was unbelievable

Yelp
Comp rooms are gone, free play is gone. You can no longer use comps at the Coil Bar. We do much better and get free rooms at Mount Airy. Can no longer recommend Wind Creek, sadly.
google avatar

Yelp
The decor in the bathroom and complimentary toiletries were a huge plus. They did a great job incorporating the nearby steelworks! I wish there was a breakfast of some sort included.

Yelp
I had never heard of this place before, but I spent two nights here-- it was a little under an hour drive and I had a pretty decent time here. The staff here was welcoming and the room was pretty decent. Two Queen bed room and It was pretty standard. They did not clean the room while I stayed, which I didn't mind because I arrived really late on my first date, and left early on my last day, but I know some folks may take issue with that. They had several stores, several eateries inside the premises. On to the actual casino, it appeared about 25% of the tables were not filled. I over heard an employee say they didn't have enough staff. With that being said, most of the tables that were available had too many people, so I stay away from blackjack. Luckily for me, I did happen to win a few bucks on the slot machine! I would return here-- it's a much shorter trip than going to Atlantic City, but you probably won't be as lucky here.
google avatar

Yelp
My ex boyfriend and I came to this casino in 2012 when it was still fairly new. This casino was built in 2009 so everything was brand new from the furnishings and the atmosphere. Usually casinos are very hard to breathe in since everywhere you go there is smoke. Talk about 2nd hand smoke everywhere! Ugh! Luckily this place did not have that and there was the 2nd part of the casino that was for non smokers! It was like heaven because there was no smoking but then it was kind of boring because all we did was play slot machines and the nonsmoking section was super empty. The table games were boring because I guess it was non smoking. All the real deal was in the smoking section. Oh wells I enjoyed my experience here.
google avatar

PJ S.

Yelp
I waited 20+ minutes multiple times for drinks. They say it's serve by play, but I had to call a worker over and still wait 20+ minutes for a beer. stay as far away as you can, they don't care about their customers or their enjoyment of the night.
google avatar

Yelp
We visited the town for a comedian appearing at the Wind Creek Event Center and decided to stay at the hotel. While a very nice hotel, it was a higher price than it should be for comparable hotels in the area. We are not gamblers, so the convenience of the Casino was not a bonus for us, nor was the half-empty Outlet Mall. And with the pool being unexpectedly closed without explanation, we spent far more time out of the hotel complex than in it.

B J.

Yelp
Used to get comp rooms all the time but this time they refused to give us a comp even with 2 cards combined. So we ended up paying the $300+ rate a night. When we got to the room the sheets had this yellowish pee looking stains all over it, and in the corner of the sink was a dirty used toothpaste cap and toiletries empty bag. Went and spoke to the manager and they did take 25% off the room but I expect better for paying that much a night. I spend a lot in the casino and get comp rooms just about anywhere I go but this place just refuses to give out comps, so I won't be coming here anymore
google avatar

Philip H.

Yelp
You will see many negative reviews here talking about how they took their money, however no one pays attention to the staff. Every time I go here, all the staff is very friendly, particularly the security guards. They may not realize it, but telling customers good luck really goes a long way for some people!

Yelp
Very quiet casino. Food choices are limited. Don't bother with food at the food court. Expensive and down right poor quality. If you want to eat in one of the casino restaurant when there is an event going on I.e. concert,. You better make prior reservation or else there will be an hour wait. Aside from that, the staff was pleasant and nice. Pretty amaze by the gun detectors they have installed before entering the casino. Have not seen them before.

Rachel C.

Yelp
Beware this of this place what a scam slot machines seemed rigged I won the jackpot on a machine and then the machine shut off. I was so upset. I asked the casino manager and they told me they will check it for me. Then about 2 hours later told me it is what it is. I know what I seen. I will never come back to this casino again after spending over $800 and to be treated like this and without no explanation and they treated me like I was garbage. I will never return to this casino again they need to learn about a lot about customer service

Lovey C.

Yelp
This place will rip you off, they only give you 5 or 10 dollars free play, you can never win, i think the same people always win..
google avatar

Michelle H.

Yelp
It's been over two years that we've been there. We worked there so with that being said it was great seeing our friends again. It's the same actually except they might need more workers. Don't get me wrong. The place is packed and it's a well oiled business. It's thriving. And I was so happy to see that. People think that all Casinos are the same. It's simply not true. This one has regular players come from miles every single day are known on a first name basis. Hope to be back sooner than later. It's a good thing I'm not a gambler. We'd be in trouble. :) keep up the good work Windcreek Casino. Love Michelle

Yelp
Stayed here 3 years ago in a Chairman's Suite, which was really very nice and spacious. The Totos in the powder room and bedroom bath are suite were great, walk in closet, shower, and media room amazing. Won a few bucks on slots, too. Returned a few weeks ago in a comped room. Two Queens in the newer section had a beautiful view of the old steel mill structure. Valet parking is only $7, and they gave me $100 in free play. If you play their app games you can win more points to convert for more free play and food credits even though WC gives me at least $25 for every time I go. Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly. The food is pretty good too but so expensive it's crazy, drinks are good and free if you're playing. I like to tip the cocktail waitresses $20 because they work hard and seem under appreciated so it's all good anyway. Have gone there for 2 nights in the last month and a couple times for a couple hours and usually win pretty well on the slots. Easy to get in and out, decent comps, great place

Maria F.

Yelp
I lost my wallet there and they said they checked the camera and didn't find anything.... how's that possible??? The casino has camera event on the floor I think not very happy Don't think they checked anything Going to call the police maybe they will check

Yelp
Wind creek is still hitting home runs with the 10$ black jack !! Everyone loves it Only one suggestion Open MORE 10$ tables

Joan K.

Yelp
The amount of smoke permeating the casino is horrific; if you have breathing problems - STAY AWAY! There are people sitting at slot machines eating, never getting up. Cashing in chips is a long wait - not enough staff! Few tables games are open and the minimums are kept high. The Casino has gone way down hill since changing owners in 2020. I have been going here since it opened as the Sands. I will not be going there again.

Yelp
This was my first visit to Windcreek. My friend and I went up for a show on Thursday night. I was very impressed with the establishment and how nice everyone was starting with Marci! The property is very nice. Karen Winns at the Rewards Center was very nice and answered all of our questions. Hotel check in was a breeze, we were helped by a delightful woman named Audrey!Room was great! We ate at Urban Table, Josh was our waiter, food was great. To summarize, everyone we interacted with was great! Will definitely be back!

Chandra W.

Yelp
The staff was amazing here. It was my first time coming and everyone from the valley to the front desk to the security guards were welcoming and helpful. I was able to get a wheelchair for my brother so he could enjoy the shops and the casino. The rooms were really nice and it's a short drive from NYC

Alberta S.

Yelp
This place is a D_ _ _ P. From the long lines at the cashier to the low pay tables on the video poker machines to the busloads of people sleeping at the machines and picking through the trash to the food court with bad food and the outlets with no stores. And if that's not enough they nickel and dime you on your way out for your change. Somebody said to me " it's like gambling in an unfinished basement". Wonder if all the Porch Tribe properties are this bad.

Gianna D.

Yelp
Bad experience. Waited over 20 minutes each time for a drink after spending money on both tables and slot machines. After waiting 20 minutes while playing a slot for my free drink no drink came. The point of going to a casino is free drinks while betting money on their games. They also played "it's electric" 5 times in 2 hours which just made the grueling wait so much worse.
google avatar

Gerald H.

Yelp
I have been here years ago when it was formerly the Sands of Bethlehem. That also may have been a decade ago. At any rate - stopped here on way home from NYC looking to help pay the electric bill. Place is nice - very very big. Dealers were friendly - I just didn't hit a damn spin the whole time. Chips could use a refresh. The ones I got were old and badly worn.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
As far as the slots, I found a pretty good machine when I walked into the casino, made a few dollars off that one, then when I was trying to find the same one again, I couldn't find where it was. I ended up stuck on a cold slot machine at the end of the day, what a bummer! They say that you're more likely to win later in the day on the slots, but this wasn't true during my visit, had more luck and available slot machines in the morning. I really wish they had a walk-in good but inexpensive hair and nail salon in the mall area. The thing that I noticed with the food court here, the beverage wall as you walked in had no prices, the pizza place on the left had missing prices on the menu, very annoying to keep asking for prices. There's a place called Bananas that have non-fat frozen yogurt and delicious looking smoothies but they're too expensive! Over $7 for a smoothie with frozen yogurt and fruit or a fruit & ice smoothie for over $8, come on now! Love my deal that I got at the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet, love the quality of their clothes, and so does everyone else, that's why they never have the sizes you're looking for on sale. The female associate who rang me up gave me an extra discount for signing up for rewards membership. Good deals at Coach, friendly salespeople there, too. But didn't buy anything there this time. Carlos Bakery has confetti cake sold whole or by the slices, again one slice was over $8, expensive.

Mike A.

Yelp
I have been going to this casino off and on since 2009, and I won't go back after today. It has gotten worse. You don't get any play here. I lost $1,000 in 2 hours. The bonuses don't pay. The bonuses also seem to only land on free games instead of super free games and the other wins on the bonus wheel. If you are betting more, then you should win more in the bonus, but Wind Creek doesn't pay out more. I have never won a jackpot here where I was hand paid by an attendant since I began going here in 2009. I only won a few times where my combined winnings equaled a small jackpot. Don't gamble here.

Yelp
Spent the night here celebrating my wife's birthday while also attending a Journey tribute band concert, so my review is from that perspective. Finding parking by the main entrance can be a bit challenging as most of the spots are reserved for valet. They only had two people at the front desk when we arrived, so check-in was a little slow, but not real bad. Once you have checked in, it's a little bit of a walk through the outlets to get to the elevators. There is still construction going on, so hopefully this flows better when they are done with renovations. The hotel portion though was clean and modern and we liked our room, which was bright and spacious. The bed was very comfortable with the mattress on the softer side, which we prefer. You will find the standard amenities including a safe and mini fridge. The shops in the outlets left a lot to be desired and overall, it felt kind of dead and still a number of empty shops. We chose to dine offsite, so can't comment on that. We are not casino folks, but we did walk through it. It was rather smoky, despite half of it being non-smoking. We took a quick lap through and left and never returned. The concert area is ok. It was rather cold in there and the plastic chairs become a bit uncomfortable after awhile. Hopefully the renovations include some improvements in there. You do have to go through security to go the event venue, but once through, you get a wrist band. After that, we were able to leave and come back without having to go through security, which seemed like a major hole in my opinion. We both had an enjoyable weekend getaway and would do it again in the future.

Yelp
I did book thru booking.com and was pleasantly surprised that my request for a higher floor was honored. Their pillows are small and I needed to request 2 more. Good value on the valet, only $7 And convienent for the shows. All the shops closed early in the mall.

Yelp
This place is the pits. Really. Not even joking when I say 1/4 of the games are broken or not playable. Spend your money elsewhere

Yelp
If the crowd requests an encore at the molten lunge because the band is awesome and it is a girls damn birthday, the casino should allow it and not fire them for doing so. Thank you :) -the girl in pink

Yelp
This place is pretty mundane as I guess many casinos are. Loud, bright lights, noise, smoke, money being wasted everywhere. I came to Wind Creek for a concert & while I was waiting for the show to start I decided to walk around the casino. It was bizarre to see how it was divided. Apparently there was a smoking/non-smoking area yet you really couldn't tell where it started/ended. Super annoying for us non-smokers though. There aren't many dining options so the lines were long. The only thing that was cool is being able to get water from the bar w/out buying it. Other than that, not really mush but people playing the hundreds of slot machines, & various card & roulette tables.

Yelp
Decided to try Wind Creek again after staying away for 2 years due to the presence of many bus trips from NY and the patrons sitting around eating, spitting and not playing. Thank you Wind Creek for finally realizing it was a deterrent for the playing customers. That said, it was a very enjoyable trip, place was clean (yayyyy) service and staff were pleasant and prompt. We go to the casinos for entertainment and have fun, if we win it's a bonus. Hoping that Wind Creek continues to limit the buses coming from NY, not to be offensive but it's not very pleasant when there are people spitting in the trash cans and eating and leaving the banana peels all over.

Yelp
Great little casino tucked in the heart of Bethlehem Pennsylvania, nice crowds, signs of people winning everywhere , positive vibe through and through Band was excellent,

Yelp
A very stinky, smokey casino. Your eyes feel like they were cut with a razor knife after. The poker room is in a smoking area and wide open to casino. This is to allow the noise and smoke to drift into the room.

Yelp
Imagine someone decided to remake the movie "Office Space" but this time the setting is a hotel and casino...you'd have this place. The lobby looks like a blank space with a hotel desk, no furniture and nothing on the walls...but wallpaper. THAT'S IT...NOTHING ELSE! Check in included a declaration from the clerk that there was no room service, no fitness center, no house keeping, and no vending machines on the premises. And I imagine, if you asked, there would be no stapler either (hopefully you saw Office Space before reading this review! To access elevators to the hotel rooms, you had to go into the outlet mall; walk about 100 yards, take a left, then take a right, and then the elevators were on the left... In an untraveled corner of the shopping mall. It's obvious that the company that purchased this hotel from Sands, is either trying to fix the place up, or is in way over their head, and can't manage their way out! Don't stay here. There are plenty of hotels in the Bethlehem area with comparable pricing and much better accommodations.
