Quite surprised by the quality of the croissants, as well as then sourdough egg tart.
Plain croissant is very airy and crispy for the outer. Great butter used with a very natural aroma.
Chocolate has its standards too, two big chunks of the chocolate bar in it.
Egg tart is not too sweet and no crispy, probably because of the sourdough skin. But the filling of the egg custard is amazing.
Love the decorations, very clean and beautiful.
