Windowsill Pies

Have been eating windowsill pies since they were at thomson? Or somewhere around that area. Seems like 10 years ago. Received the mini tarts as gift and windowsill pies still does them really well. Super consistent and tastes the same as how I had 10 years ago! Please survive. I love your smores and lime tarts!

Quite surprised by the quality of the croissants, as well as then sourdough egg tart. Plain croissant is very airy and crispy for the outer. Great butter used with a very natural aroma. Chocolate has its standards too, two big chunks of the chocolate bar in it. Egg tart is not too sweet and no crispy, probably because of the sourdough skin. But the filling of the egg custard is amazing. Love the decorations, very clean and beautiful.

The pies here are just splendid! Ordered three assorted pies for the festive season, and each slice brought so much delight to my family and friends. Windowsill Pies were also very professional and accommodated my last-minute requests. I plan to be a returning customer!

Devotees who wish to enact, on the two (or three) relevant days of the year, the arithmophagous ritual involving that famous irrational number (and its relations) need look no further than Windowsill for a decent pie that'll do the trick. Both the cherry and lemon pies were delicious with a nice proportion of chewy crust and fillings. I wish they had some form of indoor seating, though.

The seasonal pumpkin pie was pretty nice, has a decent texture, not too sweet, and it's available until 31 Dec, 2024. Also pretty hard to find pumpkin pie in Singapore (except at the Ryan's next door, etc.). The sourdough egg tart didn't leave much of an impression. It tasted mostly similar to a normal egg tart, and the crust didn't really feel sourdough-y. Maybe it'd be nicer if it were warm?

I suppose the pie should be eaten cold as the pie itself tasted good and it would start melting. However the crust is too thin and dry, which makes it hard to eat with the top part. Tried to eat when it’s not cold and the top part doesnt taste as great :( the mint taste lovely, its just a waste that the crust doesnt make it fully enjoyable
