MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CLOTHES FOR INK TAGS! Visited this store the other night, and they left an ink tag on it… when I walked out nothing beeped? I got home (live in Breckenridge) 2 hours away to find out it has an ink tag on the shirt still… I’ve reached out to multiple customer service reps and have gotten absolutely no help. I will never shop there or give this company any of my money.

The lady there Lovette I think is her name was super sweet and helpful. Thank You Lovette!

I’m in the store currently and this is one of the most extremely rude places I’ve ever been to for a homecoming dress I was with my cousin and I tried to hand her another dress because she wanted to try in a different Size and they were extremely rude and screamed at my cousin, and another girl was in there with her, which was her friend telling her which one to choose and now we have to get back in line to try all of them on, which is extremely unprofessional we will not be coming back for a homecoming dress

this place sucks making you wait 15 min plus just to enter this cheap store. Makes no sense because the store isn’t even full making guest wait outside.

Employees are extremely rude and do not accommodate to you. I will not be coming back

Beautiful dresses. Great place to find what you need

I came to this store and found a beautiful dress with no other sizes. I asked the employees if they can check it online and they did but didn’t bother to explain why it was not there. I came back and was helped by Paula, even though the online store didn’t have it she made the effort to check other stores, call them, and place it on hold for me. It was at the end of the day too but she was so nice and helpful. She is a great asset to the store!

I will never be returning to this place. The rudest employees I've ever met in my life. I was prom dress shopping with my mom and found one dress out of the whole store that I wanted to try on. I patiently waited in the dressing room line for 20 minutes (no joke) and finally was able to try it on. Unfortunately the dress was too big, so my mom went to grab me a new size. The employee yelled at her when she came back to my room with a new size and said I had to leave the dressing room and wait in line again if I wanted to try on another dress. She yelled at my mom and told her if I was not going to wait again to "put it back on the rack right now." I understand if she was bringing me a brand new dress, but it was just a different size! That reaction was ridiculous.

Wow. Absolutely terrible customer service. The attitude of the manager "Jess" was atrocious. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review of a place but we were treated so badly it warrants it. This woman shot us unhappy condescending looks the whole time we were in the store, gave an exasperated sigh when my daughter entered the fitting room with one item, ignored us when we spoke to her (except to point or pull faces), and when she checked us out at the register somehow managed to hardly acknowledge our existence. We will not be coming back and caution you to stay away as well.

Great selection on casual and dressy clothes! Great store to shop for a special occasion. Helpful and very attentive!
