Located in the central Phoenix Windsor is a must visit bar and restaurant offering various cocktails, craft beers, wines and lip smacking food. Their backyard style patio is just right for winter brunch with friends & family.
For starter have ordered deviled egg dip with applewood smoked bacon and gorgonzola. The dip itself is a creamy blend of deviled egg, and addition of applewood smoked bacon brings delightful smokiness that elevates the overall taste. The star of the show was, undoubtedly, the fish and chips. The fish was perfectly fried to a golden brown, with a crispy exterior that gave way to tender, flaky white fish inside. The batter was light and seasoned just right, complementing the natural flavor of the fish without overpowering it. The chips were equally impressive – thick-cut, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, seasoned with just the right amount of salt.
Accompanying the fish and chips was a side of house-made tartar sauce that added a tangy, creamy contrast to the dish. The portion size was generous, ensuring a satisfying meal that left me full and happy.
To wash down the meal, I opted for one of their local craft beer , chose a refreshing pale ale, which paired perfectly with the hearty meal, enhancing the overall dining experience.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
Overall had a wonderful experience and would definitely reccomend.
