Windsor - Review - Uptown - Phoenix - The Infatuation

"When you want to spend a day with friends eating and drinking without wasting time traveling from neighborhood to neighborhood, Central Ave has you covered. Start your own bar/restaurant crawl at Windsor, an American spot with great bar food, before grabbing a Grid Bike (Phoenix’s bike-share system) and riding along the tree-lined Bridle Path. Then head to Postino for wine, Federal for wood-fired pizza, and Joyride for tacos. Drinks are $5 until 5pm at all of these spots, even on the weekends." - Joanna Boyle

HAPPY HOUR UNTIL 5PM.... Yes you read that right. The server was super friendly and very attentive to our table. And the food... hands down on the FOOD everything was DELICIOUS, and the drinks were so on point very good. I will be back to try more items on their menu.

Google
Cute looking but the food was bad. The chefs special was a chicken breast that tasted liked a frozen breast with sweet baby rays on top and rice and greens under. Good drinks. Cute interior. Good music. Forgettable food.

Google
We love this place. The team working there is absolutely amazing. They really seem to love working there. Drinks are amazing and the food is quite tasty! Highly recommend especially the weekend brunch. My whole family loves the experience when going there. In the fall and spring can’t beat eating on the patios outside!!!

My daughter and I got ice cream at the shop next door, but unfortunately there wasn’t any seating available due to the rain. Mel was so kind enough to let us sit in one of the Windsor’s covered booths and even brought us napkins and water! Despite us not originally being customers, she was so courteous enough to still provide amazing service. Would recommend this restaurant purely based off their excellent service alone! Thank you!

Google
The fish was flavorless, and the BBQ ribs were undercooked. The batter the fish was fried in looked and tasted awful. The sausage slices from our appetizer plate were just as bad tasting. My wife liked the fish and ate it. Our server was fantastic. He was apologetic and removed the fish and ribs from the bill. No condescending attitude, no irritating words from him. I tipped him an extra $20 in cash on our way out he was so understanding. If we go back, I'll definitely know what not to order.

This was our first visit here, on our first trip to PHX. When you order a Benedict, the only expectation is a runny egg, which was not the case. The salmon Benedict also featured salmon that appeared to be textured the same way as canned tuna. Although, for the pricing on Brunch, we didn’t expect the salmon to be a filet or sou vide, but it was a disappointment. The potatoes that came with the dish tho, wow soooo good and crispy yet fluffy inside. The service was amazing and the rest of the food was incredible. An appetizer that features apples and cheese fondu? That was definitely the highlight of the meal. The biscuits and gravy were plentiful and came with succulent sausage, a must try. Hopefully next visit we get a runny egg on the Benedict! 🙌🙏

Google
The Windsor is a fun and tasty neighborhood restaurant. I had the Mediterranean skewer platter which was very flavorful and included shrimp, pork, chicken, and vegetables. It It also had hummus, pita bread and their own Mediterranean dipping sauce. My dining partner had the fish and chips. Both entrees were very delicious and at a reasonable price. Our server Megan was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience having dinner here.

Google
Absolutely loved my experience at Windsor. We made a reservation and we were seated right away. Service was incredible! Really friendly and kind. Made me want to be friends with everyone there. And wow… The cocktail, number 131, is my new favorite drink. I will definitely be back and I am bringing my husband because I know he would love it!

Yelp
Place was good. I think not giving the bill too soon would have had me ordering more but overall solid brunch spot.

Yelp
Went here on Wednesday, 4/23/25, with my 2 daughters and son to celebrate my younger daughter's graduation from GCU. My oldest daughter and I ordered the fish and chips, younger daughter ordered picnic kebabs and my son ordered the ahi tuna salad. We ordered the loaded chips as an appetizer to share. Everything tasted phenomenal! The wait staff was helpful and friendly. Other than a small spill when refilling our waters, they were great. The restaurant itself was very cute with quirky decor. My family and I sat outside and it was comfortable and had a cozy feel to the place. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Yelp
I came here once for a YELP event and had an awesome experience. It's very moody inside, dark, but also upbeat and lively. I had a happy hour coupon for a free drink with food purchase (happy hour times only). Windsor's happy hour unfortunately only goes until 5pm but I did make it in time and snagged a seat at the bar. IT WAS BUSY!!! A Tuesday evening, almost every seat was full. Valerie was one of the people working at the bar area and was nice. I ordered a No. 124 cocktail which had tequila, ruby port and some citrus ingredients. It didn't end up being my favorite. The food however was on point (as always). I ordered the cheddar fondue platter and everything was perfect. The cheese was warm and flavorful, the pretzel was perfectly salted and warm. The apples and sausage were also nice additions. I would order this appetizer again next time!

Yelp
Stopped in for a drink to end date night. I've been on the hunt for my new favorite espresso martini, so of course, that's what I ordered. They didn't have Chopin, so I went with Belvedere instead. When the martini arrived, it had a thick layer of foam, not my thing. One sip in, though, it was tart, sour, and had a strange flavor. I asked what kind of espresso they used, and the bartender said, "Actually, we don't use espresso, we use a chocolate coffee concentrate. If you want real espresso, we get it from the coffee shop next door and charge extra." Wait, what? I asked for an espresso martini--no one mentioned there were options or an upcharge. If I'd known, I absolutely would've gone with the real espresso. Honestly, it was the worst espresso martini I've ever had.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon for happy hour every day from opening until 5pm) with my coworkers, totaling a party of 7. Despite how lively the atmosphere was, it wasn't so crowded such that our large party had to wait to be seated. We had multiple waiters attentively serve us throughout our visit. Their happy hour deal includes all cocktails, wine, glasses, and beers on the menu! Wow! Note, no foods are included. Collectively, we got a Coor's beer and the following cocktails (and I personally got to sip off of everyone's, except the beer): No. 17 - very refreshing, somewhat sweet No. 22 - sweet but strong No. 88 - very floral, not very sweet No. 127 - sweet like a punch but still packs a punch, HIGHLY recommend for those who like fruity, sweet cocktails No. 124 - sweet, somewhat spiced, tastes like could be a Christmas cocktail No. 138 - tropical but bitter Some of us also ordered food, but I don't know what they got and I didn't try any, so I can't comment on it. Will definitely be back to this popular happy hour spot with friends!

Yelp
Who doesn't love an Impossible burger? I know I do, and Windsor sure makes a tasty one! The service was quick, friendly, and had great recommendations for a drink that I loved. Very cozy place and can see myself returning even though it's quite a journey from my house. Definitely a spot I would have my West Phoenix friends meet me at for brunch, lunch, cocktails, or dinner.

Yelp
My friend and I sat at the bar for brunch today. The bartender was so nice. She gave great recommendations and was attentive. I had the ice latte and avocado toast which were both really good. My friend got the #2 and the biscuits & gravy and loved it. The restaurant is really cute and they have a nice patio for cooler days.

Yelp
Last night's Chef's Special (Jerk Pork Ramen Stir Fry) slapped harder than my mom's chancla when I forgot to take out the trash. This dish is so good that it makes me question all my previous life choices, including that regrettable haircut from 2019. This needs to be a menu staple. Thanks to Nate the Great, who drops food recommendations like he's spitting ancient wisdom from the mountaintop of deliciousness.

Yelp
My go-to restaurant whenever I visit! The food (anything with the Al Pastor is especially amazing), the vibe, the staff -- all top tier. Can't wait to go back once it cools down for their brunch.

Yelp
Had to return here to get my new favorite drink the No. 04 - New Amsterdam Gin, Fresh Grapefruit, Hop Bitters, Cardamom. It's so refreshing and just a tad bit tangy to wake up my tastebuds. The light sweetness is perfect. I enjoyed this cocktail during happy hour from 11am-5pm. My first visit was for a recent yelp event. My server was Nathan and he was amazing. I had the opportunity to see him this last time around. All of the staff encountered are extremely bubbly and very pleasant. The patio is the so comfortable. The openness and set up makes it very inviting.

Yelp
Located in the historic Windsor Phoenix neighborhood, Windsor is a quaint restaurant/bar with a backyard style patio. The food was really good. We had the Kale Caesar with House Smoked Salmon added on and the Picnic Kebobs. Services was excellent with multiple people helping out.

Yelp
Cute place in Phoenix, they have a great outdoor patio we sat at. They have a wonderful happy hour cheap food and cocktails, we had the cheddar fondue. Naphia was amazing, the service was spectacular whoever we came across. Fun vibe and excited to come back for the happy hour!

Yelp
Still my favorite go-to place. Can't beat the staff, so friendly and helpful. The bar is the place to be if you're eating single or duo imo. $6 drinks/pitchers before 5pm EVERYDAY. Delicious food.

Yelp
Dined 12/22/24: It was a Sunday and before 5p so our server Kyle R. was AMAZING!! Kyle made sure our drinks were filled and we were made aware of the Happy Hour specials available on Sunday till 5p. I had the Windsor breaded chicken sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! My friend had the Cheeseburger and it was juicy and well cooked! The atmosphere was great and we both appreciated Windsor's openness to all backgrounds. I WILL be back & will be sure to recommend the wknd happy hour specials as well as the cocktails were tasty as well!!

Yelp
First time coming for dinner. I've always loved Windsor for brunch. Now I'll be coming in later in the day as well. Had the loaded chips to start. They were a great portion and full of flavor. The mezcal cocktail paired perfectly with them. Then we moved on to fried chicken for dinner. Huge portion and very tasty. The dish is cooked to order so relax and enjoy your appetizer and drink while you wait. Had an espresso martini for dessert not pictured but it was executed perfectly. Service at the bar was wonderful and we even met a fellow yelp elite at the bar next to us. Great conversation and a meal. The atmosphere was lively and they had great music playing. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
The service was the best I'd experienced in a long time. Multiple wait staff making sure our order was taken, food delivered, and drinks stayed full. The atmosphere was fun and food was good. My friend fish sandwich was spicy! Good but spicy. Friends said their meals were tasty. Overall, I'd recommend to give this place a try.

Yelp
Hello there fellow Yelpers.. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the full experience here..but was able to kinda meet a fellow yelper there last night but short lived..I had an event to go to..so if you read this. My apologies for the short chat and my departure. This place had a great ambiance about it. Center bar which is always a plus..food looked and smelled delicious. The service was semi-okay. It seemed busy but I've been to places that have been very busy and still had excellent service..but who helped me with the Yelp experience..she's a keeper! Kind and very professional. I will be back..to try the food for sure. Hopefully you guys can get a few snifter glasses in..that would be very delightful..but can't wait to try this place again..

Yelp
We came here at 6pm on a Monday when it was fairly busy. I think they were not expecting to have multiple large groups tonight, so it was a wait to be seated and then another 20-25 min to get our appetizers & entrees. But at least the drinks came out quick, the server was nice and attentive, and the restaurant was very very kind to comp our entrees. To start, we shared the cheddar fondue with pretzels, sausage, and apple slices, which was nice. I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich which was perfectly crispy and had a delish sauce. I paired it with the mac and cheese. My partner got the Windsor style burger with fries which was pretty yummy--the plate was cleaneddd. For drinks, I tried the No. 22 which was dangerously good. I'm not very big on alcohol, but this was a drink that I'd come back for. You could tell it had fresh blackberry and the vodka was not overpowering at all since the flavors blended well. Also got a blonde ale which went well with the burger. I'll have to come back again to try more cocktails. Their title of Yelp's Top Places to Drink is well-deserved.

Yelp
Decided to stop by for Saturday Brunch, the place was packed. Highly recommend reservations to have an enjoyable time. Ordered the Windsor Chicken Sammie and it was cooked to perfection. Mimosas and cocktails were $6. The buddy serving staff made it a pleasant experience.

Yelp
Great food, staff, and service. Their outdoor patio is fantastic as well and we love to go for brunch.

Yelp
Employees are not very attentive and they definitely need a shower . Won't be back . They need to clean house and fire the staff they currently have!

Yelp
I have been coming here for 12 plus years and enjoy the concepts.. I haven't been to Windsor in about 2 years. I don't live in the neighborhood anymore and the traffic is nuts to make it worth coming. I thought the menu was lack luster.. they used to have a chip appetizer that was so good - now it has pulled pork and that didn't sound great. Nothing on the menu sounds good- which is crazy cause I'm 40 weeks pregnant --- so I got the country salad. It was good - we ended up with some ice cream and called it a night. Prices are fair here. Service was great - but why food is so boring!
google avatar

Yelp
100% yes to the happy hour service and menu at this place . Main entrance is through the back and hostess stand is kind of inns weird tucked back corner ( but you'll find it ) . I tried their melon , mint and tequila drink off their specialty menu . I loved all the cute touches and style of the bar , it made the dining experience even better . Def want to try out the ice cream spot next door , Churn :) Yum !

Yelp
Used to be one of my favorites of Upward Projects restaurants. Always go to Postino's... where I am welcomed with my dog with such enthusiasm. Decided to come to Windsor today. Mix it up. Greeted and hostess was " in love" with my pup. Seated in a nice small table and had my dog in my lap! Hostess brought a cup of water for the dog. Actually placed it on the table. Started looking at the menu and a man came over and said " your dog needs to be on the ground". Wasn't nice about it... and I was ready to say that why would hostess put cup of water on table? My dog was still sitting in my lap. A very small pup. I said okay and proceeded to put him on the ground... I should have left and gone across the street like I normally do. But I didn't. I get some reasoning.. but don't say that you have a pet friendly restaurant. Because you don't. Wasn't friendly at all. Food was okay. Server was quite nice and didn't seem to care whether my dog was in my lap or not. Heads up to pet lovers... this isn't this place for you.

Yelp
I've been here many times over the years and am giving this a round up 4. Id say it's closer to 3.5/3.75. Good menu, good drinks, pretty standard pricing for Phoenix area. Nice parking lot that you could normally snag the last spot in. I like their numbered drink menu and could see it being fun getting through them all at some point. Nice indoor/outdoor seating for good weather. Not quite fast casual, not quite fancy- somewhere in the middle. Consistently good service and staff!
google avatar

Yelp
Every time I'm in Phoenix and trying to get a group of friends together, Windsor is the first place I think of! Vibey, great food, good drink deals, and amazing service! Every one of their cocktails is a hit, their appetizers are delish, and don't even get me started on the fries (pro tip: their house made ranch is a NEED not a want). Best gem on central!
google avatar

Megan V.

Yelp
Walking into Windsor is like walking into a chill but fun neighborhood bar! The vibe is perfect for unwinding with a tasty drink and chatting with friends. The drinks are spectacular, but be warned! They're so tasty that it's a sneaky alcohol experience lol. I had the cucumber martini and my husband had both bourbon drinks. We were super happy with all orders! So much flavor without the nasty kick you typically get from strong drinks. We also shared the loaded chips which were AMAZING! The pork was so tender and the blend of Asian flavors on top of house made potato chips made for some tasty bites! To top it all off - the staff is so great! Super friendly and attentive to their customers.
google avatar

Mandy T.

Yelp
My mom and I had a late dinner here tonight. They serve food til 10pm. Service was excellent. I loved the deviled egg dip without bacon. Next time I would get it without the gorgonzola cheese. I tried the jerk chicken daily special. It was extremely spicy and I couldn't handle the heat. I exchanged the dish for the ahi tuna salad with an extra side of shrimp. The ahi and shrimp were delicious. Next time I would ask for the dressing on the side because there was too much on the salad. The fried okra was great this time, as was the side kale salad (except for what I think was burnt Brussels sprouts).
google avatar

Markiesa B.

Yelp
We are in town visiting for a few days and when I looked up happy hour spots this one showed up. We got there around lunch time and sat on the patio with the heaters on. We didn't eat just ordered drinks. I got the number 88 which was a gin based martini that I did enjoy and also a number 100 which was a rum based cocktail. That one tasted a bit different to me but, overall we enjoyed ourselves and our server was very friendly, helpful and attentive . Would definitely come back again if I'm in the area again .
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a fan of Windsor and have been coming here since it opened, which is definitely over 10 years ago now if not more. Comfortable, always consistent food, totally hits the spot and reliable. Outdoor area in the back if the weather is nice is a good call. Food-wise, the Country Vegetable Chop is one of my favorite salads. The fried okra and avocado make it stand out. The ribs and fried chicken are very good. I've actually never really had anything I didn't like here over the many years I've been going. Brunch is also worthy of trying. Recommend Windsor for some tasty food and head next door to Churn for some ice cream after.
google avatar

Yelp
Windsor is a good go to if you have a small group of people you're eating with. They have a lot of options for everyone. The food and drinks are good, and I enjoy sitting in their patio in the winter

Yelp
My boyfriend gets club soda and lime at every place we go to and the lines are clean and tastes good. Coffee was really good. Bloody Mary was good and not watery like it can be at other places. We came at 9:15 on Sunday Morning and easily found seating. Beignets - nice warm fluffy with rich caramel and jam. Comes with 6 pieces so it's plenty of pieces for two people! Our service was funny nice and quick! Food came out quickly and they were very attentive. I had a really good experience and wish I could come back for No.45 drinks all the time!!!!!! The matador was very good once you got to the bottom where the cheesy hash browns were. Before that I just thought it tasted like tortillas and green salsas. So maybe there's too mucb salsa drenched all over it? Flavor was good though! The egg man was great! Legit! No.45 drink was absolutely delicious! My favorite by far!!! So refreshing with incredible taste! It was like a sweet refreshing piece of grapefruit candy with an after taste of aperol. Not overly sweet or too much aperol taking over the flavors of the drink!!! This would be my first and favorite drink if I return here when I'm in town next.

Yelp
Went to Windsor for to grab drinks and an app with an old friend - we were intrigued by the deviled egg dip when we saw it. First instinct was that it would either be a huge hit or a giant miss... Our server told us that it was a must-try, so we decided to take the leap and I'm SO happy we did! It was delicious. The homemade chips were perfect and paired extremely well with the dip. It wasn't too "egg-y" and I loved the crispy applewood bacon on top! Loved the darker lightning and warm decor. Drinks were great too - will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Halloween at Windsor was a cute way to start off the night responsibly with some food. Mac and cheese was nothing out of this world, but the red curry soup of the day was perfect for the cold. Shout out to the service team who went all out with their costumes and were very attentive.
google avatar

Brenna C.

Yelp
Windsor has to be one of my favorite places for happy hour in Phoenix. The cocktails are so delicious and unique, and there is happy hour until 5 PM. They also have great appetizers, the deviled egg dip and fondue are divine. Would also recommend the kebab plate. I absolutely love sitting on their patio, it's a beautiful space, and they have heaters if it gets a little chilly. Plus, Churn right next-door to turn so you can get a sweet treat afterwards! Service is always fantastic.

Yelp
First I want to start by saying that this place is a bit easy to pass by if you don't look it up first. But when I walked in I loved how intimate the environment is. The lights are dim and the decor is of an "industrial"/"loft style" vibe. I came on a Thursday night and it was a decent crowd (30-40 people). The food that I ordered was superb! I ordered the New Orleans Style BBQ plate but I substituted the coleslaw for fried okra. The ribs were cooked to perfection in my opinion. They were extremely tender and very saucy (a little sticky and slightly sweet). The fried okra was everything that I wanted! I don't get the opportunity to get fried okra much since either most places don't serve it where I go or they cook it the way I want. These were perfect for me! I didn't really care for the Mac n Cheese because it tasted slightly garlicky for me. However, I did pack it up as a left over. The drink that I ordered was the No. 17 and it was very refreshing! Even one who doesn't drink Vodka may like this drink. Our mixologist was very good too! Overall, I definitely recommend this place and I look forward to the next time I'm able to visit! Whether you're looking to come alone, with a group of friends, or on an intimate date....this is the place to be. Hopefully I'll see you there!

Yelp
I love the ambiance of this place! The cassette wall is so cute. I visited with friends and we sat on the back patio. Our waitress was very short with us. I ordered the ahi tuna salad. Most of the toppings were under the lettuce which was different. It was good but not the greatest.
google avatar

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Friendly service and you can now order from the next door ice cream shop from your table. Yes!
google avatar

Sierra W.

Yelp
This was my first time at Windsor. We sat outside and the ambiance was very nice we loved the lights and the fans with the mist was a plus. Our server was great! We had a large party and he was able to get everyone order correct. The food on the other hand was just average. The chicken kabob wasn't fully cooked. When we let our server know he said that they check the temperature. But the chicken was pink in the middle. The devil egg dip wasn't that good to me. I enjoyed the blackberry lemonade.
google avatar

Shay D.

Yelp
Neat little spot but the food did not hit the ball park. We got there at the later end of brunch and I decided on a burger with sweet potatoe fries. Sweet potatoes fries are always good and cant go wrong. The burger was not to bad but I was not wowed. I did enjoyed the caramelized onions on the burger. The ice cream shop near by is a plus as we got dessert from there while seated.

Yelp
Worst Reuben I've had in recent memory. That's not constructive, so I'll elaborate. My partner and I ordered through Postmates, and we both got Reuben sandwiches with different side dishes. It was all disappointing. To be fair, the experience may have been better if we'd gone there in person, but those delivered meals were pitiful. The marble rye bread, while of excellent quality, wasn't toasted at all, a peeve of mine. The fillings were minimal, and were slopped onto the bread with no care or effort. The pastrami was clumped in the middle of the sandwich, instead of being evenly distributed, another peeve, and there was very little of it. The pastrami was also tough, of poor quality, and cold. The other ingredients, including the Russian dressing, were practically nonexistent, except for some very horseradish-heavy mustard. I admit that the mustard was delicious, but if I'd wanted mustard, a thing not typically found on a Reuben, I would have requested it. The two meals were way overpriced for what we got. Now, for the side dishes: The coleslaw was basically just shredded cabbage, and not much else. The cabbage was fresh and of good quality, but there was hardly any carrot, and I couldn't taste any dressing. The side of fruit was, likewise, fresh and of good quality, but it was otherwise unimpressive, the equivalent of a few apple slices and a slice of strawberry. I'd heard that Windsor was a good restaurant, so we tried it in the midst of a powerful Reuben craving, but we were ultimately disappointed, at least as far as the Reuben, the side of fruit, and the coleslaw were concerned. Many of Windsor's other dishes look tasty, in theory, and we'll probably give the place another try, but they need to do better if they want our continued business.

Yelp
Shout out to the Windsor staff, you guys are awesome. I went her again to check out and enjoy happy hour. My favorite drink to get is the No. 4 which is citrus cocktail, oh so very good! I love the atmosphere of Windsor, I can't even put into words but I found my new favorite hangout. Can't wait to go back!

Krissy S.

Yelp
The burger was a nice size! I was able to cut it in half and save the rest for later. My drink was delicious. Not too sweet. I loved the nice outdoor seating. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Great vibes!

Yelp
I love the $6 cocktails until 6pm everyday of the week. I got the No 17 and No 88 cocktail. They both were great, the No 88 is my favorite. They have dark setting inside and a nice spacious patio with misters. Perfect for this Arizona heat.

Yelp
Awesome place! Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being entertained by Rob! Very personable and made great drinks! Very reasonable pricing, especially before 5pm. We had the fish and pork sandwich.. delicious ! This will def be on our go to list !!!!

Lorenia W.

Yelp
We had a great experience for our first visit! From the moment we walked in, it was a vibe. The music was chill and not the normal commercial genre. The decor is trendy and grown up. The staff (Molly?) was so great at explaining the menu and answering our questions! We were excited to try it all. Mara also was super flexible and attentive! We decided on the Loaded chips, the Windsor burger, fish & chips & kids pork sandwich. We all enjoyed our food so much we ate in silence! Haha the loaded chips were enough to share for 3-4 people and no chip was left behind! Flavorful and didn't get soggy at all! The pork was so dang tender and juicy. Fish and chips was split with my 9yo and we ate it all. The burger was also juicy and flavors were fresh. The blackberry lemonade was a great compliment to the savory dishes too. Can't wait to come back and try something else!

Yelp
We've been here a couple of times and we like this place. We had the southern style sausage and gravy as well as the Windsor eggs Benedict. Both delicious. The vibe is cool and inviting. Service was great too! We will be back! Cons: limited menu

Yelp
one of my go-to brunch spots! i can't say too much about dinner/drinks but i've always loved the brunch experience at windsor! the beignets are a perfect starter, and i love their egg sandwich. the service is always spectacular and the staff are so lovely to interact with. i never have to wait for a table, although it always feels full - so all around a great vibe! definitely recommend topping off the meal with a little ice cream from churn. the vietnamese coffee + sweet cream combo is to-die-for!

Yelp
Note that this place has a cramped, one way parking lot. I'm not actually sure where one is supposed to park if you can't find parking in the small lot. This is one of those popping places on the weekday evenings. It is quite loud indoors. Even though I sat outdoors, it was still pretty noisy. What's neat is that the owner owns both this place and the ice cream shop next door; the desserts at the Windsor come straight from the ice cream shop. The sandwiches and burgers go from $16.50-$18.25 and all come with a side. My crony and I tried out several items. We tried out their Roulettes which is shishito peppers where some are hot and some are not (I didn't eat any of the hot ones). We also tried out the cheddar fondue which comes with pretzel bread, apples, and sausages; the apple slices were deliciously crisp. The bacon cheeseburger was of average taste; I wish it came with tomatoes and lettuce. The market vegetables are fried in a potato so although tasty, they are definitely not a health-conscious option here. The servers were amiable.
