Like a few others on here have said , if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. And it's definitely not because of the food. I had a friend drop off some of their chicken and a pizza one night and we all really liked it. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life!!! I'm actually in shock an owner of a business would treat the public like this. Shocked!!!! This is a man on the edge for sure. He doesn't deserve to be doing business in this great neighborhood. A very nasty man!! That has no idea what customer service even means .
I tried calling to place a to go order twice and both times the person taking the order was very rude. The second time was the owner which is just sad!
The first time I called and had no idea they offered all different options for chicken , that man on the phone was impatient and snapping at me about what I wanted, they have different kinds. I told him I have never ordered before and was unaware , he was hurrying me off the phone saying he was busy. Which by the way when I went to pick up the food not long after the place was empty. I asked him why he was speaking to me like that, and he stopped. I gave the place another try despite that.
The second time I ordered it was a very similar tone, except worse. I told him I wanted the sweet and sour but not the spicy option , they had two types (this time I looked at the menu first) he was impatient rude and said why do you mention spicy if you don't want spicy? why are you complicating an order? As the first time I called asked why he was speaking to me like that ? He got more impatient and angry and told me to go somewhere else.
Surely this couldn't be an owner of a business. I asked to speak to the owner he hung up on me.
I quickly drove down to place to order and to ask to speak to the owner. I wanted the owner to know how his employees are speaking to the public. Only to find out I was speaking to the owner. He was confrontational , the most argumentative person I have ever met. I was so shocked , he wouldn't tell me he was the owner and said it doesn't matter who the owner is. He then started mocking me in front of his employees, like a child would do. I stood there and in disbelief.
I have been in the customer service all my life. I have truly have never seen an owner of a business , a grown man at that , treat anyone like this. It's disgusting and how he is still in business is beyond me. No surprise there is a help wanted sign in the window . If he treats the public like this, I can only imagine how he treats his employees.
I called the Quincy location to find out his name, and they told me they are unable to give out his name??? Makes sense the man is horrible to people, he doesn't want them to know his name . Easy enough to find on line. The woman on the phone was able to confirm it was him by his description. Her voice got very low and she said I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. I wanted to tell her I'm so sorry you work for someone like that.
I have posted one bad review about a business in my whole life . One! because I work with the public I know how challenging it can be. I try to have as much patience with others as I can understanding the pressure of this work.
This was intolerable.
