Wing Depot

It’s an outdoor food venue. They have seating outside. I particularly don’t like big wings full of hormones. I can tell from smaller size of these wings that they are organic. The wings are really good. I got the Garlic Parm. Hot and fresh. Good portion of food for the price. Tastes good too.

Wings were on point! A good crisp crunch, juicy, lemon 🍋 pepper seasoning and butter was good, you might have a few bites of more salt than you want but Overall amazing fries and wings.

I placed my order on DoorDash and pulled up to get my food, the cook was outside talking to a group young ladies and advised that the CC machine wasn’t working. I told her I placed an online order and she went inside to look for the order. After she saw the order she told me that the order was cooking, how the order was cooking and you didn’t even know the order was on the board or there idk 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’m literally looking in the window nothing cooking, no chicken or fries were frying. She came back outside to converse with the young ladies. As I went bk to the car. I waited 15 min for her to go bk in and gv me cold wings that had already been cooked and old fries. I guess her friends got the fresh wings as she called through the window to ask if they wanted fries and drinks with their order. I’ve never had this service at wing depot. I will not be going bk to this location 🤮🤮🤢🤢

First time eating here, didn’t get the wings instead I chose the lemon pepper chicken tenders w/fries and a sweet tea. Would have taking a picture but it looked so good and I was so hungry, well you know the rest…. Not far from the airport if you like chicken you have to check out this place.

Omg what can I say other than try it, try it, try it. It was delicious. Something about those fries just speaks to me. I've been there twice already in one week. It's not expensive either very afford able. What is pictured is there Hot flavored wings and a small fry.

Love that their wings are extra hit not only do they serve celery but the carrots were a nice addition. I love their fries they remind me of captain D’s fries but not soft their they have crispy fries all in all I would rate this 5 stars 😊

I was trying to call the order in and I called several times. Once I pulled up he stated that he was the only working so that’s why he wasn’t answering. Even though I saw other people coming in and out of the back door. It was pretty fast. But the food was very mid. I ordered extra hot with lemon pepper. And it taste like to much lemon pepper and just a little hot not extra hot like I asked.

Great food, the service was fast and the lady talking the orders had a upbeat positive attitude. I'm very content with the service. There were a lot of people and i still received my 3 orders fast!

Miss their lemon pepper wings. It was my Mama's favorite...but they're not open for business anymore. Sadly, I have to find a new spot.

One star for the effort of the cashier. Her attitude was over the top bum'ish. This place doesn't give flats, and the cashier with the bum'ish character made that perfectly clear. I don't want the drum. I won't be back. 15min later: On the other hand, the food was first rate. Very tasty! The cook gets 5 stars. Oh, and I'll be back! 1 day later: The cashier sounds like she need customer service training.

Wings were made to order which ensured they were hot and ready. Fries were crispy and perfectly salted- guy working that day gets extra points for packaging my food with love.

Wing Depot's got good-sized wings and the owner clearly cleans his fryers properly. The lemon pepper wings are delicious and I asked for them extra crispy- which he fried to perfection. I love it when the end of the drums are crispy enough to just bite right through them. They use a semi-dry saucing technique with real lemon juice and dry lemon pepper seasoning. This makes the wings stay nice and crispy. I also got the Nuclear sauced wings- sweet, tangy, but with a spicy heat that sneaks up on you! My eyes could feel the spiciness of the sauce as I brought the chicken wing close to my mouth and face. I can't quite place the sweetness because of the lingering burn at the back of my throat, but it's somewhat fruity. The burn itself lingers for a while, but in a good way. The spiciness washes away fairly quickly. The tanginess is very much a starting point for this sauce and it throws your palate into something of a dance. Would I recommend wing Depot? Yes. Good price great wings and the owner seems like a really nice guy. Something interesting to note about this particular place is that the owner knew most of his customers by name and even some passersby! That was cool. Have a nice sense of community to the place. A real downside, is that there's no indoor seating and the parking lot has recently been re-tarred - which makes a really bad smell that goes along with your food. I don't recommend eating at the picnic tables that are set up - even though they are covered- because of the smell of the tar, but with time that will go away. Right now though, even in my car the smell is pervasive and takes away from the food experience.

This is a decent wing stop. Not a long wait (there were maybe 3-5 other people waiting.) The wings are a good size. I accidentally grabbed another person's order because their name rhymed with mine but I checked it before I left. I brought it back and waited until I got my correct order. The honey lemon pepper was good. It was the very acidic type of lemon pepper, if you like that. It's a little spot with outdoor seating and you order at the window. The lady taking my order seemed nice enough. I'd come back and try another flavor.

So let's get started! I have been looking for somewhere with good wings. This place fits the bill but doesn't fit the bill. Let me explain. The wings are flavored very well but they are so small that there was a struggle to find meat. I wished they were bigger!! The fried okra was really good!!

Stopped by and an unfriendly woman told me they weren't taking any orders, this interaction told me the food is probably bomb. I chalked it up to a busy and overwhelming day. The man (possibly the owner based on other reviews) did kindly explain they cook to order so come back in 20 minutes. You don't have the option to wait inside so there is no ambiance. I wasn't able to wait, but a few days later I decided to order via door dash because the wings came highly recommended. Fish was fried and seasoned to perfection, as were the wings(lemon pepper & honey gold). Fries were very fresh and cooked perfectly. I will order from Wing Depot again in the future. Long story short, don't let a little 'tude stop you from getting some good food.

My Grandma said "you should never judge a book by it's cover." Again the woman was right! The cover and the wings that came out of the little window minutes later do not match. I've passed this place many times. Not once did I think to stop. They always seem to have a decent crowd but again I drive right on pass. The wings here are Fabulous! Real ATL hot wings not those big steroid wings you get from zaxbys and the big chains. 10pc with fries, celery, blue cheese, and drink under $10... GREAT! This establishment may not look like much but they do wings right. Stop here. Not disappointed. I will be back

No frills drive up wing spot on the edge of the parking lot off of Roosevelt. Every time I would pass this place there would be a line so I told myself I'd swing by to see what the fuss is about. Man I wish I came by sooner these wings though they are small party wings are full of flavor from the sauces you can choose from and mix together. I ordered the 10 wing BBQ lemon pepper combo it came with fries and a drink for $10.95. I was a little upset the lady told me by the time my order would be ready the sweet tea would be gone because they give you your drink once your order is ready but it was kind of off putting that you don't have enough sweet tea before 7pm. I opted for the fruit punch which was your typical minute maid. The wings and fries were fresh and delicious and I'm also glad they came with carrots because most wings joints pile you with celery which I'm not a fan of.

Crisp to perfection wings, okra is the best! The lady that runs the window is very professional & will ring the order up to save a few bucks if it's a larger order. I love their wings get them almost every Saturday evening.

I decided to try it out based on Yelp ratings. I ordered 30 wings and paid extra for wet variety. In hindsight, I should have ordered a smaller number to test the quality. The wings were not wet, and were overcooked. There was a single woman in the truck doing all of the cooking. Obviously, she was overwhelmed! I ended up feeding the wings to my dogs, and going to my regular spot.

These wings were so bomb. I got 50 wings in 10 min on a walk up order for my team meeting. EVERYONE LOVED THEM!! great quality and great service! Will definitely come again!

Best wings around! Would definitely recommend! They mixed lime pepper and mild and I couldn't be happier! Never tried wings like this before. MUST TRY

In a shady parking lot but worth it. Wings are good . Prices are fair. Will be back. Close to airport so good for quick grab. Call ahead for your to go order, as it will take him 15 min or so otherwise.

Mild with lemon pepper sprinkles hit the spot every time!!! Their wings and fries are so good! Plus it's cheap! Can't lose with Wing Depot. I can never get anyone to answer the phone to call ahead my order but the food is prepared quickly so it's no biggie.

If I could have left no stars I would have, I order a 10 piece wing combo with a drink. First off, the wings were fried to the point there was no soft at left, they were crunchy asf. The fries were also burnt and crunchy. There was no way both fries and wings should have been burn. The wongs we're all the same flavor seem like and aI ordered several different flavors. There was so much damn lemon pepper salt that they were too salty to eat. I came here on a girls trip and wanted the ATL eating experience which I definitely did not get because the food was horrible. The drink was not cold, it was room temperature. Last bit not least the ranch was behind the counter in a ketchu/mustard container at room temperature, it should have been refrigerated due to it being open not kept out to possibly food poison someone. I ended up waisting $20 that I could have spent elsewhere because it defined went in the trash!

Maybe the smallest wings I have seen. Must be midget chickens. Not the best location or attractive place. And The wings are excellent Well cooked and the sauce is perfect. Maybe next time they will have "normal' sized wings.

After the ridiculously long wait, I could barely eat this wings because of the overwhelming lemon pepper flavor. I ordered my wings dry but had to dab them on a napkin before I could eat them! The fries were good...that's the only good thing I could say about my experience. I don't know what all the hype is about. I'll never go there again.

Let me start off by saying The customer service SUCKS! They never answer the phone, and closes at random times, But boy oh boy those wings hit every spot! by far the best wings I've had in ATL. The lemon pepper with medium sauce is fire!!!!

Sooooo good! A friend referred me and told me it'd be the best wings I've had. Was he right!? We ordered the lemon pepper, hot wings and honey bbq/lemon pepper mixed. Lord they were so good! Cooked to perfection, fast service! Location doesn't look like much but don't let that fool you, this place is A1. Def coming here every visit to ATL!

I saw the place looks bad outside and I knew the food had to be great lol. I just came here for the first time for lunch, the operator was working on his own, a little overwhelmed and tired, but he still kindly took my order and started working on it. I ordered a teriyaki boneless wings combo and it was made to perfection! Best I had in a while. It did take about 20-25 minutes to be ready so I can't come here on busy days but definitely will go back!

Today isn't a good day the gentleman working has a terrible attitude I as I approach the window I greeted him as he was bagging an order when I realized he wasn't speaking I waited then in a dry tone I was ask what I wanted again I spoke to say hello before placing my order I then realized I was speaking to myself ... When I placed my order I told him in needed a Diet Coke he kept saying ranch or blue cheese in a muffled voice I almost had to stick my head to the window to see that he was getting upset over plain and simple communication which is what you need in customer Service needless to say I canceled my order because I don't trust a person preparing food for me and is unhappy disrespectful or disgusted doing so but one good thing from this is I found a much pleasant establishment less than 2 miles away with a person that has better communication skills that brings pleasure in spending my money I went from an 24pc mild combo to 30pc that gives me three drinks which is a better bargain Thank you

Awesome food but it takes a while because they are so busy and the kine is always long.

I don't know what it is about ATL and food shacks but just know they rarely disappoint. The wings and fries here are delicious. Packed with flavor,crispy and meaty. The guys are hilarious, personable and sensitive about their ish. They take pride in slinging that greased up goodness. With that being said; if you are looking for a fine dining experience, customer service with a smile, presentation of the days specials, or low calorie selections Girl BYE! This spot is hood and I love it. Nobody wants bougie wings .

After I got the validation from a Co worker who vouched for this place. I was there. The wings have good flavor. I get Garlic Parm. I am on a quest for the best wing. This place is solid. The only issue is it seems like they take forever and when I tried to call ahead, no one has ever answered the phone when I have called.

Love their wings! I got a 10 piece combo meal that was 7.25! It includes a drink, fries, dressing of your choice & celery all for 7.25! Better than American Deli taste and service wise ! They have been in business for over 7 years for sure idk why they don't have more reviews

These wings right here is too good! I always get the hot teriyaki with lemon sprinkles and a large fry, yummy. They have regular wings, not those ones that look like they on steroids.

It's nothing to look at but these folks know how to do wings! My favorite are the honey BBQ flavor, and lemon pepper is a close second. Always hits the spot.

My favorite place to eat. I live about a fifteen minute walk away and we've been eating here since I can remember. I wish I could give it a full five stars, and most of the time it's worth it, but lately the quality has declined :( I don't mind the signs everywhere. This area is decent but they attract a bucket load of ratchets and it looks like the Wing Depot crew is finally getting tired of it. Good for them! I hate when people talk on the phone at the window. But at the same time, they won't even answer the phone anymore. Even to inquire about the prices. There's a young, petite girl that works here and she's always blasting the radio, chewing gum and talking on the phone. I figure she's around my age in her early twenties but she acts so irresponsibly. Whenever she's here, I get the most beat up, over cooked, wings, dried out and shrivelled up. And fries that you can tell have been in the grease too long because they're floppy and BROWN. And then there's a tall older man(Not the guy with the mohawk! He's super awesome and always makes my wings perfectly). He just does not give a f*ck about his job or us! He only half coats my wings(and I'm not being picky about my sauce either, you can still see the chicken skin its so bad) and cooks them till they're dry. He's rude and snappish no matter how polite I am to him. One day he actually made me flinch and tear up because I was so startled that he rushed me... I love the guy with the mohawk and the larger woman with glasses. I'm not sure if they work there anymore, but if not, they need to bring them back because I always manage to catch those other two! I used to come here every Friday and get a 20 piece Nuclear Waste/Lemon Pepper and a 10 piece X-Hot/Parmesan(for about $18 and some change) but now, I dread even walking up when I see them through the side window. I only pray that the owner sees this because I miss my amazing service and Friday routine. On another note, why'd you guys change the Nuclear Waste sauce? It used to be crazy hot but now it's so muted. Also, would you guys consider selling your sauces, lol?

Wings were really good. Line around noon was a bit long and thus wait time was long. However, wings definitely made up for it. Would definitely recommend.

Great wings good price. Would give 5 stars if the wings were a little bigger. From FL ha very stayed near the airport last year and tried them. Liked it so much that when I was staying at the same place I made it point to return, not just once but twice this stay.

I've passed this place for years and finally decided to try their wings after reading the reviews on Yelp. The wings are finger licking good. The fish sandwich was on point. The owner is comical. I talked with some of the customers while I waited and some of them come a distance for the food.

Good wings! Location may concern you, but they prepare all food as it's ordered. Strictly a to-go spot.
