HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING! WINGS ARE NOT FRIED THROUGHLY! FRIES ARE COLD AND HARD! This restaurant has been horrible lately! The cooks don’t fry the wings throughly and they are so soft! It’s completely disgusting and offensive especially with the amount you pay! Will not be returning! I will be adding more photos of previous horrible orders from this place as well!

The service here is HORRIBLE! Beware of how they treat you here. I went in to order a lunch special that I’ve gotten before and enjoyed. I was initially told the order couldn’t be placed online but had to be done in person, which was fine. I’ve done this twice before, ordered in person, and taken my food to go during my lunch break without any issues. However, when I tried to order again, a lady told me I wasn’t allowed to take the food out of the building. This made no sense. I asked to speak to the owner, who came over and explained that the lunch special is meant to attract dine-in customers. I explained that, being on a lunch break, I didn’t have time to dine in. Instead of showing any hospitality or trying to accommodate my situation, the owner just stuck to the policy and sent me away with no food. I ended up going somewhere else with better service and more understanding of customer needs. This experience was horrible, and I will not be returning. If you’re looking for poor service and a lack of consideration for customers, this is the place to go. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

Had takeout wings for the first time here - and they held up great! Wing Cook - The wings were well cooked, not flabby at all and close to crispy. Chicken Quality - The chicken itself was pretty standard quality. The wings were a bit on the small side. Sauces - The sauce was great! They really loaded them with seasoning and sauce which made the wings super flavorful. I'd say the sauce was closer to more of a wet than thick, but they held onto the wings well. I'd recommend the hot lemon pepper. Prices were a little expensive though (close to $30 after taxes for 18 wings). The price for the wing size/quality is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5/5. I would definitely grab takeout from here again, as it's hard to find wings that hold the quality in the car ride.

First thing one of my niece's wings was raw on the inside so check your wings. Time you say my hero rap that I got was not the real deal. Chicago style gyro rap it was a frozen gyro pieces that sauteed I guess on the grill if you're expecting a real Greek style gyro that's not what you're going to get here, so just expect it and prepare for it.

Went for my lunch break minutes ago. Ordered a shrimp basket and plain extra crispy fries. Waited patiently check my food the 1st time, fries came back soft and Cajun and then they remade it AGAIN the fries came back soft not even crispy. Wasted my whole lunch break thankfully the manager was kind enough to give me a refund. This was my first time back in a while and hate that it turned out this way I’m disappointed because I’m hungry and settled soft mushy fries

Okay, 🥲 so I was extremely excited to see their menu and their different flavors for wings. So I called and place a Togo order for the 10 piece combo “Buffalo Ranch” (wings and fries only) my total came to about 15 and change (receipt below). So to my amazement when I arrived home … not only did they only give me drums 🍗 (no flats in sight) but a small portion of fries that resembles a kids meals . The flavor tastes a little off .. I could not quite put my finger on it but I wouldn’t recommend. As a paying customer I felt bamboozled 🤕 honestly don’t see me returning.

It seems that every other order from here is terrible. Usually, it turns out that both of our hamburgers, even though ordered medium and medium rare, are extremely well done. Today though, we had something new. It seems that they poured the oil with the french fries into the container in addition to the fries. So, I picked up my hamburger, and there was my pile of fries placed into a large serving of oil. It was disgusting. While management is usually fairly good about replacing orders, it’s about the effort. No one wants to leave the house and go pick up dinner again. Wing Factory no longer delivers. So we would have to leave, in the middle of a meal and go pick up a replacement meal for just one person. We have actually done this before with their food. We just don’t ever want to do it again. They really need to fix it. Their prices have gone up ridiculously over the last couple of years. They could at least perform for the value.

I use to order from this place all the time. I don't know what happened but I ordered a 12 piece hot lemon pepper on door dash yesterday and the wings were sooooo salty I couldn't even eat 1 wing. Door Dash would not refund my money, a credit..nothing. I normally don't do these reviews but I was starving and to get food you can't even eat is unacceptable.

Chicken wings are some of the best in Atlanta. I really like the hot ranch. Kind of pricy but I definitely think it's worth it.

The food overall isn't bad. But I kid you not, every single time and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess our order up. Either the sauce is wrong or your get bone in when you ask for boneless. They give you blue cheese when you ask for ranch. I continue to eat here since it's literally the closest wing spot to me but after speaking to numerous managers and having received probably 10 wrong orders in the last couple months, all that's left is to leave a review.

7/10 Overall: the wings were yummy and had a lot of sauce which I really enjoyed. We got 24 pc bone-in wings which came with carrot and celery sticks and one order of Cajun fries. The wings were overpowering with flavor. Cajun fries $5.25: 4/5 super crunchy crinkle fries with yummy seasoning. It was enough for 4 people. Garlic parmesan wings: 4/5 my fav flavor, were perfectly cheesy and garlicky and the wings were cooked with a nice crisp. Had a good amount of sauce on them. Hot honey bbq wings: 3.5/5 had a lot of sauce on them and really were hot! it tasted good and had a lot of flavor. Hot garlic wings: 3/5 the garlic was very strong along with a tangy taste. I'm not a huge fan of tangy so it wasn't really my cup of tea. Hot lemon yaki wings: 3/5 also very tangy but you can really taste the teriyaki. Lots of sauce and chicken was cooked perfectly.

Ordered and ate here many times and it's always been a good experience. Sometimes, I've had issues with missing items when ordering. However, that hasn't happened for a while.

Had to charge my car and stopped in here. Got 4 wings tossed in Hot Honey BBQ sauce w/fries. For 10 bucks..not bad. Margarita was okay, but not great. Will definitely come back.

I couldn't be a bigger fan of the factory whether it's off Roswell Road or next to Cumberland Mall. This place does wings and sports consistently and for me that's all that matters. It's got a great selection of fantastic beers. The garlic Parmesan french fries are absolutely phenomenal. You gotta Take a chance sometimes, but going to the wing factory isn't one of those because you know they're gonna seal the deal and deliver the goods! You're welcome!

$5 for 3 onion rings and no blue cheese. Are you kidding me? wings are tiny, fried properly, but over peppered I won't be calling again

They do not check the phones of pick up services (Uber eats/doordash) resulting in your food order possibly being picked up by the wrong person and they will say it's nothing they can do about it. No regards for the time wasted on waiting on food that you will never receive.

Great wing spot! The customer service was great! There are several TVs for you to catch different games. Overall, I would recommend this spot if you're in the mood for some good wings.

Terrible food. My fingers were dipped in a very vinegary "honey bbq" sauce. The potato skins were tasteless. Never had fried portobello mushrooms. (Spoiler: gross) Take my word. Skip it. Save your $40+ and go elsewhere.

These guys know their Wings! My first time; lots of "to go" orders flowing through. Amazing onion rings, good tater tots, and the main course wings..!!! We had ranch, medium buffalo with garlic and honey .. ummm the honey flavor...! Outstanding wings! Tropicala on tap. Really great wings.

8.5/10 (Will come back). $24.00 for 10 piece combo with fries and 20oz Blue Moon. Wings are smaller but cooked perfectly. Crispy outside, juicy meat (pause), and excellent ranch. Ranch here is so fire. Fries were fries nothing crazy. Good fries. Not upset, not thrilled. Had to add salt tho. Sauces: Hot Buffalo, 'Hot Lemon yaki' Service was smooth. Bartender is a chill guy. The service was great. The wings were good and saucy, but small . The fries were not fried fresh and not cheeesy enough with bacon. I asked for onion rings well done but they were burnt and dry. So I recommend ordering them how they are usually cooked. Nice family friendly sports bar. Fruit punch lemonade was delicious

After three years of ordering takeout from Wing Factory, my fiancé and I decided to take some friends here to grab a quick meal on a Sunday afternoon. We've had some not-so-good experiences in the past (wrong sauces on wings, wings w/ bone instead of boneless, entirely wrong order, etc.). We've, nonetheless, remained committed customers. Plus, it's the closest wing spot to our home. The five of us decided to eat outside. We kindly asked the waitress if she could turn the fan on outside. The fan, however, was broke. We ordered our food, and I decided to try something different. I ordered the "Steak n' Cheese". The sandwich was a bit dry, so I asked my waitress (when she finally returned) for some mayonnaise. She proceeds to tell me that the establishment, that resides less than 75 feet away from Publix, was out of Mayo and that they've been out of it for awhile. Everyone else had their gripes. One person's bone-in wings were too soggy and undercooked. Another person was disappointed at the five fries they received after having to pay a $1 up-charge to add celery and carrot sticks to their meal. The reason she had so little fries, according to our waitress, was because she paid to add celery and carrot... (Right, someone make it make sense!) These unpleasant circumstances were only amplified by our waitresses inattentive and extremely long breaks between check-ins. We went our entire sitting without any refills. We had to ask for cutlery and straws. And we were met with a "well that's how it is" attitude whenever we pointed out discrepancies. I'm deeply disappointed in the restaurant's mediocre service and overall unpreparedness. On it's best days, the wings here are pretty good. But when they're off, they're really off and it shows. Probably will only ever order take-out again. At least, then, I can reserve my frustrations in private.

I'm so sorry Wing Factory. I have loved you for so long. But the last couple of visits to the dining area have been really poor. Very slow service, cold,skinny wings. Absent waiter. This last time I went for dinner, after an hour of waiting for 6 wings, I got up to find the waiter (whom I only saw once while seated) to pay the bill and leave. ( she charged me for the wings anyway) .. rolling my eyes I just paid the bill. whatever. ... and went to 3 dollar cafe for dinner. The bar on the other hand is like it's under different management or something. Go to the bar! And the bartender is 5 stars. She takes a personal interest in your experience. I feel like she cares. But forget about the restaurant.

In the words of Moneybaggyo, "wokesha done blew up my belly," and by wokesha, I mean Wing Factory. Let me start from the beginning. I ordered 12 bone-in wings with half buffalo and half honey BBQ for takeout. When I got home I had about 16 boneless wings (flavor unknown). It was more than what I ordered and they tasted pretty good so I didn't go back. Everything was chill until about 3 hours later when I found myself feeling very uncomfortable. I've never had food poisoning until maybe now. I was up all night asking what I did to deserve this. Anyways, it did taste good. Was it worth it? I'm not sure. May or may not go back (I don't have self respect)

Sometimes the greatest compliment you can give it the fact that I saw someone else having it and I wanted it. That's what happened here. The guy at the kava shop next door had some amazing smelling wings so we came through *plug for the amazing kava store next door*. We came through for take out, and the prices were solid and the staff was friendly. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but it's all worth it if the food is great. I got the habanero and hot lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper wings tasted like regular medium hot and tbh I hope they messed up my order, cause if that was actually lemon pepper I'm not sure where the lemon or pepper were. The habanero though made up for the other flavor as this was a solid kick that didn't try to pander to a less spice pallet. I was hugging the cold water (I know milk is better). Solid wing spot, though just confused on my lemon pepper wings, could easily be a 5/5 though that was only 1/2 the order.

Best place to watch football on Saturdays or Sundays. Great crowd and the bartenders are awesome. Food always good. IYKYK!!!

This spot has some banging wings. During my visit, I actually stopped by twice. We got the lemon pepper since that's an ATL favorite and Buffalo. The wings had so much flavor. I opted for Mac and cheese side which was good. Customer service was great. We were greeted and provided with suggestions. That first night due to the restrictions we waited outside but the food was brought to us.

It's cheaper to get wings delivered after tip and Uber fees then the menu price for their wings. Shame on them

My first time and It was great..I have to have wings extra well done so that seems to always be a issue but the option to have the wings cooked x2 is awesome. We had the Lemon pepper , Mild and the Jerk wings and all were cooked to perfection and tasted great. The onion rings were huge with a lot of breading which sucks up the grease so they were average to me...The type of wing option is a good option as well. Definitely will make this place my 1st choice for wings

Our very favorite neighborhood spot. If you don't have kids with you, sit at the bar. Curtis, Tony and Kat never disappoint and never fail to put a smile on our faces when we walk in the door. It's always a special experience when your neighborhood bartenders are also your close friends. If you're looking for an unhealthy salad that will change your life look no further. The factory salad at wing factory is one of my favorite salads ever. Refreshing but soooooo so good and will satisfy any wing craving you have. I always get tater tots on the side too hehe Cannot recommend this place enough. Come here at least twice a week

One of my favorite spots. Love all the bar tenders . They are so happy yo help and serve us as customers. The food is great and just a good environment when games are on

Love the wings. Service is ok. Ambiance is ok. My 2nd time here. I will try the Wing Factory closer to me. Hopefully it will be just as good.

Customer service decent. I placed a call in pick up order. Food was ok. Had wings, Undecided Sampler mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fried pickles (were salty). Fried cheese cake is nothing special.

This is my second time coming here! I came during a food delivery & I was so hungry so I ordered. The first time I ordered the same sauce but with the bone in and Garlic Parmesan fries. The quality was still the same. Will definitely recommend this spot to anyone. I recommend ordering on line for a speedy check out process during this coronavirus period.

This spot is a great place to just come and chill. We couldn't help but devour all the wings right before we took a picture. My pal and I got half hot and half lemon pepper. We also lemon pepper fries which were awesome. The potato skins were excellent with the right crisp on the bacon. Very friendly environment! Shoutout to our server Virginia. Great customer service.

I have been looking for a new *good* wing spot and this place hit it out of the park! With over 30 flavors for your wings plus seasonings for the fries or tots! Our server Joe was awesome. He made suggestions when he realized it was our first time. We ordered the 4x4 which is 4 wings, 4 boneless wings and fries. It was delicious! Service was great. Food is amazing! Looking forward to going back soon!

Terrible service! I waited for 20 mins and nobody came to service me . So I walked over to the bar and still wasn't served. Don't waste your money here . As soon as I left a group of white men came in and they was service right away . June 2nd @ 1:15 pm

Best wings on the planet!!! The lemon pepper wings are my favorite!! Any one of the seasonings is yummy!! I highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best wings that deliver in the north Atlanta/ Buckhead area. There have been numerous football Saturday's and Sunday's my roommate and I have ordered them. (Sometimes twice in one day) We love them for the following reasons. 1. They always come hot and fresh delivered 2. The price is very reasonable. 12 wings is probably the best deal 3. The variety of sauces. I swear they have like 20 sauces to pick from. They also let you mix and match. 4. Amazing ranch (free) 5. They even let you pick how crispy you want your wings. You can get normal, extra crispy or 2x crispy. I recommend extra crispy. Admittedly I've never actually been so I can't speak to the parking or atmosphere inside the actual restaurant but you are in good hands if you go the delivery route.

We ordered a pickup order for a molten cake with ice cream and got home to a rock hard cake without any ice cream. We called the location to ask about the missing ice cream and they informed us that since they didn't have a suitable way to transport the ice cream, that they don't put it in the to go orders. It would have been nice to know prior that it is only included when you dine in since it is included on the menu and you pay the same price.

Good and fast service and plenty of flavor options to choose from. Nice spot in Roswell

The Wing Factory is underrated wing spot in the Buckhead area. It isn't fancy, it isn't glamorous. It's American. It works. The wings are very good at this spot. Multiple flavors. Multiple food items from wings to wraps, sammiches to entrees. They got it. The place is dimly lit, kinda dark. Older school television sets to watch the game. The service can be spotty. On and off, a little slow here or there. The food comes out a tad bit slow but the taste of whatever your having like the fish tacos, fish & chips, burger, fish sandwiches and more kind of makes up for that. I'll say this - it isn't one of those spots you drive across town just to get to. But it does the trick. The fact if you're passing by, check it out if you want decent comfort food without breaking the wallet. Grade: B

If I could I would give this zero stars. I ordered a family meal from here that included boneless wings and traditional. They all were supposed to have sauce on them, however when I got home to start feeding my family we found that hadn't put any sauce on anything and the fries had no seasoning, not even salt.

Best place for wings in Buckhead imo!!! Just getting rather expensive w inflation (like everything else)... oh well, what are you gonna do. Still my go-to for wings in metro ATL.

Our favorite things to order are the parmesan garlic wings and the kids fish. Only marking 4 star because service could improve. Our latest to-go order they gave us the wrong flavor wings, which were not that good.

Wings that come from this location are PHENOMENAL! The size of the wing is pretty different. The only reason why this is not a 5 star review is due to the mixup of flavors. I ordered to go for hot lemonyaki however I received hot lemon pepper buffalo flavor. Although my mouth was burning I enjoyed the wings.

I've had the Chicken Teriyaki wrap and the Turkey sandwich. Both were very good. My son had the shrimp po'boy and he recommended it. One of these days I'll try the wings!

Love this neighborhood joint located in Chastain square. Great wings of course (starting around 6 for $6) as well as burgers, salads, sandwiches and more. I stopped it for a bite and they made me a chicken gyro(even tho menu only list beef or lamb). Dish was for $9 and comes with a side. Beer and cocktails range $6-9. Trivia Wednesday and Friday are super fun as well!

They remodeled the inside and added a porch- what a difference! It is so nice now. The wings as always were great. The menu has some healthy options too now so that is nice. Service was great- server was friendly and the manager checked on us. They hit it out of the park and we will come back soon.

Honestly the best wing place I've gone to!! I live on the southside but me and my boyfriend drive the 40 minutes just to eat here. Definitely our go to & we're always satisfied!! We usually get the 4 x 4, they do however add a lot of lemon pepper seasoning to their tenders but that's just how we like them. Their bleu cheese is also really good. Definitely recommend!!

The fries were not cooked well. The wings were not crunchy at all. By the time I picked up my order and it to my car to eat, they fries were all soggy. Do better please!!
