The wings I had were amazing! They let me try a sauce of my choice and the buffalo Parmesan was soooooo good. Honestly the drinks are horrible, even the lemonade was warm. But the chili cheese fries were also really good! Ranch was good!

Outdoor patio is shaded although I was visiting in February so it’s more comfortable than August. Parking lot shares with other retail shops. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

My wife brought me here to try out a new place,I ordered the spicy OG, and I was really disappointed with the food. To pay $12.79 plus taxes plus the sauce on the fries it’s an additional to the total. So I was like ok, but when I received the chicken sandwich and the bottom bun was thicker than the the chicken patty I was like not coming back again.

TERRIBLE (1 STAR) service... unfortunately.. they have Great (5 STAR) food. 😭 Thier customer service is so bad, its almost a joke. Thier phone number may as well be out of service. Because it doesnt even allow you to call the store, just a recording telling you to order online. And if you do you want SOME RESEMBLANCE of customer service, it has to be through email. This latest time i went through the drive through without much incident; but ive had visited this location several times in the past all had terrible customer service. If you're unfortunate enough to go through thier lobby (which they often close down, even during operating hours) Youll be left with an unattentive and rude cashier who will seem bothered by your presence. Looking past the litteral worst customer service that is humanely possible; thier food is actually great. Probably the best chicken wings in all of Katy. 3/5 would go again.

To be honest the fries are the "main character" My wings were DRY... $16 for a 6 wing combo and I was not a fan of the ranch, extremely watery and no flavor. Wish I went to wingstop! Customer service was interesting, I felt rushed to order, the cashier had zero patience even after explaining that I had never been there. Previous reviews confirm the customer service is garbage for the price your paying. 👎🏾

The cashier was very kind a bit shy. Great food presentation. The food was fresh but a bit overcooked. Disappointed that the garlic parmesan was not a sauce even though it was listed with the sauces and I asked the cashier and she stated it was. Not a big fan of the ranch. The drinks are not Pepsi product as advertised on there online ordering. Overall not worth the price. Best of luck with your business.

Went here a second time, did not disappoint. The lady at the register made my experience! Super friendly, nice and attentive. The tables were all clean and not messy. I had gotten sweet heat/lemon pepper wings with lemon pepper fries. I will be honest, flavor was there but it was too much on lemon pepper. Next time, I’ll pick a diff flavor. Wings were amazing. Will come back!!

I absolutely love Wing Snob! The owners are amazing, the customer service is always really good and it's always clean. The food is always fresh and made to order and Everytime I have friends over I order and they love it.

I was a regular at least every Tuesday, since I like chicken wings and my wife doesn't. She found the real chicken sandwich"OG Sando" after first trying the mini chicken and saying she would skip the mini. When we ordered several times it looked exactly like the picture. Look at the website and you'll agree it's amazing, It was one of the best chicken sandwiches around. My sister lives in Detroit where we discovered how good WingSnob is. Tonight, she said what is this, it's not my chicken sandwich. And it looks like a single chicken tender and a bunch of mayo. It used to be good and I used to order extra ones to take to work for lunch even. But not this. I took it back to ask and they just added another chicken strip to it and said how this is better.. Buy the time I got her sandwich back home the 30 wings I had ordered with it were ice come... Guess I just won't recommend it like I did when they first opened. Does this look like a $9 sandwich... Looks more like a 2.99 chicken tender to me....I guess I'm done recommending them. Especially since their sandwiches were good... Why screw them up? I guess even their Tuesday specials won't get me to drive the 5 blocks through the neighborhood to get there anymore.

Overall, I give the wings a 10/10. Came here on a Thursday afternoon at 4pm for some wings. My husband is a wing connoisseur so we found this place on Yelp (Check for my wing reviews & send me some places ;) The ambiance is cool, it's a nice area and seemed somewhat clean so that was cool. Upon initial inspection quite a few of their sodas were "out of order" so we decided not to do a meal. We ordered and 8pc lemon pepper dry rub & a 6pc buffalo lemon pepper, just the wings. The total was around $26. Pros: Wings were fresh, hot, and service was pretty quick. Cashier seemed nice. Cons: They don't give you a dipping sauce. That's right. I was in disbelief as well. I asked to speak to the manager & he said it's a franchise thing? No ranch. No bleu cheese. You can buy it for $1.29 which is a little crazy bc I just spent $26 on 14 traditional wings. He said it's because they make it fresh, (which I do understand,) but I don't agree with. Then, we tried the wings... No. sauce. needed. The lemon pepper dry rub, extra crispy was phenomenal. The Buffalo Lemon pepper was seasoned and sauced to perfection for me. Not in love with the franchise but love the wings! Will be back for the wings!!

I said I was coming back and it was still amazing! Service was very good, gentleman at the register was very knowledgeable in the menu and even helped me get the wings the way I wanted them. I had the new sauce, hot honey bbq with a hint of lemon pepper rub, and the others wet lemon pepper rub. Fries were regular, salt and pepper, but they have other seasoning options like Cajun as well and even the rub seasons you get on your wings is optional!!! ‍‍ Whole combo was very good for the price 17.99+tax. Can't beat that! And the environment is very chill and calm to eat inside. Will definitely be showing myself around here more.

Wing Snob catered my grand opening event and it was SPECTACULAR. D'Adrienne was a one woman show for about 200 people, which was insane to me but she was absolutely phenomenal. She brought 3 flavors of wings, and at one point she was saucing and tossing them on site, which was pretty cool to see! The presentation was so cute. She had little cups filled with ranch and she garnished the cups with a wing and veggies. I'll definitely be using them for catering again!

Definitely a great place to eat. The atmosphere was open, clean, and inviting. The TV's were silent but had captions and the music wasn't too loud. The employees greeted us nicely and were very helpful being that it was me and friend's first time there. Everything was tasty especially the BBQ Slaw Fries and the Mac n Cheese. The only thing I didn't care for were my BBQ Boneless Chicken Wings were a little tough. Other than that, I enjoyed it and look forward to visiting again.

Food is trash don't waste your money. Wings were way over cooked and any drier I'd break a tooth. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog! UPDATE: the manager quickly reached out to me and rectified the situation. I received a refund for the mix up.

I don't understand why the low reviews honestly. I got a surprise bag through too good to go and I actually really enjoyed what I got. It was fresh and the flavors of the wing were tasty. I rarely eat French fries and the fries were addicting. For it being a fast food place, the cheesecake was yummy! I would come back here. Thanks for the surprise bag.

Ordered delivery today through their website. They apparently use DoorDash. They had a weird address on file, so my husband called them to advise them. Victoria, the driver, took our address, and called DoorDash to advise on what to do. DD calls my husband, and said that he would have to call Victoria to see if she would come to our address. Victoria then proceeds to ignore my husband when he calls/texts. We tried to call the store as we noticed she was back at the store, and the store won't answer their phone. DD also takes a bit to answer, and when they finally do, they hang up on him. He calls again, and finally gets someone. We will not be ordering from WingSnob again, this is a terrible experience.

Great food! Excellent service! The manager, Jonathan, was kind and knowledgeable. Everything he recommended was on point! And the vibe was cool! There were TVs playing the games and music that wasn't overly loud. At first I thought it was pricey, but $40 for two 10 piece combos: street corn, AAAAAAMAZING fries, and two drinks was much better than money I've wasted on lukewarm garbage. Customer service is everything and with as negative as some folks are these days towards those who serve the public, I'm glad these people still serve the This was my second time coming. I think the last was Veronica and she was a sweetheart too.

Today was my first time trying this place! Got myself 6 wings and a cheesecake slice. Got sweet chilli and a barbecue sauce on them. Reeeeeaallly loved the flavor. Though i do wish the sweet chilli was spicier! The place is well lit as lots of natural lighting is let in, but it doesn't get hot in there even with sun hitting it straight on. They had 3 tvs, playing different shows. Employee was really nice and greeted me when I came and took my order right away. There is a bit of a wait for food BUT that's of course cause food is made when ordered vs just sitting under a lamp. So it's fresher and I got my order hot.

Don't go here. They are thieves. And the wings aren't good enough for what they charge. I placed a pickup order for myself and a friend on Saturday night for two orders of 10 wings and fries with 2 dipping sauces, which was almost $50, by the way, because bone-in wings are more expensive than boneless - which is smaller. When I got my order home, I noticed that in both mine and my friend's orders, Wing Snob had substituted several of the cheaper and smaller boneless wings in place of the more expensive bone-in wings - which themselves are nothing special - that I had ordered, did not give me the two dipping sauces I had ordered, and then stapled the bag closed. Luckily, I had decided to buy a third sauce while I was there, so I at least left with one sauce... but while I was choosing that sauce to buy, I asked the workers for their opinions on the best sauces, they didn't know the difference between the sauces, didn't know how they tasted, I asked what the Awesome Sauce was, they didn't know, and they couldn't recommend one because they had never tasted any of them... After I got home and opened the bag, I tried calling to complain about my order but couldn't talk to someone, because you cannot talk to a person, only an automated service that tells you to email them. So I emailed, and received a very cold reply with no name, no manager's response, no 'person'... just one line that said they had "looked at the video footage" and were only refunding me for the sauce... That's it... I didn't get what I ordered, didn't get what I paid for, didn't get the difference back between what I ordered and got... nothing... and they clearly don't care. Never going here again...

Where do I even start... I am a huge fan of wings and thanks to one of my best friends I know about Wing Snob until... today. I dinned in at this establishment once before a couple of years ago and it was fine BUT today... customer service was a no, with a dinning room completely empty and the way I was spoken to - short, annoyed, and barely a smile at the end wow. The wings came out cold and a bit stiff, the buffalo lemon pepper was saltier than the salt itself - there was no Dr.Pepper, the drinks were too sweet, and my order was provided without ketchup for my fries (I had to ask for it) needless to say I am sad that I will more than likely not be returning. Worst wing experience Brian asked me to email him but never replied. Two follow up emails were sent after original email.

the tenders were cold they gave me more fries than wings the ranch cost money they answered me with "Wsp nigga" the yogurt idk where it came from but the yogurt was hotter that the entire meal currently the fries are cold the meal said 11.99 but I paid 49.99 do NOT come here again

OK wingstop, I stop there to have dinner, and I ordered Cajun seasoning. I got a dry rub that had no flavor I will not go back to wingstop. This is the second time I've tried it and I was disappointed both timest

Just had wings delivered and I was actually surprised. First, at the flavor of the sauces and second, at how crispy the fries were when they arrived. We ordered the Garlic Parmesan Wings, the X-mango Habanero, and I forget what the third flavor was. I really love garlic Parmesan, but there wasn't much to these. They tasted decent just didn't have a whole lot of garlic or Parmesan. The mango habanero were probably my favorite out of the three flavors. And again, the fries were super crispy, which is amazing for being delivered. Can't wait to try these wings again.

So I ordered this in DoorDash and for wing delivery it was good. The pretzels with cheese were the bomb. The wings and tenders were not to my liking. Not enough flavor seasoning was only on the outside and at that not even enough, but the chicken was most. Only thing with full flavor was the ranch dressing and it was good and homemade.

Highly disappointed, wing snob is always my go to for wings but this time I am highly upset. I ordered my usual 10 traditional wings but this time it came with 7 baby wings that were the size of my finger..... as you can see in the picture on the bottom that's a regular size wing compared to the miniature ones..... do better

They have really good flavors and their flats are a good size. Their drumsticks are very meaty. I've ordered from them twice and have not been disappointed.

Wow. When in the .... Did y'all change the tenders to the ones from HEB. This is a joke you charge the same price for microwaveable nuggets and call them tenders. You last me any one who asks me for a good place. I know you have the challenge or rising prices, don't cut your quality increase the price. Honestly everyone who shops there will understand. I have been meaning to try this spot for a while so my family and i went 07-28-23 and we each ordered separate combos 1st off i would like to say the presentation was nice and i do like the boxes and how the food was organized and the fries stayed crispy even after we arrived home unlike wind stops fries! We did notice that we were given small styrofoam cups , for the prices of these combos the cups should be a average size with an option to upgrade. My sons garlic Parmesan wing were slightly under seasoned and i ordered the dry rub wing 8 piece only to find out that there was absolutely no dry rub or any kind of seasoning on my wings so apparently someone forgot to season them, i really didn't enjoy eating hard dry naked wings! I will give one mistake so i am willing to give another try and hopefully have a better outcome on the next go round.

this place was amazing when they first opened but its gone down so much in the last couple months. We ordered wings and fries the other night and someone forgot to add any flavor to the entire order. I'm sure it might taste better if you eat there, but just because someone orders delivery, doesn't mean they have to care less about that order. Guess I'll have to find a different wing place close to home.

Food was terrible, they served me cold food, they charge me for something i didn't even buy, the bathrooms were disgusting. The customer service was even worse i got treated disrespectful the food is WAY too overpriced terrible place to eat ever all.

My experience with Wing Stob has been absolutely horrible! I have order wings from them 2 weeks ago in a row and both times my order was over an hour late. I placed both orders online and was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived, and I had to wait over an hour. This past Tuesday March 28th, 2023, my order #216 was supposed to be ready by 7:15 PM. I arrived at 7:25 PM and I didn't receive my order until 8:26 PM. Meanwhile there was 5 customers that came in after me to place their orders and received their food before mines and mines was SUPPOSED to be ready at 7:15! Customer Service is horrible and very unorganized and unprofessional. I will not be eating here again until I see improving on this business. Over an hour wait for food being placed online is absolutely unacceptable.

This use to be my fave wing spot in Katy. But the past several of times I've been I have highly disappointed. I order the same thing and at this point each time it's a different flavor. Management must have changed because it hasn't always been like this.

This was a lunch delivery order. The veggies and ranch were delicious... that ranch is house made and tasty. The wings had a great sauce (I ordered the Parmesan buffalo), although the wing itself was a little too dry for my taste.

With a name like Wing Snob, expectations are high. The food does not disappoint I love that this location has a drive thru which is super convenient. Good vibe inside and staff is friendly. The fries are seasoned perfectly and the perfect amount of crisp. I've had the Hot AF and Jamaican Jerk because I like my food muy caliente. Both were mild in my opinion but I enjoyed the flavors. I don't like that you have to pay almost a dollar for a small side of ranch. This should be a part of your meal. It could be a good idea to order ahead because like with most wing shops , it can take a bit of time to get wings ready especially if you order large quantities.

The wings are fire here and they have VARIETY fries and the coleslaw even smacks!!! Clean place nice vibes, service is attentive. 10/10 for sure.

I always drive by that place and today I thought I'd give a shot. 1- Place/environment: the place looks cool, pretty clean. I liked the vibes. It seems most people take them to go. Dining in was kinda boring no one was there. 1/1 2- Service: servers were so nice. Very patient as I was asking them questions since it is my first time 1/1 3- Pricing: I want to say it is kinda fair comparing to other wing places, I just didn't like how they charged extra for ranch: 0.5/1 4- Food: I liked the food, the sauce was the right amount. Not too wet, not too dry. But half of the chicken wings were too small. I also like the presentation of the wings with the fries: 1/2 Overall I'd give them 3.5/5 stars.

Great wings and garlic Parmesan cauliflower is the way to go for vegan options. Great service, hard working employees and a clean environment.

Always thankful for vegan options! They have beyond tenders and cauliflower wings. I love sauces, and they have many flavors. This was a guilty pleasure meal for me, not healthy, but satisfied my fried food craving.

in my experience, the female manager was immature for her age. Her customer service its absolute trash and she will try to throw a hiss fit if she doesn't get her way. The food got cold going back and forth with this place after following all of their silly order protocols for a decent size order and it not being good enough for them. O stars or 1/10. Now let's talk about the food. the cornbread is a 3/10. very basic, you could probably get a couple of jiffy boxes and have a better experience. the street corn has wing spices in it so it tastes like wing-seasoned corn. this is a 2/10 the boneless wings were overdone and dry tasting. these were a 3/10 the fries were lackluster and cold tasting. these were a 2/10. the traditional wings are good. 7/10 wing the sauces are great 9/10 spicy ranch is great 10/10 overall probably won't go back not with my money anyway. you can find this elsewhere. as far as direct feedback to management. think about ways to provide a good experience for customers without having to make them do things repeatedly and Do it right the first time. if there is a coaching opportunity with employees.. handle it with the employees and don't take it out on the customers. Don't let your pride get in the way of getting orders in and food out.

Use to be such a good place to eat but those prices have went up along with no more boneless Monday or traditional Tuesday ! My family and I use to come here every Tuesday but haven't been back at all and won't be . Food is good though just not worth it anymore ! Try flava wings more bang for your buck

My woman & I stopped here to eat, best chicken on the west of Houston to us. I had the lemon pepper and she had buffalo lemon pepper.....it was so damn good lol.
