Really bad boneless wings that I only had one and tossed the rest. Got buffalo bliss boneless wings and it straight up tastes like deep fried batter mixed with tons of butter and hot sauce. The chicken was basically frozen chicken nuggets at an upcharge. I did like the sauce but truly the rest was awful. The bone in wings were a little better but not much. Overall, not a fan.

The establishment was in the shopping center with plenty of parking. The place looks amazing. There is dining tables and chairs to eat inside. Two Televisions with sports playing. I was greeted very quickly as I entered the door. The cashier was very helpful and pleasant. The food came out quick and hot.

Best wings i’ve ever had! The owner is especially attentive to get the food right each and every time! This is my #1 spot for all things wings and burgers and they never fail to disappoint. The family who own it are incredibly nice and lovely so please check this place out!

Wow, this location was a total letdown the 2nd time around. I'm not sure what happened. But, the cook couldn't have cared less about my order. I received fried wings with sauce thrown on top. The wings were just swimming on top of sauce in the container. Let alone, the wings were rubbery and dry.. Looks like I'll be going back to Wing Stop.

I ordered 20 boneless as online chicken pieces but the taste was very bad. The chicken was extremely burnt (buffalo biss sauce), as far as I understand they deep-fried the fried chicken again! It wasn’t hot!

Food was definitely a good bang for your buck for what it’s worth anyways. Some of chicken was looking a bit sus. I got cool ranch which was good but the honeyq was a bit bland, I should have gotten the smokingq.I also only got one small thing of ranch for a total of 20 wings. The tenders were a bit soggy by the time I got it as well. I can’t complain too much though, it was a solid food experience.

Idk how this place has a 3.7 it deserves a 5.0!! Actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Super tasty and some unique wing flavors I haven’t tried before. Cheese fries were amazing even with delivery which is hard to do. Cool ranch wings!

Been ordering from wing zone consistently for the past year or so, its good stuff! Very friendly staff and quick delivery! Had the widow maker burger and habanero wings, will get them again. Give it a try, for fast food it's very good quality.

Ordered my food online and it was ready by the time I arrived 15 minutes later. The staff was very nice! The Thai chili winds were very crispy. The buffalo wings were softer. Everything had a lot of sauce on it. I would definitely come back here for more wings.

Went in with low to medium expectations and was surprised to find that the food was really good! The cheese wedge fries were really crispy but soft inside which was perfect and satisfying. The crunch wings were perfectly crunchy and nice in size. The hot buffalo wings were tasty, not very spicy in my opinion. And the funnel cake fries were warm and crispy and so so fun to eat. Topped with powdered sugar, they were sweet but not overly so. We just couldn't stop eating them! The only thing that could have been improved was the lemon pepper sauce that came with the crunch wings. I wish it was more lemon peppery in flavor since it tasted mostly like butter. They were also quick to prepare the food, and friendly at the pick up counter! Stop by if you're in the area and craving wings. And DON'T FORGET THE FUNNEL CAKE FRIES!

Amazing service, amazing food ! The place is extremely clean and the stuff is super friendly. We were a big group and we sat in the restaurant for dinner and we enjoyed the entire experience. We also made a deal for catering for our work event. Thank you!

Terrible service. They took my order and gave me the wrong items. Had to repeat myself at least 3 times to the lady at the front. She didn't seem sober or lucid enough to understand what I was saying. Only found out I got the wrong items in order by the time I opened everything up at home, and when I called, the same lady that was at the front tried to evade responsibility by blaming it on the people in the kitchen who packaged it. I feel as though orders should be double checked by the people in the front, but when I asked for a refund, she said they couldn't issue a refund for their own mistake. Only a verbal $5 discount via phone was offered for the next order. Will never come back so you can keep you wrong orders and trifling fake discounts.

It's a very clean nice place, but other hand they should have a dress code. An employee came out of their position with seems like pajamas and very inn appropriate wearing of body wise. Service was great but dress code for cooks should be talked about.

If a 0 star review was possible I would give it. The manager Anna is horrendous and could not care less about customer service. Placed an order online and went to the store to pay. Anna took my payment and I waited for 45 minutes in the store. After not getting my order, I asked again and the order was there the entire time just sitting. Anna then asks if I paid when she was the one that took my payment in the first place. At this time I was frustrated but over it. I then get leave to be chased out by an employee saying that they gave me the wrong order. I tell the person that my exact name is on the bag. He tells me to not leave the parking lot but returns saying that the order is correct. By now the food is cold and I get a pity $5 off coupon for your troubles. Safe to say those $5 won't ever be used.

Shrimp was not bad but the wings were so old they refried them I can tell because there were no fresh meat in them. Find another vendor

I ordered through Uber Eats. I got chicken and fries. I liked them! A family member got mozzarella sticks and liked those too.

I've passed by this place many times and after one visit, I'm done. The restaurant was filthy, hence the listed inspection rating. The floor was full of crumbs and the lady taking my order either had allergies or a cold. That was an immediate turn off but I didn't want to turn around y and leave since I was the only one in there. They had several orders being picked up while I waited twenty minutes for ten wings. They were fried so hard they were barely edible and the sauce which was like a duck sauce with a mountain of salt. I'm one and done. Try it for yourself. You might like it.

Andrew is a great assistant manager, unbelievably great service, ambiance is chill it's a place to eat wings. Food seems good, just ordered, lots of options for flavors. Great prices, pretty reasonable.

Don't order from this place it's disgusting . I ordered delivery through Uber, paid $70 for 2 people. The first thing I noticed the fries were missing. The second order of fries less then ten fries for $7. The chicken is unseasoned( not even salt) and dry af, inedible...they may have refried old chicken wings as they taste stale. 10 minutes after eating this old chicken I had stomach pain & diarrhea! I'm 100 percent this was old refried chicken. Just skip this place unless you want to get sick! Horrible food!

I cant even rate this place, doesn't even deserve one star. I placed an online order for 25 chicken wings (not boneless) and a side. I got very old thighs of boneless chicken. I called the branch to let them know he said to go check on my account suggesting I was lying, and said he cant do anything about it! not to mention how bad the chicken tasted, was very old and dry. Still they did not care! I would not recommend anyone to try it.

DONT ORDER!!! Funnel cakes fries came with HAIR in it!!! When I put in my order the restaurant called me 10 minutes later to tell me that there was no drivers so my order had to be canceled. I said OK and left it at that. However 35 minutes later the driver called me to tell me he was outside. The driver was rude because I didn't answer the phone the first time he called. I wasn't expecting any delivery because I was already told it was being canceled. He was upset that he had to wait a few minutes as I needed someone to look over my patients before I stepped off my unit. I should've been happy that I got my food right?? HA NOPE!!! Once I got the food; it was cold so I had to reheat it. That made the chicken and Potato wedges soggy. I tried to eat a few pieces but it was nasty. I moved on to the funnel cake fries and to my surprise there was a huge long black string of hair in it...DISGUSTING!!! All that for cold, nasty and hairy food. Please save your time and money and order from somewhere else!!! So glad I got my money back!!

Wing Zone more like King Zone This place is dope 100000% reccommend. Hot wings are probably my favorite food and usually a pretty big disappointment but this place was such a surprising delight. First off, the employees absolutely hook you up. Those serving sizes are perfect they absolutely do not skimp you like other wing places. I tried their buffalo, hot, and nuclear sauce (forgot what it was actually called) and all of them were some of the best sauce I've ever had. The buffalo was just perfect, right amount of kick. Hot sauce was also executed perfectly with a much different taste than the buffalo but not too peppery which a lot of hot sauces fall into the trap of being. Their nuclear sauce lived up to the name. Extremely hot but still good. It wasn't hot just to be hot it was hot because it adds to the flavor. Also they have a slice of toast on their menu which i thought was pretty weird so I ordered it and it came in its own box and everything 10/10 new go to carry out place

Ordered delivery for the first time and I will definitely be ordering again! Love how well fried the wings are, not fatty whatsoever. Fried prickles and the fried shrimp were fried perfectly! So many sauces to choose from and the buffalo might be my favorite! Wing size was actually a good size! Looking for a good football Sunday wing spot, this is definitely the place!

Loved the wings. Perfectly cooked. I liked mine crispy and they were exactly that. The honey Q sauce was delicious. I also had the Buffalo bliss which was a really Flavorful and creamy Buffalo sauce with the right amount of heat. Loved the kettle chips but didn't care for the wedges.

Great job! Everything arrived as ordered, earlier than estimate and the funnel cake fries are proper good. Better than BWW by a mile.

Wow what an absolute disappointment. This store has been a long slow journey to being awful and they finally hit that tonight. Two orders of 10 boneless wings with a side of fries and chips. 10 of the wings were burnt and hard as a rock. The chicken was also inedible in some of them and it was just this weird texture All 20 were incredibly light on sauce. I think maybe they put 1 teaspoon (or basically none) for 20 wings. So they think that pride themselves on - flavor - there was none at all. I actually had to use my personal sauce. Paid just under $27 for that junk. Lesson learned, never again/

Man I've came here a few times before and everything was nice food was great. Just went to pick up some food and these employees are screaming at customers, 2 before me. Screaming at a customer because he was picking up an order and the sign incorrectly points for he back of the restaurant for pick ups. He went back maybe a step or 2 to the employee area and they craning and are about to hit this guy. I step in because it's ridiculous, i just said hey relax he made a mistake. Then they start yelling at me. Extremely sad and unprofessional behavior, I've never experienced something like that. Message to the manager or owner: discuss customer service and anger management with your employees or get new ones. So sad, I obviously won't be returning.

This is my go-to place for wings. I keep telling myself I'll explore the rest of the menu - but I don't want to sully the perfect record I have in my mind. :)

Giving 3 stars because my 20 wing delivery order arrived well-packaged, on time and warm. The pros, I ordered my wings "Hot Shot" which I found to be a great take on the classic spicy Buffalo sauce we all love. The blue cheese dipping sauce was definately above average and provided a great compliment to the before mentioned sauce! The cons... the wings are breaded! Yes, the wings are breaded... which means once tossed in the sauce (that I previously mentioned was great) means the wings are bye no fault of their own SOGGY! That's only compounded by the fact they offer you an "extra cook" option when ordering. I thought that was gonna mean super crispy wings. They have a good sauces with above average dippers... but the breaded wings kill it for me. When I have breaded wings it tells me they're previously frozen. Pair your sauce and dippers with crispy fried fresh wings and you can kill BW3 or WingStop... until then you're sadly average.

This is a hot mess, everytime I order and the customer service is so crappy that this is truly the last time I order. Ordered wings from Uber Eats, wings came and were so over cooked, dry and tough, that I called immediately and asked for a manager. Not only would they not send new wings but then tried to offer me some extra wings for the next order. Why would I ever order again??? I use to love them when I lived in NC and purchased them all the time but one too many issues with them and their wings to keep ordering or servicing them. Called corporate and same kinda mood, basically, We Got the money and we don't care!

I wouldn't suggest eating here. Due to the location, their prices are way too high and I never see any of the advertised deals that you will find at other McDonalds.

We ordered thigh wings and they are hands down the worst I've had. The lemon pepper was so coated in seasoning and dry that they were inedible. There was also very little meat for what I expected. They also gave us the wrong flavors. I will never go back here. Worst wings ever.

I actually love this place!!!!! You can order flats or drums only as well which is a huge plus. The kind lady that is usually up front is so nice and sweet. The food is great, my only piece of advice is that you should order before you come unless you have some time to spare ( they are quite busy and take orders as they come in). If you're looking for filling lunch or just something to hold you over there sides are really yummy, I especially love their homemade crisps *if you dont like it flavoured, I'm not sure if its sour cream & onion, just let them know cause they have a powder flavoring that goes over it which is very good in moderation though. I'm obsessed with grilled cheese and I love that they make theirs on Texas toast ( garlic bread ) And considering I'm only a few doors down for work I'll be there more often then I want...(; BRING ON THE WINTER WEIGHT HAHA!

I stood there trying to order for like 5mins and it was a group of women just talking and one of them just staring at me. I had to raise my voice for them to hear me and get service. On top of the fact that they had a baby in the kitchen in a stroller. Straight trifling. Poor customer service and management. Better be glad I didn't call Child Protective Services on them for Child Endangerment in a Workplace. Raggedy place!

Simply put, this place is not good. The wings were small, dry, and a few of them inedible. With plenty other places to get wings from, I will not be a return customer.

Reading past reviews, well then ....... In my experience with them ,my orders have been through Uber eats and was skeptical at first. Was new to area and was looking for a regular wing delivery and they fit the shoe! I always get my wings well done, all drums. The flavors I liked were the Buffalo bliss , lemon pepper, and just Over the weekend we had ragin cajun join the list. I'd recommend using Uber eats as a platform for delivery plus this place has free items weekly as a promo!!!! (TRY THE OREO CHURRO )

My friend and I happened upon this place while looking for wings close to my new house. We walked in and ordered and had our wings, literally within 5 minutes. I'm assuming we caught them as they had already been frying up wings (because obviously it takes longer to get that together) but the cashier was very pleasant and joked around with us. Will definitely be going back there in the future! Oh, and the wings were very tasty. Try the garlic parm wings!!

The wings were extremely dry. The meat tasted as though it was left over with hot sauce poured over it. I was very disappointed.

This place has been one of my go-to places for a long time. I order from there sometimes twice a week. There has never been a problem until today, and my review is NOT as much about the order, as the way it was handled by this restaurant. Today, I ordered the chicken tenders with the liquid gold dipping sauce, I love them. I received it minus the dipping sauce. I contacted GrubHub, and explained the situation. The restaurant offered to refund the dipping sauce, oh gee, wow. My meal was not nearly as good as it would have been with the sauce, but they didn't care at all. I went to their website, to see if I could find an e-mail address(since I had to go to work and couldn't make personal calls), I came across what they call their GUEST PROMISE. It says "We promise your meal will be right, if not, we will replace it with no questions asked". I guess if your meal is delivered, they don't give a crap, because they sure didn't offer to replace mine!!! I guess I totally misjudged this place, I thought they had more integrity then this, and valued their loyal customers, but I guess not!!! Therefore I will be getting my meals elsewhere, since I guess they can easily afford to not live up to their promises and still have enough customers.

First off let me start off by saying this, I understand miscommunication and what have you but why the hell would yall have a delivery driver who barley speaks english? Secondly, if I confirmed my address 30 times, why cant you just type it in instead of calling me 10000 times still repeating the wrong address??? This place was a disaster!!!! Ohh and the food is below mediocre. Way way below.

This review is strictly for customer service. I placed an order through Uber eats tonight. I got a call from wing zone that they were out of fried pickles so I asked what other options they had. The person on the other end of the line was extremely rude and when I decided on the pretzel sticks to take the place of pickles I asked if there was cheese dipping sauce. She said no, it comes with mustard. I said can I get marinara for it? She answered "uhh sure" (sounding extremely annoyed and like I was bothering HER even though they were the ones calling me about not having the food stocked that they have on their menu.) when my Order got here, of course there was no marinara sauce. Customer service needs some serious work, or get a new job.

Thee worst buffalo wings I've ever had! I threw them in the garbage! I've NEVER had wings where the skin was so tough, they literally seemed like rubber! They were fatty and frankly seemed under-cooked!

The Garlic Parmesan one has a little kick to it. Potatoes wedges w/ cheese is okay. Reasonably priced. We had it deliver, it arrived around 30-45 mins. You also can order online too.

First time ordering from Wing Zone. Ordered on a Sunday, submitting the order about 2 hours ahead of time for a scheduled delivery at 2:45. I did order online, so I did not have any of the unfortunate interactions that other Yelpers described from their interactions with staff. Delivery was about 10 minutes late. For a place half a mile down the road, this was disappointing, but I got my wings by kickoff of the World Cup...so that's what matters. Aside from the slight tardiness, was very happy with the email updates from Wing Zone's website. I received the standard, "Received Your Order" note. But I was very pleased to receive not only the "Out for Delivery" notice, but a "Your Order is Being Prepared" email. Pleased with the frequency and consistency of communication. Got the Buddy Pack, with standard Buffalo Bliss and Honey Q. The wings weren't super crispy, but the sauces were very good. There was a good deal of sauce in the containers with the wings, which was nice to dip into. Additionally, I was happy that they packaged both the BBQ and Buffalo into separate containers. Amount of meat on the wings was average. I did not experience the "bare bones" wing situation that other Yelpers complained about. I get nervous ordering standard buffalo sauce because often it is devoid of flavor. The Buffalo Bliss however was very good. Tons of flavor. Light heat. Very good. The Honey Q BBQ sauce was very tasty. Sometimes wing BBQ sauces taste like ketchup with a little vinegar in it. This sauce however had a very nice depth and flavor to it. Side of mozzarella sticks. Pretty standard. The marinara sauce was good. Ordered a side of ranch and a side of 'Hot Shot' sauce to see how hot their #3 was. Unfortunately, the did not send any ranch. The 'Hot Shot' sauce has a good deal of heat, and was very tasty as well. If you can't tell, I'm quite picky. But this order gets 4 stars because the wings were the closest to wings I'm used to from upstate NY.

Horrible, the chicken smell very bad and dry. It's black in color, We could not eat it from the first bite. I could tell it's old left over chicken covered with lots of sauce. I called the shop asking for a refund which was denied.

I think this place is great for delivery - it's my favorite "chain" wing place (vs. Wing Stop, Wings Over ____, BW3, etc.) mostly due to the flavors - great depth of selection and varieties offered as well as ability to mix and match. I usually go "boneless" (nuggets) here and they're nice and crispy and juicy and well breaded. Can't speak much to the normal, actual wings. Had the fries once - they're good too - thick wedges. Finally, think it's quite reasonable, with a 10-pc. of boneless running just under $10.

I am a frequent costumer of wing zone (probably one of 3 places we consistently order from - so maybe have ordered 30+ times). This past time, the wings (20 tenders) were absolutely inedible - essentially burned tenders where the batter was almost black. The chicken also tasted completely abnormal and overly dry and chewy. Again, I know the normal quality of this place and this order was an extreme outlier. When I called the location to let them know and ask whether there was something happening in their kitchen, I was SHOCKED at the response. No offer of how they can make it right, nothing. The only response I got was "oh, sorry." This is one of my go-to places so I almost feel bad posting a bad review but the response from management was outrageous and not what I would expect whatsoever. Perhaps there is new management or new kitchen equipment/staff but I couldn't believe someone would cook those tenders, then pack them expecting people to eat them, then offer no replacement when a frequent consumers calls about the obvious quality issue. I would love to speak to the manager on duty that night (11/19/21). I am reluctant to place another order now.

Their thigh wings are not edible and are pure cartilage and bone that is minced together. I immediately felt sick after 1 wing. This is meat i wouldn't feed to dog and is 100% not safe for human consumption.

Wow- first time ordering and I couldn't believe how fast it was. My doorbell rang and I was so confused! It took less than 20 mins to get there. I ordered the boneless Thai chili wings and they were really good. Got a side of fries and ranch. Wasn't thrilled with the ranch, but that's my only issue. I meant to get half Buffalo half Thai, but I guess I messed that up when I double checked my order. So pay attention to your final check out. I don't know why I haven't ordered from here before?! I will say that I preferred ordering directly from their website. Other delivery carriers gave different prices and didn't give the full menu. Will order again.
