This place has been one of my go-to places for a long time. I order from there sometimes twice a week. There has never been a problem until today, and my review is NOT as much about the order, as the way it was handled by this restaurant.
Today, I ordered the chicken tenders with the liquid gold dipping sauce, I love them. I received it minus the dipping sauce. I contacted GrubHub, and explained the situation. The restaurant offered to refund the dipping sauce, oh gee, wow. My meal was not nearly as good as it would have been with the sauce, but they didn't care at all.
I went to their website, to see if I could find an e-mail address(since I had to go to work and couldn't make personal calls), I came across what they call their GUEST PROMISE. It says "We promise your meal will be right, if not, we will replace it with no questions asked". I guess if your meal is delivered, they don't give a crap, because they sure didn't offer to replace mine!!!
I guess I totally misjudged this place, I thought they had more integrity then this, and valued their loyal customers, but I guess not!!! Therefore I will be getting my meals elsewhere, since I guess they can easily afford to not live up to their promises and still have enough customers.
