Went back and everything was perfect 10/10 wings were well done tried Nashville hot fry seasoning delicious 👌 Update: I contacted the email provided and literally 8 minutes later the VP of Operations replied a sincere apology and took care of the issue. Pleasantly surprised at the great customer service. They made things right 👍 thanks

The food was good. The sauces I got on my wings was good. When you walk in their are 2 register were you take your own order. The seating area is really small. But it really cute in the inside. You order in area and pick your food up in another area. The fries are potatoes cut. And the season they put on the fries is so good. They have 2 different seasons for the fries. It's really different and taste good. You gotta try it for yourself. Ask for your chicken to be fried hard if you like crispy

Much better than buffalo wild wings. This place has a simple menu which i appreciate, with a good choice of sauces. You're asked how you want your wings fried normal or crispy. The side are good. Everything was pipping hot. The only down side was that the Cole slaw was NOT FRESH at all. Almost rotten.

Love, love, loved this place! Bae and I got the Louisiana Lemon Pepper bone-in wings with Cool Ranch fries and a drink for one meal, and ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders with the Blackened Voodoo fries and a drink separately. When I say we scarfed them down, I mean we INHALED them! HIGHLY recommend the Blackened Voodoo fries over the Cool Ranch, but that's not to say the Cool Ranch weren't delicious. That Liquid Gold?! It's definitely as it claims. Buffalo Bliss? Best Buffalo sauce I may have ever had! And to be honest, (don't hurt me) I'm normally not a Louisiana spice fan, and this place went ahead and made a fan out of ME! Friendly staff that was ready to help, though my favorite was the person who was calling out names and handing out the food. Their name was Chris and they had the WARMEST and FRIENDLIEST smile. Legit immediately felt like friends. 5 stars all around.

Wings are pretty good love the lemon pepper and the Louisiana lemon pepper is my favorite so far will voodoo fries are really good and also the funnel cake fries. Everything is made to order and moe gave us fantastic customer service he deserves a raise. Will definitely be back again

I ordered a delivery. The wings were cooked as I asked, but terrified of eating them because I was served mac and cheese that smell like sour milk. It was burnt and brown. I would love to have thought it was just overcooked or that the seasoning made it look Brown, when I give it a little stir I could smell the sourness coming from it. I can't say this to chicken tasted sour and I sure hope it wasn't. Just be careful what you order.

I ordered the bone in wings with Buffalo Bliss sauce, fries and bleu cheese sauce. The food is cooked to order. It’s not a long wait at all. They do offer seating inside. They offer Pepsi products for the fountain drinks. I deducted two stars because you get one container of sauce for 8 wings. Any additional containers of sauce, you will be charged. Hopefully, with people speaking up, this will change. If you like wings, bone in or boneless, I recommend you try them.

Wing Zone is a fairly decent establishment. I chose the sweet Thai flavor wings, mild on the spice and the sauce coated the wings perfectly. The wings were nice and crispy. The order comes with a side of French fries that were thick like steak fries and seasoned well. I also got an order of their funnel fries which were very delicious.

The food was sensationally good!!! Wings were crispy, moist inside, and don't get me started of the hot honey sauce or the dry rub Tajín one!!! So delicious. This is my new favorite spot to go to, forget bww or any other. Thank you Ricky for the unforgettable food, and Willy for the great customer service in helping us at our first time there. Will absolutely without a doubt be coming back and would recommend to anyone out there. & prices are too good to loose

I asked for 8 piece of chicken my eight years old couldn't swallow it. This is how dry was the chicken. I went back to them for a refund or exchange of the chicken. They did not want to give me a refund. They did not want to give me chicken? I was like $23 and I put tip on top of it $5 please do not waste your money. Do not eat there. The customer service it's really bad. My children end up without food.

The after math of their summer 2024 special $25 for 20 boneless wings 3 tenders and fries!! The boneless wings are huge and the sauces are great!!! I appreciate that I don't have to say "extra well done" their wings are perfect!

The service needed help the people at the register didn't greet me just said "Name" like tf you mean name don't you mean how can I keep this job open and the wings weren't well done they was burnt and the nuclear lemon pepper had no flavor of lemon and hot it was straight chile de árbol it sent my husband to the hospital never again - yours truly 5 hours in at UMC still waiting....

Went to this establishment they messed up my order refused to fix it told me I should be glad everything I ordered was there in the order when I said I could come back the lady said she couldn't give me a refund cause the management didn't allow I believe that to be true cause this dump isn't making any money like that if you look at there instagram post they look like a thriving business but that's all fake they don't even have customers the place is a dump and completely empty I say beware cause u will be disappointed cause what u see on instagram is not what your gonna get when u get there and please don't order online either another trap go inside and see for yourself I don't recommend this business to anyone it's a deceitful establishment and they are not cooking any food like there post show on there instagram page. Businesses like this should have there license revoked for false advertisement cause everything you see on pictures about this business is fake it's all for show like smoke and mirrors and you will never see no more that zero to none customers frequenting this business and it's one person cooking and one person checking u out and that says a lot to whom they are it nothing more but a whole in the wall and a joke to the naked eye. I went there on thanksgiving eve after a long day of shopping to end my day with a bad experience and a bad taste in my mouth plus and hour after I'm home some guy called me back after calling them and informed me I could come back within a half an hour like I was really going to get dressed all over again while starting to prepare dinner and rush back there which was 17 miles away for him to remake the food all over again I didn't waste my time I thought this was the better way to handle them cause they could have handle it from the time I called why I was no more than a block or so from there establishment and calling them. Messed up order scammy establishment and fake instagram page. Buyer beware honest they get 0 stars in my book

I like the decor and vibe of this place and the employees greeted me when I walked in the door. We ordered the wings, tenders, and fries. My boyfriend ordered the wings and shared that they were alright but nothing special to them. The tenders were less than mediocre. The coating tasted burnt, the tender lacked flavor and the coating gave a salty aftertaste. The fries were delicious and that voodoo seasoning is delicious. When I ordered we made it clear 3-5 times that we wanted our tenders tossed in buffalo sauce and coated in lemon pepper. At first he said there wasn't an option on the menu but made sure to let the cook know to make it how we asked. We both then spoke to the cook directly and explain what we wanted. When we finally get our order we verify the order and noticed that my tenders are plain. When we let him know he says "oh yeah, my manager didn't let me do it because I have to do it exactly how it shows on the screen." In other words, despite repeating the order 3-5 times and personally letting the cook know what how we wanted them, not only did they almost let us walk out the door but then we are told the manager didn't let him do it because it wasn't how the order came up on the screen? The irony is that we ordered the wings the exact same way and they made those correctly. I really wanted to like this place and support small businesses but it's hard to do that with this experience and food that's mediocre at best. I would have given this review a 5 star for service itself because the cook was an amazing friendly person, but that wouldn't be an accurate review given the overall rating of the food itself.

Let me preface my review that I had this delivered while it is only about a 5 minute drive delivere can impact freshness and appearance. My company had given me a credit for lunch and had been wanting to try Wingzone upon them opening so today was the day. The food appears to have been prepared quickly. The boneless chicken was good size, cooked with a slight crunch, and fairly well sauced. The Honey Q sauce was a fine sauce. It reminded me of a bbq grocery sauce not bad but not something Id crave. Would prefer a bit of kick in it, but Im aware they have tons of other sauces with varying heats which I may need to try. I was disappointed with the fries. Had the voodoo seasoning which had some flavor but again was anticipating a bit more. Perhaps I had an expectation for more ofva Cajun seasoning taste. The fries where thicker than the average fast food fry, but were just bland. While they were cooked they felt and tasted either underdone or perhaps old. All in all I will need to go in and try the food fresh and maybe a few other sauces. It is a totally fine addition to an area that is growing and needs more options, but unlikely will be a go to for me.

This place was delish! I'm a huge boneless gal so i chose the boneless for myself and got the bone-in for my family. My mom, a fair judge of food, said that these boneless wings were the best she had ever had. They were 'soft', moist, and there was no excess breading overpowering the chicken. We did the Thai chili sauce and it was great! The bone-in wings we did sauce on the sauce, and got liquid gold and Buffalo ranch. None of us were a Buffalo ranch fan, but the liquid gold was good! A little too sweet for some in the fam but I liked it. I agree with another commenter, their ranch is thin and not ideal for dipping. Service was great! Was greeted when I entered and when I left the whole kitchen said have a good day. We will return :)

This place opened up about a week ago. The best part is that they are open late. I came past midnight and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed warmly. I only ordered chicken wings bone in with lemon pepper to try it and it was actually good! It was cooked perfectly. I will definitely go back.I like supporting local businesses.

Great experience. We are welcome by very friendly staff. The menu is easy to understand. I got Garlic parm chicken wings with season fries. At first I was scared to try them because it has some spicy level to it but they it was not bad at all. My boyfriend got the honey Q. We also got ranch which we didn't actually need since the wings has a lot of sauce already which make it really tasty. Upon picking up the order they asked one more time if I wanted the sauce with the wings or separate. And also they made sure that utensils along with Napkins and condiments were in the bag.

I made an online order and got to the store well after the pickup time and my order was not even started. Horrible service. I waited over an hour for just wings!!!

Visited Wing Zone before making a stop at the indoor playground and we loved it here! Ricky and the team were so attentive after my son had an accident and spilled the drink. They quickly jumped in to reassure him everything was okay and accidents happen. How sweet! Wings were cooked to perfection and so saucy and delicious with plenty of options to choose from!

I ordered online and I requested well done..Unfortunately they were not well done! The wings were soft and some even still pink. I called the store several times to complain about the wings and no one ever answered. I've ordered before and never had a problem but this time was horrible!

I was reading a post in a group once and they were debating where to get the best wings in Vegas. A couple people mentioned Wingzone. My wife ordered some for her birthday party and we were next door today so we decided to stop end with family. It's a small spot not a lot of seating, they probably have more to go orders than dine in customers. My wife and I ordered a 4 pc tender with fries. She had the Honey Q (Sweet honey and smoky BBQ) sauce and I had the Liquid Gold (honey mustard and hickory BBQ) sauce. We were a little disappointed because we thought that the chicken would be tossed but I guess that's by request only? My cousin had wings but hers were tossed. The fries were nice and crispy and the chicken was cooked perfectly. They have so many sauces and I want to try more but it ain't cheap. I'd like to see more locations in the future.

Went here for a late take-out lunch. I was greeted with a hearty welcome by pretty much every employee once I walked through the door. It was my first time here, so I was studying the menu when a manager came over and walked me through my options. I opted for the 6-piece boneless wings with the "nuclear habanero" sauce, and got a 6-piece boneless for my (85-year-old) dad with the "chipotle BBQ" sauce. Both sauce levels hit both of us right where we wanted. I was a little nervous about ordering the highest spice level, but it was definitely manageable; I would probably do the same again, with a possible diversion to the "mango fire" sauce to see what it's all about. It was about an eight-minute wait to get my food after placing my order, which isn't bad, but it's enough that I'll check if they have an app before my next visit, which will definitely happen. There are only a few tables here, so takeout is definitely the way to go. Especially if you want a beer to wash down that heat, which I certainly do recommend. I'm happy to have discovered this place, and I'll definitely be back.

Great delicious wings. Asked them to cook them a little more so they came out crispy and they came out perfect. We ordered some plain so we can try their sauces and they were really good. The fries were almost like potato wedge, super good. The one thing that was not my favorite was their ranch. If they made theirs in house I believe it would be better .

Wings are dried out, cooked too long and they give them to you anyway. They have to know that and I don't think they care. Place is never busy which should have been a hint to pass on the buy. Cash register attendant gave me the impression that he wished he was somewhere else. Been there twice and one time too many. Can't recommend a place I spent $35 at and had to toss my food in the trash. No star rating deserved. *

Since they have been open this has been the 4th time were my wings were underdone/not fully cooked . I'm so annoyed because I really wanted to like this place because the vibe & staff are great .... but the food on the other hand is going to have you in the hospital with Salmonella poisoning because it took them all but 7min to cook my wing when I was originally told 20min+. I should have known that they were going to be undercooked by how fast they were made ! SNHD needs to check this place out because peoples health are at risk. Pink meat !! Grosss !! Mood - Lunch with the son I always treat my son after a dentist appointment before I go back to work. He has been a trooper with everything that was needed for his mouth. So he knows he can pick whatever he wants and that is our lunch date. Today he wanted wings. Upon entering was quickly greeted and we stood in line. The restaurant is the new modern world approach. You order using the kiosk, pay, and either sit or wait for your order to be called. There are attendants that help you just in case you may need. However it is the ideology of self check out. Opted for the Garlic Parmesan, Sweet Samurai, Blackened Voodoo Wings, and a couple of waters. Now the flavor on that Sweet Samurai was on point. I think I could roll around in that sauce. I was disappointed by the Garlic Parmesan wings as the Buffalo sauce took over the flavor and there was no hint of Garlic Parmesan at all. Interior is quaint. There are a couple of tables and a sit up bar. I would not recommend for large parties. Everything was very clean and staff were doing their best to answer all questions that the patrons had. Would recommend - pricing is typical for chicken wings. Staff were very courteous and hospitable. They are still in the new phase working out snafus. Location is Craig/ MLK/Camino Al Norte - ample parking

Recently, every time I go to Wing zone to get wings after 1 o'clock on a Friday night I get excuses there either out of bone in wing or it's gonna take 45 minutes to an hour to get an order because they're putting it fresh into the dryer and it normally only takes about 20 minutes to get an order done They always try to discourage you from ordering after midnight on a Friday or Saturday night so it's really not worth going to Lingo you're tired and you're hungry you just got off work forget about it they're gonna give you an excuse no matter what, so I give them zero stars They need a management in there to control it or close it up at 11 o'clock every night so the people that after work at midnight have to sit here and wait for hours just to get a chicken wing My opinion, I'm a chef and it's not worth it

We had a great experience at this place. We ordered The Thai Chili bone-in wings combo. Instead of French fries, we were able to choose vegetable sticks (served with your choice of ranch bleu cheese dipping sauce). The wings were hot, fresh and delicious! The Thai sauce was spicy, sweet and sticky - exactly how you want it! And, they were served very fast. We barely got seated after pouring our drinks when they called my name. They offer funnel cake strips with powdered sugar for dessert. Very friendly service. Small dine-in area, curbside service, to-go and delivery available. Self serve soda fountain inside for indoor diners. Very clean inside. Nice job, folks!

If I could put zero stars I would. The fries were extremely soggy and the fried pickles had no crunch. The wings themselves were not bad but the flavors were a miss.

My wife had a Yelp Elite invite for a free 8 piece combo, so hey why not! We ordered the original hot bone-in and added 8 boneless mango fire and funnel cake fries. First let start with the drink, some brand of root beer we had never heard of. We enjoy a good root beer, but this one was devoid of flavor. Not sure if this is the root beer or needed to be changed, but wasn't a good choice. Wait! What does this have to do with wings? Well nothing directly, but in case you wanted to enjoy a fine root beer with your wings, well now you know! The funnel cake fries were decent, but $4.50 decent, eh not sure. I think some sort of raspberry, strawberry or chocolate sauce would be a great addition. My wife enjoyed the original wings and fries, with cool ranch flavor. The mango fire ones, well holy moly! First of all you can smell the mango, and that is nice. I enjoy a good mango habanero wing and usually they have a faint mango aroma, but not this. It smacks you in the face, in a good way. After taking a bite, then coming up from behind is that heat and it makes sure you know it came to play. Even with the sub par root beer and just ok funnel cake fries, I would say this place is worth another visit. Before her Yelp discount, the bill was around $30.

First time here and the food was great, i loved the customer service in there, they were so polite and helpful, even with them in the mist of being busy, my food came out fast and fresh!! Walking in and I first noticed how bright and warm and welcoming the place is. I was immediately greeted by a smiling employee when walking in. Then another smiling, friendly associate greeted me and handed me a menu to look over while in line. The line moved a little slowly BUT it was because the employees at the register took their time answering customers questions, making suggestions and interacting with them. So I can't complain about that at all, it was great customer service. I was torn between Louisiana Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. I went with the Lemon Pepper. It was good, though I wish I could have tated the lemon pepper a little more. Next time I will try Garlic Parm or one of the other flavors that looked good. Also do yourself a favor and get the voodoo fries. So delicious. And the fries are thick and delicious too! Funnel cake fries were also great! Loved the overall vibe of this place. Very clean and open and bright and all of the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. Seating is a bit limited with only two tables seating four and four barstools. It was also a bit warm in there, too. Overall great experience and I will be back !

worse experience I brought wings and fries. it was disgusting the wings were supposed to be cooked a lil longer but they wasn't. it was too chewy to the point I couldn't eat the skin only the inside of the chicken I'm so disappointed never going back. $20 wast of money I didn't eat all of it. I thought this was gone satisfy my taste buds smh

Food was horrible I asked for them to be well cooked they made sure they where so cooked the meat was hard and the chicken was badly burnt why would you do that seeing they where burnt I know you all would not have ate that now that was to over cooked as far as the fry's i don't even wanna go there I'm overall upset about the food my first and last time I would go wouldn't eat here again if it was free place was clean staff was dry when I walked in two where sitting at the table in lobby talking took one of them longer then I should have been standing there to take my order but you get what you pay for I guess this new generation of workers suck no care for there business or customer service sad sad sad

The employees at this location are absolutely terrible. Don't understand how the owners let them get away with these things. All the cursing while I was waiting for my food was so un called for. The Hispanic guy at the register seemed extremely high and was just not paying attention to anything. Never coming back here again. Terrible experience.

As I come inside the lady at the front pretended I was invisible I got half way to the counter before I finally got a forced greeted seemed to me she hates her job n only said hello because she has to, the food was good not gonna lie. The ambience there seemed like I was in the middle of a desert, only thing missing was a tumbleweed going thru the store. My ISSUE is I was charged $28.82 at 4:09pm for a 20 piece of traditional wings and only recieved 15 wings. I've been calling the store for over 30 min and NOBODY answers the phone. I have made ATLEASE 10 calls. I left 2 voice mails politely asking how I can resolve this issue and STILL no response, I sent an email out to the company so now I'm just waiting to hear back. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!! Because after you're gone they won't answer the phone. I drove over 18 min to get there because it's always delicious but I can honestly say ever since Matt left the service has gone down hill I feel like I'm out 5 wings now. I basically paid $30 for 15 wings that's ridiculous. I hope I get a call back with this issue resolved, but if not I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN... PEOPLE WANTING TO GO HERE PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING.

The wings are good in general. They are decent sized, and they are sauced well. Two caveats: First, the wings often come out on the lighter side so order them well-done. I do and they do not look well-done, but they avoid being undercooked. Second, if you order online (or delivery), avoid the Louisiana lemon unless you want them VERY spicy. The Louisiana lemon is supposed to be medium heat, and it was great when I ate it in store. However, I have twice ordered this sauce on a delivery and both times, the wings were uncomfortably spicy. I like spicy, but this is beyond enjoyable. And I had my roommates try as well. I do not know what is going wrong here. Maybe the sauces are getting cross-contaminated, maybe the sauce is sitting too long, maybe they like messing with online orders. Regardless, they are way spicier than they should be, and this has happened twice. If I ever order from this place again, I will not be getting the Louisiana lemon. The sauce should be good, but I cannot trust it.

Tried the tenders, wings, and boneless wings the other day and they were all really good. The sauce on the wings was delicious and everything was juicy. The cool ranch rub and Louisiana lemon pepper were my favs.

wow! This was some good ass wings! And the fries was hittin!!!! Idk where to start. As i entered the shop i was greeted by the cooks and the hostess Aj! It was fast and friendly he showed me the flavors and went over the menu. I got a 8 piece traditional wings with Louisiana lemon pepper sauce and a regular fry. I asked for my wings extra crispy and they definitely understood the assignment! Im telling everyone I know about this place and skip them other wing restaurants because this place is the new spot to go! I can't wait to experience the funnel cake fries and the other sauces! Seriously keep up the good work guys!

Wayyyyy overpriced for dipping sauces $1.29 for a small container. I'm glad I bought 2, which cost me almost $3 (not happy about that at all) my wing order came with ranch because it had it in my selection option but I didn't get it in my order. So I'm glad I paid for the 2 I purchased. The tenders were well cooked and seasoned, the Louisiana sauce was good but the garlic parm I had for the wings was delicious. I asked for well done wings but they weren't well done. However, the staff is really friendly and upbeat. I'll go back one day and try and other flavors I'm interested in. Overall it's was an ok, good experience.

Great wings but VERY inconsistent with how they spice they're food. Every time I come here I order the same flavor of wings and every time the level of spice is different. I get the louisiana lemon pepper which is amazing but the last time I got them they were way too spicy to the point I couldn't even eat them. The very first time I came here the employees purposely made my fiancé's chicken sandwich the hotness it could be (without him asking) just to see how he handled spice. Like I said GREAT wings but feels like the people who prep them purposefully make things overly spicy.

I came in hangry, having never heard of this place. Didn't expect too much. I ordered extra crispy and the young man at the counter helped me pick a sauce for on the side. He was polite and helpful. After a quick wait the wings came out so freaking beautiful, good sized and so crispy. My only regret was not ordering a larger portion. Will return!

Funnel fries and vodoo fries are good but wings are trash . Mango fire boneless has a weird fruity flavor to it , Buffalo ranch traditional wings were alright . Wouldn't recommend though and definitely not coming back .

My kids really liked their food. They got a 10 piece boneless meal to split since they pretty much just had breakfast an hour or so prior. They also ordered some funnel fries- these could use a heavier powdering of sugar or maybe come with a sweet sauce. The sauces they chose for their wings were the honey o (kinda like a new and improved sweet baby ray's bbq sauce) and a ranch. I ordered plain bone-in wings which were good. Plain means plain here- so don't expect a lick of salt on your order. I don't know what's been happening but during the pandemic whenever I'd order or get fried wings from the grocery store, I'd see traces of feathers still attached to the wing!?! I totally lose my appetite when I see that. I'm happy to report there were zero feathers on my wings. Whenever I'm on Craig my go-to when trying to be low carb has always been wing stop but I think wing zone is my new place. They have online ordering and a promo code (online2) which gives you 2 bucks off. They do charge 1.29 for extra sauces which is a negative, along with no carrots or celery- I guess that's only a negative for people who like that option. They do however have funnel cake fries for people who need something sweet after having something savory.

Service horrible waiting at the counter for someone to take my order but no one came out. Can't tell you if the food is good or not but the service was horrible.
