Super chicken tenders were SUPER HARD! They were overcooked. My 9 year old kid couldn't even chew them. We were very disappointed 😞 My lemon pepper wings were not lemon peppered flavor at all! They were still good, just missing the sauce. The best thing was the fries. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

The fries were good the Wings were sitting in grease…. Let the wings come out the grease first before u add the sauce….

Tried this place on a whim based on proximity. Not bad!! I got the Garlic Parmesan, Hot Lemon Pepper, and Honey Gold wings -- all great. Hot Lemon Pepper has fantastic heat and great flavor, Honey Gold was great as well. Fair warning -- These wings are greasy. That doesn't bother me much, but I know some folks aren't about it, so I had to mention.

Not only have I dined here I've worked here and it's the best restaurant I've been to. The service is great. Friendly people and the food is amazing.

I ordered on Uber Eats. Absolutely horrible! $13.00. Plus tax and they didn’t include my fries or hush puppies. I called and the lady said she didn’t know fries was included in the fish plate. It clearly says fish plate, not sandwich. Just ridiculous! 3 skinny pieces of fish for that price, like they were cut in 1/2. Fish is cheap, how can you rip me off on fish?! They gave my 1 little tarter sauce pack and have the nerve to charge 1.38 for 2 packs. They are so cheap! Hell they didn’t even include the pickles. They’re the size of ketchup packs. So disappointed in the order and the taste. She told me she was gone put my name down to get a new plate. I said, thank you and proceeded to give my information and she hung up. I called back and she answered the phone Yes Ma’am? I said I was giving you my info and you hung up on me. She said I have it. No sympathy for hanging up. They mess up my order and I’m the wrong one. SMH! I wish I could take a pic but option not here. I’ll try to post from a follow up review. I still didn’t have the option to upload a pic.

I ordered from here on Door Dash. The wings were definitely the best part. The hot flavor was good, but I’m slightly annoyed they don’t have Buffalo out of like 10-12 flavors. The chicken sandwich was terrible and very bland. Did not come with the toppings described on the menu. Honestly I think pretty much any fast food chicken sandwich is better than this one. The fries were not seasoned as described (only salted), and no ketchup was included. So the wings I would rate 5/5 stars, chicken sandwich I would rate 1/5, and fries 3/5. Would probably not order from here again unless I’m only getting wings.

I placed an online order earlier today probably one of the busiest days for them . Came in everyone we soo friendly and kind . I Ordered boneless wings 30 count ! And received way more than 30!! They had an organized system and everyone was so kind.

So I just ordered 7pc combo chicken was fresh but the fries definitely was old and heavily seasoned too lil of a portion for 13 dollars

The honey gold sauce is amazing. The fries are also comparable to five guys. They have brown sugar on them I think.

Wish I could give them negative starts. This place is HORRIBLE I wouldn't even feed this to a raccoon. Service and the environment was just all bad. If this was the last restaurant on earth I would eat grass or starve to death I'm not sure how this place is still open I ordered 6 tenders and and wings my tenders were burnt and weird looking not sure if it was even chicken don't think it was even edible wings were pea size and were not cooked i threw the food away and had sleep for dinner

Used to visit this place quite often in the past but haven't been in a while. I remember why we had quit making this a regular spot. The chicken wings were served hot (ish) but the wings were considerably puny size-wise compared to the other local spots, especially for the money. The fries and picnic pasta were just as I remembered from before. All in all wasn't too terrible but definitely not a stand out food or service wise. Just be aware of the part of town you are in and you should be fine. Many people walking around outside and asking for hand outs. Restrooms could have used a good cleaning as could the dining area.

Umm ... I'm at a loss for words. I'm not from here, so I thought I'd try this spot since I'm new to the area. There's no way in hell somebody said with their entire chest the "wings are good af". I got the #2 combo with gold sauce and parm garlic. I feel like the wings were cleaned then fried in oil and coated with the sauce ... those wings never seen a wrist coming at them with seasoning before they got wet. Those wings don't know what salt or pepper or any dry seasoning looks like. The fries had the seasoning but it was kinda like that pink sauce: indescribable. The fries were warm to the touch but cool in your mouth. I thought I lost my tastebuds and was gonna go for Round II with Ms. Rona again. I'm so hurt right now had to spend extra money at the damn Wendy's up the street

We had 3 flavors of wings: mild buffalo, chipotle, and Kentucky bourbon, a large fries and sodas. $45. The best was the mild buffalo, which I had with blue cheese. They were a bit overcooked and dry, with uneven seasoning. The chipotle had no flavor at all except oil. The Kentucky- no, I'm from there and I'm not going to dignify it. The fries had TONS of salt and some weird sweet something- maybe bbq powder? They made me feel Ill. The staff were nice, and the place was pretty clean, given the drug-addled clientele, which is not their fault. Can't eat here again.

What kind of chicken wing place don't give customers ranch to come with their wings. Won't be back here any more. First and last time. Y'all got to do better. Y'all wants already cost to much. Charging 1 extra dollar dot rancher is just crazy. That's like charging customers for ketchup for fires or to put on your burger.

The food was NASTY ! They thought they were slick when I asked for them to cook the wings extra crispy-- and DID NOT ! The wings felt like a man's balls sack. The grease was OLD and you can tell , it had my stomach hurting the next day. The drinks were flat and the sweet tea was not good at all. The man cooking probably didn't even wash his hands after he came from smoking. -10/10. Would not recommend this place. The atmosphere was alright. The lady did tell the man before they bagged it , it was supposed to be crispy, but he did not care.

Awesome set up, and even better wings. Some of the best lemon pepper wings you can get around the area, great and fast service.

The wings here are good af!!! I'm a wing connoisseur, wing fanatic if you will. These are some of my fav wings in Nashville. The wings here are kinda expensive but honestly super worth it. I usually get a 20 piece and fries for about $30 but I eat on them for like 2/3 days so it definitely evens out!

I normally dont write reviews but after my last order I had to let it be known what I received. I will give WingBasket credit, their wings taste good however, their wings are TINY. I can understand getting one maybe two extra tiny wings in an order of 10 however I received 4 extra small wings in my order which is absolutely ridiculous. The wings were smaller than my pinkie finger and had little to no meat on them. Next time I will be going to WingStop or Rockys Wings.

Excellent wings! I had the lemon pepper wings when I went there and they were the best lemon pepper wings I have ever eaten! My wife had the fish sandwich and loved it as well. The only ding I can give them was the wait for our food. I think they forgot about us but they got that resolved quickly. Cannot wait to go back and try a different flavor of wings.

This place is a hidden gem. Nestled in between big restruants and a busy grocery store is this awesome wing place hidding in plain site. Some of the best fries in town. Lots of flavors to choose from I prefer the Kentucky bourbon sauce. The manager of this chicken wing heaven always remembers exactly who I am and makes sure to pop out and say hi to me no matter what he's doing. A lot of times customer service is more important to me than the flavor of food, and this place has both in large amounts. If you are in this area and are craving chicken wings you have to come check this place out. There's no way that you will regret it.

Best wings in Nashville, hands down! The inside looks like a WingStop rip-off but the wings really set it apart. I've enjoyed every flavor, but the lemon pepper is the best I've had anywhere. The homemade fries are amazing, being salt with a little sweetness. My only complaint is the food doesn't travel well (especially the fries) so eat it in the restaurant.

My favorite wing spot since I was a kid. Customer service is always great wings is even better. My girl Quita and China is especially great!! Always friendly and making sure we have the best experience.

If you can't make decent hot chicken just don't make it. The rest of the menu is fine except to sugary fries.

Just went for veggies and ranch at 8pm. Out of ranch. Told this by the guy that walked up to the counter holding whatever he was eating with food in his mouth. Disgusting.

Absolutely horrible! Call to place order was out on hold so I drive to the location on bell rd Nashville TN one worker which was a middle age black woman outside smoking I went in and the worker which was a older white woman said I will be with you she was cooking. The worker come in from outside did not wash her hands proceed to shake the baskets of chicken which was cooking so I asked her if she would wash her hands she frowned at me snatched the order ticket and proceeded to prepare orders and did not wash her hands I politely walked out and will never return!! I'm in town visiting and this was a horrible experience!

We needed to run by a couple of the international markets along Nolensville & decided to grab lunch in the area too. Chicken sounded good & this place had some good ratings, albeit not too many pictures. You never know if you don't try new things, right?! We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon around noon. We were the only people that dined there during lunch. A couple people came in and ordered to go food, but the place wasn't very busy for lunchtime on a Sunday. WingBasket is located in a strip mall. It's not too fancy, but that doesn't matter. We looked over the combo meals they had posted. I picked the 3 tender meal with fries and a drink for $9.48. We also ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and drink for $9.48 as well. The gentlemen who helped us was friendly. The guy who brought the food out, not so much. The good. The portion of chicken is pretty good for the price. The tenders look to be chicken breasts that are flattened into tenders. The portion of chicken on the sandwich was large too. The bad. Both the tenders and the chicken on the sandwich were cooked way too long. The chicken sandwich has visible black burns on it. We had to remove one of the pieces on the sandwich to even eat it. The tenders were tough & I was only able to eat one. I think the combination of pounding the meat flat & cooking it so long made it really dry & tough. The fries were supposed to be "season fries" but they looked like home fries (which I love) that were undercooked because they were so gushy & limp. The sauce I got the tenders tossed in was Son of TNT. It had a good heat to it but the smell was a little off, it had like a stale spice smell. Neither of us were impressed with the food. The bathroom had a hand pump soap dispenser that looked dirtier than going without washing your hands.

I'm from Buffalo which is the birthplace of chicken wings, and I have high standards for this popular finger food. Many places serve chicken wings around Nashville, but this is the place we always go for wings done right. I can't remember how many times we've been here, but it's definitely over twenty times. This is a small restaurant in a strip mall with a small dining area, but it's not about the ambience.... it's all about THE WINGS!!!! Wings are all they do, and they don't disappoint. We request extra crispy and that's exactly what we get. The wings do shrink when cooked that way, but the flavor and texture is worth it. They have a great selection of sauces, and our favorites are the sweet heat, garlic Parmesan, and Kentucky bourbon. The cups of blue cheese (not ranch..lol) are plenty big enough for dipping, and the sides are also excellent. The coleslaw is creamy and tasty, and the sweet/salty seasoning on the fries is addicting. Dip the fries in ketchup for a real treat! They have different meal deals, and all are reasonably priced. We like the ten wing meal deal which allows two flavors. You get ten wings, a side, and a drink. The food is prepared quickly, but expect to wait a few minutes more for extra crispy wings. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure they have satisfied customers. This place is in our top five for favorite places to eat in this price range.

Decided to try this spot because I have yet to find an actual good wing place in Antioch. These were bomb. The Son of TNT was hot af but still flavorful. My food was ready just on time and hot too.

Here it is. No mask worn by person at front register. Nobody has a mask over nose. No sanitizer for customers. Wings are not "Buffalo" quality as I hail from there but has decent flavors and they know how to cook wings. I only picked up my food so that's all I have. I would return . . .

They used to be good, unfortunately they aren't anymore. Got served cold fries today too. They have fallen from grace. I wonder when they will return.

DELICIOUS!!! Love the staff. I'm driving through from St. Louis to Atlanta and a local at a gas station said to come here. I'm so glad I listened to her!! The TNT Is so tasty and spicy!! I'm Jamaican--I approve!! But it's more flavorful than it is tasty, so if you can wrap your head around that then you know you won't be disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1st I called had a kid answer couldn't understand what i was saying couldn't understand what he was saying, drive out 45 mins for them to say they are closed over 2 hours early. I WELL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN EVERY-TIME I ORDER THE FOOD IS WRONG AND THEY HAVE TO REMAKE IT.

This place is just horrendous and service was just bad. The lady was very rude and smart and got an attitude with me because I was checking on my order. The food was nasty I didn't even eat it how can someone mess up frozen wings that they just have to put sauce on and don't get my started on the tenders the tenders were burnt and huge looked more like thinly sliced chicken breast I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Wings were fresh, hot and not overcooked. I tried the honey gold flavor and it was pretty good. The fries left something to be desired. I did not like having to pay .69cents (.75centes after tax) for dipping sauce like ranch and blue cheese.

So. I ordered take out from this place and everything was a disaster. Never mind that it took them much longer than quoted to give me my food. But when I got home, everything was cold. Not just lukewarm, but cold. My three tenders basket had one patty pounded out to be flat. The wings I ordered had the wrong sauce on them. Then there were the fries. Besides being cold and limp, they were covered in sugar. The white crystals on my fries weren't salt. WHY would you give me fries with sugar on them?! I will not give this place a second chance. Absolutely dreadful.

Customer service was great! Workers work hard, but the chicken is not cooked to well enough for me. I usually order from there when I don't feel like cooking, but end up putting the wings in the even to make sure they are cooked thoroughly. I'm wasting time and money, so I will not order from there again. Undercooked chicken is not safe.

Very rude service. I ordered through Grubhub for delivery, and my entire order was not brought to me. After being on hold for a while I talked to the person there at "Wingbasket" and told him my issue. He told me that there was nothing he could do about it. I paid for the missing pieces to my order and though it was quite frustrating that I couldn't get everything in my order, just to be rudely spoken to for their mistakes. Overall terrible service and not put together well at all.

Complete trash. The employees are trash. The servers are trash. The food isn't great. Not good enough to wait 45 minutes for two meals. It's dirty and every time I come here I'm waiting 45 minutes for wings. How incompetent are these people. Answer.... very incompetent. Don't waste you time or money here.

When I lived in Nashville for two years, this place was a frequent dinner choice for us. Really good wings. Really good fries. Lots of options for flavors and amount of wings you want. The food was the only reason we came back. The staff can be a hit or miss. They act like they want you on there, or they don't. The cleanliness could be better. The floors and tables are pretty sticky. The restrooms are kind of gross.

Well definitely worth stopping by for a quick dinner! Service was excellent. Selection in wing sauces was good. Several varieties to choose from. The fries were extremely good! Love the little touch of sugar. Restaurant was nice and clean and comfortable. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5-Star review is.... it's a wing joint and you have to pay for your Ranch or Blue Cheese dipping sauce. Yep! You read that right. $.69+tax for each sauce. Not each ADDITIONAL sauce.... for any sauce. That is something they really should change. Other than that... really great!

I have a group of coworkers that love hot chicken and chicken wings, so they always drag me out to these fun little spots in search of the best. One of their favorites is Wing Basket in Nolensville. It's a casual place tucked into a strip mall, very unassuming. But they have a huge selection of wing sauces and options, as well as bone-in, boneless, and tenders. In addition, their fries are well-seasoned and really tasty. I think I enjoy the fries just as much as the chicken, which is really great! You can definitely get options with some heat to them, as well as non-spicy flavors.

I've been eating here for years. Their bone-in wings when they are fresh are probably the best you can get from any of the traditional wing places. This is mostly in part to their flavorful sauces which have something for everyone. The French fries are also addictive, they are on the soggy side but have a kind of mildly sweet seasoning, I suspect they won't be for everyone. Their ranch is also very good too so make sure to order some. Where they stumble a bit is the service can be hit or miss and the place just doesn't have an inviting atmosphere. The place could use a refresh, it works but I wonder if they can attract new customers. One sentence summary: Wings are great, in-store atmosphere and marketing need some work.

The boneless wings were fried extremely hard and no one could eat them. The fries were okay. Overall, the food was not worth the money. This was my first time ordering from them and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I don't know if I will give them another try at this time. I regretted the order because I felt it was a waste of money.

I've had Wing Basket on 3 separate occasions in order to give them a chance to make up for the horrible customer service that they have- but they prove me right each time. Every time I've gone here, the wait has been unreasonably long. Even when there are literally no customers in the store. However, to top that off the customer service is bad. On today, the man at the front counter and the female cook in the back were rude to customers by rolling their eyes, not being attentive, and saying bad things about customers in their faces. The wings are just okay, but in a convenient location which could be the only reason they are still in business.

We used to order a lot from here and love the flavors. We dont order as much since the last few times the order has been wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with sweet heat. The chicken was not flavored it was plain what a disappointment!! I could of gone to chic fil a. I also had to check the order since the last 2 times I ordered they didnt have the correct order and again they didnt have everything that we ordered. At least the chicken wings are a normal size now. I think this will be our last order from here very disappointing that the service has gone down since the new ownership.

If you want a lunch to fill you up try the toasty chicken sandwich. This sandwich is huge, the fries are just as well awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I don't come here for the interior space, nor do I come here because I need to be guided by the service. I come here simply because they deliver on the wings in spades. They are well seasoned, delightfully crispy, and sauced perfectly. They have sauces for everyone from your traditional classic hot, to sweet in the Kentucky bourbon, and for those who love a good burn, the TNT sauce. Out of the two locations in town this one is the superior one, they are fast and efficient in taking your order and you can tell that the people frying those tasty treats take pride in the wings they serve. Not downplaying the one in Madison which is good but I've never felt like I have come in on a off day at this location.

I used to love this place. Would drive 45 minutes one way to get their food. But it has gone downhill and I won't be going there anymore. Their wings are very soggy - even when asking for them to be cooked 3X normal time. They have neglected to sauce wings, and orders are often wrong. What is worse, is that management is now rude when you point out that your order was wrong.

Customer service sucks. I guess the owners son is helping out and bringing food to the table. He was extremely unprofessional. He pretty much throwed a basket of food down on the table without saying anything. Them I turned and looked like where are the other 4 orders of food. He was like they'll be out in a few. Then brought a couple more baskets out. Pretty much throwing them on the table. And still not complete cause we were all missing fries. So by the time the first basket came out it was at least 15 minutes on the first basket of fries. Then had to wait periodically on the rest of the orders of fries. The wings were really good. The fries were under cooked. Really needs some professionalism in this place of business. I hate I spent 55$ at this place!

My family use to frequent this place when we lived in Antioch and it was amazing service and food. We went back today and I asked for well done wings and was told "they couldn't because they took the button off". However, couldn't you just keep them down longer or drop them again. We like we'll done wings to ensure there is no pink. Simple accommodation you would think. It was great while it lasted, goodbye forever.

Just ordered 30 HOT wings and a 2 liter beverage through Uber Eats. The driver showed up with NO DRINK and 30 plain wings. Now I'm hangry and very thirsty. Never again. So disappointed.

Any time my wife and I felt lazy and hungry, or her band were over for rehearsal, or one of our friends was throwing a baby shower, this was our go-to stop for a tasty treat everyone enjoyed. I sadly say "enjoyed" because we sold our house in Nashville and centralized in our retirement years to a more safe and sane country to the north. Not sure which I miss more: the Wingbasket Lemon Pepper wings or the cheap liquor just about a mile north, up Nolensville Pike. That aside, we sure do love our free health care and a skyline that isn't dotted with huge mega churches.

1 star service...this place is close to my home so I thought it would be a good idea to order here. Boy was I wrong.....
