Wings 'N More

I’ll keep this simple. Took over an hour, the food was cold, waitress was rude. Long story version - A family of 6 went to eat out after playing some mini golf. We ordered and within 5 minutes we got our appetizer (onion rings). Okay sweet! Things aren’t going too bad… 15 minutes pass, 30 minutes, 45 minutes… 57 minutes and our food arrives! Mind you there was about 15 people in the restaurant and of those 15 (6 were us) and the rest were at the bar watching the game. Our food arrives and it’s cold. Fries are cold. Wings are cold. It was quite shocking since it wasn’t busy and we waiting nearly an hour. The waitress comes back and we sent the fries and wings back to get hot food. (We kept our burgers and main entrees cause we’re not trying to get free food). The waitress comes back with the food prob about 5 minutes later - no apologies or anything. In fact she said nothing lol it was awkward. We asked for a manager and she did apologize. Also the “Mac n cheese” was bow ties with cheese sauce. I personally would not recommend this place.

This place has went downhill since I was little. There used to be a really great manager here and then he got fired in the place has now dropped in quality and food, the servers are seriously little girls who act very rude and don’t understand quality before bringing out food. My food has been messed up over three times that I’ve been there and I always go back thinking that the service or the food will be different in the truth is it won’t be it needs to be turned over to someone who could watch these things.

We had a great experience at Wings N More! The food was delicious and definitely worth the wait. Our waitress was super attentive, checking in on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. Even though the food took a little longer than expected, the vibes were chill and my party didn’t mind hanging out. The general manager, Yadi, also stopped by to check on us—she was friendly, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. Overall, awesome service and a solid spot for good eats and good times!

I really hate giving bad reviews but I have to because the potential is there for good food and service. It seemed there wasnt enough staff and the bartender was having to also take tables. First of all, the wing sauces and ranch tasted great but unfortunately thats where it ends. Fries were stale and sad, chicken wings were over cooked and the blue cheese just tasted like they threw some bc crumbles in some mayo. I got the celery boat and it was all ends and not sticks. Just overall bad experience. Very disappointing

Order my food, they told me it would be 15 minutes ended up waiting an hour. Ordered 10 piece wing and a house salad. The salad was definitely not fresh. My chicken was read a little bit.

Me and my husband love trying new places that’s how we stumbled apon this restaurant with the craving for wings. Walking in no greeting we stood waiting for something not sure if it was a seat ur self kinda place because how long it took for anyone to knowledge us to seat us (the restaurant only had 4 other booths with ppl) but wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt guess everyone was in the back. Then we got the food the wings were ok and then add 3 dollars for stale cold fries we didn’t even touch because they just tasted old. The celery stick that came on my plate had a black piece it was definitely old making me stop eating my food. we just payed and left definitely not the place to go for good food.

I’ve never been so disrespected in my life! And certainly never experienced racism. I felt both today. Is there such a thing as no ⭐️s? We’re familiar with the brand. We’ve eaten at this brand but not this particular one. Here’s what happened. We pull up into the parking lot and immediately my friend says this is odd. Why is everyone parking on the farthest side of the parking lot and no one at the front near the road? I acknowledged. We parked near the road. We meandered up to the door from midway of the parking lot and entered to see three, maybe four young ladies (appear Hispanic/mexicn) standing at the hostess station. Nothing! I mean, no one said anything. No one said hi, good afternoon, may we help you, would you like a seat blah blah blah—-nothing!!! We simply got stares. And we’ve already established this is a Wings and More. Yes, we were in Austin, Texas. Mexican piped in music blared from the speakers. You know from my photos I appear Caucasian American. My friend was obviously Asian Indian. We were dressed better than average. A factor??? For us, normal. We stood there for approximately an awkward 20 seconds waiting for some sort of greeting. My friend finally said two please. One of the hostesses grabbed a couple of menus and took us midway down the side of the establishment where absolutely no one was seated. This felt odd. Why? Because everybody else was on the opposite side. There was a definitive architectural barrier between the two sides. Significant? You decide. On the other side were only Mexican/Hispanics that we could see. The menus were placed on the table and the hostess immediately left. My friend and I looked at each other and I stated it’s obvious we’re not welcome. I did not feel comfortable to stay. I thought this was a Wings and More chain and obviously it is something else indeed. So why am I making this post when I’m all about the positive? I wanted others to know that you may not be welcome here and to give the proprietor an opportunity to make a rebuttal. I wish everyone only the best . 🌻

I order garlic parmesan wings, they had no flavor. The ran h dressing was watered down. No hot sauce. My curly fries had to be the bottom of the bag bc they were so small I couldn't pick them up. I took pictures so no one would think im lying

I had such a great experience at Wings & More in Austin, and I have to give a special shoutout to the amazing General Manager, Yadira "Yardi" Saucedo! She was so warm, welcoming, and professional--it truly felt like we were being hosted by a friend. I was invited by my companion for a fun date night, and from the moment we arrived, Yardi made us feel right at home. She even treated us to a custom-made round of her signature shots--appropriately named the "Yadi Shots"--which were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was lively, and we were both impressed to see that Wings & More has added electronic game slots, which we're excited to try on our next visit. The bar and waitstaff were all friendly and attentive, and I especially enjoyed the spicy cucumber Mexican martini--a perfect balance of kick and flavor! As for the food, I ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner with loaded mashed potatoes, and it hit the spot. My companion had the wings and ribs, and he swore they were some of the best he's had--that'll definitely be my pick next time. We're already planning our next visit this week, and hopefully making it a weekly tradition whenever our schedules allow. I only had a takeout experience here, but it was pretty good. When I walked through the front door, I was directed to the back wall with the double windows to place to-go orders. Once I placed my order, it didn't take long for it to come out. Food: I had Homemade Onion Rings and 15-piece wings with Lemon Pepper, Medium, and Garlic Parmesan. The Onion Rings were thin-cut and lightly battered, but they still had a nice crunch to them, too. The wings were no frills or thrills, but they were classics, so it would be great if someone were craving wings like I was. My favorites were the Medium Buffalo flavor and Lemon Pepper. I liked the spicy and tangy flavors of the buffalo and the sharp tang from the lemon pepper, so those hit the spot. The garlic parmesan was more plain and less flavorful, so it was my least favorite. Overall, now that I have had the wings, I would go back to either more Wings or try the "N' More" part of the menu, lol. They have so many options, and they have Happy Hours. Another customer getting takeout told me their Margaritas were good, too.

Never Uber Eats, they over charge and don't even put the right amount of food. They take over an hour to prepare just for the food to be cold. I was charged $5.67 for this amount of fries. Keep in mind there are only 1 option for " crinkle cut fries" so this isn't a "small".

Be advised this review was blocked and hidden on google. UPDATE [12/9/2025]: The owner responded below asking me to contact them to resolve this. Do not be fooled- this is a stall tactic, and for show. Notice how the responses are the same for the previous negative reviews. According to their website this is the correct email address, (info@wingsnmore-austin.com) I attempted to email the address they provided immediately, but it was inactive and bounced. I then called the restaurant and was given the runaround by a Manager who provided this address, (BrianMnonaco@gmail.com), Ive confirmed the spelling with her multiple times. I was told the General Manager, Brian Monaco was unavailable. I've sent my response to four separate email addresses (including the one from their website and the one the manager finally gave me). It has been several business days, and I have been completely ignored. It is clear their reply below is just a generic copy-paste to make themselves look good to future customers. They have no intention of addressing the poor service. [Initial Review] Cynthia O was a terrible waiter, she did not deserve the 20% tip that they automatically added. She had a bland attitude, barely visted the table, messed up orders, and was slow. And this was for a birthday party with family. I understand if it's a big party, it can take time to serve is all. However, they were dead slow with three other customers. There are three waitresses present with the hostess and they rarely left their booth while on their phone. So you tell me if there is any incentive to even do the basics when it comes to service. Since the tip is already included there was obviously no need to serve adequately, and it showed tonight unfortunately. Food took forever to get here, the food was cold by the time it hit the table. The wings were dry. We had to ask multiple times for our sides, and drinks. By the time we got our side which was supposed to be large fries, it was cold and not even a filling the bowl. The photo attached is how we got the fries. The waiters are on their phone and talking behind the bar with multiple drinks waiting at the counter. Our party had to go to the bar multiple times to the bar to get our drinks since we were sitting there, watching them kick it. This was beyond infuriating. Also they didn't have any slush drinks and no ketchup...seriously no ketchup, so we ate dry and cold fries. Also someone wanted to place a to go order, but she had to place it ONLINE since the waiter was nowhere to be found. If you're planning to go here. Don't.

Our server was nice, but it took a really long time for our food to come out. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so I don't know what the hold up was. Then they brought me seasoned fries when I asked for them unseasoned. The chipotle honey mustard wings are good. The flavor is sweet with just a little spice. They only come with a couple of carrot sticks, so if you want fries, you have to order them separately. The curly fries were good, well cooked.

If I could give it more stars I would! Been coming here since I was little and NO other place beats them. I could probably eat this everyday I love their drinks and wings my whole family is a big fan

I've been eating here at least twice a month since 2009. That was my mid to late teen years when my family would go there on Friday nights. (back then 4 times a month, I guess) So, I think I have more than enough to work with when it comes to making a review, lol. The best tasting thing on this menu? The pickle chips with ranch. Second would be the fire rings and third would be the boneless Honey BBQ wings. I've pretty much ate everything here they've had to offer at this point. The HBBQ sauce tastes so good it doesn't even need a dipping sauce to go with it. The service used to be a lot worse, back around 2015 or so it'd take forever to get waited on, or for them to bring out the food, now it's near a 5 minute wait and the waitress will check in on you regularly. I've had countless hours of my life spent at this place, but the last 5-7 years it's been through takeout. 2015-2017 Wings 'N More gets a 3.5/5 from me. 2025 Wings' N More gets a 5/5. My second favorite place to get food from!

Ordered to go. Came inside and saw a bunch of teenager kids in the kitchen just horseplaying in the back. Food took em forever to come out.

The food was great, but I have to give a shout out to Iliana. I rolled in there with a bunch of firefighters and she remembered everybody's orders and got them exactly right. She didn't even give us a hard time when we split the checks! She's the best.

Waited an hour for food that tasted like it had already given up on life. Wings came out cold, burger was cold and completely unseasoned, and the fries were... fine, I guess, if you like "meh" as a flavor. For the wait, I was expecting at least warm disappointment. Won't be back. Ps the table kept wobbling my drinks wouldn't stay in the cup

Get the Philly with extra cheese and mushrooms, thank me later. This place is underrated

The food literally has no seasoning or flavor to it and it's over cooked. It's like they just deep fried everything but didn't use salt, pepper, or any other spices. Bland!

I have not been here in a while, but their food and customer service is always great! From the carry out to the dine in. I recommend this spot for good food!

Wings N More! We live in manor so this is a great wing place to come when we're in the city of Austin. Allison was our server and she was amazing very great service/food.

The wings were mediocre. And we ordered their "Famous Golden Curly Fries" and were brought plain old crinkle cut fries, and were told that was all they had. The only saving grace was the bartender, who provided great service and offered to remove the fries from our bill without us even asking. She's the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2. This was probably our 4th visit to this location in the past three years, and we definitely won't be returning after this visit. Home Slice has wings that are small and expensive, but they're the best in town, so we're sticking with them from this point forward.

Fresh food, efficient service and clean restaurant. We were greeted by the host and seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.

I don't walk into an establishment like Wings 'N More with high expectations. Mostly just looking for fried food that goes well with beer. It took forever for us to get seated even though it was early afternoon on a weekday, but after that service was better. The bartender was also our waiter and he was great especially considering all the back and forth he was having to do to fulfill all his duties. The food was decent. As good as you can expect with fried food. The ribs are actually really good here and I'm a fan of their potato salad. Beers were icy cold and they have a pretty nice selection, so props for that. Everything hit the spot and I'm sure we will be back when in the mood for this type of grub.

I was thoroughly disappointed. Small wings, not very spicy for extra hot. Salad was soggy and there was a gnat in it. Beer didn't taste fresh either. Didn't finish the beer or the salad, obviously, and then went somewhere else. They took the salad off and gave 25% discount on the bill and offered an appetizer. I declined and got the heck out of there.

Verry good experience food was on point. Looks like tenders are finally back to normal fries where fresh and service was excellent Betzy was our server and the new GM checked in with us (yadi) introduced herself and said she will be making sure we get the best experience. Restaurant was verry clean restrooms cleaned and smelling great. We can definitely tell a girl is running that place. But overall we enjoyed our visit. Oh.. and the drinks hit the spot.

I placed an order with Uber Eats and it was 2 orders of fried tenders. When it arrived the tenders tasted bland, they was halfway battered. After I ate it a few minutes later my stomach started to hurt and gave me diarrhea. It was my first and Last time eating here

Went today eat there and had the best service from Johnathan, friendly and respectful person that I have seen at such a young aged. Thank you food and service was outstanding

We used to like this spot and I have no idea what happened but it's terrible now. The service was as bad as the food. Menu was different, things moved around, we actually asked if it was new owners. When pointing out the typo on the cards on every table the server laughed and joked what a hot mess management was. The cheesy garlic bread was a slice of plastic cheese not even melted in cold bread. Everything was cold & gross. No one ever came back for us to say anything, never got drink refills. Never going back & highly recommend you avoid wasting your money. Hopefully the one in college station doesn't collapse like this one.

Their food made me sick ! Went home after I ate it and let's just say nothing stayed in me.

Ordered from Door Dash, food arrived quickly but was already cold and soggy and wings had a terrible smell to them (I ordered 2 separate flavors and both had the same bad chicken smell... Lemon Pepper and Honey BBQ)... I had to throw them away. Waste of money being that it was pretty expensive for such low quality.

The food is excellent, but I was overcharged last time I went there, and when I complained to the waitress, she didn't care and said I have to pay. Basically, the menu says that the chicken wraps include wing sauce as one ingredient and she charged me an extra $1.98 because I had two chicken wraps. She even asked me what kind of wing sauce do I want on it when I ordered it implying that it's included which is certainly is because the menu says it is. But when she insisted I had to pay even after I pointed out the overcharging, I reluctantly payed, but it makes me not want to go back there. Which is a shame because in my opinion this establishment has the best tasting chicken sandwiches of any chicken restaurant I've been to in the Austin area. Yes I had chicken wraps but I usually have chicken sandwiches. I wasn't even going to publicly make this review because I gave the management a chance by contacting them with the problem but they have not returned my message and it's been weeks so therefore I have nothing left to do but to leave a bad review.

Within 5-7 years the price for the Wing & Tender combo changed from $12.50 to $19.00. So 8 small wings + 3 tenders. That's been my go-to except this time the got the wing flavor wrong. When I asked to change it, they said they said they didn't have the flavor I wanted... but never told me that at any point. This place seems to think that charging more money for the same quality food not having certain wing flavors or even running out of Pepsi at 2pm on a Tuesday while charging $19 for the same 11 pieces of food is ridiculous. I'm never coming back. I literally opened Yelp just to complain. What a disappointment.

Does that cost extra? Ask this before everything you order here. They charged me 2$ just for about three bites of carrot and celery, something that any and every self respecting wing restaurant will provide free of charge (considering I received about five cents worth of veggies). Want it to go? The bag costs extra. They will take every single extra charge they can, and they won't tell you in advance! Wings were palatable and didn't give me food poisoning, so but that doesn't warrant a second star.

First off, our server Briseyda was good at first then dropped off our food and didn't really check on us for about 20 minutes. Then our food came out cold and tasted average . Also, for a sports bar, they had a weird vibe going with the tejano dj.

Briseyda served us with a smile! She was so bubbly and on top of everything! We had an amazing experience and the food was great!

Laly was so sweet & outgoing! Wings were bomb and of course a DJ for the ambience is necessary.

Love the wings here! Happy hour isnt too shabby either. Briseyda is a top notch server!

So since my prior reviews, we took a break after a string of really poor experiences ranging from poor service, missing items on orders, smelly hard frozen tasting meat (more than a couple of times) and the most important one that made us stop- undercooked chicken when ordering the boneless wings. Undercooked chicken has happened once and management was kind enough to give a credit but it definitely left a poor impression. Add to that, the prices have gone up and now is comparable to Pluckers for the items we order so it didn't make sense to gamble here. Seriously, almost $4 for some small fries??? But since covid, we have been doing a lot more takeout and finally decided to give Wings 'N More another chance due to proximity to our location and convenience and now after a few positive experiences, I can say they are back on my regular rotation! Having ordered from here a couple of times in the last few months, I can say the service over the phone has greatly improved. They have been doing curbside pickup which I greatly appreciate. The boneless chicken has been large and cooked throughout, without any frozen smell so I'm more trusting of it. All these recent orders have been filled correctly for the most part (given ranch instead of blue cheese but I'll let that slide). Chipotle ranch, chipotle honey mustard, and garlic parmesan continues to be our usuals. We tried some different flavors and no mas, what a mistake that was! Overall, Wings N' More has left us happier more times than not, especially recently so will continue to eat here if they continue keeping the same standards.

Amazing customer service from Allison! Food was out in a timely manner, was hot and fresh. Friendly staff overall, 100% recommend.

I needed a quick dinner, so I popped in for a bite. The music was entirely too loud. Everybody had to scream to be heard. I had a long, hard day and it was such a turn off. The service was very slow. I had to beg for a waiter to get my bill. Finally, I approached the hostess to get my bill paid. The grilled chicken salad I had was just ok, but could have been much better.

I ordered Boneless wings and the ones I had, had bones in them and were very very small. The large Golden brown curly fries were really underwhelming as they weren't very large. 1 sauce packet given which I guess is fine though since the wings are so small and no sauce for the curly fries.

stopped in for a quick bite n beer, Selena was my server she was great! Quick service she was very attentive although being a bit busy.

Food is great..chilli cheese fries are da bomb ..dessert was awesome..shout out to the bartenders Mya and Neyva..really friendly and attentive..

I tried fried green tomato's for the first time here and they were absolutely amazing. I am a tomato girl so if you don't like tomatoes then prob not for you, was amazing with ranch ! Service was goood and quick! This restaurant was nice chill place to come with the family.

Tinniest chicken wings think mine starved before being served for dinner... what a disappointment

Manager Faustino was very polite and attentive. My coworkers & I went for our lunch, and he greeted us at the door a long side from the host. He answered all the questions we've had & chatted with us, about events they will have going on. The food was amazing! The cooks definitely know what they're doing! The ambiance was very fun & for my crazy coworkers they fit in perfectly. Would definitely be coming back!
