Wingstop

I was not pleased with my order. I order 10 wings with a flavor of mango habanero I picked up for lunch. When I received my bag all of the oil and sauce was pouring at the bottom. When I open my container there was oil and sauce mix sitting in my box like a puddle. The wings tasted like no sauce on it and only three of the wings tasted like sauce. I tried calling the store 5 times and the first time I waited 30 mins no answer and other times I called got no answer. This is unacceptable and I've never had a problem with this place until today.

I had ordered food over the phone at night 20 wings, 10 hot and 10 lemon pepper with voodoo fries, normal fries, and corn. I’m opening my food to get my hot wings and there is only ONE wing in the box. ALSO my voodoo fries are missing. WHAT A JOKE. I call back the next day because they’re closed ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON?!?! Not very professional. Ended up very upset already my food but not only to be hung up on. WE PAID 40 something for all of that only for HALF TO BE MISSING?!?? + it was cold

🧐The staff received Holiday pay today too…. The staff did not care about service the lady running the register was eating and smacking while taking our order of almost $30 to waste because it was nasty. How can a franchise company allow young adults to run this business with no will of working. It’s sad because let someone else have a job. I have worked fast food as many and never understand how people can treat an establishment like it’s their house not a business. These comments about this place falls on deaf ears because whoever owns this only cares about getting business obviously not the service it should be providing. We were only visiting and would never tell anyone there is a wing stop in the area. Should have left but it doesn’t change the service of the fast food industry that supposed to help with job production but no one wants to work. I cook for us but when out visiting other states it is a sad state to see how the job market is. Oh and the sauce we asked on the side Ranch they said they didn’t have but I wanted Hot Hot sauce and I have no idea what was put in these containers. Just kids playing around in the kitchen. Dirty atmosphere no trash can and people just hanging in the back having more fun playing than doing the job they were being paid for. Crazyness

I’m a seasoned customer at this location and I love my wings a certain way. Tonight I was greeted by Mitchell and even though he is new to this store he handled the crowd with poise and precision. Most importantly he maintained a great attitude while doing it. I look forward to his face turning into a familiar one. We need more team members like Mitchell!!!

My family ordered this meal and was the worst wing stop meal we have ever had. We ordered Two 8 piece boneless wings that were Garlic Parmesan and the only thing that was on it was Parmesan cheese. We received no ranch with our combo meals as well. The fries were so soggy and undercooked. The food was all cold. When we went inside to grab the food, 3 young men working and the restaurant was disgusting. No napkins were available and the soda machine had zero ice refilled. The drinks we ordered on the app also were not available on the machine. Worst wingstop I have ever been to!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!

I usually love eating at Wingstop franchise restaurants. However, I would say be super cautious when ordering here and look at all of the chicken in your box after ordering. Not to mentioned I ordered online, and when I arrived to the store they couldn’t find my order. So, one of the male associates (I forgot his name but he was super sweet) search the cashier and then all of the online orders begin printing. I ordered a 10 piece wings combo on December 4th, Monday night and after eating 2 of the chicken, and grabbing another towards the bottom of the box one of the workers already ate off of one of the chicken and put it back in my box or they packed up one of their lunch boxes to give to me. This is super disturbing, horrifying and honestly disgusting! I have pictures shown below. Please please look in your boxes after ordering. I always heard of stuff like this happening on social media but never thought this would happen to me. Also, pay attention you will see some of the teenagers back there eating, or holding their phones with gloves on. I always love seeing teenagers working and commend them for doing but management needs to step up and have at least one manager on night shift!

Mitchel the store manager is amazing - yall need to pay him more. My food was over an hour and a half late and he was so great that I don’t even care it’s late no more. Great job Mitchel - they need to pay you more.

This is literally the worst wingstop wings I've ever seen. Garlic parm wings and lemon pepper wings didn't have any seasonings at all. The large fries is the same size as a regular fry any other location. I feel like I've been grubhubed robbed. I'm surprised corporate hasn't intervened.

I enjoyed everything. the wait wasn't long and my food was hot. I love the fries and ranch and this location did not disappoint.

In town for drill weekend, decided to try this out since it's right next to my hotel; worst decision. When I walked in the place was packed, no surprise being a Friday, so I thought this was a good sign because they must be good. Ordered and ended up waiting almost an hour because they lost my ticket and it was absolute chaos. Hoping the wings and cheese fries would make up for the terrible customer service, was extremely disappointed with soggy fries and McDonald's quality wings. Would never go back.

I mean come on y'all this wing stop location was disappointing. For starters the soda machine was out ice and was out of basically every other drink but coke. Lobby was dirty as well. Staff was friendly enough but certainly didn't move with any sense of urgency as people were waiting patiently for their food for far too long for a fast food chain. I ordered a 10 piece boneless meal but what I received was essentially 10 plain lukewarm chicken nuggets, one of which was to pathetic to even call a nugget much less a wing. Anyways you might have better luck somewhere else for wings as this location is definitely not on top their game.

I wish I could give them a zero. Wings were awful and had chunks missing. Fries were not placed in the bag despite paying for a combo. Sauce not evenly distributed. The phone hangs up when I try to call. Go somewhere else.

Never had a experience like I had here. Walked in for a mobile order to see 20 other people also waiting on their order. Just one person there until the other 2 showed up after finishing their blunt. Waited over an hour for some "boneless wings" that were horrible.

I'm going to prefect this with that I had a long night so I could've done better to make this right but this restaurant totally messed up my order. I was late to my pickup but when I walked in, everyone (6 people) is in the kitchen not really working and a ton of finished orders are on the shelf. Nobody comes up to me when I'm waiting at the counter for a few minutes. When they finally did I open up my order and they forgot half of my wings, and got the flavors wrong. Most of the wings were small, barely able to pass as a kids meal chicken nugget, and the fries were very undercooked and seasonless.

Good in a pinch but one of those places that I'll never tip because they always find a way to mess the order up. If it says ready in 25 they mean 45

Ordered 20 bone in wings plain via Doordash and they were way overcooked, dry and inedible. It cost me over $42 with tip. I'm extremely disappointed and will NEVER order these again. Just gross.

I was told it would take 40 minutes to get 20 wings and it ended up taking an hour... I was only addressed once by one employee and ignored by the rest. I don't understand how you have four people in the kitchen and can only get one order out every 10 minutes. I've never had this kind of issue with any other location, so I'm not sure what the problem is with this one! There were about four other people waiting for pick up orders as well when I arrived... still there when I left

This was the top five nastiest restaurants I have ever been in. The soda machine didn't work, and none of the workers said a word. We ordered sodas to only get water. ALL of the tables were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom light didn't work. The floors were sticky. All of the workers were rude and unprofessional. They were out of the cheese sauce for the fries. This place was about the nastiest food I have ever eaten. I am so disappointed and disgusted.

definitely redeemed themselves since i've last been there, they hired two guys or brought them from another store and they were single handedly making sure those orders were pushed out efficiently and keeping customers happy!!! don't know what's up with the blonde girl that comes up front to fill her drink but is never helping the employees!!

It was my first time ever eating at this location and honestly it was probably some of the best wings I've ever gotten from Wingstop. My wings were crispy and very flavorful I received a good portion of fries and they were cooked fresh and hot. The customer service was also pretty great which you don't get from places nowadays and I define you do recommend I will be back here again. Thanks Wingstop !!

I had never been to a Wingstop before and all I knew was that it was like a fast casual answer to wings. It looks pretty small up front and was worried it was take out only but there's plenty of table inside. Fast casual style, you order at the counter and then sit down and await your turn. There was a couple people waiting for pickup orders but otherwise there was only one other table of diners. We opted for the wings for two which comes with 15 wings in two flavors, fries, drinks, veggies and dipping sauce. We also added some cheese sauce cause I loves me some cheese sauce on my fries. I was disappointed that they didn't have a teriyaki of sorts but we tried the garlic parm and the hawaiian. The food was honestly pretty good. I enjoyed the garlic parm over the hawaiian and would definitely try some other flavors next time. The fries were good and it was a nice quick meal while out running some errands. Except the quick part! It took absolutely forever to get out wings. From start to finish, were were there for almost an hour. The food was worthwhile for the price but for fast casual they need to get a little faster.

The wings are consistent with the other wings stops. However, there is a bunch of kids there who sucks at customer service. Huddle up talking and gossiping as if customers are not waiting to be served. They also are rapping lyrics louder than the music that's is played in the restaurant

Food was average at best.... owner was a little rude about not calling ahead. If he had a functioning website then perhaps we would have. If I wanted a Philly attitude I would have went to Philadelphia. I expect more southern charm when in the south. We had a total of 11 that showed up...average price about $20....that's $220 he wouldn't have received today, some customer service would be nice.

I have already come to this restaurant 2 times very very slow workers, I stood for 15 minutes, they didn't even want to take my order and cooking, I also waited more than 30 minutes

I'd gone a pretty good amount of years without touching a chicken nugget or strip. Then, one night in California, the birthday girl insisted our group hit Wingstop. What was I waiting for? Is it healthy, no way. But, oh so good and Wingstop is no exception. And those salt, pepper, sugar fries? Game changer. I would do 3 Zumba classes in 2 days to be 'allowed' a kids meal.... Now, one has opened in West Ashley. I ordered 3 strips and fries. Talk about HUGE portions. I only ate 2 strips and a handful of those delicious fries. This place is slow, so don't expect a quick turn around. Note: The employees need to remember they are behind glass, yes, that you can see through. So, that young woman that hawked a spit ball while facing the dining area wasn't necessary. (hence the 3 star)

Sometimes, you just feel like wings. For me, it's once every other week. Wingstop gets the job done with their traditional (e.g., original hot) sauces, simple menu, and a great price point. The wings were perfect...hot, slight crunch, and SAUCY. Jeff, the floor manager, is VERY friendly and personal. He even made an ordering suggestion that saved me money. And yes, it's clean. The only thing I would change is to have a REAL dining room presentation/tray with either open boats or plates. I had to unpack my "to go" bag even though I specified (when asked) I was dining in. Yes, if you're just ordering wings to go, this is your spot. It's set up for easy "to go" pickup.

Yum! I enjoyed my 9 wings here and the service was quick and friendly. I will echo some of the other reviews in that the wings are a bit small, however there's enough on the menu at decent prices to fill you up. I will certainly give it another try.

So disappointed. This meal was just not good. Got 15 boneless wings and a large seasoned fry with two sides of cheese sauce. My wings had so much bbq I had to wipe them down. They were sitting in a literal pool of sauce. It was not good. On the other hand, the hot wings we ordered were dry? The actual chicken itself just didn't taste good. I don't know a better way to describe it other than spongey kind of I guess. Fries were not seasoned and not cooked all the way. Now on to the positives. AMAZING online ordering system. They have thought of every mod you can make and there is a button for it! I really appreciate that. Also, food was ready right on time. I walked in as they were sitting it on the counter. Staff was very friendly. We will try one more time and hope it's better. This was just a huge waste of $20.

LAZY WORKERS!!!! this wing stop tool so long with my order meanwhile one of the workers was just sitting there stuffing her face while on the clock! so gross and messy, had a moldy smell and looks like they never clean.

Did a large order to celebrate Food Service workers week with my TEAM. Ordering online was easy and it was ready for pickup when I got there!! Can't ask for more than that!! TEAM ate everything!!!!!

This wingstop was worth the wait. We were in here for longer than we expected BUT the girls were so sweet. And the wings and fries were the best I've had in my life lol. This location is great and I highly recommend it Over the rivers location.

This review is being made to help other customers better select a secure place for all around enjoyment when it comes to a desire for good wings. My wife and I wanted some good wings for lunch, this place pop up as number 2. Folks it wasn't a number 5, I asked for my wings to be cooked well, they were cooked lightly fatty. The flavors were not of a marinade taste, and the rube was over powering. I'm a cook, and full understand the process. Sorry folks but this place has to step up there game to be considered a top wing stop.

We ordered a large order for a birthday party and they were phenomenal. Quick, organized, and delicious! Next time we need wings we know where we're going!

piss poor customer service. congrats on losing business. crazy to have people walk in and stand in front of the counter 10 mins and not even be acknowledged. while to drains on society stand behind the counter and act as if you are not even there. first time in, won't ever be back. management must be piss poor garbage as well

The wings were amazing. The new hot honey wings were the best thing I've ever tasted and the ranch buffalo fries were finger licking good. I will most definitely be back here!!!

I enjoy wings. I probably eat wings as much as I eat eggs for breakfast. What I find to be a tasty experience are several: if fried then crispy, juicy tender meat, and an appropriate amount of meat on the bones. This Wingstop succeeded in all three areas. Which is hit or miss with most Wingstops I've been too. And usually the service entails a long wait time and the service is without appropriate social manners such having a smile, welcoming the individual, asking you for what you'd like to order, repeating back to you your order. Which is pretty much what I got from the individual behind the register on this visit. What stood out for me in my visit with my son was the gentleman in the kitchen doing to cooking. When I went to the window to receive my meal and looked the gentleman in the eye, I instantly sensed pride, joy and courtesy in his face as he handed me my meal. It was like he was handing me his creation. That's a guy who takes his work seriously. I don't run into that a lot. I wish I knew the gentleman's name. But we were there around 1 pm or so.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I got this to go because I had a short lunch break and really was craving wings. Very rude staff. I got a combo that comes with wings, drink and fries. The wings and the fries were both cold almost like they just came out of a fridge. It's really frustrating to spend 13$ for a combo that I have to go heat up myself. If I even decide to eat. Will not go back and recommend not going there.

I ordered a 10 pc boneless (lemon pepper & mango habanero) combo with a large ranch, Cajun corn, and honey mustard. I didn't get my corn, my ranch/honey mustard & the fries were not cooked all the way, no seasoning whatsoever. I received original hot bone in wings & lemon pepper bone in wings. The wings were cold, and more than half of them were undercooked. The only thing that was good was my soda. Disappointed... I love Wingstop but this was a waste of money. Make sure to double check your bags. I got mine delivered through the app so I couldn't check.

What I expected vs. what I got. I ordered the hotbox from this location on 4/20/2023 and expected to try something new. It was highly liked on social media & the pictures on the app looked so good! It's supposed to have a little bit of spice with cheese crumbles & herbs. They also are supposed to season the fries that come in the box the same way. When I opened my box I immediately noticed the fries were not seasoned properly and were also very undercooked. My wings were plain with some cheese crumbles on top. No spicy sauce and no herbs on top. The fries even seemed to be missing something from the normal Wingstop fry season. It didn't have the sweet & smoky flavors everyone loves. I also always get the green tea for my drink at the self serve drink station. My tea looked like green tea but tasted like water. I will try to order my hotbox from our other Charleston location & hope for better results. I will not be visiting this location anymore.

Wingstop on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great spot to stop for all things wings. I really like the different varieties of flavors for their wings and all of the sauces that they have available. They make everything easy to order even if the order is a large one. If you need to feed a lot of people for an event this is a good place to go to make it happen.

Wingstop at Ashley Landing on Sam Rittenberg Blvd west of the Ashley has the best wings. Always hot and freshly cooked. Very convenient. Great location!

We go in the store to place an order. We're told that you can only order online. When we try to order online, the apps states that you can't order online, contact the store. So we tell the person while we are in the store what the app is say, they then say that they are not taking any more orders. What kind of nonsense is that? This is the Wing Stop located at 1319 Sam Rittenberg Blvd in Charleston, SC

Horrible. This place could not care less about their customers. Order placed for dinner in advance - multiple items in order were missing including fries and wings, wrong flavors, the food that was in the bag was old and inedible. When I called the restaurant to inquire about replacing the missing food, the manager picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Never will I order from this business again.

Everything was great!!!! Will and Lay were very nice and patient while we had a large order! Definitely my new Wing stop! :)

Stopped in today with the family for a quick bite!! Will & Lay we're super helpful and patient as there were 6 of us ordering!! They breezed through the ordering process and double checking our order before it was cooked. Will defiantly be back to this location !

We've been to many Wingstops across these great United States and this one had the best customer service, cleanliness and best quality food! The staff was courteous, friendly and prompt. My favorite is the veggie basket and I usually go to Wingstop for my family. This veggie basket was the freshest and crispiest carrots/celery. The wings were so delicious I will definitely come back for the food and not just the company.

ordered dry rub lemon pepper wings I received oiley garlic covered wings making them uneatable saying that's the "sauce" that goes on them but it's a dry rub

This place has the worst customer service ever. I waited 40 minutes for my order. Never got it and ended up getting a refund!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR HUNGRY. The manager is rude and ghetto. No good customer service skills at all! And I'm contacting the BBB and filing a complaint because I know Rick Ross would not appreciate them messing up his brand whether it's a franchise or not.

First time trying a Wingstop in forever. Loved the parmesan wings and the Louisiana fries. I've been meaning to drop in for a while, but I heard about the long wait times since the food is made to order. What's cool is that you can order online, which I did. What wasn't cool was that the order didn't even really get dropped until I got there 15 minutes later, when it was supposed to have been bagged and ready. The guys were cool though and the place looks clean. While not the best wings in the area, they are pretty good. Good if you want a change of pace on the wings. Also, check out the Louisiana fries. They were amazing!

Very good staff! There was one lady, I think her name was Kelly, who got me my order right and out very quickly! I will most definitely come again :D
