Honestly this location is really falling off I got the newest 5 tender meal and nothing tasted satisfying at all the bbq sauce didn’t have any flavor the fries were barely seasoned the best part was the coke. I won’t be ordering from here again.

They had the door locked at 11:30pm the sign says they close at 1am. A woman came to the door claiming that I have to place an order on line because the inside is closed. There is no signage that says that. Terrible that I came all the way over here and I can’t order in store. This is the third time this happened. RIDICULOUS

I order a 6 piece mix and got all drums all the manager can say was call DoorDash . If I wanted all drums I would’ve paid extra for that option .

I came to this location and purchased and a carry-out order online . I was told to wait 5 min until my order was ready. I came back to receive my order and my order was completely cold. I asked the young lady could she just give me fresh fries after I tasted the old fries that had been sitting. I walked away and observed the young lady take my old fries and put them with the new fries and keep serving people. I confronted her and she apologized and threw the entire order plus my order away because she got caught but please stay away . I will be making a report about this

I come here pretty often, very good location. The customer service is always on point. Very pleasant and never had an issue with my order.

This location stole my money, and they refuse to give it back. HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered on the Wingstop website for delivery to my hotel, they use DoorDash for their deliveries. The DoorDash driver never delivered my food, but marked it as delivered. I called the restaurant, they confirmed the order was picked up but they could see that it still hadn't been delivered yet. They asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes, they said ok and immediately hung up. I called back to ask how I’ll get confirmation of my refund, and I was told to call DoorDash since it was the driver’s fault. I called DoorDash and was told that Wingstop didn't provide the full hotel address for the driver, even though I have the full address in my order confirmation (see pictures) I've been calling the restaurant for an hour now, and I can't get anyone on the phone. I just want my refund. Simple!

Actual score 3.5 stars. Parking available. Service was okay. No interaction being placing order. Clean restaurant. Good music. The wings are on the smaller side but they were cooked as requested and fresh. I would return if in the area again.

Non neighborhood or community owners, servers or food preparers. You get no greetings, or thank you for coming! Last night my 2 different flavors came in the same medium container only separated by a sheet of paper. Had to ask for a 2nd container to separate. Ordered flats only and they were incredibly small! Smallest of any Wingstop I've been to since the franchise opened! Another addition to my list of restaurants that don't deserve my hard earned money and won't get it!

Best wing stop in bronzeville and the customer service is very good and the employees are friendly

The food was fresh and very good. The service wasn't as great they jammed everything in small containers versus making sure things were set aside and label correctly. The atmosphere wasn't the best garbage on the floor and counters don't know if I'll come back to this location.

this is a bogus azz wingstop...mess up ya food and then stand around lookin crazy like don't nobody know what to do ...i stay across the street in lake meadows and that wingstop has some of the worst customer service in all of chicago...all them indian people in there are rude nasty attitudes ..i guess they feel cuz they in a black neighborhood they dont have to treat our money like its good ..but im serious i been stayin over here almost 5 years and damn near every time i done went in there its been a problem......i bought 1 of them chicken sandwiches the mufukka was not even done !!!!!!...it taste like chewing on a rubberband on my life

Messed up my entire order. HALF the order was missing. Because it was placed through a delivery service they wanted us to come pick up the items but we're from out of town and when I asked for a refund they stated they needed manager approval. If I would have known the service was this terrible I would have just lit the $72 dollars I spent on fire instead...

After our ordeal with Wingstop.... DoorDash - Food Delivery actually credited us back the $45 on Sunday. I spoke with the district manager of Wingstop Bronzeville 35st location, Lawrence this morning. He also credited us $50. We're still working and communicating, trying to get to the bottom of the issue, but I did appreciate them reaching out.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online via wingstop.com. Food supposedly delivered but no sign of food arriving. When my wife called to follow up on the delivery, she was told the food was still on the way even though it was 45 minutes after the stated delivery time, and then the Wingstop employee hung up on my wife. My wife called back twice more and was hung up on both times. We will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered 10 garlic Parmesan and 10 original hot wings. They were cooked perfectly. I was so excited to see a Wingstop was in the 35th and King Drive Mall. I did come here on a Saturday around 7ish but it was hood as hell in there. Some guy reached behind the counter and got his own cup. The clientele at this time was shady as all hell. I recommend armed security for the customers as well as the workers. But I will be back in the early afternoon sometime!

For this being a brand new spot, they are killing it! Food is fresh, made to order. Spicy Q is my favorite flavor. The crew are all super friendly and outgoing. Greeted immediately as I walked in and thanked as I walked out. Will definitely be back!

STAY AWAY! For your health and safety!!! Today I received my order of wings and took them into my car. I opened them up and showed my sister, we both touched the wings to move them around since the entire bottom of the container was filled to the brim with oil. Wings had no seasoning. I take them back inside the store and ask for fresh wings and watched the employees DUMP THE WINGS BACK INSIDE THE FRYER! DURING A PANDEMIC! I am beyond disgusted at this place and will never eat here again

Best wings love this place hope it should open 24 hrs I went there 3 days ago the food was fresh and the wings nice and crispy as I wanted. You all should try bbQ flavor it is super awesome

Meh. I wasn't that impressed. I received a coupon in my mailbox for 6 free boneless wings with the purchase of a drink. I'd never eaten at Wingstop prior to now but I figured I'd give it a shot and support a new neighborhood business. I stopped in on Saturday evening around 6pm. There were a few other people there waiting but it wasn't crowded. The young lady at the counter greeted me immediately and took my order. I presented the coupon and order my boneless wings mild. I also ordered a small side of fries with the (small) drink. It took 10 minutes or so to get my food as the orders are freshly prepared, The restaurant was clean and comfortable. No loitering or obnoxious patrons. The mild boneless wings had NO kick at all and the buffalo sauce was virtually non-existent. The pieces of chicken were extremely small but filling. I actually only ate 3 pieces and half of the fries. They tasted okay but nothing spectacular. I can't even say they had flavor either. The fries come seasoned but I ordered mine plain. The portion size was decent but by the time I got them home (less than 10 min ride) they were cold. That tells me that they had been sitting for awhile. They weren't even lukewarm so I had to put them in the microwave. Luckily, they heated up well and were still delicious. On the surface, I thought the portion size was small but they ended up being filling. I didn't even eat the entire portion. The drink and fries came to $4.95 which seemed high for what I received. The small drink was slightly larger than a can of soda and the fries were about the same size as a medium fry at McDonalds. I can't say I'll return to Wingstop anytime soon. I didn't find the experience horrible or anything but it wasn't memorable either. They only have ranch, blue cheese and honey mustard dipping sauce. What kind of wing joint doesn't carry buffalo wing sauce on the side?? The soda machine was also out of most of the soda choices. No orange or grape soda, no lemonade... seriously?! How hard is it to ensure that the pop dispenser is properly stocked?? This location just opened and it already missing the mark.

Good friendly staff, always welcoming and keeps the place up to date!! Food never tasted bad, will be going to this Wingstop again and again.

I placed an order online. When I arrived, only one person was waiting on customers. No one working there was wearing a mask. The customer that was ordering didn't know what she wanted, so I asked the other three employees there if someone could use another register so that I could pay for my order and leave. I didn't want to be there any longer than necessary. The idle employee told me no and that if I wanted to check out faster, I should've paid online. Eventually, I was waited on. No one thanked me or acknowledged me in any way. They just took my money and handed me my food. First and last time I'll be spending money there.

I was always on the fence about Wingstop in general and thought it would be good to try them out. I know that they pride themselves on the freshest food so I ordered online to avoid the wait. Needless to say, upon entering the restaurant I was greeted professionally. My order was not only ready but nice and hot. I enjoyed my food and will be back.

I came to this Wingstop during my lunch. I ordered online and upon walking in the cashier asked me if I was there to pick up an online order, and stated what the order was then went to get it. Any service she provided she addressed me personally by name my whole visit. All the other employees were very friendly and the service was great! Not to mention the food was fresh and was definitely ready at the indicated pick up time I selected online! I will be back to visit!

I just placed an order for delivery online and my food arrived room temperature and the buns were burnt and hard. The wings were old as if they had been sitting out. I called to report this and the manager just clear as day admitted that the food had been sitting out as they waited for the delivery driver to pick it up. He then proceeded to say that they get a rush of orders and the orders just sit there and that might've been why my wings were room temperature when they arrived. Instead of offering a remedy, I had to ask for a solution to the issue and he said I would need to bring my receipt to the store....like really in the midst of this pandemic. People can't even place orders in store so why is it that the only way to receive a refund is coming to the store?

The customer service was great and the food was FANTASTIC! Everything is Freshly made! Their fries are my favorite! Will definitely be coming back!

My fiancé and I had a craving for Wingstop and each called the restaurant to place an order at least 5 separate times. Nobody picked up our phone calls. This was extremely frustrating. Terrible customer service.

I was 15 minutes away calling to place a order, they never answered the phone, when i got there i walked in and stood in line, i called again while standing there the lady taking the order leaned over and looked at the phone i.d as if it was bill collector calling (ignored) then processed to take orders in person, if you can't multitask then please dont work in the food industry

Went in last week only to discover they changed management !!!! Horrible mistake!!! The manager Shavonn was super ghetto and rude and didn't give out the police discount they are supposed to give out. I will be going back to Harrison to purchase food.

I am not one who usually takes the time out to complete surveys, but this deserved it! I placed an order online for pickup as soon as possible. I arrived to the wing-stop location on 35th in Bronzeville and my wait time was horrible. I waited almost 45 minutes after arriving. I was furious. I had to get back to work and went without eating lunch. Still not happy with the situation, I decided to call the store and speak with a manager. I was connected with a gentleman by the name of Lawerence. He was very professional, apologized for the inconvenience and wait time, and credited me two free lunch meals in which he asked for my patronage back at this location. I could not believe it. I normally do not complain, as in my past experience, not much has ever been attempted to rectify the situation, but this is an exception experience for me that I needed to share. I will be trying the restaurant out again soon as Mr. Lawerence made me feel as though my business there was appreciated.

maybe its just this location on 35th in chicago but the wings are always dry and over cooked then they drown it in sauce as if that will help and on top of that they give you a paper bag so by the time you get home the sauce is every where they claim they don't carry plastic bags and then have the nerve to put the fries in an open plate like container with no lid we got home the fries where all in the bottom of the bag which now had a hole in it from the sauce smh not worth the money at these prices at all. we tried giving them another try thinking maybe that was just a bad experience but noooo second visit was worse horrible customer service one person working on a friday night we waited almost an hour for dry chicken smh neverrrrrrrr again!!!

If I could give this a negative start I would. This is the most disappointing experience. I put an online order at 8:50 am and scheduled it to be picked up at 3:15pm. Well guess what I get there and the Cashier Rychelle says they don't have any online order which to I argue because I have my confirmation email. After "looking" according to her she found it by now it 3:20 I pay and she says there going to be out in a minute. BUT WAIT I THOUGHT THE WHOLE POINT OF ORDERING AT A CERTAIN TIME WAS BECAUSE YOU GET IT AT THE TIME YOU PUT IT. working in the food industry i know how it work. So then the guy making the order takes forever you can tell he doesn't want to be there then they proved to make everyone else's order and DO OTHER ONLINE ORDERS BEFORE MINE WHICH WAS ORDERD T 8:50 AM. This whole time there a young lady mopping the dame stop on the floor for the past 20 minutes. Yet the whole place is a disgusting. The soda machine had a huge spill that no one seemed to care about they didn't even put a wet floor sign. The whole machine was a sticky disaster with soda spill everywhere. Then the counter where you get your straws and napkins and all that was just as disgusting. The whole thing was sticky as well with trash everywhere. And don't even get me started on the freaking floor. The floor was so sticky that if you stood there for a while your shoe would literally get stuck I know because it happened to me and my husband while we were waiting for our food which by know it's been moor than 30 minutes. No one seemed concerned about the mess. The whole entire floor seemed like someone just pored soda all over it. I ended up getting my food around 4. Which is unacceptable considering the fact that I ORDER AT 8:50 AM TO GET THEM PICKED UP AT 3:15 PM. This whole place is a shit show don't come here unless you want to get treated horribly and wait over and hour for your wings. Which for a fact I know don't take that long because like I said me and my husband both work in food industries and wings never take that long what took longer was there lazy workers who were rude and seemed unmotivated and like they didn't didn't want to be there. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE. DONT COME HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED .

This place here... smh. The food is good, when they actually get the orders correct. The staff are very unprofessional. I tried to call in an order for pickup, it was a male that answered first and then he dropped the phone and a young lady came on the line and asked if I wanted to place an order. I told her yes and she began to ask me what I wanted to order. In the midst of asking me what I wanted, she then starts to talk to her coworkers in the background, while asking me three times what kind of sauce I wanted on the wings. Mind u, I said the type of sauce three times prior to that. She then told me I can get two sauces, I told her Hawaiian, and that I only wanted one. Again, she asked what type of sauce I wanted. I hung up and didn't even bother placing and order. The time before that, I ordered "original hot" sauce for my chicken, they ended up giving me plain wings. They are very unprofessional, I've walked in there a couple times when the place first opened and the young lady behind the register was on her cellphone, talking to her friends, asking them what they wanted before she got off.. while she's trying to take orders. And I say 'trying' because she was entering them incorrectly. Maybe if she had of gotten off the phone and actually did some work, then people wouldn't be waiting 25 minutes for wings, that should've been fixed properly in the first place.
