Service was quicker than any other wingstop I’ve been too! Fries weren't soggy they were really good. Chicken fully cooked. They also give you free fries or brownie or drink if you complete a survey. Interior was clean.

People say not to order tenders at a place that have wings in its name but I really like their tenders. I like it more than their wings to be honest. Lemon pepper, louisana rub are great!

Now it seems like if I don't walk in and order it in person that it's not fresh. My Door Dash order the last few times I have ordered hasn't been good. The meat has a husky taste! Get it together please!

I ordered the 8 piece boneless wings. And them wings were so small. Then all the fountain drink didn't even taste good. They taste like water. I had to try all them since coke didn't taste good. The last time I came to this location!

Visited this location in Hyde Park on 10/23/2021 and order 5 thighs with Mango habanero sauce and was served half cooked chicken thighs. This is totally unacceptable and a health hazard. They are serving salmonella to customers. If I could given less than a star I would. The outside of the chicken was hard but it was raw in the middle. I have attached photos of the severely undercooked chicken and the receipt to show my purchase. They drown the thighs in the sauce. I will never eat from this location again.

I've been here twice and had mixed experiences. The first time, my fries were soggy and the chicken was not very crispy but the 2nd time, everything was perfect. I think there's a mixed bag but as long as you pick up your food ASAP, I think it will be good. I never had a problem with my order or the people working there. I love their lemon pepper rub the most but you really can't go wrong.

This wingstop can be hit or miss but this day it was a hit. My food was very hot and fresh soooo tasty . The service was good. And the wait was a little longer than I would've liked to have been but it was worth it. The vibes were cool and the place was clean.

Ordered 3 meals on uber eats with 3 extra ranches. They forgot all of the ranches. What is wingstop without the ranch? Very disappointed.

Go to a different Wingstop. Period. I requested "well done" and ended up with soggy fries and rubbery chicken. I asked for extra seasoning and got zero seasoning - not even salt on the fries. I asked for Ranch dressing and got NONE, zero, zip. No sauce to hide the yuk that was delivered. Personally I'd like to recommend the store get to know its customers. Epic fail. Oh ... and my coke is flat.

I would give a zero star if I could! I went in November 29, 2022. The cashier was on the telephone and one of the cooks were sitting outside in the lobby waiting area which is unsanitary and unsafe in a COVID world. Nuts in sauce?

I have been ordering from this location for over a year and I've noticed a decrease in quality and quantity. This is especially true for the sides. You can get a large vudoo and actually get 7$ worth of fries and other times it is smaller than their normal size. Sometimes a frustratingly small portion. This locations really needs to set a standard instead of just giving a random size.

I've been wanting to try Wingstop so I finally broke down and tried Door Dash for delivery. Despite the trial offer of free delivery, my order was about $30 for 15 little wings and fries, but overall a success. I assume everyone does way too much by way of batter and seasonings and sauces with wings, so I erred on the side of caution and ordered down and classic as far as the many options available. Bone IN Half lemon pepper Half plain No sauces on the side Order of fries: "Fry" seasoning Light seasoning The wings were perfectly cooked but ummm plain is truly plain. Not a lick of seasoning. Not a problem because the texture was perfect and they were still warm when they arrived. Nothing a little home hot sauce can't fix. And the lemon pepper is good!! No disgusting, messy batter! The lemon pepper seasoning was like an oil based sauce that actually tasted well seasoned and lemony! Fresh and normal! The fries also survived delivery and were cooked nicely, not squished into a grease pile like what you typically get from fried chicken joints. They had light seasoning as requested and were definitely good enough to eat without any condiments. Very pleased overall. Delivery was also smooth. Notifications along the way, a phone call upon arrival, and met me at the door with a smile. Good work, Wingstop Hyde Park.

They called me to ask me to call the driver from doordash and Tell him to turn around because they gave the driver the wrong order. NOW I GOTTA WAIT 20 more mines to the driver comes back with my food, Hopefully they got that right at least. How can you make this kinda mistakes

Absolutely disgusting. The staff was high as hell, and I saw one of the cooks messing about in the trash before heading right back over to the cooking area. I paid for a large drink only to find out the machine was out of almost everything. They were "too busy" to get to it, so I had to drink something nasty I didn't want. The kicker was the wings. The bbq wings weren't bad, but had waaaaaay too much sauce on em. But that's better than the hot wings-- practically zero sauce. No joke, they were dry as hell. Tasted like they had been made for a previous order and sat there for 40 minutes. And the fries were flavorless and cold. To cap it off I was in the bathroom doing double duty if you know what I mean within 30 minutes of eating, so I'm assuming mild food poisoning.

Cashier was great but I called in 20 minutes prior to make sure my food would be ready when I got there. But instead I had wait an additional 20 minutes.

I had a house warming and ordered about 150 wings and was sure they would somehow mess up my order or not have it ready. They had it ready the wings were hot and the order was correct. Everything went well. Thank you!

This location has the worst customer service its horrible.The lady that was taking my order was Prashaiya she is so rude she didn't let me get my order out .When i received my order after a few minutes of being there i waited on some friends to receive their order after that my drink dropped,i cleaned it up and asked for another cup . Prashaiya said "No thats your fault" and continued to stare at us until we left.Wont be going there again don't recommend to nobody the other workers are cool but her no.

Came here on national wing day for a five piece and some fries. TO BE CLEAR: THE FOOD WAS GREAT, but I have to leave a bad review The cashiers had their masks hanging off of their faces and not A SINGLE employee in the kitchen was wearing gloves. I didn't notice until one came to the register to talk to the cashier with BUFFALO SAUCE ALL OVER HIS BARE HANDS. I never try to tear down service workers, especially food workers because they are essential. But honestly, who is the manager and how are they allowing this?!?! We are in the middle of a pandemic people!

The wings are delicious. I would have given this new them 5 stars but I was discouraged to see many of the employees behind the counter either not wearing masks, or wearing them improperly. I've ordered from here several times now, but may put my plans to order again on hold until there's better pandemic safety standards being practiced.

I got my regular order from Wing stop today; 10 piece boneless with fries and pop. I picked it up instead of using Uber eats because they now want $20.00 for delivery fee! The food made me sick! The 10 Peace is filling and I always save some for later. I Regurgitated what I ate after about 20 minutes. I have had food poisoning in the past. I know the signs. I recommended this Wing Stop because it was always good. But if I get sick from food at an eatery, I am done!

I ordered food at 11am and waited and hour and 45 mintues !!! I called to see where my order was and was told my order was still sitting there at the store. I stated so my food will be cold and not fresh, I asked for them to cancel my order and refund my money because this was crazy and unprofessional, waiting over 2 hours for food. she told me she is not going to refund my money because it is not their fault, she refused to give me the managers information or what time he/she was going to be there so I can speak to them. Very Poor customer service!!!! I use to work for wingstop and this was not the customer service they trained their employees to have.

The Food is always cooked too hard, employees are always on the phone, with stink attitudes like you're bothering them and they chose to work there. brownies are extremely hard. NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

At 5:30pm I placed an order via the website and a time estimate of 40-45 mins was given for delivery, at 6:40pm I had not received my food, as I was calling the restaurant I received a text message saying that my food would arrive at 6:21pm. The associate who answered the phone at the store told that they'd look into the matter and I was told to call back in 5 minutes. When I called back I was then told that I needed to contact DoorDash to inquire about it with them. I merely wanted to know if my food had been picked up or to see if I should get on public transportation to go get it. At 7:01pm I got a call from a driver telling me that they were at the location #1704 and they were in route with my food. When they arrived at 7:18pm my food was "ICE COLD" which lead me to believe the food had been sitting idle! I order from you all regularly... so this experience was extremely disheartening, not sure if and or when I'll place another order with you guys.

Nice frontline employees I've been multiple times since they opened if they have a mistake they fix it also food is hot and fresh don't forget to ask for them wet wipes definitely recommend eating here trust me I'm harsh on Wingstop's lol this one is good

We have lived in this neighborhood for six years. Literally every single delivery from any place in the area has been wrong. Wrong in some way, late, wrong food etc. HOWEVER they got our order right. Every detail. The wings were well done. The fries were plain. I was so excited! Plus it tasted delicious! Thank you guys for your attention to our order and the yummy food. The blue cheese is the best I've tasted.

When this Wingstop was about to open the management handed out Wing Cards which would allow the bearer to sample a couple of wings for free. A few days after the grand opening I went to cash in my Wing Card and it did not work. Disappointed I paid for two orders of wings which were decent. Every week afterward when I was near the Wingstop I checked to see if the gift card would work and it's been no go. They say the corporation isn't letting it go through, I don't know why corporate is hanging this Wingstop out to dry unless the promotion was a ruse in the first place.

I'm a little late but Tuesday night I ordered online and I was sitting in the store for a hour in a half waiting for my food! When i get home I was missing two veggie sticks which is unacceptable so I called and the young lady Ja'Nya told me to bring my bag and recipe and that young lady was so helpful it was super busy but she got me in and out she didn't talk back she just went right into the kitchen and made what I was missing and I really appreciate her !

Second time here! Not going to write an entire paragraph but they are great, service is wonderful, and food is consistent.
